Location was excellent, staff was very accommodating, room was very nice with a comfortable bed, and bathroom was clean.

Breakfast was good and plentiful butcould have changed it up a bit more. Good selection ofGF & LF items though.

Good breakfast, good location for walking to interesting restaurants and sites. We could schedule having the room cleaned, and fresh towels were available. For the most part, the staff were nice, but in some cases, not particularly friendly. The building was well-cared for and clean.

Our room was quite small - not much room for hanging clothes or storing items. Some variation in the breakfast choices would have been nice.

We had a spacious room at Hotel Fabian that was very comfortable. The location is fabulous making it easy to get round to sights and even catch the ferry to Tallin .

For the price, breakfast should have been included. I also feel that the hotel wifi should be secured with a password.

Beds were comfortable, modern, clean, well laid out room, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Nice they had a late night food and drink option also.

Everything was amazing

Centrally located (design district), spacious room and good bathroom, walking distance from nice restaurants and cafés. The building has its charm and elegance, and it is very quiet.

The room could be cleaner and equipment/furniture is a bit old and wonky. Service was on the stern side of things. There are centrally located comfier hotels in the area, for the same price.

Es un hotel relativamente chico. No es del estilo de las cadenas tradicionales lo que lo hace muy agradable. Muy atento el personal. El desayuno se sirve en un lugar no muy amplio, pero comodo, por lo que se debe reservar el horario el dia anterior. Es completo y variado. No tiene salmon pero si una pasta tipo dip, que si lo contiene. El cafe no es expreso. Es filtrado como suele acostumbrar a tomar ellos. Se deja beber. Esta ubicado a una cuadra del puerto y del mercado central. No es cerca de la estacion de tren, pero se llega muy facil a todos lados. Helsinski no es una ciudad grande.

Excellent location in the center of Helsinki and near great restaurants, bars and activities. Small well furnished boutique hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast. Very competitive rates. We’ll be back as we fly through Helsinki occasionally.

A note: rooms are not automatically cleaned every day unless you ask: must request before 12noon.

Perfecte ligging , prima ontbijt !!

L'hotel est remarquablement situé au centre. Proche des sites touristiques mais dans une rue très calme. L'acceuil du personnel est cordial. La propreté doit être remarquée : c'est impeccable ! Le petit déjeuner est varié et bien fourni en produits sans gluten.

Les clients qui ne respectent pas l'heure du petit déjeuner. La salle étant réduite cela crée des embouteillages lors du petit déjeuner. Un rappel par message a été fait par le personnel et le lendemain c'était nettement mieux.

Hotel con muy buena ubicación. El personal es muy amable y te hacen sentir como en casa. La cama es una maravilla y el desayuno excelente.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Especially the larger rooms with a sofa were very comfortable. The hotel lobby was also very cozy and it's a plus point that it also has a nice yard. The location is very central and a few minutes walk from the Esplanad and market square.

I wish there were more options for breakfast particularly when it came to eggs and sweets. Also it would be great if the rooms also provided body lotion.

Room was very comfortable and stylish, and much larger than I expected for a standard room in a bigger city. The location was great, quiet but close to all the attractions. The staff were really friendly and just exceptional overall. They went out of their way to help me deal with some unanticipated issues unrelated to our stay. Breakfast was good. The hotel overall was smaller and intimate, which made us feel right at home.

Tutto perfetto. Stanza spaziosa, pulita e con tutti i comfort. Letti comodi e bagno grande. Staff gentilissimo, colazione ottima, posizione perfetta.

Beliggenhed for førstegangsbesøgende i byen. Al personale var meget serviceminded og imødekommende. God skabsplads og god seng. Meget hyggeligt og mindre hotel.

Småting, som jeg har skrevet direkte til hotellet. Der er ventilationssystem som gør at vinduer ikke kan åbnes - det savnede jeg om morgenen.

Charming Hotel, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Central but quiet location a few minutes walk from the main sights. The staff was very pleasant, smiling and always happy to help. Comfortable beds, good breakfast. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to my friends and certainly stay there again on my next visit to Helsinki.

The location was good: quiet and close to everything!

The room was really basic. Plastic cups and many times they forgot to replace many things in the room. I stayed 7 nights and spent lots of money in this hotel but when I asked for a pair of slippers they still charged me 5 Euro!!! Nobody was welcoming and nobody asked me how was my stay!!

Las habitaciones eran amplias, el baño también. Colchones y almohadas aceptables. Estaba todo limpio. La ubicación es ideal para visitar la ciudad. El desayuno bastante completo. Está bien insonorizado. Pues tiene una plaza donde hacían conciertos de verano y no se escuchaba nada.

Que las habitaciones tienen moqueta. No se puedan abrir las ventanas para ventilar. Son bastante estrictos con el horario del desayuno. Pues hay que decir a qué hora vas a desayunar, no les va la improvisación.

El desayuno lo ví pobre, no tiene Sauna estando en Helsinki y las instalaciones muy justas

Everything. Friendly staff, perfect position, lovely decor and atmosphere, superb breakfast.

Mysigt lite mindre hotell. Bra läge i trevlig del av stan och nära det mesta. Tyst rum och bekväma sängar. Varierad och lite personlig frukostbuffé. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal.

Inte så mysig lobbybar. De kunde haft bättre produkter inklusive nån body lotion i badrummet.

Hyvä sijainti lähellä kohdetta, jossa vierailimme. Pienemmässä hotellissa tunnelma on aina vähän yksillöllisempi kuin isossa hotellissa. Henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällistä.
