Cold shower! I just have no patience for this, hence the 5/10 review. There is no reason under the sun a hotel is not capable of providing a hot shower. Very disappointing. Also an earthworm came up out of the shower drain in the morning.. which is just, wow. 😮

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Lovely owners/managers! They are so helpful and kind. Great location - few mins walk from all attractions in town centre and close to restaurants/stores. The room was spacious and clean. They have done work to update it so it feels fresh. We stayed in an ocean view room and waking up in the morning to a beautiful view was always amazing. Would stay again in the future when we visit.

The parking would be difficult for anyone who is not confident at driving as access is up hill and places are tight re manouverability.. No lifts as would expect to upstairs balcony rooms but has wide stairs with comfortable step placing and good handrails to assist.

Found her way to connect with and she went out of her way for my kids and rearranged everyone's parking so we could all get out. Everyone arrived at the same time. It was chaos but she handled it amazing. Super clean. Comfy bed. Chill little garden. Nice views.
