The entire staff were helpful, friendly, accommodating and went beyond to make 4 Americans feel very welcome in Helsinki. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and plenty of room.

very comfortable bed, nice spacious shower, great design in the hotel. Its really close to heaps of good food options as well as the markets, there is also a k-market across the esplanade park which is the best supermarket in all of Scandinavia. We were able to walk to one ferry terminal and catch a tram easily for the other.

the room doesn't have a mini fridge which is noted in the description but would be something that would improve the stay. The luggage storage is self-serve cages and people were having a lot of difficulty getting the locks to work including ours which jammed shut, when they came to unlock it for us they didnt do any checks that it was our suitcase. Probably just being paranoid but it made me not want to deal with the hassle again to leave luggage on the last day.

Hotel is situated near the Ferry Port and very close to the Old City Centre, both within walking distance. Very friendly & welcoming staff!

Nuestra estadía fue muy agradable, el hotel está en una muy buena ubicación, cerca de las principales atracciones. El personal fue muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Nuestra habitación era amplia, bien equipada y estaba en buenas condiciones. Nuestra parte favorita fue el desayuno tipo buffet, con variadas opciones y de alta calidad. Quedamos muy conformes con nuestra estadía.

Hubo un día que no nos hicieron la habitación.

Der Frühstücksraum ist überfüllt und laut. Zum Frühstück gibt es keinen Lachs und zu wenig Obst.

I loved the pillows and the bed. Many times hotel have had nice bed, but too hard and big pillows. Not here, the pillows were the best I've ever had in a hotel room

Excellent location. Breakfast was fantastic. Bathroom was cool with the best walk in shower. Free funky slippers!

No storage in the room, a couple of drawers would have been nice. No towel change when requested. No safe in the room.

街中でアクセスが良い　目の前にチョコで有名なFazer Cafeあり　雑貨のNormalもすぐ近くにあるので、買い物して直ぐにホテルに戻れる。今回ラージツインに泊まったが、部屋は広く　ベッドも柔らか過ぎず快適　バスタブ付きで良かった

お部屋に冷蔵庫がない、掃除も申告制なのが手間。サウナはない。

Unmittelbar in der Stadtmitte. Alles zu Fuss zu erreichen, Senatsplatz, Dom, Stockmann Mall, Hafen, Matktplatz, Ateneum Art Museum. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Zuviele Türschlösser müssen überwunden werden, um ins Zimmer zu gelangen.

I really liked the size and layout of the room. It was very spacious, with a large bathroom area and a separate toilet, and the bedroom itself felt generous and comfortable. I also really liked the lobby, reception and bar area. The whole space has a cool atmosphere and makes a decent first impression. The standout for me, though, was definitely the gym. For a relatively small city hotel rather than a large resort, the gym facilities were exceptional. I travel quite a lot and use hotel gyms regularly, and this was genuinely one of the best hotel gyms I’ve come across. It was very well equipped and far exceeded what I would normally expect from a hotel of this size

The breakfast was probably the most disappointing aspect of the stay. I found the offering quite mediocre overall. The food was fairly bland, and the quality and preparation seemed inconsistent from one day to the next. It wasn’t necessarily bad, but it wasn’t particularly good or memorable either. The breakfast area itself could also be improved. The restaurant is very dimly lit, which creates quite a dark atmosphere, particularly for a space where you’re having breakfast in the morning. I think a brighter, more inviting environment would make a significant difference. I also found the service somewhat lacking in warmth. The staff weren’t rude or unpleasant, but interactions generally felt quite blasé and impersonal. There wasn’t much sense of being welcomed or acknowledged as a guest, and at times it felt as though it made little difference whether you were there or not. For a hotel, I think a little more warmth and genuine hospitality would go a long way

Very good stay in central Helsinki. The room we were in was spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was large and comfortable. There was no mini-fridge, which we needed for some foodie gifts we were taking home, but the front desk were very accommodating and agreed to store them for us until we left. Breakfast was very good. Buffet-style and comprehensive, from Finnish staples to continental fare.

Not much. There was a bit of confusion over luggage storage on our checkout day, but once resolved everything went smoothly. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The only bugbear I have (for which I haven't deducted points because it wouldn't be fair) is that there's no sauna. For a Finnish hotel this seemed like a miss.

--Tycker att personalen i receptionen var lite nonchalant när vi frågade om vi kunde lämna vårt bagage pga att rummet inte var klart än. Kunde varit mer hjälpsamma och/eller bjudit på ett leende. Märkligt. --Ok frukost men saknade riktig äggröra, fanns bara blandad med parmesanost. Snälla håll er till klassikerna, äggröra är äggröra, utan experiment.

Great location, quirky decor, fab breakfast buffet, comfortable rooms and it was quiet. Really good value for money would absolutely recommend. Map in the room with places to see/eat / shop was useful and thoughtful.

I don’t know about others but I’m not going to ask reception for a pair of slippers, in the room would be better for guests but I can see why they make people ask. Check in staff like chatting to each other and could be slightly more attentive to guests but were friendly and helpful once engaged.

Locatie vlakbij het centraal station, hotel is heel groot maar voelt toch gezellig en intiem. Leuke, originele styling van de kamer. Ontbijt was erg uitgebreid.

Kamer was aan de frisse kant en ik kreeg de verwarming niet werkend. Ook had er iets beter gestofzuigd kunnen worden.

The rooms were big and very clean. The bed was really comfy. The breakfast was very impressive. There was lots of choice. The staff were really approachable and friendly. The bar and gym were also great too.

Only things were that they only have single quilts even for double beds (two single quilts rather than a double) and they don’t have safes in the room. These weren’t huge issues though.

Very central location, enormous room and superb breakfast.

Rapport qualité/prix excellent. Hôtel très branché, avec une chambre bien pensée et assez spacieuse. La localisation est excellente!

Straßenlärm im Zimmer. Zimmergröße eher minimal. Fehlende Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für Kleidung.

The room was spacious and beautifully designed with different spaces for working and sleeping. The bed was comfortable and the various lighting fixtures created a nice ambience. As I was in Helsinki for work, the presence of a steamer for clothes was a rather pleasant surprise (that is definitely not yet a staple in many hotels). The location probably could not be more central and it really makes you feel in the very heart of Helsinki but the sound isolation was very good and I had no issue with noise whatsoever. The ventilation and air conditioning is exemplary. Even though the windows could not be opened (and the hotel is upfront about it in the room description), the room temperature was pleasant and the air was fresh, and the room never felt stuffy or stale throughout the entire stay.

It might be a personal preference but even if the open floor design plan bathroom looks great, the showering experience was a little cold :)

立地もよく、なにより館内すべてがオシャレでテンションがあがりました。朝食が美味しくて大変満足しています！ ベッドの固さ、シャワーやドライヤーも水圧風圧特に問題なく快適でした。

私のお部屋が冷蔵庫がありませんでした。ただ、特に冷やして飲む物はなかったので不都合はありませんでしたが、その辺を明記していただけたら助かりました。

The room is super spacious, and devided into a slepping area, seperate toilet, bathroom area and lounge/couch area. Everything was superb!

Hjælpsomt personale, kunne rigtig godt lide at de sørgede for et køleskab til vores værelse (da vores medicin skal opbevares køligt) Dejligt at man kan sidde ude foran hotellet og nyde en kold øl eller drink

Stayed solo in this very well priced, gorgeously decorated hotel. It was peaceful at night, and felt very safe. It is well-positioned for the central station, getting a tram around or a stroll to the harbour (I walked down for a sauna / swim.) Friendly reception staff too. Recommended

I would have liked a safe in the room. Also, I understand room cleaning only being on request, but the hotel is saving money on staff costs so a voucher for breakfast or similar would be fair.

Exceeded all expectations: the rooms were modern, spacious, clean, comfortable, great beds. Breakfast had so many options including gluten-free, different coffees, plant milk, juices, and all fresh. The gym was the best part of my trip there, very modern and ideal for longer stays. It's central so you can park at the Kluuvi and get cheaper parking deals over the hotel. Online check-in and check-out possible, perfect location. Highly recommend this to anyone.
