Die Lage ist sehr gut um Ausflüge auf die Liparischen Inseln zu unternehmen. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Frühstück ist ok. Einen Parkplatz zu finden ist schwer (obwohl vorher reserviert wurde), das Hotelpersonal übernimmt das dann aber sehr freundlich. Das Duschgel mit Orange ist toll.

Das Bett war sehr hart und nicht komfortabel, wir haben nicht gut geschlafen. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer war sehr alt (z.B. die Klimaanlage, hat nicht so gut funktioniert) und teilweise kaputt (Türgriffe, Badewanne, Duschamatur). Beim duschen geht viel Wasser nach draußen über den Rand, da es hier aus dem Abschluss heraus tropft. Es gab einen Balkon der zwischen zwei Hauswänden lag, hier kam das einzige Licht herein, was das Zimmer dadurch recht dunkel machte. Beim Frühstück wurde nicht nachgelegt, so dass vieles leer blieb was schade war.

Personale gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Ottima posizione.

La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Bien situé pour une embarcation sur les îles éoliennes et de nombreux restaurants à deux pas de l’hôtel. Personnel très accueillant et souriant, petit plus concernant Mario qui a su répondre à toutes nos questions.

Breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful .The breakfast room and eating area was very nice and super clean. The 24 hour concierge service was good and helpful.

The air conditioning was not affective at all. The first night the concierge apparently adjust the AC from 22 to 21C. For the next three days, I complained to the desk, but nothing happen. They saw that the setting was at 21 C but the room temp read 24 C, and nothing happen to solve the problem. The maid was very good. (I don't know if this is an Italian thing, but the waste basket was extremely small in the bathroom, and none in the room) Bring hangers, because there is never enough. We had 5.

La chambre et la salle de bain, le petit déjeuner, l’emplacement près de l’embarcadère, le personnel très aimable et facilitant.

Il manquerait une petite piscine et un plateau avec café/thé dans la chambre pour compléter notre expérience.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero molto piacevole. L’accoglienza è stata eccezionale e desideriamo sottolineare in particolare la grande professionalità, la disponibilità e la gentilezza di Simona, così come di tutto il team di Hotel La Bussola Un’équipe di grande qualità, attenta agli ospiti e sempre pronta a rendere il soggiorno il più gradevole possibile. Ci siamo sentiti accolti con autentica cordialità e grande attenzione.

L’unico piccolo rammarico riguarda il fatto che il ristorante fosse chiuso durante il nostro soggiorno. A Milazzo, soprattutto in alcuni periodi, non è sempre facile trovare buoni ristoranti disponibili nelle vicinanze, e poter cenare direttamente in hotel sarebbe stato particolarmente apprezzabile. Si tratta tuttavia di un aspetto secondario, che non modifica affatto l’ottima impressione complessiva del nostro soggiorno.

Exceptional staff, superb breakfast, contemporary design, wonderful view of the port and sea. We had a Jr. Suite with balcony that served our purposes well. The arrangement with Adige parking, right behind the hotel, worked perfectly.

We choose this location to be in easy walking distance, 5 minutes, of the restaurants, bars and shops, yet far enough away for quiet enjoyment. Others may want a closer location but this one was perfect for us.

Die Lage war perfekt für uns. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss zur Altstadt und zum Fährterminal zu den Äolischen Inseln. Im Speziellen hat uns das Frühstück sehr überzeugt. Es gibt viele leckere Sachen und sehr feinen Kaffee.

Elegante y con servicio de aparcacoches por módico precio. Tuvimos un problema con la habitación que nos dieron y enseguida nos lo solucionaron y nos dieron otra habitación mejor. Ubicación perfecta si lo que quieres es estar cerca del puerto, como era nuestro caso. Mario el recepcionista muy atento y amable. Gracias

Muito bom o café da manhã. Ótima localização bem perto do porto onde pegamos o barco da excursão. O atendente Mario foi muito gentil e solicito.

Idéalement placé pour les départs pour les iles Eoliennes. L'équipe est au top. Ils s'occupent de tout. De la réservation, de votre voiture, de vos bagages. Un grand merci à toutes et tous pour l'organisation. La chambre était très calme. pas de bruit. Un hôtel qui prend soin de ses hôtes.

La manutenzione delle stanze va migliorata. La colazione è un po scarsa per un 4 stelle. . Il prezzo del parcheggio è elevato rispetto a soluzioni limitrofe. Andrebbe infuocato in modo più chiaro che esiste una differenza significativa di prezzo tra uso con una persona o due persone delle stanze.

Bella struttura moderna, stanze abbastanza ampie come il bagno. Letto confortevole con due cuscini. Comodissimo ad un parking dove poter lasciare l'auto per spostarsi alle isole. Imbarco con la nave proprio difronte e comodo anche alle partenze con aliscafo.

Tutto ottimo, non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione perché avevamo l’aliscafo la mattina presto, ma per il resto è stato tutto ok, secondo le aspettative. punto di merito al bagno mooolto bello con un design moderno.

niente consigli: visto che la colazione è inclusa nel prezzo del soggiorno, prendere delle piccole box colazione per chi come noi va via la mattina presto, tassa di soggiorno: consiglio di chiederla eventualmente al momento del check in o di lasciarla in camera, sempre per chi l’indomani va via presto, stavamo andando via senza pagarla e non sarebbe stato corretto per l’hotel. per il resto tutto ottimo!

They have lovely facilities, including a very nice pool and surrounding area. There was an excellent breakfast, daily, with lots of options.

Location to Eolie ferry was very good. Property well kept and modern Staff especially the lady on the front desk was exceptional. She also took care of our car for the night we spent away.

All was fine. I would have designed the shower a bit better because water comes out on bathroom floor. Nothing serious but could probably have been better.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück war gut. Sehr sauber und wenn man den Hafen nutzen möchte, passt die Lage sehr gut.

Nous avons séjourné une seule nuit dans cet hôtel mais tout était parfait : le personnel de l'accueil et du petit-déjeuner était aimable et professionnel, une superbe grande chambre et grande salle d'eau bien équipées mais surtout une grande terrasse (à partager sur l'ensemble de l'étage mais avec un fauteuil, une table et deux chaises pour nous, avec vue sur le port et des jolies potées qui sentaient très bon). L'ensemble de la chambre était très propre. Le petit-déjeuner est servi dans une jolie grande salle, il est très varié et copieux : vraiment très bien. Le parking coûte 20 euros la journée mais nous avons laissé la voiture devant, laissé les clés à l'accueil et nous ne nous sommes occupés de rien et la voiture était de nouveau devant l'entrée au moment de repartir : très appréciable car il y a certainement possibilité de se garer dans la rue gratuitement mais il n'y avait pas l'air d'avoir beaucoup de places. L'hôtel est vraiment parfaitement situé quand on veut prendre le bateau pour les îles Eoliennes (à 5 minutes à pieds) et à à peine 10 minutes du centre-ville de Milazzo. Et à quelques minutes du Capo Milazzo et sa piscine naturelle (jolie balade à faire).

Ottima posizione, soprattutto per chi poi deve usufruire del porto di Milazzo. Staff accogliente e gentile. Stanze ampie, pulite e molto silenziose. Per ragioni di orario non posso dir nulla sulla colazione perché non l'abbiamo fatta. Consigliato!

Suggerirei di mettere un cestino per i rifiuti in camera (c'è solo quello del bagno), un paio di appendini in camera (ci sono solo in bagno) e di cercare di allestire almeno un posto auto per il carico/scarico bagagli.

Close to the port, so it is perfect for the aeolian islands. Ok hotel for 1 or 2 nights if there is an internal room without balcony and there is an offer. Staff seems to work hard to make the people comfortable.

AC didn't work. The room was hot and sleeping with the windows open was not an option because of the noise from the street. Staff tried to solve the issue but it was outside of their control as a general problem. Expensive if there is not an offer in Booking. I would say it is a 3 star hotel not 4 but it is ok anyways.

Super convenient to walk to the port and seafront. Lovely sunny terrace area facing the port on second floor. Super helpful staff - especially with finding my sons left behind toys and holding them till we could collect.

Breakfast didn’t open till 7 on Sunday and we needed to catch a 7.30 ferry to the islands so didn’t really get to enjoy the breakfast that much - such a shame as it looked good. Staff were lovely and sorted coffee and a croissant for us and

Excellent informative desk manager.....we rented bikes and enjoyed the local roads, riding out to the cape area and the surroundings. The breakfast was average for hotels of this nature....we enjoyed comfort and a very good sleep despite being on a relatively busy road

Es ist ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit einer ehemals edlen, aber schlecht funktionierenden Dusche mit Schimmel in den Ecken und ohne Wasserdruck . Die Batterien der TV-Fernbedienung müssten mal gewechselt werden. Das Frühstück sah erst gut aus, war aber nicht gut. Ein schon blau gekochtes hartes Ei, ein Latte Macchiato ohne Schaum und mit fast keinem Kaffeegeschmack, Käse wie Gummi ... das alles war kein kulinarisches Vergnügen.
