La atención cálida, humana. Me sentí en casa. El desayuno insuperable de este lugar, pan recién horneado al estilo francés. Me sentí homenajeada, consentida. Sin duda una experiencia que vale la pena repetir. Un refugio de hospitalidad y buen gusto.

No encuentro que criticar. Todo es perfecto.

Es un hotel que está ubicado en una zona muy buena de la ciudad y que tiene un personal muy amable y atento. Cuenta con lo necesario para que tengas una experiencia tranquila de paso por la ciudad. Puedes usar las facilidades de la cocina y eso es positivo.

Está aún en construcción algunos cuartos, entonces hay muchas personas circulando por el hotel y el parqueadero es únicamente un espacio, por lo que tienes que reservar con anticipación.

Las instalaciones son muy lindas y muy limpias

La atención, el desayuno, la limpieza y la ubicación son excelentes, se siente como estar en casa de un familiar o amigo

Lo mejor es la calidez de los dueños, es como ir a la casa de un tío que te quiere y te consiente. Todo el tiempo dispuestos a atenderte y ayudarte en todo. El desayuno es espectacular realmente, un café de calidad delicioso y muy generosos en todo momento. La habitación muy cómoda y muy limpia, dormimos perfectamente.

La casa no es grande por lo que si hay gente ruidosa se alcanza a escuchar.

Hotel Frances La Maison is a quaint hotel in the middle of Pasto. The rooms are clean and filled with the amenities. It has a touch of French since the proprietor is French. Breakfast and conversation is included which makes a stay in Pasto complete.

Service was great, very convenient location, and cleanliness inside the room and at general areas was really good. Everything inside the room worked very well. Breakfast was delicious. And, hotel staff was very kind, friendly and very gentle.

We saw the great reviews for this hotel and can only add ourselves to the list of excellent reviews. We were treated so well, as if we were family. The breakfast "made to order" was terrific. Go for the fruit salad for a treat covering a broad variety of Colombian fruit. We had to extend our stay by a few days and had no problems with this. We will be back when the opportunity presents itself.

Friendly staff, eclectic decoration, secure parking for my motorcycle in the garage. WiFi worked, breakfast was good and there was a restaurant right across the street.

The other reviews are accurate. Patrice is an excellent host and the breakfast is like restaurant quality. Good quiet safe residential location with many restaurant choices within walking distance.

I had not written a review in a while but the impression this hotel made on me motivated me to write one. The hotel is in a nice location and is full of nice details that makes you feel someone cares. Patrice, the owner, makes you feel special and is very attentive to your needs. Breakfast is prepared to order with fresh ingredients and there is nice music in the background. There are many good restaurants in the neighborhood and it is only a 15 minute walk to the main square.

My stay at the Hotel Frances La Madison was great! Patrice and his staff are friendly, the hotel is very clean and the customer service was second to none. Every morning you are greeted with a delicious breakfast and at night, a hot cup of tea. It was wonderful!

My 1st impression was the great location. 2nd, appearance; the place looks immaculate. 3rd; I arrived early. The front desk clerk offered a room so I could lay down while my assigned room was ready. After a long morning, that was a gesture that I REALLY APPRECIATED. 4th, the whole "crew" starting with Patrice, were extremely polite, attentive and helpful!!!! 5th, breakfast was, 1st class, Very Complete!!!! To summarize, this is a place that I WILL recommend and when I go back, I will surely look up to stay. KUDOS FOR A GREAT A EXPERIENCE, based on accomodation and Staff. I´m very Satisfied!!

I arrived like 6 hours earlier than expected, due to an unexpected change of plans!!! Patricio checked me in and offered breakfast! After eating, a staff member approached me and offered me a room where I could stay while I got my own room!!! First time I receive such an offer and without asking for it!!! This is a good omen!!! Excelente servicio, atención del personal y desayuno. Muy buena habitación adaptada para personas en situación de discapacidad, les faltan algunos detalles en cuestión de un poco más de espacio, armario o sentido de la puerta, pero en general todo excelente para que no sufras por nada.

We stayed here for 1 night of a 7 night trip to Colombia, I wished we could have stayed here for the entire trip. Not only was the room super comfortable, the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were so warm and hospitable, made you feel like you were staying with family. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Can’t wait to visit again next year.

My wife and I spent last week in Pasto at Hotel Frances La Maison. It is part hotel and part bed and breakfast - as the room comes with a great breakfast. Like the other reviews, we found Patrice and staff to be super accommodating. We had a 2nd floor room facing the road, but didn't find road noise to be a problem. The room was comfortable and the common rooms and hallways were more like in a home than in a hotel. It's in a great neighborhood and we felt perfectly safe at all times. Without a doubt, we will stay here during our next trip back.

Excellent breakfast and top-notch service. They allowed me to check in early (9 am) at no extra charge. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, if a bit small. The room that I had (203) faced the street and so was a bit noisy; the cold also came in a bit at night through the single-glazed window, but was totally fine with the extra blankets that were stored in the closet (and which had been pointed out to me). If the room were upgraded with a double-glazed window (which admittedly are rare in Colombia), that would better insulate the room from the noise and cold, it would be fantastic.

A great place for leisure and business travel. Patrice, the hotel owner, and his staff are a very decidcated team and will make sure that you feel as comfortable as possible. The breakfast is exceptional - make sure you have some time to eat through all the different options. I would come back any time.

Hotel La Maison is a wonderful place and one of the most comfortable places we have stayed in during our 5-month journey through Colombia. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and very filling, healthy and fresh. Our room was very cosy and clean, with Netflix access, super fast Internet and a very ncie bathroom. The staff was super kind and helpful and the location was just perfect- very close to the center and many amazing restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended!!!!

Whilst the hotel is modest in proportion, the quality of welcome was fantastic. Patrice's advice was invaluable in helping us make the most of our limited time in Pasto. Nothing was too much trouble for our affable hosts, and would certainly return should we find ourselves in Pasto again.

This is really a great little hotel, everything from the wonderful breakfasts to the friendly, dedicated and efficient staff has taken a lot of hard work to achieve. The room was exactly the right size and the shower was refreshing. The whole place has a great atmosphere and good energy without being over commercial, on the contrary it is homely and welcoming. Many congratulations to Patrice, the owner, for whom a great deal of credit is due for his achievements.

I spent a few days in this hotel 5 years ago and swore to return. The hotel was charming the first time, but since then it has been completely renovated. It remains charming, but is somehow even better. Patrice, the owner, is delightful, as is all his well-trained and friendly staff. I look forward to my next visit.

It was nice to come back to Pasto after 5 years. And especially to spend our couple of days in La Maison. This hotel and the skilled staff are something almost magical. Everything just works and you feel easily like home. There is also now more staff speaking english, even though you will manage just fine with your travel español. Señores in the staff know what you mean before you even realize. Price-quality wise you will not be wasting your money. Patrice, the hotel owner, is of course the heart and soul of the place, but everything runs smoothly even if he’s not around. Breakfast is very good and I never left table hungry or not satisfied. And the kitchen, nice detail is that you are allowed to use it for making lunch if you prefer. Good option for families if you don’t want to eat always out :) All in all, 5 stars again!

The room was good, but a little noisy. I didn't like which smell the room, it's like enclosed and without ventilation. It need more natural ilumation. The breakfast was wonderfull. the staff is very kind.
