The tours and tour guides were the highlight of the trip, and the Amazon experience itself was incredible. The location in Leticia was also convenient and made it easy to explore the area.

The quality of the hotel and room was disappointing, and I felt misled about pricing throughout my stay. I found a large cockroach in my room the first night, and housekeeping even took my personal towel and socks while cleaning. The owner booked tours through outside agencies while charging me far more than the actual listed prices, and when I politely questioned the costs, she became angry and dismissive instead of explaining them clearly. I also experienced repeated confusion and lack of transparency around pricing and tour arrangements, which made the stay very uncomfortable.

Ziemlich grosse Zimmer der Garten sowie das Frühstück waren gut.

Leider haben die Bungalow keine fenster nur Moskito Netze. Es hatte zwar eine Klimaanlage aber durch das, dass Bungalow offen war nützte dies nicht viel. Duschen konnte man nur kalt also kein warm Wasser. Kein duschstrahl vorhanden. Also mit langen langen Haaren kann mann sich auf eine duschzeit von 30minuten einstellen

Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral. Gutes Frühstück.

Alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Holzelemente müsste man mal tauschen. Bei mir ist der Boden vor der Türe eingebrochen, morsches Holz. Matratzen waren durchgelegen, nicht sehr angenehm. Pool wäre echt toll, der Whirlpool war vermutlich schon eine Ewigkeit nicht mehr in Betrieb, sieht nicht aus als würde der noch funktionieren. Alles hellhörig resp. typisch für Amazonas offen gebaut. Unterkunft schon etwas zu teuer.

Das Hotel hat einen schön bepflanzten weitgehend moskitofreien Innenhof. Die Lage ist gut. Man ist in 10 Min. zu Fuß im Zentrum

Das Frühstück war eher überschaubar. Die Zubereitung hat teilweise 30 Min. gedauert, obwohl ich der einzige Gast war. Ein Regen hat das Zimmer weitgehend unter Wasser gesetzt, was aus Sicht der Hotelbetreiberin aber normal ist...

Quizá esperábamos otra cosa en cuánto a los bungalows, por las fotos pensábamos que era tipo casita y en realidad son habitaciones.

The owner and her team were incredibly welcoming! Even though we arrived quite late in Leticia, they made sure we could still have dinner at a restaurant they run — such a kind gesture after a long trip. They also helped organize all our Amazon tours and were super considerate with breakfast, even making changes when we had some stomach issues. It was so thoughtful of them to bring us coconuts to help with that — I really appreciated it. If you plan to book your Amazon excursions through the hotel, I totally recommend the one on the Peruvian side with Milton. He’s amazing — he’ll show you the jungle in detail, explaining every bit of its plants and animals with true passion. The owner works tirelessly from morning till night, and it’s clear she respects her staff and runs everything with heart. The hotel itself is calm and cozy, with a hammock in the hall — a small, peaceful oasis right in the middle of Leticia. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Thank you so much for everything! 🌿💚

The hotel is very exotic and got the amazonas style. the rooms are very spacious, with air condition and ventilator. the breakfast is nice and Judith is so nice and helpful. we had a very great time and recommand this Hotel

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse en Leticia. Las trabajadoras son muy atentas y dispuestas para todo. Tienen tours organizados por el Amazonas de todos los tipos en los que puedas pensar y prácticamente todos son privados, de forma que se disfrutan muchísimo. Se adaptan a los horarios en relación al desayuno, hay siempre agua potable disponible… Muy buena experiencia.

Creemos que algunos tours eran caros para lo que ofrecían (por ejemplo el de las tres fronteras), aunque mayormente el resto merecen la pena

The police had a unique fear of being in the Amazon.

But the advertisement on here on booking is inaccurate. It says it has an air condition, but it is not insulated with open windows and screen. Therefore, there’s no way this extremely hot room could ever get cool. When hot air is leaking into the room. That’s bad for the property because it useswasted energy with no insulation. But the bottom line is we could not stay there or sleep because it was too hot and had to leave early. We were only there for two hours and charged for a full day. It’s advertised as having Internet, but the room itself does not have Internet. When we paid for the room, we had to pay cash and she could not give me a receipt. She eventually emailed it to me, but this would not have happened if they ever tries accurately

We only stayed one night but we enjoy the comfort after a week in the Amazon. The room was good and the staff was helpful. Breakfast stood out with fruits, eggs and fresh breads. The hotel is located in a quiet part of town but still walking distance to the water front.

Joli cabane au cœur d’un magnifique jardin peuplé de colibris où se prélasser dans le hamac à écouter la nature loin de la frénésie de Leticia pourtant toute proche. Petit déjeuner excellent. Hotel tenu avec beaucoup de professionnalisme.

The location of the hotel is right outside the busier downtown of Leticia. It is walkable to the markets and main areas. There are multiple great restaurants int he area and a great restaurant in the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We felt like it was a little oasis in the amazon. Loved our hammock in the all season room.

It’s a beautiful property. Large rooms with a hammock in the front part. Amazingly beautiful surroundings in the garden. Very close to the restaurants, bars and the park Santander. Also to the boats for puerto Narino. The owner is really nice and speaks English as well. Great breakfast!

Feels like a calm and cozy oasis in the midst of the hubbub of Leticia. The proprietress is a true gem, who clearly pours her heart into the place. It was a bonus that she speaks/understands a fair amount of English. The room was spotless, the AC worked well and enough covered the background sounds of town. The compound grounds are lovely with private places to sit. It's in a great location where if felt safe enough and easy to walk to the business district. The restaurant area is lovely and the food was really good, some of the better we had in Colombia. The breakfast was especially wonderful. Definitely would stay again and recommend to friends.

We opted to stay in the cheaper front rooms, which were just fine with all we needed, but didn't have windows at ground level and had fairly thin doors. I wish I'd opted for one of the back rooms, which have large windows, private indoor hammocks and more. I could hear some street noise in the evening, but suspect that would be the case most anywhere in Leticia.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is centrally located, a block from the main square and four blocks to main business area, all very walkable. Renovations are being done on the property. New paint cans are stacked up and some roofing repairs are being done.

Near the front entrance are three lounge chairs which are comfortable for resting but there is a strong smell of cat urine.

Service is exceptional. They are always ready to help and very open to guests requirements. Rooms are very clean and price wise is an excellent option.

Super comfortable bungalow and great location. Food was delicious. Our host Judy was really helpful in organising excursions for us, transfers to and from airport, etc.

The employees is what truly makes this place great. Judy, the manager, is such a sweet lady. She works nonstop to make sure people enjoy their stay. She is the most genuine person I've met on my travels. One day, my girlfriend needed to go to the hospital and spend the night (not because of anything here in Leticia). When I told Judy, she personally came down to the hospital with dinner, juice, blankets, pillows, and a pair of her sandals for my girlfriend to use. She sat down with us and said a prayer. The next morning at 6 am, she was there first thing in the morning to check on us, and to talk to the nurses to make sure we were provided good care. We stayed for 9 days at this hotel, and every day, Judy would sit and talk with us, suggesting safe activities we could do, making custom meals to satisy my pregnant girlfriends cravings. All the staff is kind and hardworking, but Judy really went above and beyond for us. Such a wonderful person that deserves all the praises I can give her. I would stay here again if for nothing else, because of her!

Amazing breakfast, super nice staff, great bungalow, amazing nice garden… an oasis in leticia. We felt like at home, the lady in charge is incredibly nice and dedicated, she does everything to make you feel well. The jugos are magic, and food in general. Breakfast to remember :-). If you want a colourful note: birds from parque Santander leave the park very early (5:30), which is noticeable all over Leticia :-). It is very good to have early plans anyway in the area.

The hotel had a really good coffee served at breakfast. Fresh fruit cocktail and delicious omelet. The bungalows had a hammock for relaxing. The hotel had a water container where you could refill your water bottle.

It was a bit hot inside the bungalow, because the Air-condition unit was too small for that size of Bungalow.

The hotel is in a great location and easy to get to quickly from the airport. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the little courtyard that the rooms are centered around is very pretty with lots of bird life including humming birds visiting. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. They have air con but it won't do much in the very high heat, but there is a fridge in the room and drinking water available within the grounds. The hotel also does very good food and there are also several good restaurants a very short walk away. I would highly recommend this place.

Hotel had AC unit and fans to help cool room down. Safe and quiet location with restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast provided, as well as a water refill station . Loved the staff. Hotel and rooms looked as pictured.

WiFi signal didn’t seem to reach or last in room, but other areas of hotel it worked just fine.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the grounds of the hotel are great with a very pretty courtyard and garden for relaxing in, you can sit and watch birds including humming birds. Good location, central location.. but quiet. Friendly staff. We stayed here before and after our jungle trip, could leave our large luggage behind and on arrival back, the luggage was already in the room... which we found a warm welcome back. Also a good breakfast in a nice garden.

Nice quiet little resort. We had our own bungalow, which was spacious and well equipped. The food was delicious and the staff were very nice. The only annoying thing was the rooster in the neighbourhood crowing every minute from 2.00am.

Location was convenient, close to airport and large supermarket and restaurants. Breakfast was fine. Cabin was spacious and bed was large and comfortable (not rock hard as sometimes in latam) It was mostly clean, some stains in the bed sheets and general wear and tear.

The air conditioning was not great, didn’t make any difference in the heat of the day., because the cabin is not closed off. We had to sleep with wet towels on. Also the shower temperature is not adjustable, so no cold showers possible. Next time I would opt for a place with a pool in case the AC fails :p

Location, easy short walk to Santander Park and Malecón. We were able to drop off our bags earlier before check in time. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice size rooms and restroom, AC and fans, water refill stations and fridge in rooms. Nice breakfast.

The owner of the place saved us: we organized a transfer to the airport early in the morning (5:30 am pick up time) with an organization we did a jungle tour before. The driver didn't show up as arranged and we could not reach anybody for help, so she drove us to the airport. Thank you for this service so early in the morning! Room was clean, very big, and bed an AC were very comfortable. We could get a glass of water anytime for free.

The hotel is centrally located - 5 minutes away from the airport by taxi/tuk tuk and also minutes away from the boat terminal. Easy walk to Santander park. The bungalows are spacious and comfortable with big bathrooms and good aircon and fans. Nice garden, where you can grab a drink from the hotel’s bar. We appreciated the choice of regional breakfast options (Colombian, Brazilian or Peruvian). Lovely and super helpful staff, who let us store our bags while we travelled out of town and advised on migration process between Colombia and Brazil. Thank you for making our stay nice, comfortable and easy!
