Reviewed Aug 21, 2026地點超級好，距離博多筑紫口就是5分鐘走路，參加一日遊或是搭地鐵、新幹線都超級方便。周邊有各種藥妝店，地鐵站裡有伴手禮店，連7-11都可以退稅，買太多直接拿回飯店放😚
飯店整體是舊一點，小孩免費住，所以也沒有付毛巾牙膏牙刷等備品，連續住要3個晚上才會進房打掃，其他日自己把髒毛巾裝袋掛門口，垃圾桶放門口。

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026I like the location as it is very convenient. Convenient shop and shopping malls are just steps away. Breakfast is good with a selection of cuisine. Breakfast environment is quiet, clean and neat.
The furniture is a bit run down and the color of the carpet looks dirty.

朝食が少し種類的に残念でした、、、、 想像と違っていたからかな💦 もつ鍋、水炊き、おでんなど地元メニューが朝から食べられるのは良かったし、美味しかった。

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026駅から近く、どこに行くにも帰ってくるにも良いロケーションでした。ホテルの隣、すぐ近くにコンビニもあって、必要なものはすぐそこで買えました。夕食も駅から近いので、どこに行く必要もなく駅内で殆ど食べられました。お土産購入も然りです。 ホテルの方に事前に、アメリカからの里帰りで日本旅行を楽しむからKOKOホテルを使うとだけご連絡しました。それに対してホテル側からのサプライズプレゼントがあり、とても嬉しかったです。息子ともども良い滞在ができました。３泊しましたので、タオルも毎日交換していただきました。ありがとうございました。お部屋も問題ない大きさでした。何より清潔感があってよかったです。また、トイレ内の洗面台の排水が２日目にはできなくなり！！その日、出かける前にフロントの方に報告したところ、私たちが出かけている間に修理をしてくださっていて、迅速な対応に感動しました。 朝食も毎食、バラエティー豊かで地産ものも多く、まためんたいフランスはとても美味しかったです。毎朝、外に食べに出る必要もなくゆっくりと朝食を摂ることができました。 洗濯施設もあり、真夏に一日出かけた後の洋服を洗いたい欲求を満たしてもらえて、良かったです。 荷物もチェックインの前、チェックイン後も預かっていただき、フルに福岡観光ができたことはとてもありがたかったです。
滞在客がアジア系の人が多い、本当に多い印象です。そのため、他の部屋、廊下から大きな声が漏れ聞こえ少し怖かったです。また朝食時も、大きな声で話すアジア系の家族がいて少し嫌な気がしました。 小さくてもいいので、トレーニングルームがあったら良かったな！と。

Reviewed May 18, 2026博多駅からも近く近隣には飲食店・コンビニ他色々あって便利。 名称が変わってもホテルの素晴らしさは変わらないです。フロントスタッフも丁寧な対応でした。朝 チェックアウト前の時間でも客室は静かで、ルームメイキングの方々の気遣いを感じられました。出張では毎回利用してますが、今後も利用していきたいです。
名称変更前から思っていることなんですが、室内照明の照度調整が出来たたら良いのにと思います。後 このホテルに限ったことではないでしょうが、時期的なものなのか、お値段が跳ね上がります。泊まらずに日帰りを検討しないといけなくなるくらいの金額にはビックリ。

It was Golden Week unfortunately for us so we had to pay the top price for the accommodation. We also booked a hotel in Kokura at a lower price in the same week which was much better in every way. Bed abutted against the wall so one has to crawl in and out at the foot of the bed.

Reviewed May 7, 2026The location of this hotel is excellent being a short walking distance from the train station and all the amenities which the station has, such as restaurants and any shopping. The staff at reception were very friendly and provided all necessary information re the hotel. Room was comfortable - not a great size, but this is common in Japan. We also found it to be very quiet with no external noise, which is excellent, given Fukuoka is a big city. I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Fukuoka
I don't usually fuss about breakfast too much, but for a large hotel with guests from different countries, I thought the breakfast had very limited choice.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Great location, 5mins walk from hakata station with plenty of shopping malls like hankyu, Pokémon Center , Tokyu hands, amu est. Spoilt for choices when it comes to eateries too. There is also a 7-11 right next door. They have staff 24-7 who are generally helpful and speaks good English
Cleaning services are only done every 4th day so if u stayed for only 3d2n, there is no cleaning done to your room. U get fresh towels and bins though. Stayed in a double room and the bed and pillow are too soft

Reviewed May 2, 2026Das KOKO Hotel ist ein Top Hotel mit einer super Lage in der Nähe von Hakata Station (10 Minuten Fussweg mit Koffern).Wenn man das Frühstück nicht nutzen kann, gibt es viele Kaffees und Restaurant in der Umgebung.Die Zimmergröße ist prima.Service und Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich und freundlich.
