The staff weee all friendly, professional, hard working and accommodating. The facilities were very clean. As for Candyland this was brilliant for kids. Overall we were very happy.

Excellent hotel with great facilities. The kids really enjoyed Candyland water park and themepark. Very friendly staff. Especially Mehmet Arsalan at the reception desk, Kunduz Maratova at Guest Relations, Kadriye Coskun at the shops, and Ozgur Yargi who helped with driving the cart. Great a la carte restaurants especially Il Forno with friendly staff. The best support was from Serhat Guclu at the night rides and the buffet.

Price is a bit high because of the location.

تعامل موظفين الاستقبال حيث ان الموظفه قامت بمعاملتي بطريقه مهينه لاني لم افهم عليها ماتقول وطلبت مني ان اقف جانبا لانه لديها عميل اخر ... هل انا عميل ام لا وتعيد الكلام مره اخرى بصوت مرتفع وقامت بالحديث بالتلفون مع زميل اخر وتقول له عرب عرب عرب ماذا يعني عرب عرب ... وبعد انتظار لساعات قامت بطلب ان ادفع اكسترا لانني ام اضيف اسماء النزلاء على الحجز انا حجزت غرفتين وكل غرفه فيها شخصين ودفعت القيمه ... الموظفه قامت بطلب ان ادفع 1600 يورو بقولها ان الغرفتين لشخصين فقط وليس لاربع اشخاص .... ادفع 1600 بسبب انني لم اضبف اسماء النزلاء هل هذا يعقل

Ужасный старый отель. Пляж грязный,его не убирают. В ресторане столы стоят не убраны, сесть поесть невозможно. У отеля есть платная зона со свободными лежаками и чистым рестораном. Лежак стоит 50 евро, ресторан платный. Мы заплатили за все включено которым невозможно воспользоваться.

Location close to Bodrum city and it's affiliation with Candyland

One of our rooms was on the ground floor. We couldn't sleep because of the noise. Kids were screaming in the middle of the night in the corridors and knocking on the door and running. They house keeping were vacuuming at 1 am Staff incompetent. Our check-in was supposed to be at 2:30, but we didn't get the rooms until 4:30. None of our special requests were attended to The AC wasn't working in one of the rooms, and we kept going up and down, asking them to fix it, with no luck. At 1 am, we started shouting, and they gave us another room to sleep in until the morning. The AC is very bad in general in all the hotel amenities.

The location is great. Candy land was also good . Food was good.

1. The phone in our room was not working. We informed reception about the issue, but unfortunately, it was never fixed during our entire stay. 2. The electronic “Do Not Disturb / Clean Room” sign was also not working. Because of this, housekeeping would knock on our door early in the morning and even enter the room while we were still asleep, which was extremely disruptive. By the third night, we had to ask reception to print a paper “Do Not Disturb” sign for us to place on the door simply to avoid being disturbed in the morning. That temporary paper sign remained on our door until checkout, as neither the electronic sign nor the room telephone was ever repaired. 3. The air conditioning in both the lobby and dining area was not working properly, making these common areas uncomfortably warm and negatively affecting the overall experience. Overall, these unresolved maintenance issues significantly affected our comfort and were disappointing, particularly as they were reported but remained unresolved throughout our stay.

The facilities are exceptional - especially for children under 10. Onsite water park, amusement park, swimming pools etc. We are upgraded to a big villa which was amazing!!! Thank you Vogue!

The buffet is very extensive but as we stayed 11 days it got a bit repetitive and the english descriptions were often missing

Ужасный отель, начиная с ресепшена заканчивая персоналом отеля. Мы прибыли в отель в 14:30 заселение указанно при бронирование в 14:00, но мы простояли на ресепшене 1,5-2 часа заселили нас ближе к 18:00 отель относится себя к «Премиум» но никакого отношения к этому слову не имеет! Нас не кто не встречал, никто не спрашивал наши паспорта, вход в главное здание как вокзал, проходной двор. Наконец-то нам дали номер, сказали идти в выходу и ждать свободную машинку, она вас отвезет, ок, мы вышли стояли еще на улице минут 20, освободилась машина повез нас заселять в номер, мы бронировали изначально «Улучшенный номер сад» когда мы зашли в номер, мы подумали, что это шутка какая то, номер полностью не соответствовал заявленному фото/удобства итд. Фотографии абсолютно не совпадали с предъявленными на Booking (другая кровать, другая площадь номера, другой вид, ванная комната, туалет отличались кординально, номер был очень старый и очень отдалённый от главного здания) Так, же в номере были тараканы, фото было сделано) Мы сразу решили идти снова на ресепшен и решать этот вопрос, естественно машинка уже уехала, мы с двумя детьми, коляской по 36+ пошли сами обратно, вернулись и уже просто начали просить нас переселить, на что вышел менеджер который сказал следующее : Если вы хотите заменит номер в главном здании 190€ в сутки, а так свободных номеров нет! Был просто полный треш, мы устали с дороги, дети устали, сил разбираться практически не было, и поверьте мы были такие не одни в данном отели! Снова ожидание и нас просят посмотреть номер по свежее, опять выходим ждём машину, нас везут, показывают номер на втором этаже (где нет лифта) мы с коляской поднимаемся и данный номер был действительно по свежее, мы поняли, что изначально это был номер каторый мы бронировали он более менее был похож по фото брони. Оставили его, дети были уже голодные пошли их кормить в главный ресторан и просто ужаснулись полной антисанитарии на столах, на стульях, официанты просто игнорируют вас.

Вы не дождетесь, что бы вас обслужили, что бы вам, что то принесли. Что бы за вами убрали, заказы принимаются, но мы не дождались не один заказ, по напиткам, были всего меньше суток в данном отели и не могли уже там находиться, изначально бронировали на 7 ночей, но из за ужасного обслуживания, полной антисанитарии, убитых, грязных номеров, выехали раньше времени! Были в разных отелях Турции, но с таким столкнулись впервые! Абсолютно не стоит своих денег, максимум поставила бы отелю 3 звезды. С парком так, вообще обман полнейший, отель заявляет, что гостям вход и аттракционы бесплатны, но это далеко не так, часть и очень маленькая бесплатно, большая часть горак, водных, батуты, развлечения для детей платны, детский клуб работает всего лишь до 20:00 После 20:00 все, что захочет Ваш ребенок вы должны оплатить! Сам парк уже давольно старый,пошарпанный, на аттракционах техника безопасности никакая, сыну не сказали даже пристегнуться и сами не стали пристёгивать, он катался на машинках ( папа уже забежал и присягнул его) огромное количество людей, очереди. Очень не рекомендую данный отель. Не ведитесь на красивые картинки большая часть из них я так, думаю сделаны через ИИ. Почитайте отзывы на всех интернет площадках, все что пишут негативное об отели, действительно правда! Мы не читали отзывы, увидели парк, аквапарк посмотрели фото номеров и просто поверили увиденному. Но в реальности все, очень отличается!

Very expensive and for the value it did not meet expectations. Its a simple hotel The rooms are so empty, doesn't even have a carpet or lamp. They changed my room 3 times and everytime was worse it had no ac and wasp nest. Food was also not the best.

Dit was onze derde keer hier en nu kan ik werkelijk zeggen dat Vogue alles behalve het geld waard is. Ze moeten zich schamen dat ze zoveel geld vragen. Het personeel lijkt er geen zin in te hebben en gaan om niks in discussie met je. Wij verbleven er een aantal nachten en geen enkele keer is de douche goed schoongemaakt. De telefoon in de kamer deed het niet. Er staat emergency, maar toen wij een spoedgeval hadden moest ik dit via whatsapp vragen. Eten en drinken in het aquapark bij Candyland is tegen betaling. Dat was voorheen niet. Absurde prijzen. €15-17 voor een hamburger of friet wat je ook in het hotel kunt eten. Het eten is ook echt slecht. Bij het kinderrestaurant elke dag hetzelfde. Niet goed gebakken frietjes en nuggets. Er is alleen een kindershow in Candyland of wij hebben niks meegekregen. Daar waar we in elk hotel wel naar de avondprogramma kijken, hebben we dat hier niet gedaan. Nergens hebben wij gezien waar of, of er uberhaupt een avondprogramma was. Daarnaast vroeg personeel of wij onze auto wilden laten wassen. Van binnen en buiten. Hoewel we meerdere keren hebben aangegeven wanneer we vertrekken, en dat we geen auto willen met natte interieur willen, is dat toch gebeurt. De kinderstoelen zijn nat teruggegeven aan ons. En daar mochten we ook 2500 TL voor betalen. Belachelijk. Dit is alles behalve ‘luxury’ en voor ons de laatste keer.

Beds and sofa beds were full of spiders and not clean at all, the service was poor for the lack of staffs and not clean at all specifically rooms and beds

The structure (hotel, aquapark, common areas) is great. Rooms are spacey. Food is delicious.

Guest profile is extremely low. Teenagers (not kids) putting their toes on restaurant table, adults leaving toddlers with dirty diapers crying in kids club (despite staff clearly says it is not allowed), constant shouting and rumor in rooms after midnight, people filling plastic bags of turkish delight in restaurant to bring back as “souvenirs”, guests treating service people as if they are slaves/rude/ordering.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far below my expectations for a property at this price level. * The service is not up to the standard expected from a luxury resort. Most of the staff were not welcoming and did not seem interested in helping guests. Only a few waiters in the main restaurant were genuinely friendly and helpful. * The main restaurant was always overcrowded, and no one helped guests find a clean table. We often had to wait for a table to be cleaned before we could sit, and sometimes we were forced to sit outside in the heat because there were no available tables indoors. * The air conditioning throughout the hotel was extremely poor. At times, it felt as if there was no air conditioning at all. * When I arrived, I was told that because my stay was “only” 5 nights, I was not allowed to reserve any of the hotel’s à la carte restaurants and could only have dinner in the main restaurant. This was a huge disappointment from the very beginning of my stay. * Even more disappointing, on my last night a Guest Relations employee told me that she could have booked at least one à la carte restaurant for me if I had spoken to her earlier. However, when I arrived, her colleague never mentioned this option or offered any help. * The amusement park was below expectations. The rides are very basic and not impressive for a resort of this category. * I was surprised to discover that the roller coaster required an additional payment. * The Ferris wheel was completely out of service throughout my stay and never operated even once, which was very disappointing * The elevator in Candyland was broken for three days before it was finally repaired. * Several elevators throughout the hotel were out of service, resulting in long waiting times every day. * The worst experience occurred on our third night. From approximately 7:00 PM until 12:30 AM, there was no air conditioning in our entire wing. The room was unbearably hot, and we simply could not sleep.

В ЭТОМ ОЕЛЕ НИКОГДА НЕ ЗАКАЗЫВАЙТЕ ТАКСИ 🚕 . Мы хотели поехать в аэропорт, спросили у сотрудников ресепшена, они сказали на выходе у беллбоя , можно заказать такси , мы попросили у них. Во-первых этот беллбой очень высокомерно себя вел , к статусу работника отеля , он как бы хозяин отеля, на сотовом телефоне заказывал всем такси . Мы поехали в аэропорт и в счетчике было 40$ , говорит этот водитель , дорого не дальная , мы 55 минут на таком такси ездили в другой отель 35 $ было . На Booking е я рассматривало было 23$ , мы заплатили . Видимо они договорились всем иностранцам в двойнем размере . Пальмы высохли в многих местах этого отеля , многолетний труд, это огорчило нас .

Aucun service. Hotel à fuir. Dès notre arrivée, ils ont voulu changer notre chambre pour une plus petite, sans vue sur la mer, alors que nous avions payé un supplément. Le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû redescendre à l’accueil pour contester fermement et pour obtenir notre chambre … Le service est lamentable. Même pour le nettoyage de votre chambre ou pour avoir des serviettes, il faut les relancer sans cesse. Pas de service sur la plage ou au bord de la piscine. Pour ce prix là, il vaut mieux aller voir ailleurs.

The hotel is well located, and the calm waters make it an excellent choice for families with children. The pool facilities are good and cater well to families. The rooms are a decent size and provide adequate space for a comfortable stay.

I stayed at the Vogue Supreme Hotel in Torba, Bodrum, on an all-inclusive package, and unfortunately it was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life, especially for a property that claims to be a five-star, all-inclusive resort. The overall service was extremely disappointing from start to finish. To begin with, virtually no one on the service staff spoke even basic English, making communication incredibly difficult. The service was consistently poor in every area. At breakfast, you could ask a waiter for one or two coffees, and they simply would not bring them. Even after reminding them or complaining, the coffee still never arrived. At lunch, it was common to sit down at a table with no fork or knife. Asking the staff for cutlery made no difference—you were simply ignored again. If, by some miracle, a waiter did bring you water, beer, or any other drink, it would almost always be warm. The hotel simply does not keep beverages properly chilled anywhere on the property. During our entire stay, housekeeping never restocked the drinks or the instant coffee in our room. At the pool, beach, and other outdoor areas, there was essentially no beverage service. No one came around to offer drinks. As for food between meals, forget about it. Food is not available outside the restaurants, which means this is not truly an all-inclusive resort. In reality, it is simply a hotel that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. At the water park, where you actually have to pay for food, there were four or five food and drink kiosks open on the days I visited, but only a single cashier for all of them, resulting in incredibly long and unreasonable lines. The meal selection was practically the same every day. And the "late-night snack" after 11:00 p.m.? It was basically whatever leftovers remained from dinner. The entire stay was an exhausting and deeply frustrating experience.

No me gustó el lobby, nadie habla inglés , no tienen aire acondicionado en los restaurantes lo que te impide disfrutar en el verano. La atención salvo dos o tres personas deja muchísimo que desear. Buena comida , malísimos los cubiertos . Es un 4 estrellas le regalaron la quinta.

Die Lage, das Essen und das Personal waren gut.

Bezahlt haben wir für 2 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene. İm Zimmer gab es nur 3 Betten. Der eine Sessel, der für das 5 jährige Kind gedacht sein sollte, war kaputt. Ein anderes Zimmer bekamen wir nicht. Ein klappriges Mobilbett musste herhalten, das sehr unbequem war… Das Licht des Aufzugs war bei unserer Ankunft kaputt, auch beim Auschecken nach 4 Tagen blieb es trotz mehrerer Hinweise unrepariert. Die Gänge wurden nicht regelmäßig geputzt. Obwohl es bei der Hotelbeschreibung hieß, Eintritt von Candyland sei inclusive, stimmte das nicht für die gesamte Anlage (15€ für 10 Minuten Trampolin!). Dass man bei der Hitze jedesmal zur Bar laufen musste, um Getränke zu holen, war auch sehr enttäuschend.

Cats were everywhere and even in closed off areas. They were licking food in cafeteria and eating areas. It was highly unhygienic abd unsafe. As a person scared of cats, I told them about my issue and nothing was done. I had to eat in a separate area everyday because they couldn’t fix their problem. The cats were on top of tables and cafeteria counters licking and eating food. Highly unhygienic conditions and careless moderators.

I stayed at Vogue Supreme Bodrum for five days and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers good value for money, especially considering that it is an all-inclusive resort. The food was very good, with plenty of variety, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and met my expectations. The only aspect I did not enjoy was the large number of cats around the restaurants. On several occasions, cats were inside the dining areas, which made me uncomfortable as I have a phobia of cats. I believe the hotel could do more to keep the restaurant areas free of animals for the comfort of all guests.

Me and my mom have been to Vogue a long time ago and we decided to come back again this summer because we enjoyed it last time. We had an amazing stay here with all the facilities and activity options. Everything was great! The staff are great and very understanding and helpful.

Fantastic location and amenities. I had some issues at the hotel but these were resolved. I thank the team and the staff for everything the hard work. Especially Atakin who was my liaison and he was a man of his word. Thank you for looking after us. We thank you for your kind words and checking in and service Atakin.

My stay at Vogue Hotel Supreme Bodrum was far below expectations. Unfortunately, the level of service across almost all facilities was disappointing, including reception, buffet service, housekeeping, and room service. One of the most noticeable issues was the poor cleanliness standards throughout the hotel. Trash and leftovers were often left in the corridors for days without being cleaned, and the room cleaning quality was extremely poor. In addition, housekeeping and room service response times were very slow. Another major disappointment was that many of the advertised activities and facilities included in the stay were closed during our visit, without any prior notice or communication from the hotel. Overall, the hotel does not reflect the luxury reputation of Bodrum or the level of sophistication and quality that the hotel claims to offer.

The bed was comfortable and the Canteen was good.

I stayed at the hotel from 19th to 24th May. We had an issue with water coming out the shower during our whole trip.. The hot water came out orange and everyone in the hotel had this issue, including my friends... Staff members and managers didn't really care anytime we complained regarding this issue. Also, we booked a spa treatment with my two other friends for 11am on Saturday 23rd of may. Me and one my friend paid for the treatment on the 20th and my other friend was going to pay for it on the day and they denied her access for the treatment when she was already booked in ( they had her name and room number in the system) and all she had to do was to pay for it but they didn't let her pay... So she wasn't able to have the treatment at the same time as us.

Candyland was fantastic and perfect for families, the food throughout the resort was incredible, and Kelebek Restaurant was a real highlight with outstanding service and delicious dishes. The personal service across the hotel was exceptional, especially Atakan from Guest Relations, who made us feel so welcome and really helped make our stay special.

Mijn verblijf in het Vogue Hotel Bodrum was een bijzondere ervaring die luxe en comfort goed weet te combineren met een levendige vakantiesfeer. Het resort is prachtig gelegen aan de kust, met een indrukwekkend uitzicht over de Egeïsche Zee. Vooral de uitgestrekte tuinen en het privéstrand geven het geheel een exclusieve uitstraling. De kamers zijn ruim, modern ingericht en goed onderhouden. Dagelijkse schoonmaak en oog voor detail zorgen ervoor dat je je direct op je gemak voelt. Wat vooral opvalt, is de variatie aan faciliteiten: van meerdere zwembaden en een groot aquapark tot wellnessvoorzieningen en sportactiviteiten. Hierdoor is het hotel geschikt voor zowel gezinnen als koppels. Het eten is uitgebreid en gevarieerd. De service is over het algemeen vriendelijk en behulpzaam, al kan het tijdens drukke momenten soms wat langer duren. Een klein aandachtspunt is de drukte in het hoogseizoen; het hotel is populair en dat merk je bij zwembaden en restaurants. Toch doet dit weinig af aan de algehele kwaliteit van het verblijf. Al met al is het Vogue Hotel Bodrum een uitstekende keuze voor wie op zoek is naar een luxe all-inclusive vakantie met veel faciliteiten, een mooie ligging en een levendige sfeer.

Honnêtement, j’ai été très déçu par cet hôtel. Malgré un prix assez élevé, la qualité n’est pas du tout au rendez-vous. La nourriture était vraiment mauvaise et le service encore pire. Pendant les repas, nous devions chercher les couverts nous-mêmes, ce qui est inadmissible pour un établissement de ce standing. Très mauvais hôtel pour le prix, séjour gâché. Il n’y a pas de piscine pour enfants ni d’aire de jeux, et pendant tout le séjour, nous n’avons rien pu faire pour notre enfant. Pourtant, nous avions choisi cet hôtel spécialement pour des vacances en famille. Les tables étaient très sales, ce qui donnait une mauvaise impression générale. Le personnel semblait peu formé et assez amateur, ce qui est vraiment dommage pour un hôtel de ce niveau. L’hôtel se présente comme un hôtel pour enfants, mais en réalité, il n’y a presque rien de pratique ou adapté pour eux. Vu le prix payé, le service était largement en dessous des attentes. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. Très mauvaise expérience.

What was not to like? Absolutely everything was amazing from even before we arrived received a text from the guest relations supervisor (Atakan) introducing himself 2 days prior and then again on day of arrival and checking what time our flight was due in and if we needed any special requirements. He was waiting at the door when our taxi pulled up and he made all check in arrangements whilst we sat enjoyed welcome drinks. This service continued throughout our full 7 nights not just from Atakan but every single member of staff we encountered from lobby bar to restaurant to housekeeping . The hotel facilities has every base covered that you could want or need to make your stay as easy, comfortable and enjoyable. The perfect resort for everyone, couples or families. The pictures don’t do justice the views are to die for. Perfect location from bodrum city, just a 10 min taxi ride away. Overall, a must visit highly recommend and we will be back for sure! Not one to leave reviews but couldn’t not share our experience as we were truly impressed.

I like the area where it was located and good personnel..they was amazing from our check in till the last day.all the stuffs for kid was amazing and she enjoyed .hope we get there next summer.

Herşeyden çok memnun kaldık.Çocuklu aileler için ideal bir otel.Sıkılma ihtimaliniz 0.Herşey en ince airıntısına kadar düşünülmüş.Yemeğinden tutun,eğlencesine,temizliğine herşey mükemeldi.Kesinikle bu yazda tercih edeceğiz.

Çocuklu aileler için mükemmel olanakları olan bir oteldi. Döneli 3 ay olmasına rağmen 4 yaşındaki oğlumuz hala etkinlikleri anlatıyor :) aquaparkın etrafındaki atıştırmalık büfeleri çocukları ekstra mutlu etti . Ayrıca konsept restoranlardaki her ürün çok çok lezzetliydi.

Our holiday at the hotel was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views. The food was outstanding — full of flavor and variety. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxing, the facilities top-notch, and every detail reflected great care. Otelin konumu şehir merkezine yakın ve ulaşımı araç ile basit. Denizi ve sahili çok temiz ve bakımlı. Yemekler çok lezzetli ve çeşit sayısı çok fazla her yiyecekten yemek istedim. Otel kullanım alanları ve odam çok temizdi. Personeller çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü en ufak soru işaretini bile gidermek için can ve baş ile çalışıyorlar. Candyland Tema Park ve Aqua park çok eğlenceli harika zaman geçirdim. Akşam eğlencelerinin vazgeçilmezi otel içerisindeki Arena Club oluyor bir an bile sıkılmaya vaktiniz olmuyor. Yeniden burada tatil yapıp daha çok deneyimlemek istiyorum.

Пляж чистый, море прозрачное и очень удобное для купания с детьми. Номера просторные, светлые и комфортные — мы чувствовали себя как дома. Отдельно хочется отметить разнообразие и качество питания: каждый день новые блюда, всё очень вкусно и красиво оформлено. Для детей предусмотрено всё — игровые зоны, аквапарк, анимация. Наши малыши были в восторге!

С первых минут чувствуется забота и внимание персонала, искренняя улыбка и высокий профессионализм. Номера безупречно чистые, вид потрясающий, а еда — на уровне лучших ресторанов! Море, бассейны и аквапарк — просто восторг! Идеальное место как для взрослых, так и для детей. Каждая деталь продумана, качество ощущается во всём. Такое сочетание сервиса и душевного отношения встречается очень редко.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Anlage ist schön und das Essen ist köstlich. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Unterkunft Zimmer Sauberkeit kann ich nichts negatives sagen. Tolle Strandlage und das Aquapark für die Kinder ist auch wie immer schön,aaaber definitiver Personalmangel überall. Ich hatte noch nie in einem Hotel so wenig Personal für Essen ,trinken Pool, Strand, Bar, Shuttle gesehen wie in diesem Hotel! Überall fehlt es an Personal lange Wartezeiten an der Bar keine Bedienung am Pool oder Strand über all meckern die Kunden nur ein Geschimpfe Gemotze unzufriedene Urlauber…zurecht! Shuttle viele vorhanden aber immer nur für die villen gedacht lange Schlangen an Shuttle…stpndigrs gestreute in diesem Hotel ist zu erwarten…

I liked most of the things but please people come and paying a lot to have fun and good service that why I hope be more care about cleaning ! The rooms are clean but the bars and the cups and the floor there is a lot of trash and food I found also something inside the food . In the dinner . Also it’s will be nice if will be more activities for adult like party at night without children.. after the show
