Amazing Service,Mr Shahadat Was Incredibly Friendly And Made Us Feel Right At Home,Thank You Very Much.

The location is good and it was not very crowded. They gave me a free breakfast which was ok.

The bathroom was not clean and there was only one elevator which took forever to arrive.

Everything is okay in hotel and shahadat is so good thank you so much

Thank you to the management of Dammam Palace Hotel for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality. Special thanks to Mr.Sujay and Mr. Shahadat for their kindness and generosity in offering complimentary Arabic coffee and breakfast. I also enjoyed the delicious food at View Restaurant. It was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to visiting again.

This was my third stay, and it was very pleasant. The staff are kind and friendly and the restaurant serves excellent food. Special thanks to Chef Merky and Mr. Shahadat who graciously offered me a complimentary dinner on the third night.

Good service from the restaurant staff. Their friendliness is highly appreciated, especially Mr. Shahadat, for his excellent hospitality and attentive service.

While the restaurant staff provided excellent service, the breakfast menu was disappointing and did not represent good value for money. I suggest reviewing the menu selection and quality

Lights in the room are weak

Great location. Walkable to Saravana Bhavan and many other restaurants. Can even shop some perfumes if we walk a little longer.

Cleaness of the room carpet was not up to the mark .

الفطور فقييير جدا وعندما وصلنا الساعة ٩ كان كل شي فارغ تقريبا و الصحون فاضية ولم يقم احد بتعبئتها حتى طلبنا تعبئتها .. وانواع الاكل قليلة وفقيرة .. الحمامات تحتاج اعادة تأهيل قديمة ومقرفة .. والفندق بشكل عام قديم و رائحة العفونة ظاهرة و خصوصا في المصعد

موظف الاستقبال بيحدثك وعيونه في شاشة الكمبيوتر مما يعنى عدم اهتمامة واستقبال غير لائق ولا يعد احترافي .. بعد رحله طويله تم الوصول ثم اخبرنى ان عليا الانتظار لحين تنظيف الغرفه المحجوزة ولمده تزيد عن ساعه فتركت المكان وغادرت ثم حدثنى موظف في المساء أخبرته مما يعنى عدم إغلاق طلبي من الموظف الاول ثم تم الغاؤه من قبل الفندق مساءا

الفندق قديم والاثاث قديم نوافذ الغرفه تسمع منها صوت صفير عالي من الرياح

الغرف كبيره وشرحة والاطلاله جميلة والاسره مريحة

الحمام الله يكرمكم مليان مويه وترجع على الغرفه صار السيب غرق وطلعت ريحه الفرش

الراحه والهدوء والنظافه شيء لا يصدق ماشاء الله

حلو الهوتيل نظيف ومرتب خدمتهم حلوة

غرفتنا كانت على الشارع ف ازعاج شوي اصوات السيارات بس

عجبني في المكان الموقع وترتيب الغرف وخدمة العملاء.. خصوصا موظف الاستقبال ابراهيم كان جدا متعاون وحريص على راحتنا

نظافة المطعم كان بحاجة إلى الاعتناء به اكثر.. وكذلك مكينة القهوة لم تكن ذات كفاءة عالية

Výborná snídaně i večeře (za příplatek 75 SAR/osoba) formou bufetu. Vstřícný personál recepce i restaurace. Excellent breakfast and dinner (for an additional fee of 75 SAR/person) in buffet form. Friendly reception and restaurant staff.

Location

1. Cards doors are not working, in one day cards stopped working many times and had to go downstairs more than 5 times to resolve this so important issue just to enter the room. The main purpose of booking a hotel is to ENTER A ROOM, which seemed so difficult. Card devices on doors are barely functioning. 2. The room smells so awful (sewers). Alternative room was barely provided but also with a queen bed which is not our need, our need is two separate beds.

الفندق هادئ وموقعه جيد وقريب من معهد الإدارة، ولديهم مطعم جديد في الدور الثامن قدمت لي دعوة مجانية للعشاء وكان الأكل طيب والمكان راقي والاطلالة جميلة

النظافة فرشات السرير أبدا مو نظيفة ولها ريحة ومافي نظافة دورية

اشياء كثيرة مثل قربه من احتياجاتي( موقعه قريب من مركز المدينة).

االمشكلة تتكرر ، نقص حاد جداً في الموظفين ، ليلة تسجيل الدخول موظف واحد للاستقبال وهو المسؤل عن نقل الحقائب، عند المغادرة طلبت حامل الحقائب فاخبرني موظف الاستقبال انه غير موجود وعلي حمل حقائبي. هذه المشكلة قديمة لها اكثر من اربع سنوات واظنها بسبب تقشف الادارة الاخيرة.
