Das Hotel hat von überall eine wundervolle Aussicht & das Frühstück war super gut.

Das Mittagessen war nicht lecker, im Zimmer gab es defekte wo das Personal sich nicht lösungsorientiert darum gekümmert haben. Nicht alle aber grössten Teils der Personal ist nicht freundlich & professionell.

Beach mit Liegen und Tücher, fantastischer Meerblick aus dem Zimmer. Hauptsächlich aber Ruhe Ruhe Ruhe

Ohne Katzen wäre es ein perfekter einmaliger Urlaub !!!!!!!!!!!!!Toilettengeruch auf dem Beach konnte evt beseitigt werden wenn die Gäste die Toilette woanders benutzen könnten!

The location of the hotel is perfect , 30 min to the airport and 15 min to Bodrum town in taxi The hotel is lush with tropical plants and gorgeous views from the balconies overlooking the Eagan sea and the cascading gardens to the beach and pool area I am a good swimmer the sea is calm first thing in the morning than in the afternoon the wind comes and it hets rough Also its deep waters from the jetty so no really suitable for people who are not confident swimmers as you cannot walk into the sea Friendly and polite staff but most of them are inexperienced students who are trying to do their best to accommodate It also helped that I am Turkish and communicate with them in everyone’s native tongue

The service and food could have been much better There was always confusion when it came to service and the food varied in taste , portion and heat depending on the kitchen I spoke to the general manager who is aware of all of these points and is hoping to improve the situation next year He told me they decided to open the hotel late and therefore lost all the good staff and training time as they were contemplating completely renovating the hotel and at the last minute didn’t He is hoping that next year the hotel will be running with experienced staff rather than young university students The main point they all tried their very best to accommodate

Prachtige locatie, met eigen vervoer ben je in no-time in het centrum van Bodrum of de haven van yalikavak. Het is een rustige hoek in een mooie groene ongeving.

De afwerking kan links en rechts wat beter, losse beddenbodem, plintjes los, bubbel functie van het bad werkte niet, maar dat zijn kleinigheidjes vergeleken met de fantastische ligging.

Hotel çok güzel , çok kaliteli ve çok temizdi. Yemekler gayet lezetli ve çalışanlar müthiş güleryüzlü ve herşey konusunda çok yardımcı oldular. Gerçektekten buğüne kadar gittiğim hotelerden en güzeli ve en lüksüysü . Herkese tavsiye ediyorum

I had an overall pleasant experience at Hotel Sarpedor. The location, facilities, and atmosphere made the stay enjoyable and relaxing. Everything worked well, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed something. Despite some reviews mentioning language barriers, I didn’t find this to be a major issue—it’s a common challenge across Turkey, not something specific to this hotel.

The main drawback for me was the toilet flush in my room, which didn’t work properly and unfortunately wasn’t fixed during my stay. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but it did stand out. Another area that could definitely be improved is the breakfast selection. The quality was fine, but the variety was limited, and a bigger choice would really enhance the morning experience. Additionally, while the hotel is still in good shape, it does show some signs of age and will probably need renovation in a couple of years to keep up its standards.

The location was perfect and beautiful. Some staff were friendly but totally incompetent. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast is quite nice and you can order a wide selection of dishes like pancakes (which were amazing). Pool temperature is warm. Pool had bed type sunbeds which were really comfortable.

The beach area is very strange, you have to descend down a ladder to get to the water. Dinner was awful, it is only a la carte style and the food is not tasty. Furthermore, multiple dishes and drinks were forgotten about on multiple occasions - sometimes we had to wait 45 minutes for them to rectify our dinner order leaving the food which did arrive to go cold. Staff were never apologetic when this happened.

Everything. It smells of mould. Its old. Its different to the photos. There are steep steps to get to your room. And no one understands english. Plus my front door handle was broke but no one could understand me to fix it. I was meant to stay for 4 day i left early in the morning after 1 night. Amd they are refusing to refund my money. They are thieves.

We have stayed at this hotel twice before, but this third visit was a huge disappointment. The curtain doesn’t cover the window, so you wake up very early on your holiday. There was no mattress protector, and overall the room felt old and run-down among other things. When we complained via Booking, the hotel lied and claimed they had taken action to fix the issues. That is simply not true — nothing was solved. The management is extremely poor and clearly has no idea about proper service. Shockingly, they even offered us a downgrade to a standard room as a “solution” to the problem — unbelievable. They ignored our actual request to simply have the curtain fixed and never followed up. Please, do not book this hotel. Save your money and avoid the disappointment. And don’t even bother replying to this review with more lies. Use your time to actually fix the problems for future guests instead.

Location is amazing, hotel is quite as number of rooms is not in 1000s. You take a real break. Staff were very helpful around the clock even at midnight.

Нюансы: · Состояние номеров: мебель и отделка в номерах немного устарели, чувствуется, что требуется косметический ремонт. Все чисто, но вид "не свежий". · Море после обеда: часто поднимаются волны. Это может быть некомфортно для тех, кто любит спокойную воду. · Доступность: в отеле много лестниц. Не подойдет для маломобильных людей.

Otel çok güzel bir koyda. Odalar geniş. Odaların konumu manzara görecek şekilde ayarlanmış. Bol ağaçlı. Bütün personeller güleryüzlü. Otelin tamamı temiz. Plaj havluları şezlonglarda hazır bekliyor. Yemekler 10/10. Yemek yemek için yer bulamadık, almak istediğimiz şey bitmiş derdi yok. Tek dezavantaj (bize göre dezavantaj değil) kumsal yok deniz derinliği 2m den başlıyor. Ve çoğunlukla deniz dalgalı. Ama deniz çok temiz. Tekrar geleceğiz Sarpedor ☺️

Die Lage, Aussicht und der Pool

Personal und der Manager waren sehr unfreundlich zu den Gästen die kein Türkisch sprechen konnten, aus dem Whirlpool in der Junior Suite kam nur gelbes Wasser, das extrem gestunken hat. Der Manager war sehr uneinsichtig als man ihn auf die Mängel aufmerksam gemacht hat.

Хотелось бы большего разнообразия блюд на завтраке, обеде и ужине. Хотелось бы увидеть в меню безглютеновые варианты.

Le petit déjeuné très médiocre tout les jours la même chose, et pas vraiment le choix, il n y a même pas de chocolat chaud hors que c'est un hôtel qui accepte les enfants. Il n'y a pas de machine à café à disposition ou bien une carafe de jus, et pareil pour les omelette,pancake, toast, on doit demandé au personnel du service pour en avoir. Le personnel est à revoir, pas professionnel !

Es un buen hotel . El personal muy amable y servicial . Un buen detalle a destacar es la deferencia de proveer botellas de agua de cortesía . A la llegada y en la habitación.El desayuno podría cambiar la variedad según día , pero en general estaba bien y era sabroso . Lo mejor la ubicación y las vistas espectaculares .

Tardan demasiado al traer el coche . La decoración de la habitación deben actualizarla.

De a la card restaurant. Het is all inclusief, maar je besteld je eten van de menukaart. Obers hebben alle tijd om cocktails te maken. Veel personeel die voor je klaarstaat. Geen handdoek leggen gevecht. De standhanddoeken liggen op de ligbedden klaar. Na gebruik worden ze vervangen.

S’avond is er niet te doen in het hotel.

Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Das Personal war sehr nett . Die Mitarbeiter Doğan und Bariş waren besonders hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist mega. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Wir werden erneut das Hotel besuchen.

Мы отдыхаем в этом отеле уже четвертый раз. И каждый раз номера становились все лучше и лучше. Большие, просторные, с огромной верандой и чудесным видом на море. Кухня становится все лучше. Персонал уже узнает)) На пляже всегда хватает места, а моря и прекрасных видов - с избытком. Хочу заметить, что здесь очень мало анимации и поэтому тихо и уютно. Этот отель действительно для спокойного отдыха и возможностью наслаждаться вместе с любимым человеком.

Отличный завтрак в формате шведского стола. Расположение выше всяких похвал для тех, кто хочет отдохнуть вдали от шума, толп отдыхающих и кишашего моря от туристов. номер был заказан впервые для дочери и оказался просторным и отличным с чудесным видом на море.

К сажелению еда не понравилась от слова совсем. Меню не обновляется, за 14 дней надоедает есть одно и тоже, так как выбор не велик. Шведский стол только во время завтрака, выбор предоставленных блюд не велик. На обед и ужин вам предоставят меню из которого вы сможете выбрать блюдо которое вам нравится. Качество продуктов так же оставляет желать лучшего

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet was unacceptable. We had to contact reception and request that someone be sent to clean the facilities. Additionally, the quality of the food was very poor, with extremely limited options. During the entire duration of our stay, we did not have a single meal that was enjoyable. On a positive note, the staff were very polite and kind, and we appreciated their attitude and professionalism.

The room was very minimal and not clean. There was drunk people around the room at night which was very noisy.

The food was horrible, it did not match a 4 stars hotel. The staff are nice and helpful. But the services and the food and the room were horrible

Это был самый ужасный опыт проживания за все мои поездки. Мы отдыхали в Бодруме компанией из 6 девушек и с первого дня столкнулись с хамским отношением персонала. Ресепшн полностью игнорировал любые просьбы и вопросы, будто мы мешаем им работать. Обслуживание отсутствует как класс. Но главное — в середине отдыха троих наших подруг просто выселили без объяснений. Без предупреждения, без причин, просто выставили за территорию отеля с чемоданами. Персонал отказался что-либо объяснять, менеджер на контакт не пошёл. Это не просто недопустимо — это унизительно. Номера в ужасном состоянии: грязные, душ заплесневелый, кондиционер не работает, полотенец не хватает, постельное бельё с пятнами. За весь срок пребывания уборку провели один раз, и то после многократных жалоб. Питание — несъедобное. Продукты явно не свежие, всё холодное, еда однообразная и вызывает сомнения в безопасности. Одна из девушек отравилась, пришлось обращаться за медицинской помощью. В столовой антисанитария: мухи над едой, сотрудники на кухне без перчаток и в грязной форме. Пляж не убирается, лежаки поломаны, зонты отсутствуют, мусор валяется повсюду. Бассейн мутный, хлорка бьёт в нос, никто не следит за качеством воды. Wi-Fi не работает нигде, ни в номерах, ни в зонах общего пользования. Мы потратили немалые деньги, чтобы получить стресс, испорченный отдых и полное отсутствие сервиса. Никаких извинений, никакой ответственности со стороны отеля. Категорически не рекомендую этот отель.

The size of the room was great and the view was brilliant. Very peaceful and quiet.

They need to clean up the pool area as the day goes by. We went to the pool in the afternoon, it was quiet but it looked as though not a single glass, bottle or towel had been picked up all day. The whole pool area was a mess and the staff were doing nothing. The breakfast needs attention, most days the breakfast bar had not been replenished and there was still an hour left of service.

Otelin yeri sahili temizliği ve odaları ve manzarası mükemmel. Fakat yemekler ortanın biraz altı geliştirmeleri gerekiyor. Personele çok teşekkür ederiz hep güler yüzlü ve saygılılardı.

Sarpedor Boutique Hotel completely exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was peaceful and intimate, the views over the Aegean were stunning, and every part of the experience felt intentional and calm. The staff was warm, attentive, and professional without ever being overbearing. Our room was spacious, beautifully kept, and incredibly comfortable, with a view we looked forward to waking up to each day. The private beach and pool area were quiet and well maintained, making it easy to fully relax. We also loved the food especially the restaurant on the sea-view terrace, which was a highlight each morning. Everything was spotless, the energy of the place was genuinely restorative, and it never once felt crowded or rushed. It’s rare to find a hotel that feels this personal and polished at the same time. We left feeling recharged and already planning our return.

The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout our stay. We were generously upgraded to a large family suite, easily more than double the size of our original room, which was quiet, spacious, and very comfortable. The food was consistently great, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well looked after. One of the standout features was the à la carte menu being included in the all-inclusive package for all meals..breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The drinks were fantastic, and the overall service was exceptional. Genuinely one of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced.

Aardig personeel, iedereen doet ontzettend haar/ zijn best om het naar je zin te maken. Eten heel goed en ook aan bar voldoende goede opties. De kamer was ook veel groter dan verwacht. Mooi uitzicht en groot balkon.

This was the worst hotel we went to in turkey. All they had was false advertisement. They said they “have market” and “water park for kids”, both were shut down. They said they were not in season when I asked. Meanwhile on their instagram they are posting they are in season (see screenshot). I had to go to the market numerous times because the drinks and amenities they had were so limited. I even tried to tell staff, where is market it is on the sign (see photo) - they said ohh well actually not around. Not only that - the buffet had bugs in the food ! None of staff spoke English, which no worries I understand but it was so hard to talk to anyone, and they said they did have English speakers. Lastly, my husband and I called ahead of time and asked if the spa takes credit card. He gets done his massage and they go actually we don’t sorry , making us go to the market again. I spent $109 on taxis alone. EVERY OTHER HOTEL IN BODRUM LOOKED NICER ! HAD BUGS IN FOOD. SAID THEYRE NOT IN SEASON WHEN THEY ARE!

The hotel is lovely, but you’ll need a car as it is quite isolated from everything.

The cheff was very greedy.And would yell at us for taking fruits in all inclusive hotel .Hotel does not have a safe access to the sea either.All in rocks .Overall the hotel is cute with its amazing views but the rest is horrible !!!!Dont recommend it to anyone .Because it is not worth the money .

Öncelikle ilk girişte bir gün önce kontrol ettirmeme rağmen hotel comdan yaptığım rezervasyonu bulamadılar. Tek oda kaldı denmesine rağmen otel boştu ve bizi denizi gören üst kat bir odaya alabilecek iken her zaman yapıldığı gibi manzarası daha sınırlı olan bir odaya alındık. Restaurantta klima çalışmadığından ilk gece deniz manzarasından uzak bir masa da klima altında olmak için oturduk. Aynı durum sabah kahvaltıda da devam edince şef ahçıya sorunca bende çalışanım burda klimalar bozuk diye kestirip attı. Yetkili kişiyi istedim. O da genel müdürü çağırdı. İşte o andan itibaren tatil daha iyi bir seviyeye geldi. Çünkü Muarrem bey bu sorunla uğraştığını ve çözmek için elinden geleni yaptığını ve özürlerini ileterek bir genel müdürün otel misafirinin sorunları ile nasıl maksimum ilgilenebileceğini gösterdi. Kendisi aldığı sorumluluğun farkında olan gerçek bir profesyonel. Daha sonra bizi de plajda kaldığımız sürece kabanada ayarladı. Ancak otel eski ve yenilenmesi gereken yerleri var. Yiyecek kısmı aldığı konaklama ücretlerine ters oranda çok zayıftı. Yemek çeşitleri ve kalitesi nerede ise bir devlet kampı düzeyinde idi. Etten tasarruf etmek için mönüyü en ekonomik şekilde dizayn etmeleri tatilde en çok misafirlerce istenilen yeme içme keyfini eksik bıraktı ve sadece karın doyurmak için yenilen bir yemekten ileri geçilemedi. Sonuçta manzarası ve konumu güzel olan otelin yeme içme ve konaklama konforu olarak fiyat performans dengesizliği mevcut. Ama en olumlu yanı genel müdürü.

So expensive price and quality not fair

Dieses Hotel ist eine Frechheit. So etwas kenne ich nur aus dem TV!!! Das ganze Zimmer stinkt.. Komplett alles veraltet.. Obwohl wir das Zimmer getauscht haben, funktioniert die hälfte nicht.. Kann mir nicht erklären, dass sie Positive Bewertungen erhalten haben!!!

Incredible view from the room. Waking up to the sea view every morning feels incredible. Fresh fruits and watermelon for breakfast and dinner. 3 days/2 nights in this hotel was enough for me for a quick getaway. Room was sparkling clean.

Staff barely speak English. People were smoking everywhere, during lunch, dinner, at the beach at their sun beds… not nice. Stairs everywhere. Not suitable for travelers with disabilities. Was thinking to take my 75 yo mother, so it would not work for her, for sure. Food is really average, fulfilling, nothing extraordinary. Though you will have breakfast, lunch and dinner included in the price. Got very unusual request, to pay for staying on the territory of the hotel / beach after check out. I didn’t pay obviously as I was not informed at the check out, and was asked only later when I was about to pick up my luggage before going to the hotel. It’s really nothing to do here except sleep, eat and swim in the sea. The only convenient way to get in/out from the hotel is taxi, about $35 each way.

The room view and balcony was great and dinner was nice

This was a nice family run hotel. It was convenient to and from the airport. They had transportation available at the hotel and saved us from an unfortunate car rental experience. We had the breakfast only meal option and it ended up being the best.

Günlük oda temizliği yapılmıyor

Waiting 20 min for the bread and having a cold egg in the end, was not as expected. But the location was beautiful, at least we enjoyed the view whilst waiting for our never coming bread.

We had to change the room because the aircon was leaking water. Also, the room we moved had the same problem in the middle of the night before we were heading the airport, which caused us stress and a sleepless night. Such high-spec accommodation presented, shouldn't have these problems just beginning of the season, showing there was no maintenance taken care of before having the customers.

Питание однообразное, скудное, официанты непрофессиональны. Экономия на всем - начиная от салфеток бумажных в ресторане, до самих завтраков. Меню - только на бумаге, в реальности - усеченное. Если коротко - проблема отеля в рганизации питания, его качества и непрофессиональном персонале ресторана, особенно официантов. Первый раз , находясь на отдыхе в Турции, у меня такое разочарование. Конечно понятно, что стараются экономить владельцы , наверное оправдывая это кризисом, но нельзя в салат резать сыр с плесенью, а не срезать ее, давать 15 г меда на три человека, не заправлять салат оливковым маслом. Конечно голодным не будешь, но и удовольствие не получишь.

Great location and great view. Food is good. Service however is terrible. Room service wont happen everyday. You would need to call reception and ask for it. NO TAXI IS ALLOWED. you are forced to use their VIP service which is more than double the price of regular taxi! even if you call for a taxi yourself they will deny your taxi to enter to the permitter of the hotel which is insane!

The place is fantastic for couples. It’s quite with perfect view and great beach. The room is perfect.

Its a bit far from the center and bazar area.

Toller Ausblick und sehr freundliches Personal. Ab und an gab es Straßenkatzen auf der Terrasse. Es wurden uns Wünsche wie Mückenspray sofort erfüllt. Jedoch gobt es in der Umgebung keinen Taxistand. Uns wurde ein Transfer angeboten, was deutlich zu teuer war (160 TL für 3 Min. Autofahrt) ohne eine Alrernative (Taxi rufen). Im großen und ganzen können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen.

The Serpador Boutique Hotel is positioned in very attractive Torba Bay. It is surrounded by greenery and the view from all rooms are amazing. The personal was very nice, especially the beach bar. They were doing the best to satisfy all guests needs. Cleaners were also very polite. The all-inclusive arrangement was an good, with interesting concept, there was no buffet there was a la carte menu. Swimming pool was clean and no crowded so one can choose between swimming in the pool or sea.

The Serpador Boutique Hotel needs renovation, at least the room we stayed in. The biggest problem was seawater pollution. The wind was taking the dirt into the shallow water next to the hotel beach, and it would stay there forever. We had to jump above the dirty water when we were getting into it and dive below when getting out of the water. The breakfast and dinner menus became boring after three days.

Excellent staff! Great hospitality and view. The sea is great. Location is close to a lot of famous resorts. The only issues are that the rooms needs an update and feels dated, some minor electrical issues that turn on and off and happened occasionally and final the resturaunt food is just ok but the service was great.

직원들이 매우 친절해요 무료로 방을 업그레이드 해줬어요 대신 계단을 많이 이용해야 하는 불편함이 있었어요 음식도 괜찮아요 수영장 깊이도 1.4m로 아이와 같이 놀기 적당 했어요 키즈풀은 정돈되지 않아 이용할 수 없었어요 가장 아쉬워요 쉬는 중 해를 피하기가 조금 어려웠어요 태닝하기엔 아주 훌륭해요 파도가 쎄면 바다수영이 어려워요 계단을 통해 바다에 들어가야 하는 어려움이 있어요 spa도 좋아요 지역이 습하기도 하지만 화장실 환기가 되지 않은 구조여서 곰팡이가 있어요...

Wifi was not working properly, poor connection. Taxis are not allowed, therefore x2 expensive hotel transfer is the only option. Food was so so but coctails are not ok. Sea view is amazing but the sea was awful, most of the hotels has flat sea but this hotel beach has always waves, it was not easy to swim and spend time in the sea. I dont think that i stay there once more, sorry…

المكان بعيد عن جميع الفعاليات تحتاج سياره ويبعد عن مارينا بودروم 40 دقيقه بالسياره الطريق شوي صعب ومظلم الغرفه ماكانت نفس الصوره يعني مو 40 متر بس كانت جميله والاطلاله جميله عالبحر مباشره

propreté des serviettes manque sonnette dans les chambres, le personnel peut venir à tout moment odeur d’égout dans la chambre du à la mer parking en dehors de l’hôtel, petite attente de 5-10 mn pour récupérer le véhicule pas de taxi, uniquement navette vip pour aller en ville le personnel de nettoyage laisse ouvert la porte après le nettoyage

This hotel is not worth the money, if it was half price I would of been happy and expected it. The Al a carte food was worse than a cold buffet, the chefs do not know the menu e.g salmon with creamy sauce came without the sauce, pancakes with fresh fruit and sauce came completely plain. The staff are friendly but need training and need to improve their English as it was a complete guess if they even understood your order and you would get when you asked for. The menu stayed the same for the whole week which is also the same as the majority of the lunch menu so very bored by day 3 of eating so much bland/ cold/ overly fried food (see ‘fillet steak’ which looked like beef schnitzel). The room was basic, had to ask for mini fridge and shower gels to be replenished each day which when we complained they then filled our whole side with showers gels which is quite petty and does not look good. The alcohol was awful I’ve tasted better £1 lambrini as a teenager than the wine they served, the cocktails also didn’t come as they should (doesn’t take basic Googling for them to learn how to make them considering the cocktail menu doesn’t change). The reception staff were rude and clearly did not want to be there. I’m very glad I don’t have children as the kids pool looked like it has never been cleaned! Such a shame for this hotel as the beach and pool area is gorgeous and they could make the hotel sooo much better!

Hôtel magnifique. Les installations sont au top Le personnel est très poli et aux petits soins pour les clients La responsable du personnel nous a été d’une grande aide dans tous nos besoin je tiens à la remercier à nouveau pour son investissement. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel, nous reviendrons certainement.

C’est très cher pour ce que c’est, ne vaut pas un5 étoiles. Bien que cosy cet hôtel est très décevant, par la qualité du service, odeur d’égout permanente dans les chambres, pas de lumière extérieur le soir. Eau marron qui sort du robinet. Prise électrique arrachée, climatisation qui fuit et qui goûte sur le sol de la chambre. Bref à ne pas revivre surtout à ce prix. Dommage car bel emplacement

The moment from I stepped in to the hotel i was very disappointed. The room was not ready, so we had to wait 2 hours or more to just to get in after the check in time. The hotel do not allow you or help you to get a taxi. They have their own transport services, which is overpriced and you can’t get anywhere unless you use it. The price to get anywhere from hotel is the double of what the original price of the taxi. The food was just below average of what you expect to have from place like this. I have stayed at their junior suite for 5 days, and the only good thing i can say is the room was decent. However, the jacuzzi was broken so we couldn’t use it. The whole point of me getting that room was to use that jacuzzi. We couldn’t fill up the water, and when we did the colour of the water was brown/yellow.
