Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war nicht nett und antwortete unfreundlich. Das Zimmer roch nach Rauch und aus dem Klimagerät kam einfach Zigarettenrauch duft heraus. Absolute unzumutbar vorallem mit Kindern.

miros foarte puternic de fum de tigara, camera nearisita, fara plase de tantari la geam, aerul conditionat mi,a provocat o mancarime la ochi, erau cazati si muncitori, muzica live la o terasa alaturata pana la ora 12 noaptea, ventilatia la baie era un grilaj cu riflaj prin care se auzea tot hotelul,prosoape patate .am facut rezervare la Helen Park cat si hotel Helen este unul si acelasi hotel doar preturile difera. Un hotel de tranzit la care poti pleca si cu plosnite la pachet. Nu va recomand!!!

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026We were put in a nice room with a partial seaview. Staff came into the car to lead us to the parking which was a little tricky to get to. It is a very good price for a room with a good breakfast, free parking, and central location.
The rooms and bathroom are in decent shape but should be up for renovation soon.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum und ist nur 100m vom Fähranleger entfernt. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz hinter dem Haud mit Zugang zum Hotel. Das Zimmer ist groß und hat einen Kühlschrank. Es gibt genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten für Koffer und Taschen. Das. Bett war bequem. Das Personal ist höflich und hilfsbereit.
Die Chrombeine der Möbel sind rostig, ebenso die Armaturen im Bad. Außerdem ist in der Dusche in den Ecken Schimmel.

Персонала е вежлив, помага с паркирането и настаняването, остави у нас отлични впечатления. Стаята не е широка, но има всички необходими удобства. Чанаккале е много красив и интересен град и бих препоръчал на близки да го посетят, в частност и хотел Хелен, в който бих повторил нощувка с удоволствие.

The hair dryer was broken, the shower was leaking and for the price I expected way more

Where do I start - the reception guy was none too welcoming. We took a double room at the back - be aware that there is a bar adjacent at the back and has thumping music till 2.00am. Our AC didnt go correctly so at night was either open window and listen to bar noise or be hot with window closed. Toilet seat was broken - asked for it to be fixed - wasnt done. The bed linen - tired - flipped over a pillow - long black hairs on it! Asked for it to be changed - Nope not done. Sheets had marks on. We slept on top of the bed!!

Няма нещо, което да не ни е харесало.

Oda temizliği çok iyi değildi, yerde yemek kırıntıları ve bazı bölgelerde yoğun toz vardı ama idare eder düzeyde bir temizlik diyebilirim. Odadaki eşyalar eski ve yıpranmıştı.

La atención en recepción es solo correcta, no particularmente amable y no explican casi nada de las informaciones útiles El desayuno es apenas aceptable, sin variedad de frutas ni de fiambres ni de cosas dulces ( no hay croisants ni budines, etc.) Estábamos en una habitación que da hacia la parte de atrás donde da el sol todo el día y el aire acondicionado no alcanzaba para refrigerar bien, (no sé si además andaba bien o no )
