Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Hotel location is very good. Close to the airport, beach and Palma. Around there are some restaurants, some quite good and also family friendly. The Hotel itself is dated, but kept clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was basic but good enough, special plus for omlet station which is always a good touch. Everything was as expected and matched the offer pictures so no surprise inside the room/bathroom. Around the hotel there is free public parking available. There was no problem in finding place to park. Didn't used the pool or the hotel bar so no opinion there.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026We liked the rooms, terrace, location and proximity to the beach. The breakfast and dinner were buffet type and quite good I would say. The dinner options changed every evening so you had enough possibilities to chose from.
The schedule of the dinner. From 19:30 to 21:30 for Spanish people is outrageous. It's true that Palma is full of foreigners and non-Spanish people but extending the schedule to at least 22:30 could be considered. And also the pool is closing to early (at 20:00 I think).

This hotel is quite clean, but in my opinion it does not meet four-star standards. The rooms are very basic — there are no slippers or bathrobes, and not even glasses for drinking water. It is also not possible to contact reception from the room, as the phone does not work properly. Considering the overall standard and the lack of basic amenities, I believe three-star rating would be more appropriate. not possible to call reception from the room.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Excellent facilities, easy and fast public transport to the Conference center and the airport. The staff is very helpful and friendly, going out of their way to accomodate our request. The beach nearby is clean, quiet and relaxed compared to the busier central beach and we are very glad we chose to stay here. We were combining business trip and family vacation and this hotel was the best choice for that. We will surely be back. Thank yoi very much !

L'accoglienza e i servizi offerti.
