Clean money value

Parking

Overall rating is above & beyond, I've mentioned the receptionists in previous rating contributions, now I have to mention the housekeepers, Arbind & Abu Khair, those are supportive, respectful & hardworking guys.

There's nothing to worry about.

Spacious room.

Parking.

The receptionists Mohammed Al Yami, Hadeel & Zainab are very cooperative & professionals, housekeeper Arbind is helpful & respectful, lobby area quite & unique.

Some noise sometimes from Lulu hypermarket celebration

The receptionists Zainab & Mohammed Al Yami are fabulous, Arbind from housekeeping is no.1 in everything concerning his job. Food from the restaurant is just 5 stars value.

Some noises coming from the mall sometimes when there's activity or some kind of celebration.

The receptionists Mohammed Al Yami & Zainab were professionals & cooperative, hskpg Arbind is just the right guy in the right place. Thank you all

When there is some activity in the Lulu market, it becomes so noisy & disturbing specially in the lower floors of the hotel.

room was good for families. the hotel is connected to a mall which is convenient.

The staff are very cooperative & professionals, specifically Mohammed

On Friday, the 28th of August, there was too much noise like music coming from Lulu market, which made my day miserable & couldn't take a nap.

Location. Connected to Lulu mall.

Very limited parking space for hotel guests.

The rooms were spacious compaired to the images. the room service is fast and helpfull. The parking was undergraund so the car was covered properly. The hotel is right above a mall or a market center, so it was very convenient.

All balconies were locked. The elevators didn't have any kind of ventalation, so they were hot. The breakfast was lower than excpected.

No hotel parking

The room is very good, comfortable & clean The staff is extremely friendly, and they always ensure that you do not need anything & make you comfortable. location is very good

Breakfast needs some improvement Appreciate having dedicated hotel parking in the basement

Staff are amazing

It’s not that I didn’t like it. I just want to point out that the facilities are a bit outdated, but they are well maintained and function perfectly well.

Hotel needs renovation and should work on room’s smell better and should be faster in response to customers’request .. but location is good and room’s size is perfect

Very old building Cleanliness is not that clean Stuff considered friendly I don’t recommend this hotel

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean when I arrived, with dust, stained linens, and an unpleasant smell. The housekeeping staff is not good not cleaning the rooms regularely every time need to call to reception for cleaning, no proper laundry facility. The staff were unhelpful and slow to respond to requests, making the experience even more frustrating every day asking to payment. Overall, the hotel did not provide good value for the price.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was so perfect for my purpose of stay and generally it is located right on king Fahad Road. Overall experience with this facility is satisfactory.

Cleanliness, staff & Mr Arbind was so friendly & helpful
