We liked the very warm manner of the manager, Hiren (Harry). Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was a genuine host, The room was fresh and clean, with convenient parking outside. A small patio with table and chairs outside the back of the living area added charm.

Great location within walking distance of the city centre, with a bus stop right outside. The property was quiet and well equipped for cooking, and I loved the floral scent when opening the balcony door. Harry was very kind and helpful, always greeting me and asking if I needed any help.

The shower area isn’t separated, so the bathroom floor stays wet for quite a while. The bathroom fan also runs for a long time after the light is turned off.

4 days stay Room didn’t get serviced until I asked for it to be done , day 3 - new towels no milk coffee sugar or dishwashing tablets re stocked - and it wasn’t cleaned at all

My husband and myself were disappointed by the reception we received from the check in staff. When we first walked in a guy was yelling to someone in the other room, when the lady came out she was talking on the phone in a different language (at no time during our check in did she stop talking on the phone) and then a young boy came out and checked us in. He didn't really explain anything, asked for our credit card and my license to photocopy didn't say why gave us the key and walked away - he certainly didn't tell us where our room was. The shower tiles grout was dirty and the bathroom fan didn't work.

Comfortable place to stay close to every thing

Should have had enough shampoo and conditioner for 2 .

The property was in a great location for us close to Nelson Hospital but also a quick 10 mins walk to a choice of restaurants & cafes. The room was smaller but more than adequate. Very comfy bed, hot powerful shower & fluffy towels. The Manager was more than efficient & made our stay easy from start to finish. A great asset to this motel.

Unfortunately the cleaner was a bit slap dash. Dirty towels left on the floor. Coffee & tea not replenished. Bed made but in a thrown together fashion not the perfect made bed we had on arrival. All sorted very quickly by reception.

Tidy and convenient

Harry the owner was lovely, so attentive and made us feel very welcome. His sons invited my son to play football with them so everyone was happy. Harry made a point of remembering all of our names. The beds were comfy, great pressure in the shower, great location.

The room was very small, and the bathroom, especially the shower and curtains was not clean and showed signs of mold. The bed was also uncomfortable.

It was only bread & cereal, canned fruit etc that was to be left in the fridge . $15. It was only a 15 min walk to get an excellent cooked cafe breakfast .

The bathroom in the presidential suite is a little old and tired looking. Functional but not tidy. We stayed another night in one of the upstairs twin rooms and this bathroom seemed much cleaner and in a newer condition.

Even though we arrived in Nelson quite late, they came out as soon as we contacted them and kindly helped us check in. There is a small table outside where you can sit and enjoy a simple coffee in the morning. A very suitable place for both travelers and people visiting for work.

Loved Century Park. Room was adorable and immaculate. They have a clean and efficient clothes washer and dryer for only $4 a load in the building so I caught up on laundry. The mini kitchen had everything from toaster to burner and pans, coffee machine and tea. The room even had a balcony. My favorite was its location just a short walk to the city cathedral and downtown. I walked once for dinner and once for breakfast, plus the Melrose House and Gardens are a short walk as well. And, did I mention the owner? Such a nice guy who truly cares about proving a quality experience.

The motel was conveniently located a 10 minute walk into Nelson centre. The apartment was comfortable with everything needed for a 3 night stay. My wife used the on-site laundry which was useful when you’re on a 4 week road trip. The manager/owner was very helpful and was keen to make sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Room was up a flight of stairs (not unusual in a lot of motels) which could be problematic for some people who had to carry heavy bags to their room. Having said that I’m sure assistance would have been forthcoming from the owner.

The presidential room was fabulous, spacious, very clean and well presented. It was wonderful for a family. The customer service was excellent.

Very nice and clean hotel in a superb location. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. Parking is convenient, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always trying to go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was phenomenal and accommodating, allowing me to keep my luggage there early while I backpacked a trail nearby. The WiFi was exceptional, which was very convenient for my remote work. The amenities were pleasant and the location is convenient.

Lovely motel stay and helpful friendly owner operator. I asked to switch rooms to upgrade as my error I didn’t book room with a bath and this was all no trouble and I was grateful. The owner was very helpful and friendly, the room was very comfortable and clean with a well equipped, bathroom very good. A very convenient and quiet location. They have an ev charger, for payment of only $10

The heat pump was noisy at night turning on and off. (maybe needs service) Although there was a hot plate, there was no extractor fan but a notice to say you could be charged for excessive food smells .. makes any cooking difficult.

The location was great. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.

I had the grandchildren visit, had I known I would be on the second floor I would have opted for one on the ground floor. Nothing to do with the hotel. I liked everything.
