Reviewed Aug 27, 2026We have stayed at the Viator on 4 different occasions. The hotel is consistently great value for the room rate. As usual the staff were very helpful, facilitating a late arrival and storing our luggage during the day. The room was small but had everything we needed including a comfortable bed, extra pillows and blankets, an electric kettle, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The hotel's breakfast is great quality too. The location is great for both the Gare de Lyon and Gare D'Austerlitz, and the transport hub at the Gare de Lyon can take you anywhere in Paris, whether by bus, RER or Metro. The Bastille, the Marais are nearby too.
I have nothing negative to say about the hotel. I'm not mad about the immediate area, but it's near enough to better places quickly.
