Beliggenheden var god.

Stedet levede ikke op til billederne. Især installationerne på badeværelset virkede gamle og var ikke lukket af.

Jeden z najlepszych hoteli, w jakich byliśmy. Wspaniały, pomocny personel. Przepyszne śniadanie - chyba najlepsze, jakie jedliśmy w hotelach. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko lotniska. Hotel współpracuje z wypożyczalnią samochodowe, co bardzo ułatwia wszelkie formalności.

Brak butelki wody do picia w pokoju, brak czajnika oraz saszetek z kawą/herbatą w pokoju. W innych hotelach to norma. Połączone ze sobą dwa pojedyncze łóżka zamiast jednego podwójnego (nie było opcji wyboru łóżka podwójnego podczas rezerwacji). Były kołdry, ale nie dostaliśmy poszewek, aby je ubrać, więc nie używaliśmy ich. Do przykrycia w nocy zostały nam prześcieradła.

Top Lage, alles super gelaufen. Bekommt ein 9/10 weil ich die Kaution für den Seif nicht zurück bekommen habe. Sonst nur zum empfehlen!

Das Amic Gala war wieder perfekt.Lage super,Personal sehr bemüht. Direkt am Strand.

El hotel esta muy bien, con una ubicación privilegiada a pocos pasos de la playa. La habitación amplia, con balcón que daba a un patio interno. Cama muy comoda. Desayuno y cena espectaculares con variedad y productos frescos. Para destacar la cordialidad de Kinga (Recepción) Yolanda (Limpieza) y de todas las chicas del comedor!! A todas ellas....gracias!!!👏👏👏

The hotel has great location near wonderful sandy whidh beach, good connected with busses to everywhere. There are many shops and restaurants just few meters away. Clean rooms, towels and cosmetics in the bathroom. Nice terraces, friendly staff. Specially thankful for luggage room and possibility to leave our staff there, and to take a shower after beach and before a late flight. Would like to stay here next time again.

La habitación amplia y limpia,el baño también. Agradecí que me dejaran una toalla y poder ducharme el día que me iba en los baños que tienen con vestuarios habilitados para ese uso,estaban equipados con jabón,gel.. y también muy limpios. Esta muy bien situado ,al lado de la playa,restaurantes,paradas de buses..

El aire acondicionado de la habitación sonaba mucho y el ruido de la calle molestaba también bastante,estábamos en la primera planta y nuestro balcón daba a la calle principal.

Hellhörig und sehr stickig in den Räumen. Eine Renovierung ist hier deutlich verfokgt werden müssen.

La limpieza era nefasta. Al entrar a la habitación sentimos un olor a orín (adjunto foto, parece que limpiaron el suelo pero no la pared), y en el baño había pelos y suciedad de otras personas. La insonorización es inexistente, escuchábamos conversaciones de otros huéspedes y como roncaban. Además, la puerta de cristal al balcón no cerraba bien y también escuchábamos continuamente los aviones. Por el precio que nos costó, seguro hay mejores opciones, tampoco merece las 3 estrellas. Las instalaciones son muy muy viejas, consideramos que todo necesita una renovación urgente.

La colazione è varia e abbondante; la frutta è sempre fresca. C’è la possibilità di prendere cibo da asporto dal buffet ad un costo di 2.50 a porzione (un bicchiere o un piatto). Il personale della reception è gentile e accogliente.

La struttura è datata. Anche se pulivano e riordinavano quotidianamente la camera aveva un odore sgradevole. I letti e i cuscini erano scomodi e l’acqua della doccia non defluiva bene.

La grandezza della camera, il balconcino dove abbiamo potuto stendere vestiti e teli mare ad asciugare. Anche la posizione non male, vicina alla spiaggia ed anche alle fermate degli autobus, così da potersi muovere facilmente. Buona la colazione abbastanza differenziata

Il bagno estremamente datato. La tenda nella doccia era logora, credo che cambiarle ogni tanto non sia un costo eccessivo. Il doccino era rotto e per fare la doccia dovevi tenerlo tu in mano, dettagli piccoli che potevano fare la differenza. Poi le formiche, il bagno ne era invaso.

El Hotel es antiguo, y el edificio es normal, básico. Sin embargo, destacan varias cosas: el personal es extremadamente amable , el desayuno es espectacular y muy superior al de cualquier Hotel tres estrellas. La habitación es amplia y aunque es un poco antigua, el aire acondicionado funciona perfecto. Nos permitieron hacer el check Out dos horas más tarde por un pequeño suplemento.El entorno es tranquilo, seguro y familiar los precios por la zona son normales, comparados con los de Palma y otras zonas. Recomiendo absolutamente este Hotel, y de seguro repetiremos.

El Hotel necesita una reforma, ya que el pasillo huele a humedad, no así las habitaciones que están muy limpias y huelen bien.

Ottima la pozione, vicino alla spiaggia, al centro e comodo a tutti i servizi. Colazione molto varia e abbondante, fino alle 11! È stato fatto il cambio asciugamani ogni giorno. Possibilità di usufruire della piscina dell’hotel convenzionato difronte. Possibilità di tenere le valigie al check out, con opportunità di farsi anche una doccia.

La pulizia della stanza da aumentare, sopratutto perché essendo al piano terra con lo spazio esterno, entravano formiche in quando i serramenti della porta finestra erano un po datati e con delle fessure. Dopo qualche giorno è passato il giardiniere che ha provveduto a togliere un po di piante e tagliare, il problema si è ridotto.

Das Badezimmer ist fast eine Zumutung. Parkplätze in der Umgebung nahezu unmöglich. Obwohl uns die Dame an der Rezeption gesehen hat, ist Sie weggegangen und hat uns ca. 20 Minuten dort stehen lassen. Meinem Mann war ein Tropfen Hustensaft auf den Boden gefallen. Dieser Fleck befand sich für den gesamten Restaufenthalt an gleicher Stelle.

La colazione abbondante e per tutti i gusti , la posizione, vicinissima al mare

L’accoglienza è stata pessima, abbiamo soggiornato dal 12/08 al 15/08 e abbiamo avuto a che fare con una ragazza in reception, Mora, abbastanza giovane, è stata di una maleducazione unica, poco disponibile e poco professionale. 3 giorni di pernottamento e 2 giorni di risposte ironiche, saccenti e maleducate, l’ultimo giorno non c’era. Partendo dal check-in, ci ha lasciato la chiavi della stanza senza darci indicazioni su dove si trovasse, essendo la camera numero 324 abbiamo immaginato fosse al terzo piano ma l’albergo è un vero è proprio labirinto e quindi abbiamo chiesto maggiori info, è stato risposto di guardare bene il numero della stanza come se stesse parlando con degli stupidi. Il secondo giorno avevamo lasciato le chiavi in reception, quando siamo tornati a recuperarle la sera ha preso in giro il ns spagnolo maccheronico. Ciliegina sulla torta, non siamo stati informati della presenza di doccia extra utilizzabile anche dopo il check out, avendo il volo alle 20:05 sarebbe stato molto utile saperlo. In sostanza abbiamo pagato un servizio e non ci è stato fornito. Le altre ragazze erano gentili, ma consiglio di verificare maggiormente su alcuni dipendenti, gente del genere rischia di rovinare il soggiorno ai clienti che pagano!! Se non siete in grado di lavorare con il pubblico cambiate lavoro!!!

Le petit-déjeuner était finalement moins mauvais que ce que nous pensions, même s’il était loin d’être exceptionnel, avec beaucoup de produits décongelés. La seule chose que nous avons appréciée est que cet hôtel était disponible en urgence après l’annulation de notre vol.

L’emplacement n’est vraiment pas idéal : très loin du centre de Palma, à proximité immédiate de l’aéroport avec beaucoup de bruit d’avions et de voitures, et l’hôtel est également très bruyant à cause de nombreux clients faisant la fête. Pour le reste, l’hygiène et la propreté étaient très décevantes : des fourmis partout, une baignoire avec un rideau de douche sale, une climatisation placée directement face au lit et un matelas très inconfortable avec un creux au milieu. Nous avons également été fortement gênés par le bruit dans l’hôtel.

L’isolation aux bruits catastrophique que ce soit le bruit extérieur (avions, voitures) que les autres hôtes qui étaient très bruyant. La chambre était très chaude avec une climatisation défectueuse + la propreté de la chambre est à revoir (poils retrouvés sur les toilettes, les traces au niveau de la salle de bain et le sol était très sale!)

The location is perfect, 100 yards from the beach and the staff are really friendly. Get the A2 bus from the airport and get off at Burger King. Only 4 stops and 50 yards from the hotel. The room was fairly basic but clean and excellent value for money.

5 out of 5 My husband, our dog, and I stayed here from July 16 to August 2, 2026, and we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfasts were filling, the hotel is close to the beach, the rooms were cleaned every day, and everything was spotless. The reception staff were excellent—any questions or requests were handled immediately. At first, we were staying on the ground floor, but since our dog barked at every passing car, the staff kindly moved us to another room without any issues. The room had a balcony, which was very convenient. The hotel is close to the airport, so you can hear some aircraft noise, but once the balcony door is closed, the soundproofing is excellent. The room also had air conditioning. There is a swimming pool, although it is located at the hotel across the street. We were welcome to use it at any time without any problems. The only thing I would have liked was a few more toiletries, such as shower gel and other bathroom amenities. Fortunately, I had brought everything I needed. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, especially considering that other hotels literally next door cost almost twice as much.

Az ár és az elhelyezkedése az épületnek nagyon jó! Amire nekem szükségem volt, az minden ott van a közelben! Közel van a repülőtérhez, de mégsem hallatszik a Repülők zaja.

Amit első éjszakára kaptam szobát az egy katasztrófa volt!

Super confortável, limpo e a "dois passos" da ,praia, calçadão, bares, restaurantes e lojinhas. Estacionamento gratuito e fechado na rua ao lado. No último dia, deixamos as malas na recepção e, na volta, pudemos tomar banho (cederam toalhas e itens de higiene pessoal) no banheiro do subsolo. Ponto de onibus na porta, para Palma. Nao havia fervidor de água, mas pedimos na recepção e nos cederam. Alugam bicicletas. Nota 10! Já quero voltar!

Хочу отметить великолепный завтрак и ужин. Разнообразно, всегда что-то новое и очень вкусно. Второе на что следует обратить внимание - месторасположение. Осень близко к морю. Рядом большой супермаркет с адекватными ценами и большим ассортиментом. Автобусная остановка и несметное количество ресторанов.

Отдельно хочу отметить девушку в ресторане. Молодая, высокая, темноволосая. К сожалению, персонал не носит бейджи. Имя узнать невозможно. Эта девушка была крайне неуважительна к гостям. Осталось неприятное впечатление именно от тех дней, когда она работала.

Colazione a buffet eccellente, vastissima scelta dolce e salato con chef che cucinava cibi caldi al momento. Ottima posizione a 5 minuti dall'aeroporto e vicino alla rampa per l'autostrada, molto comodo per visitare i tanti punti d'interesse dell'isola. La cosa che ci ha stupito maggiormente é la sala da bagno, accanto al deposito bagagli, al piano inferiore, in cui oltre a cambiarsi è possibile fare la doccia con asciugamani forniti dalla reception. Ottimo per rinfrescarsi soprattutto se si vuole passare la mattina al mare prima del volo di ritorno.

Par rapport au prix que nous avons payé, l'hôtel n'avait pas de pression d'eau suffisante pour prendre la douche. On a même eu le droit a une coupure d'eau de l'hôtel ! Vraiment déçue.

An der Unterkunft hat mir gefallen, dass die Lage recht gut war. Man hatte einen Fußweg von maximal 5 Minuten bis zum Strand und in der Umgebung gab es viele kleine Lebensmittelläden und Restaurants. Außerdem waren die, im Keller liegende, Badezimmer (inklusive Dusche) ein sehr attraktives Feature. So konnten wir trotz frühem Check-out unsere Koffer in den Luggage-Room absperren und den Tag am Strand genießen bevor wir zum Flughafen gefahren sind. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und bemüht und konnten auch mit ihren Englisch Kenntnissen alles vermitteln.

Zunächst ist uns beim betreten der Lobby ein sehr unangenehmer und penetranter Geruch aufgefallen. Dieser war durchgehend in dem Eingangsbereich. Zudem waren einzelne Möbel, Sanitäranlagen, nicht mehr auf einem guten Stand. Funktioniert hat alles, bis auf der Fernseher, der nur zu wünschen übrig gelassen hat. Das Badezimmer war zwar einigermaßen sauber, aber die Dusche hatte einen abgefärbten Boden und der Klodeckel war auch beschädigt. Die Badezimmertür konnte auch nicht verschlossen werden. Das Zimmer an sich war in Ordnung, nur ist uns aufgefallen, dass es ein wenig heruntergekommen war. Für den Preis war es meiner ansicht nach sehr unzufriedenstellend

Nous avons eu la chambre 208, excellente, spacieuse, calme, propre. Le petit déjeuner également est vraiment bien ! L'équipe réception et restaurant tres tres gentil.

L'hôtel fait un peu viellot... les Installations sont parfois un peu douteuses. Et a la piscine les joints, garde corps totalement pourris...noirs. c'est dommage.

Great location: close to the airport, almost on the beach, but also in the middle of the bats and restaurants etc. Reasonably priced, with a clean room and welcoming staff, it was just what we needed for the night.

The view from the balcony was far from great but we were only there one night which also possibly explains why we had that room in that first place?

Два великих ліжка, що дає змогу ще краще виспатися, особливо після часу під сонцем, це було зручно.

Пліснява, що в номері, що в ванній. Загальна чистота номеру, рушників, постільної білизни. Запах каналізації з ванної. Видно, що можливо нещодавно побілили номери, штори в фарбі. Є холодильник, але теж не мився певний час. Також краще мати власні гелі, мило, шампунь, бо наявні занадто низької якості. Меблі в тріщинах, світильник висить. Також було б добре, щоб персонал трохи менше виражав мімікою власні почуття при читанні документів, а саме національності гостей. Ціна дуже завищена за таку якість та привітність.

Location was excellent ( close to the airport and a block from the beach). The boardwalk was lively and full of restaurant options. AC worked very well in the room.

The room was very small. The hotel itself seems dated and it was like a labyrinth to get to our room. TV channel options were horrible too (only antenna system and a majority of foreign language channels - German predominantly)

Todo excelente. Pudimos guardar equipaje hasta la hora de realizar checkin y desde check-out hasta irnos al aeropuerto. Muy amables y cordiales. Lo recomiendo.

The location was great, photos definitely did not match the look of the place. It felt like a motel 6. The staff was helpful but very stressed from the moment I entered and even after. Genuinely looked like they don’t want to be there.

Cleanliness 100% the room price was 130 usd and it had the value of an 80 dollar room. The booking for this place was made on accident since I saw online that they had options to do a daytime stay from 10-5pm, I booked on booking.com and when I arrived they told me check in was at 3pm. I understood the mishap completely and I said since the room hadn’t even been started to get cleaned, could I get a refund since my flight was at 4pm. The hotel immediately declined it and I don’t know if it was the staff themselves or the hotel but either way the way it was handled was very bad, I ended up paying full price no issue but the room was half cleaned and still had hairs in the shower.

Booked this hotel for a few nights as it was close to the airport and beach, so we didn’t need to travel around a lot. The hotel is basic, but clean and I found receptionist very helpful. The breakfast was great. A really good choice of foods for every taste. The beach and shops/restaurants are only a few minutes walk away and we found all the food to be of high quality. Gorgeous beach. We paid €30 for two sun loungers, which we were happy to pay, but a lot of people buying cheaper umbrellas from the local shops. The sea was gorgeously warm and shallow a long way out. We got a taxi from the airport €17 and got the A2 bus which stops just up from the hotel back (€4.50 each). You can get a bus outside the hotel to go into Palma. The only thing is that we found the nights can be noisy as you are on the main street, but it was just traffic noise. The hotel itself was quiet. There is a small pool and limited sun loungers at the partnering complex over the road, but with the beach so close, it wasn’t busy. I would stay here again for a short break.

Amazing central location, felt safe and surrounded by plenty shops and restaurants. So handy even if not taking advantage of the full board option. Food was tasty fresh and plenty of options, staff were compassionate kind and helpful. Would definitely return to Amic gala and certainly to Pan Castilla

Only thing lacking was a swimming pool facility, but the sister hotel across road had a pool. That all Amic Gala residents had access to, sadly my stay was cut short so I didn’t use pool. Only thing lacking was the poor wifi, I was in room 174 (closest to reception) and the wifi wouldn’t connect unless in lobby. Also fire alarm went off a couple of times during the night, but these didn’t takeaway from what was a very pleasant stay.

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica per poter visitare tutta l’isola. Vicinissima a Palma e all’aeroporto; inoltre anche se non dispone di un parcheggio privato siamo riusciti a trovare sempre parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Vicina ai servizi principali, supermarket, negozietti di souvenir, farmacia. Di sera la zona è tranquilla, si può fare una passeggiata sul lungomare e cenare in molti locali proprio a due passi dalla struttura, ma se si vuole raggiungere la zona più movimentata dall’arenal c’è un comodo trenino che facendo varie fermate ti permette di raggiungere ogni cosa. Punto a favore per la colazione, super abbondante e varia.

The hotel room was like an oven, the Aircon didn’t work at all. The staff told us to get in the wrong lift, I had a heavy suitcase with me (I am female) and he didn’t offer to help u til he had no choice as I couldn’t get across the stairs. He was not able to tell me where the correct lift was and I had to find it for myself.

La ubicación es ideal para el ultimo día, hacer playa y tomar el último vuelo o el primero del día siguiente. La habitación y el baño eran grandes. Camada cómoda y con frigo.

El hotel es un poco antiguo, pero está bien por la relación calidad precio.

Die Lage und das Frühstück waren sehr gut. Das Schlafzimmer war auch in Ordnung.

Das Badezimmer war in die Jahre gekommen. Der Putz hing lose an der Decke und leider auch nur eine Badewanne, keine Dusche und überall schwarze Schimmelflecken...sehr renovierungsbedürftig.

We booked two rooms and neither of the balcony doors locked, so nobody in either rooms slept all night. Luckily we were only staying for one night.
