Location was good, cosy place to stay. Would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable

No heating was on when I arrived and took a long time to warm up

Liked nothing about property ,we are staying in Nelson at the moment in a 5 star hotel which is the same price as there 4 star absolutely heaps better

First off it is not a 4 star hotel who rated this ? will never stay there again Looks good in photos but far from any good First off the stairs up to top rooms they need to put anti slip tap on treads The carpet needs replacement or cleans smells and looks very rough and dirty and stained and bed cover was stained The bathroom door opens in and hits the basin you need to go right back to the toilet to close door the bathroom is to small for spa bath , spa bath is outdated and dirty , when you sit down on toilet my feet hit end of end of basin cabinet Bed was really uncomfortable giving us both back ache

Check-in at sister property and at night without lighting, would've been nice to know a priori. Upstairs unit with motion lights that didn't aways come/stay on so climbing stairs with luggage in dark.

Beds were comfortable and room was spacious

The lamp had a broken wire which was a hazard. The curtains growing black mold and filthy bathroom tired , rom in need of looking at

Wasn’t many people there. We were upstairs which was nice .. with outdoor balcony.

Bed was very comfortable, pretty good water pressure in shower. Shortbread was a lovely welcoming touch.

Bathroom was a little tight and net curtains had a little mould on them no biggie though

Great welcome, shortbread was a nice wee surprise 😁 Very cosy and clean facilities! Even a knock on the door for room service. Close to shops and main roads. Definitely recommend!

WE ORDERED BREAKY BUT SAID THEY WERE NOT DOING BREAKY??? BED HAD BED BUGS IN IT WAS SCRATCHING all arvo room was decent size manager was weirdo? would NOT recommend this place

WELL IS that our fault OR u are not set up to look after your customers? just so weird we had to go look for breaky shouldnt be running a hotel if u cant look after customers imagine how much more they could make giving us all breaky !!!!!!!!! just so stupid

Westport Spa Motel was as adsvertised. It provided a comfortable room, the facilities were adequate and it was well located.

The extra single bed in the room meant that there was very little free space.

Free Manuka soap

Everything, was not what was advertised. Cold, was also not the best smelling. The shower head fell off while my partner was taking a shower.

Not the cleanest on the floor and under the beds with socks from someone. But the rest shower beds space al good.

Better cleaning must be done.

I liked the little extras, shortbread, hair dryer, plenty of towels.

A few dead bugs in the bath from the ceiling vent. Spa bath must not have been used in a while and when the jets turned on a small amount of dirty water came out. Not really a big deal though.

I was greeted upon arrival with milk and shortbread, which was delicious. The property is very spacious, it had a well equipped kitchen, Sky Tv and a nice sized bathroom. Everything appeared to be clean. There were plenty towels and toiletries available.

The heater was quite noisy and the property was a bit dated.

Was expecting for there to Be spas in each room. But found out there are only 2 rooms in the whole complex that have spas

Suited our needs for a short stay.

Clean, tidy, spacious and great spot. Friendly staff and the owner gave us short bread and milk.

Our room didn’t have a smoke alarm. So we told staff and the quickly resolved issue. There is a wall heater so quite dangerous without it.
