They seriously need to upgrade rooms the carpet was dirty and through to the string underneath the bed was so uncomfortable with the mattress we basically stayed awake all night if we'd been staying for two or more nights I would have changed motels very disappointing and not even a heat pump only a wall panel heater which didn't warm the room up if your not going to upgrade rooms then your prices should be relevant to what you offer

Everything was a little tired. Doors and windows needed basic maintenance including tightening screws etc. the shower door was not lined up and was difficult to open and close.

Check-in and checkout was smooth. They even gave me a small bottle of milk when I checked in. The laundry was convenient and competitively priced. Wi-Fi was a strong signal and well secured. Kitchen was well equipped and TV was easy to use.

It was possibly just me but my back did not like the beds at all and I did not sleep well. But as this is a very personal preference I don't think it is fair to blame the motel. Everything was great. Loads of parking too.

Close to the railway line and a train came during the night. But you would probably hear that in any westport motel.
