Расположение - это главный козырь отеля. Плюс очень клиентоориентированный персонал. Удобные номера, комфортная кровать.

Завтраки слабоваты. Хотелось бы большего разнообразия. Понятно, что ожидать от отеля 3 * большого ассортимента не приходится. Но дело в том, что по остальным параметрам уровень отеля превышает заявленные 3*. А вот завтраки можно назвать "точкой роста".

Very good location, clean nice rooms and friendly Team at the reception desk. Breakfast was tasty and full with many options. Highly reccomend.

The hotel is next to main street and harbour so it is very noisy even late at night with window open. The pipes smelled a bit.

The staff were very helpful one of the rooms smelt like someone had just finished a cigarette. We had 3 room in total. The staff kindly gave us another room that was much better. The breakfast was good. Great showers as well.

Smoke smell in one of the rooms but this was fixed.

The lady at the front desk was lovely. Very nice welcome and helpful throughout our stay! The hotel is in a great location near busy streets with restaurants and right next to the ferry and sea. The Trojan horse is very near, as well. I loved that they helped find parking for you. A bit like a valet service. The block out curtains were great and the shower floor was spotless making the hot shower feel sublime. The bathroom floors were heated, too. The doors to the rooms were sturdy. The windows and walls were good at muffling outside noise. The room was spacious. The cleaning staff were wonderful. They even moved our belongings to a new room for us, placing everything exactly as it was in our old room. Very thoughtful. The front desk men in the evening were mostly helpful. They weren't able to help with less firm pillows though.

Our room looked great from the first impression, but as the evening went on, many problems arose. Hard pillows, lumpy sheets (piling), the spare sofa bed was too hard, the toilet paper holder wouldn't stay on the wall, the bathroom door handle fell off, and to top it off, there were bugs all in the carpet and loads of carpet around the edges of the room eaten away by said bugs. I even picked up 6 of them off the bathroom floor with toilet paper. It made the room feel dirty. Luckily, we mentioned these issues to the front desk the next morning and were given the room below which was in much better condition. You can't control the temperature in the room and in winter it was hot. We opened windows to keep cool, but the noise on the street was quite annoying. The last straw was the breakfast. The first morning I was down by 7 am, therefore the first one to get to the buffet. I was pulling hairs from plates of cheese and capsicum that must have come from the hygiene of the kitchen. The fried eggs were drowning in a cheap oil, the sausages and fries were cold and stiff, even though they were sitting in a bain-marie, the apples were all bruised, and the tomatoes were overipe/mushy. We settled with bread and Nutella and hard boiled eggs. The second morning was a bit better and had a different person running the breakfast saloon, but we almost skipped breakfast after our first morning experience. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but unfortunately leaves a fair few things to be improved.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, μέσα στο κέντρο του Τσανάκαλε και δίπλα στο λιμάνι από όπου αναχωρούν τα ferry. Το δωμάτιο καθαρό και άνετο με king size κρεβάτι και πολύ καλό στρώμα! Το πρωινό ικανοποιητικός μπουφές με επαρκή ποικιλία. Το προσωπικό είναι πρόθυμο και φιλικό! Δεν υπάρχει κάποιος συγκεκριμένος χώρος στάθμευσης για το αυτοκίνητο, αλλά κάποιος από το προσωπικό είναι πάντα διαθέσιμος να σας το παρκάρει στην γύρω περιοχή (χωρίς έξτρα χρέωση).

Посрещнаха ни усмихнати, облечени в костюми. Паркираха ни колата. Бяха много отзивчиви и любезни. Закуската е добра.

Асансьорът е много бавен и тясен, но поне има такъв. Баните искат обновяване. Силиконът по края на душ кабината не изглежда добре и вентилаторът в банята не работеше. Дограмата също е стара.

Parkplatz ist ein Problem, weil meistens überfüllt aber man gibt die Schlüssel ab und Personal parkt den Wagen und bringt es auch wieder, wenn man das Auto braucht..

Todos muy amables, la habitación muy grande y muy bonita, con una terraza preciosa con vistas al mar. Omar de recepción super atento. Relación calidad-precio, excelente.

Great location, right across from the ferry. Room was clean, however exceptionally hot. Ended up keeping the window open to stop from melting!

Nu are parcare ci trebuie sa predai masina personalului hotelului ca sa o parcheze la distanta de hotel Micul dejun saracacios, rece si neraportat la zona turistica in care se afla hotelul La cazare personalul din receptie a incercat sa faca plata neautorizat de pe telefonul clientului pentru cazare, sub pretext ca cere telefonul ca sa introduca parola wifi a hotelului...

Отель очень удобно расположен - до набережной 200 метров, до " Троянского' коня идти медленным шагом минут 5.

We had an amazing room at the top of the hotel with great views of the harbour and the Dardanelles. It was comfortable, spacious and well appointed.

The coffee at breakfast wasn't great but we found a coffee shop close by.

Прекрасен хотел, чист и удобен. Отлично местоположение и услужлив персонал. Бихме посетили отново.

Страхотен хотел ,добра локация ,усмихнат и любезен персонал ,взимат ти автомобила и го паркират ,след това ти го карат не мислиш за паркинг .Страхотно място за отдих

Много чист и приятен хотел на пешеходно разстояние от ферибота.Персонала е любезен, закуската е на блок маса и беше чудесна.С удоволствие ще се върнем отново!

The hotel was in a great location for everything from shops, restaurants and bars to the ferry boat terminal. Where a short journey brings you to the start of many, many WWl locations, memorials and Cemeteries. Also Troy is not far away. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable and rooms spacious. The breakfast was also very good as were the excellent staff throughout the hotel.

1 yaşında kızımız ile 2 gece konakladık. Odamız ferah ve temizdi. Kahvaltıda seçenek fazla olduğu için doyurucu ve keyifliydi. Özellikle bu çevrede park sorunu büyük bir problem gördüğüm kadarıyla, ücretsiz vale hizmeti işimizi inanılmaz kolaylaştırdı. Çalışanlar da çok güler yüzlü. Burası bana keyif verdi açıkcası

Otelde 3 gece konakladik.Otel konum, temizlik,odaların konforu,kahvaltı,guleryuzlu ve son derece profesyonel personeliyle kesinlikle çok iyiydi.Bir daha Çanakkale ye yolumuz düşerse mutlaka tek tercihimiz Arthur Otel olacaktır.Herkese tereddütsüz tavsiye ediyorum.

I had a room with a balcony and sea view Looks newly renovated and very clean Very close to museum castle and ferry terminal. Lots of places to eat and drink Reception staff were friendly. Breakfast was amazing

Turkish is the main language not a lot of the staff spoke English

Ikinci kez kaldığımız Artur Otel'den yine gayet memnun ayrıldık.

The room does not offer the most modern design but it fits good. Parking is included and the staff will help (you need to leave the keys at the reception and they will take care). Nice view. Very close to the port and city center. Breakfast was good.

Staff super gentile e disponibile. Sempre col sorriso. Posto auto assicurato. Posizione perfetta sia per vedere la ricostruzione del cavallo di Troia, sia per mangiare. Via pedonale con tutti i bar e ristoranti proprio difronte all'hotel.

Mi è piaciuto l'ubicazione, la colazione era buona. Le camere erano pulite e confortevoli.

Ritiro valigia e posteggio auto un pò scomodi perchè non ci si può fermare davanti all'hotel per mancanza di spazio sulla strada.

Son derece temiz bir oteldi. Lokasyonu güzel, kahvaltıları doyurucu ve çeşitleri yeterli derecedeydi. Çalışanlar son derece naziklerdi. Memnun kalarak ayrıldığım bir konaklama oldu
