Sehr nette Frau an der Rezeption. Hat uns sehr geholfen und alles freundlich Erklärt! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer konnte mit einer Heizlampe extra geheizt werden! Sehr geräumiges Zimmer. Es gab eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, sowie Wäscheständer. Auch das Gelände war sauber.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Wir hatten einen Duschvorhang in einer anderen Zimmerkategorie welcher beim Duschen gestört hat.

Spacious and comfortable and great value for price

Nothing was said about the spa bath in 19 not being functional as didn't find out till after bath was ran. Had to make the early ferry so couldn't bring to their attention in person and didn't see a note pad so I could let them know.

Arrived at around 1.20am so was unsure if check in was available, sent a message to the staff and they send a fast and kind response letting us know they had arranged a late night check in.

Easily accessible from town, car parking available and host was welcoming on arrival. Room was comfortable and clean, perfect for a quick stay while passing through town.

My son was really sick the last night we were there. They were so good about it and easy to talk to. Highly recommend

Bed was quite soft, we are used to a medium firmness.

Great location. Room is decent in size and very clean and tidy. The heatpump is sufficient to heat the 1 bedroom unit nicely. Sofa in the lounge was very comfortable to sit on. Free wifi

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. It was difficult to get a decent nights rest.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. Onsite car parking. Perfect for early morning ferry departures. Would definitely stay at again.

Close to eateries, restaurants etc. We were in the northern most upstairs room which would have received morning sun if we were able to stay and enjoy it - had to leave at 8am to catch the ferry

This was a repeat stay. We liked the place so much on our arrival in the South Island for our trip that we booked it again for our return trip.Great system ,we were a late arrival so our name and room number were on the office window, our room was unlocked with the key inside and the heating on. The room was spacious for a studio and the very comfortable and clean.

Our holiday was over we couldn’t stay longer ,we had to go home.

It was exceptionally clean, warm, with a very comfortable bed, and an excellent hot shower. Its location was perfect for our needs, was within a 2 minute walk to the supermarket, a wonderful bakery and our evening activity.

Was a little noisey with backing on to the main road and railway line but the door was quite sound proof

The room was larger than I was expecting. The shower was excellent. All in all an excellent motel. I strongly recommend it to other traveller's.

Always stay here when arrive off the ferry. They always have our room ready with the heater on when we arrive. Convenient location, always clean and comfy.
