Food,breakfast and evening meals were excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful,lovely room and very comfortable bed.

There was a small crack on the edge of the toilet ,but that was a minor issue

Slightly disappointed that when we came back from climbing Croagh Patrick absolutely saturated there was no option to dry outer clothes and we had to hang them in the wardrobe and hope…?

We Stayed a short time but was comfortable and clean

We had a very quiet,comfortable,clean and spacious room. Breakfast was delicious and pastries only out of the oven. The best I ever had. Dinner was delicious, a good size portion and service was very fast.

Favourite hotel in Westport - lovely staff

Enjoyed the location. The room was comfortable and we had drinks at the bar. Breakfast was very good. Also had a beautiful photo of a rainbow!

The location is a driving distance to the main town center so we stayed at the property. There was a private party that evening so there was quite a lot of noise.

hôtel très bas de gamme. Chambre horrible. Petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur : ouverture à 8h et rien n'était prêt, croissant décongelés et réchauffés au micron onde. Et surtout une fête avec plus de 200 personnes avec des nuissances (bruits bagarres) jusque 5 heures du matin dans les couloirs sans pouvoir dormir

The family room was really lovely, a great layout and very spacious. The breakfast was also lovely. While we could order what ever we wanted, I prefer a full buffet breakfast but there was still a nice selection of cereals and the toaster is also in the breakfast room. The staff serving breakfast were very friendly and helpful. There is a nice layout to the hotel. It is situated just outside the town and has loads of parking.

The only complaint about the room is that the bathroom floor was not clean, it was not swept or washed.

Having a high chair around is not that much of a luxury to have. Can't say my eating experience is that lovely with a baby on my lap. Room could be cleaner. Cleaning the shower drain of hair should be a priority

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben 1x zu Abend gegessen und hatten Lachs mit Kartoffelbrei und Gemüse. Es war wirklich lecker und gut gemacht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Leider sind wir keine Frühstücker....es roch aber morgens herrlich nach Kaffee und co. Das Parkplatz war riesig und man fand immer einen egal zu welcher Zeit man ankam. Die Lage ist idyllisch mit Blick auf Wiesen und Kühe. In die Stadt nach westport sind es aber nur 10min mit dem Auto. Da findet man alles.

Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Man hat das Gefühl sie renovieren nach und nach das Hotel. Das Restaurant und die Bar scheinen mit am neusten zu sein. Die Zimmer besitzen bereits elektrische Türschlösser. Die Zimmer sind ein wenig veraltet.

Excellent location and very peaceful surroundings. Find was delicious and nice atmosphere in the bar.

Only a couple of minor things, as room was lovely, but would recommend a different shower mat as the one we had was dirty. Also, desk drawers need a clean.

It was beautifully situated, serene and with friendly, helpful staff.

Breakfast was not good overall the staff were very professional but the quality of the food for breakfast was average .

The hotel seems a little dated on arrival, but inside it impresses. The rooms are big, clean and well equipped; the food is top notch, the staff are very friendly, parking is so handy compared to urban hotels, and the whole place is so peaceful.

All the staff was friendly and give us tips on where to visit, set in a beautiful location, not to far out from the town of Westport, but enough that you didn’t get the traffic, food was amazing, and the views were spectacular, if you want to stay close to the hotel a nice walk around the grounds would be lovely

Well it’s not really in Westport you have to drive into Westport on really back country roads, quite hard to get a taxi a lot of the recommended numbers hung up on us.. decor and appliances are quite out dated, breakfast is weird only one staff member who’s the bartender, receptionist and waitress.. bar was weird we walked in and everyone stared at us like we shouldn’t be there so we passed on staying in there. Our room was next to an ac air compressor and it went all night very loud and then 8am on Saturday morning the smoke alarms went off for a few seconds and woke the whole place up. The fire drills are ment to be on a Monday so it was abit shocking..

We stayed for 2 nights with our toddler & found the hotel very peaceful & quiet which was ideal. Friendly & accommodating staff, a real laid back approach. We had dinner both evenings & the food was delicious & generous servings. Breakfast was excellent & overall the hotel had everything we needed. There is a lovely playground in the village, approx 5 mins by car.

It could do with improvements to the outdoor paving, quite a few loose tiles, painting the front doors. Carpets could be freshened up, has an old musty smell.

The staff were so friendly. They couldn't do enough to help. The food was amazing the hotel was spotless clean rooms were immaculate. Would really recommend this hotel to friends and family. I'll be booking it again for my family next summer.

The bedroom was excellent.

The staff, (apart from a lovely lady at the reception desk when we were leaving yesterday) - there was no communication / could perhaps dress properly when serving (noticed stained apron/trousers/untidy hair) which would make a good impression.

A nice location in the countryside. Plenty of parking. Reception staff very pleasant. Vending machine onsite, in case you need something and don't fancy driving back into town. Hotel has a lift. Bed is very comfortable and room is clean. Plenty of hot water. Reasonably priced

The hairdryer. It looked like a wall-mounted model that had now been bundled into a drawer, bracket and all (see photo). It wasn't the nicest to use. The end fell off the curtain rail when I tried to close the curtains. These are very minor quibbles and easily remedied. The cooked breakfast was a bit disappointing, especially the rashers. The breakfast staff weren't as friendly as the reception staff. I had to go in search of someone to give me a menu and got the impression I was inconveniencing them. It isn't an issue for me but the toilet in the ensuite is set nearer to the floor than your average one. It might be something to be aware of for guests with mobility issues.

Le prix, quasiment 600€ la nuit! A ce prix on s’attend à du luxe ce qui n’étais pas le cas. La douche de notre chambre était cassée, le mobilier vieillissant, des traces d’usure un peu partout. Il y avait même un trou dans le mur effectué à la scie cloche. Le bassin extérieur était dans un état pitoyable. Des câbles électrique partout à on intérieur avec des boîte de chips….

The staff were excellent, especially Aine, she works very hard and she is very helpful.

Set in stunning countryside the views were gorgeous. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had a lovely dinner and sat outside on the terrace with an evening drink. Room was very comfortable and clean. Had a wonderful stay here!

A true rural Ireland experience. Such a relaxing atmosphere , friendly staff, a great view of the countryside and Croagh Patrick. It was exceptional hot weather and the room was lovely and cool. I had a simple breakfast and the waitress didn't charge the full price. I plan to return again.

Het is een hotel , niet te massaal ,mooie omgeving,stil. Kamer en badkamer ruim netjes. Gezellige pub/restaurant Lekker ontbijt

Was lichtelijk gedateerd ,her en der een goede schilderbeurt daar zou het van opknappen . In 1 van de muren van mijn kamer zat een gat(?) Bed was niet fijn ,,te zacht ,zat een kuil in .

The location was 10minute drive from the town so was nice and quiet. Staff were lovely and provided a big fan for our room during the heatwave. The room was massive and more than enough for my husband, our 8month old and myself.

If I really had to nit pick on something, we found the pillows on the beds weren't very comfortable but that comes down to taste and we prefer a firmer pillow. Honestly a great place and would 100% return.

Nice big bed and the bedding was good. Situated on a golf course so nice drive up to the hotel. About 3 miles out of Westport so you need a car to go into town .

Hotel is tired and in need of a refurbishment. Paid €225 for one night room only. Breakfast was another €12.50 per person and it was very mediocre . Bedroom although did have a nice big bed there were cobwebs in the room. No bottled water . One wire coat hanger in the wardrobe. Very old hairdryer in a dusty drawer. The bathroom you could hardly move the dial to turn on the shower which was in a bath as it was so stiff. Also in the bath there was another shower with a hose attached to the taps which wasn’t very nice at all . Quite grimy to be honest. Just not good value for money.

The Room Wasn't clean the Sink & toilet rim was dirty the table in the room was all dust and there were dirty socks on the floor. The meal that evening was dreadful when we said it to the waitress ( who also was the receptionist / bar tender and at one stage I saw her with the hoover) that evening she didn't take much notice
