Das Zimmer war klein, das Bett viel zu schmal, max. 140 cm. Man sollte unbedingt ein besseres Zimmer buchen mit einem größeren Bett!

Hotel car park is very low at 1.85m in places. We drive a SUV with a roof box and had to remove it to get in to the car park. Aircon unit in our room (104) was very noisy and we had to turn it off to be able to sleep.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026I left some cookies overnight just to found out there were 40-50 ants over the cookies and table. Talk to the staff about it, one guy went to the room without telling us. His “investigation “ conclusion is because we left the food on the table and opened the window so the ants went in . There is nothing he can do, he didn’t feel sorry about it. If you have the ant problems , either you control it or warn the customer about it. They didn’t control the ants and want to blame the customer. My wife only opened the window in the morning to get fresh air. the window was shut during the night. I told him that I didn’t expect Best western will tolerate insects - and blame the customer for it. His answer is Best Western is just a corporation and doesn’t have anything to do with this. Well , that said it. Either He doesn’t care or Best Western doesn’t care. I did looked the previous customer complains, I saw some nasty feedbacks the hotel responded to the reviews. I wished read those reviews before I booked the hotel.

Kamer klein en zo mogelijk badkamer nog veel kleiner( onder schuine wand) erg onhandig voor lange mensen..! Behoorlijk stevig matras. Airco is wel aanwezig maar maakt nogal wat geluid (gelukkig hadden wij die niet nodig) ramen kunnen wel open

Some areas look a bit tired and the lift was a bit scary.

Letto piccolo e sfondato nel centro. Moquette vecchia e sporca. Appena entrati c'erano sul tavolo residui di cibo e acqua. Stanza pulita in modo alquanto approssimativo. I teli da bagno piccoli.

L' aria condizionata in camera era rumorosa, la camera era piccola, il bagno era scomodo, gli scarichi lenti. Il bagno aveva la finestra, cosa buona, ma la stessa era impossibile da oscurare e con il sole a 40 gradi trasformava il bagno in una sauna.

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier super au calme; pas de bruit la nuit. C'est vraiment super. En plus, il y a de jolies peintures (tableaux) dans la chambre et dans l'hôtel. Le parking a disposition est vraiment un plus. Le petit déjeuner était excellent avec beaucoup de choix. La salle du petit déjeuner était spacieuse et au calme. Pour conclure, la situation géographique est parfaite. On est proche de tout pour les visites.

J'aurais apprécié d'avoir une machine nespresso dans la 439 (comme les autres chamblres ) et pas juste le café instantané.

We were also able to park at the hotel, which was especially useful given street layout in central Tours. The staff member helped us with the parking spot as well.

Le séjour a été entaché par un violent orage qui a provoqué des fuites dans la chambre et salle de bain et l’ascenseur a cessé de fonctionner durant tout le séjour …la direction a refusé de faire un geste commercial en compensation : parking Par ailleurs bel hôtel mais surpris qu’il n’y ait pas de mouchoirs ..quant au café lyophilisé ..pas terrible pour un tel établissement

Je hoort op drukke momenten wel wat rumoer op de gangen en gestommel van de kamers boven jou, maar het was zeker niet storend. We hebben heerlijk geslapen!

Rien. si ce n’est que la douchette ne fonctionnait pas (mais le pommeau de douche fonctionnait très bien) et le sèche cheveux non plus Ce n’était pas trop problématique vu la chaleur et une fois signalé , cela semble avoir été pris directement en charge Donc pas de soucis ☺️

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Zunächst einmal der Empfang: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei der Hitze war die Klimaanlage ein Segen. Die zentrale Lage, das schöne Frühstück im Hotelgarten, ein überwachter Parkplatz (vorgebucht) direkt am Hotel, das alles trägt zu einer sehr guten Beurteilung bei. Restaurants in der Nähe.

Bruit de la climatisation vraiment très bruyantes. Lit confortable mais un peu petit pour deux. Cet hôtel fait un peu vieillot.
