Reviewed Aug 25, 2026ホテルの部屋のお風呂は入りにくいので大浴場があって良かったです。簡単でしたが朝食もあり助かりました。 スタッフの対応がとても良く、友達と別々で予約したので部屋の場所がどうなるか心配でしたが、荷物を預けた際に近くにしておきますと言ってくれて、向かいの部屋になりました。とても嬉しかったです。
大浴場は嬉しいのですが少し狭かったです。洗い場も３つしか無く他のグループが入ってきて中々洗えず子供たちはのぼせてしまいました。 部屋にインスタントのコーヒーでもあれば良かったです。フロントでコーヒーを淹れられるのですが、10階から降りてきて飲むのは少し大変でした。

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026夏の土日に利用しましたが、こじんまりとしたホテルなので、騒々しくなくてよかったです。朝食はパンと飲み物だけですが、繁華街でたっっぷりと飲食した翌日の疲れた胃と体にはちょうど良かったです。いろいろあると食べなきゃとと思ってしまうしょぶんなので。コンビニが近いので、牛乳やヨーグルトなど超たすれば十分でした。大浴場というには狭いですが、そこも、広すぎないのが良かったです。お部屋のお風呂は大きめなので、飲みすぎた夫はお部屋のお風呂に入りました。ラウンジの雰囲気と置いてあるレコードジャケットや本のおかげで、癒されました。サービスのお出汁のパックもいいですね。
空調の音が賑やかでした。就寝途中でおっとが消しました。お風呂の換気扇もうるさかったようで夫が就寝時に消しました。下着を洗って干していたので、本当は一晩かけていたかったです。ミネラルウォーターが１本、サービスであると嬉しかったかもです。

床太小了 比較像是加大的單人床 早餐部分 只有麵包跟咖啡 果汁 座位區也明顯不足 晚到 就沒有了

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026It has a pretty convenient location as it is close to the station. Though if one carries lots of luggage, the road to the hotel is a bit bumpy. The staffs are extremely friendly, and there is even a welcome gift. The room is quite small but comfortable. The hotel offers free light breakfast which is pretty nice.
Room a bit small for two people with big luggage. Have to walk a small distance to reach the station.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Compact, clean and comfortable. Everything you would expect form a hotel room. The public baths were a nice bonus. Staff were excellent and very welcoming. Breakfast was basic, but tasty and fresh, and was all that we needed to start the day. Breakfast was as expected and as described. Location near the main train station was very convenient.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026It was very near Hakata station and the bus stop for bus to international airport. The staff were friendly and allowed us to keep our luggage at the concierge. Breakfast was basic but it’s okay. The machine even provided potage soup which was really nice.
Hotel room was v small for 2 pax.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026大浴場があって良かったです。 浴場の入口がパスワード制なので安心でした。 ラウンジがあるのも良かったです。 中に入るには必ず受付を通るので、防犯面も安心でした。 女の子だけの旅でも安心だと思います！ ドライヤーもリファでちょっと嬉しかった。
スペース的に仕方ないとは思うのですが、洗面台とドライヤーが1台しかないので注意して欲しいです！ お部屋で混雑状況が見られるので人が少ない時に行ったら大丈夫だとは思います。

Forget about sleep - broken headrest on the bed that moves. Poor blockage of light by curtains. Always noisy. Airconditioning makes a squeecky sound even when turned off. Pillow harder than my academic aspirations. Airconditioning is of course locked on 24 degrees, so enjoy your sweaty room. Want to air it out? Forget about opening your window because across the street must be a restaurant serving stinky tofu, as I smelled this disgusting stench every time I opened the window. Being in Hakata, yeah okay, I get it, outside can be noisy. Does the hotel provide earplugs? No. Weird right? Other amenities are readily available, but this one not. You'd think being next to a street full of izakaya full of salary men drinking away their pain and crying it out at 2 am would be reason enough to provide earplugs to the guests, but nah. Somehow during my stay I was woken up every morning around 6 by the loud noise of the housekeeping but somehow they never cleaned my room once (even though I was eligible for one or two minimal cleanings). But, at the end of the day, if you'd explore Hakata all day, I'm sure you easily fall asleep and don't even think about the (small?) inconveniences. I'm just a sensitive sleeper and my back is more fragile than a 15 year old girl who just got a zit before prom night.

Reviewed May 24, 2026急な宿泊となり、遅くのチェックインでしたが、受付のスタッフの対応も良かったし、清潔感があって寝心地もよく、疲れがとれました。 パンでしたが朝食も付いていて助かりました。
ひとつ挙げるなら、用事で急遽大阪から来ており、夜遅くなったので寝る前にちょっとビールが飲みたかったので、館内にビールの自販機があればなお良しでした。

There is a slight foul smell in the room, toilet bowl water spray does not work very well, breakfast should include tea and some cookies or cake and not only bread and coffee every day, pillow not sturdy enough
