La habitación amplia y cómoda, la cama super confortable, me dejaron una bolsa caliente en la cama para que estuviera caliente cuando llegara y la comida me pareció deliciosa. toda la atención muy buena.

Lovely hotel in the centre of pasto. The staff are great and the hotel secure and comfortable. We had an early checkout and the hotel provided a packed breakfast without us asking which I thought was very attentive to our needs. Would definitely stay here again

Personal atento. Ubicación en pleno centro de la ciudad lo que permite moverse sin problemas a pie, recorriendo lo que ofrece, principalmente iglesias.

Quizás mejorar el desayuno, ampliando la variedad de alimentos, como yogurt y frutas. No posee ascensor, lo que es una dificultad para quienes tienen problemas de movilidad.

El desayuno deben mejorarlo con màs opciones

1. Al llegar había demasiado ruido debido a que había una fiesta en el primer piso y otro evento con orquesta en un piso superior. Por tanto, había demasiado ruido. 2. El hotel nunca me informó que habían esos eventos y que terminaban a la 1:30 a.m esta información me la dieron al llegar a la recepción porque preguntamos sobre el ruido y si lo escucharíamos en las habitaciones. A esta pregunta respondieron: "solo hasta la 1:30 a.m." 3. El desayuno tipo "buffet" es bastante decepcionante. Te dan las frutas más baratas del mercado y no colocan los huevos a disposición, por tanto, no puedes repetir si se te antojan más huevos. 4. Si deseas ver netflix, debe ser desde tu sesión. Debes pagarlo adicional. 5. La habitación no tenía persianas o cortinas oscuras, por tanto, si disfrutas de habitaciones en las que no te llegue toda la luz a pleno amanecer, no es una buena opción. 6. No es un sitio en el que se pueda descansar cuando hay evento. Pregunta anticipadamente. 7. Decepcionante el precio vs la calidad.

El hotel es excelente, en comfort lo valoré con un nivel bueno sin ser la más alta puntuación porque para llegar a la recepción debes subir escaleras, además el ascensor es muy pequeño. Todo lo demás es excepcional.

no me gusto que justo el dia que me hospede hubo un evento dentro del hotel lo cual me pareció malo porque estaba realmente cansado y no pude descansar bien debido al ruido, recomiendo que integren aisladores acústicos porque para ser un hotel tan bueno eso deja malas experiencias de resto todo bien

The location is great, right in the center of town near several historic churches and the Gold Museum. They have security guards and cameras, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is great too and a good value. I will stay here again next time I’m in Pasto.

La ubicación es centrar, bastante comercio restaurantes cerca. La amabilidad del personal que atiende. El desayuno estaba bien.

Lo único fue en la habitación que tenía no funcionó el agua caliente en la ducha, pero fueron muy atentos y lo solucionaron rápido.

La persona de la recepción y el botones muy amables.

Anteriormente me había alojado en dicho hotel y la habitación era mejor y ahora está muy desmejorado, falta más mantenimiento y aseo. Recuerdo que cada habitación tenía su cafetera y ahora no encontré nada, al igual que para el frío brindaban bolsa de agua caliente y nada de eso vi en el momento. La comida del hotel muy regular para su valor.

Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. A few minor things could be improved. Hand soap was empty, and there was only one towel and one cup in the room. Overall, a lovely stay.

Los eventos nocturnos interfieren con la tranquilidad para poder conciliar el sueño. Deben insonorizar esos salones.

A centrally located hotel, very nice staff and quite a rarity, at the reception there was even someone who spoke some English. Clean room, hot water, reliable wifi.

As usual in Colombia by now, a rather poor and meagre breakfast. But I suppose it's a standard in this country (never tried any five-star facility, though), so maybe it should be simply taken as a fact and nothing more.

The breakfast was marginal. Eggs were good, but the buffet was very limited. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was on the second floor. The stairs were a bit of an issue for some in our party. Rooms on the street side of the hotel were very noisy.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The security attendants at the door were especially nice. They always greeted us and made sure we were cared for.

Breakfast buffet was substandard. They offered eggs, cooked to order, but nothing else other than fruit, cereal and coffee. Language was a real problem if you don't speak Spanish. The bar was very limited and there were no ice machines. Sometimes we could get ice from room service, sometimes not. The rooms on the street side were quite noisy. We had to change our room because of that. The staff was very willing to do that, but it would be advised to ask for an off street room at booking.

The nicest, friendliest staff I have experienced in a very long time. The amenities were subjectively poor for my taste. However, if we were to rate this hotel simply on the warm, professional, truly caring methods and behaviors of the staff, this would be on par with the Four Seasons.

I stayed in the Don Saul Hotel during carnival days, Don Saul Hotel has an amazing location. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown also they can help to organize tours to laguna de la cocha , santuario de las lajas citytour etc, so my feedback is 10 from 10. I hope I will be back next year at this Hotel

I stayed in the Don Saul Hotel an extra 2 weeks after the carnival days, what can I say about Don Saul Hotel as usual the room was clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I worked 2 weeks from Don Saul Hotel and I never had issues with the internet connection which is very important for people who are traveling and working simultaneously. 10 from 10, Highly recommended!

What can I say about my stay at Hotel Don Saul, I stayed during the Carnaval days and it was an amazing and unforgettable experience. Hotel Don Saul has a perfect location, cozy atmosphere, comfortable rooms, attentive and helpful staff, and delicious cuisine. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel Naheel Hussein for the warm hospitality, he did all and even more to make my stay n Pasto unforgettable and comfortable. I want to add that Naheel Hussein has a fantastic family. I was lucky to meet all of you, "Muchísimas gracias" :) I got great pleasure. Highly recommended!

The room was conformable and spacious enough. All basic amenities were there. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff was nice and helpful. Really reccomend this hotel. We had a wonderful stay.

We stayed on Hotel Don Saul for two night during our stay in Pasto in december 2014. It's a clean and nice hotel in the center of Pasto. The rooms are big and nice and the breakfasts are good. The reception is helpful and kind.
