Petit déjeuner servi dans une salle à la décoration très raffinée, avec de jolies tables dressées avec goût et une très belle vaisselle. L’espace est chaleureux et accueillant, on s’y sent tout de suite bien. Le choix est varié, aussi bien pour les boissons que pour le sucré et le salé. Tout est d’une propreté irréprochable et le personnel, toujours présent mais très discret, veille attentivement à ce que rien ne manque.

I loved the quality white sheets instead of a duvet which seems standard, even in hot weather at most hotels. Great attention to detail, including a good hair dryer and kettle in room. Loved the quirky decor

The location was great.

The breakfast room was too small. We only had shower gel in the shower. We couldn’t get the aircon going. Although it wasn’t a problem for us, it was quite noisy after 12.00 but the windows helped a lot when closed.

ロケーションが良い。　朝食ビュッフェは少量ながらも一通りのものはあるので問題ないが、スペースが狭いので、時間帯によっては待ちが発生する可能性がある。

配管が古いようで、排水が悪いのと、隣室か上階からの排水がこちらの部屋の浴槽に逆流することがあった。

Fantástica atención en la recepción, muy amables, correctos y simpáticos, nos indicaron perfectamente las mejores opciones para visitar Tours y nos ayudaron a preparar la siguiente etapa del viaje.

A pesar de que no hay ascensor en el hotel (lo anuncian al principio en las características del hotel) el alojamiento no tuvo ningún problema, estaba decorado con muchísimo gusto y estilo, es fantástico y se debe recomendar siempre.

Todo perfecto: la comodidad de la habitación, la decoración, la atención, la ubicación. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Proprios adorables, nous nous sommes trompés sur la date de la réservation et nous nous en sommes rendus compte lorsqu'ils nous ont appelé le jour supposé de notre venue!! Ils ont été super arrangeants et nous les remercions encore pour cela. L'hotel est tres bien placé, plein de petits restos à coté, plutot facile de se garer dans les rues autour. Tout était parfait, encore merci !

Die Lage ist pefekt zentral, Parkieren konnten wir dank Feiertag vor dem Hotel, sonst müsste man 5 Mn. zu Fuss entfernt parkieren. Wir wurden informiert, dass die Air Condition in unserem Zimmer ausgefallen sei und es wurde uns eine kostenfreie Stornierung angeboten. Als wir trotzdem kamen (weil es zu spät war, etwas anderes zu suchen), bekamen wir einen Ventilator und ein Gratis-Frühstück!

Das Zimmer war wirklich extrem klein und in der Nacht wurden wir mehrfach geweckt von grölenden Passanten auf der Strasse

Zimmer sind nur über Stufen zu erreichen und wir hatten alle 4 Zimmer im 3. Stock. Rezeptionspersonal dürfte kein Morgenmensch sein.

Le personnel est trés accueillant, la décoration chinée donne une belle identité à l'établissement, la terrasse intérieure est bien agréable malgré la présence d'un échafaudage pour des travaux en cours.

la salle de bain de notre chambre était vraiment minuscule, les toilettes très proche du lavabo ce qui n'était pas trés confortable mais c'est le propre des maisons anciennes, il faut faire avec pour l'aménagement.

The room was spacious for a city hotel and met all our expectations. It also had two sinks which is helpful for families. It had all the things expected.

A coffee machine and a fridge would have been ideal. There is a water cooler in the corridor, but a small fridge is a must nowadays in most hotels.

De locatie is voortreffelijk, om de hoek zijn allerlei leuke restaurantjes en kroegjes. De kathedraal is op steenworp afstand. Het hotel heeft een leuke, boutique inrichting. De kamers waren erg comfortabel. Wij zaten op de 3e verdieping en er was geen lift, maar daar waren we voor gewaarschuwd. Het ontbijt was uitstekend, gevarieerd, goed bereid en zeker voldoende. Een echte aanrader wanneer je in Tours bent

Decoración preciosa. Casa antigua auténtica de piedra, madera, con chimeneas, techos altos. Los dueños del hotel encantadores. Nos dieron una habitación más grande de la que teníamos reservada sin costo alguno. El desayuno bufet (se paga aparte) estupendo. Detalles muy cuidados: vajilla antigüa, las tazas todas diferentes, el patio lleno de plantas, los cuadros.. te transportan a otra época. Ponen una música muy bonita en el desyuno. Hay un lugar en el patio para guardar las bicis. Una experiencia para recordar. Está al lado de la calle de bares y restaurantes pero en una calle tranquila.

The hotel has a bohemian/quirky decor which is fun. Mismatched porcelain in the breakfast room; stuffed peacock in the lobby; interesting art on the walls. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room (for three - wife and I, plus twelve year old - was spacious and comfortable. Quiet location in the middle of the old town. No hotel parking put a good size car park a four minute walk away. Will stay here again.

The hotel had ac. This was heaven-sent during the heatwave. It was also steps away from some of the best reviewed restaurants in Tours. The 11 minute walk to Gare du Tours train station made it a convenient base to explore the Loire valley. Loved the quaint decor!

The bathroom door would not close properly.....a little bit inconvenient when you have 3 people sharing a room.

Un séjour très agréable ! J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. La déco est super tendance et recherchée, on sent que tout a été pensé avec goût. Les propriétaires sont adorables : souriants, disponibles et super gentils, ils mettent tout de suite à l'aise. La chambre est confortable et bien équipée, avec une propreté irréprochable. Je recommande vivement !

L'emplacement est parfait, en plein vieux Tours mais à l'abri du bruit. La déco et l'ambiance est très agréable et cosy. Chambre climatisée. De bons conseils sur les bons plans de Tours.

Pas très facile de stationner proche de l'hotel

L’hôtel est très bien placé pour découvre Tours et les bords de la Loire. Il est magnifiquement décoré et ses propriétaires sont très accueillants, sympathiques et au petit soins de leurs clients.

Le seul petit bémol , c’est l’insonorisation des chambres mais dans un bâtiment comme celui-ci c’est difficile de pouvoir mieux faire.

Personnel gentil et à l’écoute.

Malheureusement (en raison de l’humidité dans la chambre ?) il y a eu des insectes type poissons d’argent incluant sur le lit. Il y avait aussi beaucoup de particules de poussière et les joints de la salle de bain étaient moisis. L’insonorisation entre les chambres mansardées est très inconfortable, on entend les conversations et les portes. Je n’ai pas pu changer de chambre car l’hôtel était complet (ou du moins les chambres de cette catégorie).

The location and the staff were both excellent.

Mainly that the room, especially the bathroom, was not clean and items were broken or not well maintained. Our shower drain was blocked and overflowed the tray within seconds of the water being on. Drain was essentially blocked with hair etc and had not been cleaned well in some time. Window was nailed open and air conditioning couldn't be set below 22 degrees.

Midden in de stad, dus alles op loopafstand. Auto uitladen voor de deur en dan een parkeerplek zoeken. Advies parkeergarage Indigo. €17,60 voor 24u. Hotel is tussen 11 en 15u gesloten. Je kunt als gast met een code naar binnen, maar bij de eerste aankomst heb je die niet, dus eerder aankomen betekent wachten. Wij hadden een zolderkamer(geen lift). Klein maar fijn. Inclusief bagage past het allemaal net en soms moet je even Teteris spelen om elkaar voorbij te komen in de kamer. Wij waren in een warme periode(35 graden) en dan kan de airco het niet aan. Op de 1e etage staat wel een watertap met ijskoud water, wat je in karaffen naar je kamer mee kan nemen. Bedden zijn relatief zacht en smal. Niet helemaal ons ding. Ontbijt kost 13 euro. Ruim assortiment kazen, worsten en zoetwaren. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Chambre 22 au 3ème étage sous les combles sympa jusqu'au moment d'ouvrir la porte. Pas de climatisation : 32,5°C dans la nuit du 23 au 24 juin. Impossible de dormir. J'ai dû réclamer un ventilateur pour atténuer la chaleur.

Great location, lovely property. Nice & central to the shops and restaurants. Also great value for money We stayed for the Ironman Race and it was about 45 min walk from Ironman Village and 10 mins in an Uber.

There is no lift at the property and can be a bit tricky with heavy luggage especially if on the 2nd / 3rd floors.

A place full of character in the middle of the old town that has been done up with a lot of love and character.

This is a beautiful little gem in the middle of Tours. Comfortable, cool decor, great value. We wished we could have spent more than one night there! Lovely staircase - all the way to our little room in the eaves, with great views over the rooftops of Tours.
