Ein sehr nettes Hotel mit freundlichen zuvorkommendem Personal. Frühstück hervorragend mit lieben persönlichen Bedienung. Die Lage ist einfach spitze. Wir wohnten im 4. Stock mit Traumblick auf den See🥰🥰🥰

The hotel is on a great location, the view to the lake is astonishing and the staff is very polite. The port is very close and very convenient for the nice trips to the little villages by ferry.

I can’t really complain of anything.

This is a central hotel with views across Lake Garda. Its a five minute walk into the main town where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The locals are lovely and enjoy the tourism. We hired a boat for the morning which was 70 euro and worth every penny. The food was to a high standard and we didn't want to leave. Its a very unspoilt place and definitely worth a visit

Excellent value for a 3-star hotel. The location was fantastic, the whole property was absolutely spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. Everything was very well maintained and honestly, for a 3-star hotel, there wasn’t anything more I would have expected.

Die Lage am See ist sehr schön, das Frühstück war sehr gut und der Blick von der Terrasse herrlich. Das gesamte Personal war sehr gastfreundlich. Parkplätze gleich hinter dem Haus.

Leider gibt es im Zimmer keine Möglichkeit nasse Handtücher und Badekleidung zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Da wäre ein kleiner Wäscheständer super.

This is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in with the nicest staff! Breakfast was wonderful - a huge selection of savoury and sweet options- which was lovely to having sitting out looking over the Lake. It’s in a great position- about 10 mins walk uk to the nearest beach and the same in the other direction into town- in a quiet location. The pool is bigger than expected which my youngest was pleased about! Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful family Holiday staying here. The rooms were very spacious and modern, and importantly cool in the heat wave. The kids had a ball in the pool. Tbe location was great for the beach by the lake and the main town and ferry connections. Everything was kept very clean. Its a relatively small place and so was very comfortable. One highlight was the breakfast each morning. A terrific view and pleasant experience each morning to start the day The staff were all super helpful. I would highly recommend. Many people walking lakeside were taking note of the hotel future reference. We stayed 2 weeks in all. No complaints

The room was clean and even though the weather outside was very hot, our room stayed cool. Everyone was so nice at this hotel, and we loved the pool and the view.

We returned to this hotel having stayed on a number of previous occasions. It was everything we have come to expect and could not be faulted. The rooms are simple but well presented and clean. There’s a lovely absence of bossy notices and instructions - everything feels low key and well thought out. Breakfasts are exceptionally good & leisurely and all of the staff are unfailingly welcoming and helpful. There’s a well kept small pool and stunning views of the lake. This hotel is very well placed in relation to local amenities. We’ll be back!

The location on the lake is a wonderful selling point for this hotel. The staff and the facilities ensure that it doesn't rely solely on its views. From check in to check out our experience was comfortable. Breakfast was good and offered everything that you would need. The pool area was clean and well maintained. Our room was cleaned every day and always while we were out. The cleaning staff never interrupted us while we were in our room.

The cost of the family room, which was fine but compact, was possibly on the pricey side. It was high season, however, so I can understand.

Even before we booked we had positive experiences with this hotel. I had emailed the hotel with a few queries and had prompt, friendly & helpful replies from Rita & Veronica. On arrival, all staff were very welcoming and we were delighted with the cleanliness & location of the hotel. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is very efficient & silent. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with hot & cold meats, pastries, cereals & lovely fresh fruit. Freshly squeezed orange juice is available from the excellent breakfast staff. The pool area is lovely, with plenty of sunbeds & parasols. We had a wonderful week there. We had an early pick up on our departure morning so the night staff even made us fresh coffees and offered us breakfast pastries at 5am! I cannot recommend Hotel San Marco highly enough and will book there again.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber . Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet . Die Lage direkt am See und die Nähe zur Altstadt oder auch zum Beachabschnitt, ist hervorragend. Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.

Es gab wenig bis gar keine Ablagefläche im Badezimmer . Auch mehr Handtuchhalter gerade am Waschbecken wären schön. Sonst war alles sehr gut .

We stayed here as a family of four with our two children, aged 16 and 18, and really enjoyed our stay. After doing some research, we specifically requested one of the rooms with a mezzanine floor, and it worked really well for us. There were two single beds downstairs and a double bed upstairs, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy, with large glass wall with great blackout curtains, fantastic lighting and air-conditioning. Our room also had two patio areas, one on either side, which were not used by any other guests, so we had lots of extra outdoor space to ourselves. The room was lovely and clean, modern and bright, with amazing views over the lake. It was part of an extension at the back of the hotel. The only downside was that there wasn’t much storage for clothing, and there was no storage at all in the bathroom, so this could be improved. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice including fresh fruit, pancakes, cereal, freshly squeezed orange juice, bacon, eggs and toast. The location was ideal for us, particularly as we were travelling without a car. The train station and bus station were around a 25-minute walk away. We managed it even in the heat, but it could be a struggle for anyone with walking difficulties. We also caught the free bus to Gardaland and Movieland from the station, which was really convenient. The ferry was also within easy walking distance, making it easy to travel up and down the lake. The hotel is in a beautiful location right on the lake and just a short walk from two pebble beaches. The old town is also within easy walking distance, with lots of lovely restaurants. There is a small local shop selling drinks and snacks about 10 minutes away, while Lidl is around a 30-minute walk. The pool was lovely and perfect for cooling off and having a dip after a long day in the sun. It does close at 7pm, though, and we felt the opening hours could be a little longer. We also felt the area was safe enough for our children to go out for a while in the evening after we had returned to the hotel, which was a real bonus when travelling with older teenagers. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and were always happy to give advice and information. The hotel had a lovely boutique, family feel, with a small team of staff who made us feel very welcome. A special mention to the three lovely ladies who looked after the breakfast restaurant each morning — they kept everything absolutely tip-top and worked incredibly hard. The cleaning team were also fantastic. Our room was kept beautifully clean throughout our stay and we received complimentary bottles of water every day, which was a lovely touch. The room also had a fridge, safe and TV. The TV didn’t have any English-language channels or smart TV facilities, but this wasn't an issue for us and is simply worth mentioning. Overall, we felt this hotel was on par with a 4-star hotel. We would recommend it to anyone, whether travelling as a couple, on your own or as a family. It has a lovely atmosphere, a great location and everything you need for a really enjoyable stay in Peschiera.

It is an excellent hotel all round. Well kept and maintained, clean and tidy at all times inside and out (even after a battering of storms). Rooms well serviced, staff couldn't have been more helpful. We came here to celebrate my partners' 50th birthday. Completely unprompted by me, on the morning of his birthday at breakfast, he was presented with a cake and glasses of Prosecco. A wonderful gesture that shows this establishment goes the extra mile. Location was superb, relatively peaceful, yet no more than 10 minutes walk to the centre of bustling Peschiera. Would not hesitate to revisit or recommend to others.

Nothing not to like. When booking, I found the price to be higher than the average for a three star in the local area, but you do get what you pay for.

​We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at Hotel San Marco! The modern rooms and the entire property were extremely clean. The reception staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, taking the time to show us everything upon arrival. A big plus is the private parking lot right behind the building. The location is perfect: just a 5-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the beautiful old town. The lake view from the pool and sun terrace is simply outstanding! ​The absolute heart of our stay: the two wonderful older ladies at the breakfast buffet! They managed the breakfast with so much love and passion. The fact that they spoke exclusively Italian was a true gift – as a guest, you gladly and respectfully adapted, and immediately felt the comforting warmth of being hosted by a real Italian family. It brought back the most beautiful and happiest childhood memories of holidays from the past. Simply heartwarming, authentic, and incredibly charming! We will definitely be coming back. ​Grazie mille per il bellissimo soggiorno!

Orari per usufruire della piscina restrittivi, bevande del frigobar non erano fredde e l’idromassaggio della piscina non funzionava, stanza un po’ piccolina, i posti auto non sono assolutamente sufficienti per le stanze e devi andare a posteggiare la macchina a pagamento o in una strada dietro l’albergo davanti alla casa della gente….

Super Lage direktam See. 5 Minuten nach links zum Strand und nach rechts, 5 Minuten zum Zentrum. Sehr sauber und komfortabel die Zimmer. Wir hatten einen Balkon mit Seitlichen Blick auf den Gardasee. Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Personal war immer freundlich. Kostenloser Parkplatz stand uns auch zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Hotel auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen.

Great location, a brief walk from the city center but far enough to not hear the noise. Amazing view of the lake from the pool area and breakfast area/bar and if you book a room with lake view. Very clean, large room, very nice pool.

The bathroom, which was very modern, had a weird configuration, almost had to walk over the toilet to get to the shower.

Fabulous location, view, bedroom, balcony, breakfast. pool,air con and staff! Just a quick walk into the town or the other direction for the beach. The view across the lake is amazing: breakfast fruit selection and pancakes were another highlight! Treat yourself to room with a lake view balcony as it is so worth it. The staff are lovely too and nothing is too much trouble. Great base for exploring.

The hotel is very stylish, albeit small. It is located near the center but in a quiet spot by a walking path, facing the lake. The room is clean, there is no noise from the road or neighbors, the mattress is comfortable, and toiletries are provided; the breakfast is tasty. A major bonus is the private parking. I recommend it.

Warm, friendly greeting from the reception staff. They are very helpful and welcoming, always pausing to say good morning, good day and good evening. Veronica and Erica were so helpful, answering questions and advising on local places to eat and to get around. We were originally staying for 4 nights but extended for another 3, it was no hassle and they even accomodated so we stayed in the same room. The hotel is modern, clean, nicely presented building, with high tech facilities. Rooms are well presented, very clean with lots of space. Air conditioning was amazing in the midst of a heatwave. There is a lovely uncover terrace with comfy sofas, chairs and tables as well as a sunbathing terrace and also a lovely pool area. The location is perfect, you have panoramic views of the lake and just cross a quiet road to the promenade where you have a short walk to the beach in one direction and to the historic centre the other.

The location of Hotel San Marco is excellent, only a few minutes walk to the beach and than a few minutes walk to the town the other side. The view is amazing over looking the lake. The breakfast was lovely very fresh and lots of options, and the staff are very kind and accommodating. Nothing but good things about this hotel. And it had great air con, especially as we were there during the heat wave.

We stayed in room 304 and were thrilled with the big balcony, comfortable sun loungers and panoramic views of Lake Garda and the mountains.

We loved it all, the only food available on site is breakfast, which was plentiful and tasty. For lunch and dinner there are lots of good restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

The atmosphere of the hotel was a little cold. Very stark and no softness in the rooms, bar area, breakfast room and some staff.

The hotel is in an excellent position and lovely and clean.

We found the shower a little difficult to use as there was no shower door and the water on the floor made it very slippery.

Wir waren 2 Tage vor Ort auf der Durchreise. Mit sehr guten und freundlichem Service konnten wir uns für die Weiterreise entspannen. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den See war top. Die Lage für unseren Kurzaufenthalt auch zum Ort war ideal!

Sehr freundlicher Service – definitiv eine 1+! Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Personal überaus hilfreich und alles war sehr sauber sowie bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben uns dort rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Innenstadt ist schnell erreichbar und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Restaurants in der Umgebung. Absolut empfehlenswert!
