The pool was a good size for our children and I liked that there was a separate section for younger children. The room was big enough for the 4 of us and clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

A szoba hatalmas és kényelmes, ágy rugósmatrac, de elfogadható, medence és a kert nagyon tiszta és hangulatos. Reggeli szuper finom, mindenféle közül lehet választani. Parkolás helyben megoldott, nem kellett fizetni és nagyon kedvesen navigáltak minket. Köszönjük szépen. 🙂

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Miły i pomocny personel, w hotelu elegancko i czysto, z niektórych pokoi jest widok na jezioro. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, duży wybór zarówno na wytrawnie jak i na słodko, panie na śniadaniu bardzo miłe. Świetny basen, czysty i zadbany, dużo leżaków, przy ładnej pogodzie jest otwarty bar przy basenie. Bardzo doceniam "biblioteczkę", w ktorej można było znaleźć pozycje w wielu językach. Lokalizacja ok, z hotelu jest blisko na plażę.
W najbliższej odległości nie ma dużo sklepów i restauracji, trzeba przejść ok. 800 m/1 km do miasteczka. Problemem byly mrówki. W hotelu jest zakaz jedzenia w pokojach, mimo stosowania się do zaleceń i mimo faktu, że mieliśmy pokój na 3 piętrze, mrówek było sporo - głównie w łazience i na balkonie, ale i w samym pokoju - to obniżyło komfort pobytu. Zdaję sobie sprawę z tego, że hotel moze nie mieć na to 100% wpływu, ale warto, aby potencjalni klienci o tym wiedzieli.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026L'hotel (recentemente ristrutturato in stile moderno) ha confermato le nostre aspettative: personale eccellente alla reception (sempre cordiale, accogliente, professionale e soprattutto pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze della clientela) e alla professionalità e gentilezza della Direttrice Larissa. Non da meno il personale addetto alle colazioni sempre molto attento alla pulizia dei tavoli e alle esigenze (alimentari e non) dei clienti. Nota di merito anche al personale addetto alle pulizie delle camere (grazie Monica!) che vengono risistemate ogni giorno! La colazione è abbondante e spazia da quella dolce a quella salata con cibi freschi e bevande calde e fredde. Le camere sono molto spaziose, silenziose e in stile moderno. Molto bella e curata la piscina esterna (all'interno dell'hotel!) con sdraio e ombrelloni nuovi! Piccolo ma fornito il bar della piscina. Ci sentiamo di CONSIGLIARE QUESTA STRUTTURA in cui torneremo sicuramente!
Purtroppo la maleducazione dei turisti (90% stranieri) rende meno godibile la piscina esterna: bambini che piangono o che strillano in ogni orario, persone (adulte e bambini) che giocano a pallone (anche in acqua) o che si tuffano in ogni angolo (fregandosene dei divieti ampiamente segnalati!). Tutto ciò rende l'ambiente chiassoso e stressante quando dovrebbe essere rilassante e divertente.

im Zimmer war es ein wenig schmutzig..da wurde nicht richtig gesaugt...aber ansonsten alles tip top

The parking was very convenient, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was delicious, with a huge selection of cheeses and pastries. Our room was clean and spacious, with a huge balcony, and the pool area was the cherry on top. The location was also perfect, just a 5–7 minute walk to the restaurants and main street, with a beautiful promenade right outside the hotel. We actually regretted not booking this hotel for more days. We didn’t want to leave, which means we will definitely be coming back! Also, if you’re planning to visit Gardaland, it’s only about a 20 minute drive from the hotel, which was another big plus for us.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Toplage nahe an der Uferpromenade, es war jeden Tag ein toller Anblick zum Hotel zu laufen. Sehr freundliches und vor allem hilfsbereites Personal. Beim Frühstück war täglich etwas für jeden dabei. Idealer Startpunkt um den Garda See zu erkunden und am Ende des Tages nochmal kurz in den sehr schönen Pool zu springen. Wir werden wiederkommen:)!

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Altijd ruimte om aan het zwembad te liggen. Dus geen problemen. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en stond steeds paraat om ons te helpen en uitleg te geven.
Regelmatiger het zwembad proper maken, er lag na enkele dagen best veel vuil in het water, ook op de randen van het zwembad was het wat vuiler( vogeluitwerpselen) Deurdempers voorzien, bij iedere deur die op de gang openging maakte onze deur lawaai. Hierdoor hebben we voor het slapen gaan handdoeken en rugzakken tegen de deur gelegd zodat deze niet bibberde bij openen van andere deuren op de gang.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026ich war bereots das 2x in diesem Hotel weil ich es einfach liebe, das Frühstück, die Lage! super sauber und sehr nettes Personal.
leider ist der Preis zu teuer für ein "standart" Hotel mit Pool und es wahr vermutlich auch unser letzter Urlaub in diesem Hotel , 4 Tage pro Person 450€ ist gezahlt.

Jasne i proste zasady korzystania z udogodnień hotelowych (wybraliśmy jednak kąpiel w jeziorze w trakcje pobytu, więc nie zdążyliśmy skorzystać z hotelowego basenu przed jego zamknięciem, natomiast sam fakt że był duży i zadbany basen jest zdecydowanie na duży plus). Wygodny i bezpieczny parking który okazał się być w cenie (przynajmniej na jeden motocykl).

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Życzliwy, pomocny, uśmiechnięty personel. Dobre śniadanie. Bardzo czyste pokoje, sprzątane codziennie, ręczniki również zmieniane codziennie. Klimatyzowane pokoje oraz korytarze. Duża liczba leżaków przy basenie, nigdy nie brakowało nikomu miejsca.
Brak szaf w pokoju, nie było gdzie rozpakować ubrań. To gówna bolączka. Jedynie kilka ubrań można było powiesić na wieszakach, co przy 4 osobowej rodzinie było niewystarczające. Wszystkie ubrania trzeba było trzymać w walizkach. Łóżka niezbyt wygodne, bolały nas wszystkich plecy. Sztuczna trawa przy basenie - w upały bardzo parzyła w stopy.

Reviewed Aug 1, 2026Couldn’t fault anything - welcoming, friendly staff, comfortable room, vast selection of continental breakfast and everywhere, inside and out was spotlessly clean. It has a quiet location about 100 metres up a slight hill from the lake and about 700 metres along the lake from the centre of Peschiera for ferries and buses. The rail station if about a further 1000 metres. A return visit next year is very likely

We has a family room with two double beds and it was lovely and spacious; the pool area is great and with a pool for kids too; the buffet breakfast is very generous. Location is about 10/15 mins walk from the historic center, a beautiful walk along the lake. Perfect!

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026היינו בחדר משפחתי, מיטה זוגית ועוד 2 מיטות יחיד חששנו שיהיה צפוף להפתעתנו היה מרווח ונעים + מרפסת קטנה . ניכרת החשיבה על הפרטים הקטנים, ליד כל מיטה היה חיבור לחשמל. החדר היה מאורגן מבחינת חשיבה מאוד נכון לכל מזוודה היה מקום. יש מקרר קטנטן (לא מספיק לאכלס שתייה דחפנו מה שהצליח לנו😄) האינטרנט היה מעולה. מים חמים תמיד.ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת טרייה .והכי חשוב הכל היה נקי בתקופה חמה שכזו שבה יש חרקים בכל מקום.
אהבנו הכל היה יכול להיות מושלם פלוס אם היה מטבחון ומקרר גדול יותר

The pool is a good size in a private area with plenty of space and sunloungers. The staff are excellent and the choice of food and drinks for breakfast is extensive and delicious.

Die Lautstärke der vorbeifahrenden Tuningautos über den gesamten Zeitraum, am Tage sowie in der Nacht haben leider keine Erholung gebracht. Selbst mit Kopfhörern war es laut und man konnte sich nicht unterhalten, weil man das andere Wort nicht verstand. Das Hotel hat nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass es in diesem Zeitraum zu erhöhter Lärmbelästigung kommt und hat auch keine Entschädigung/Zimmerwechsel angeboten, statt dessen kam die Aussage, die Laautstärke können sie nicht beeinflussen, das ist wie mit dem Wetter. Schade um den nicht geringen Preis, den wir gezahlt haben. Für das Geld hätte man eine bessere ruhige Alternative aussuchen können.

Pool is opened 10 AM - 8 AM. I wish it was opened longer. The bed had only a sheet and no duvet. It was hot, but I would still prefered a duvet.

Foarte aproape de plajă, piscină proprie, aproape de Peschiera del Garda, port, gară, autogară! Zona este de poveste, totul este minunat! Micul dejun este diversificat, foarte gustos!

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Puccini. The hotel is in a fantastic location with beautiful lake views, and everything was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were exceptional. Every member of staff we met was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate my autistic son, showing kindness, patience and understanding throughout our stay. They made us feel completely at ease, which meant so much to our family. Their compassion and professionalism really stood out and made our stay even more special. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend Hotel Puccini to anyone visiting Lake Garda.Nothing.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Lækkert hotel, med stort værelse. Lækker pool område med gode liggestole. Fin overvåget parkering. Morgenmaden var god, der var lidt af hvert.
På booking.com står der at værelset er lydisoleret, hvilket var med til at vi bookede dette hotel. Dette var desværre ikke korrekt, alt larm fra gangen og de omkringliggende værelser kunne høres. Sengene var meget hårde og dårlige at ligge i.
