Bardzo miły Personel. Na plus możliwość przechowania bagażu i wzięcia prysznica po wymeldowaniu. Byliśmy bardzo mile zaskoczeni i chętnie z tego skorzystaliśmy. Lokalizacja super. Blisko plaży, restauracji, wypozyczalni rowerów.

Hotel jest juz troche starszy, ale zgodny z opisem i zdjęciami na Booking. Czystość i miły Personel rekompensuja to.

-Jeg hadde rom i 4.etasje, hvis du lar en tom brusboks stå på nattbordet over natten så kommer det masse maur. -Det var sølvkre på rommet mitt, jeg fikk nytt rom men endte med å være sølvkre der også. -Flere av solsengene var ødelagte/veldig slitt -Det var noen ganger avføring på dosetet på fellesdoen ved bassenget. -Det var sopp i kjøleskapet på det første rommet jeg hadde. -Det er SVÆRT lytt, ble vekket et par ganger før kl 08 på grunn av vaskepersonell som styrer på i gangen.

Zastarjeli uređaji za klimu i izolacija vrata i zidova je uzasna. Sve se cuje iz hodnika i susjednih soba. Uticnice iz 80-tih. Cijeli hotel je zastario. Kreveti jako neudobni. Treba malo uloziti u interijer soba i cijelog hotela.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is excellent — the beach is very close, and we had a lovely sea view from our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Iryna, who helped us with the meal options. We had breakfast and two dinners at the hotel. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We also really appreciated the complimentary shower and cloakroom. We checked out at 11 a.m., left our luggage, went to the seaside, and came back later for a shower and dinner before heading to the airport. Since we had a very late flight, this was incredibly convenient. There is also an option to extend your stay until later in the day for €35, subject to availability. If it’s not available, the cloakroom and shower are still a great option.

Nothing to complain about — we were very happy with our stay!

Estamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia en el hotel. Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad y la atención de todo el personal, y en particular la de Evgeniy. Nuestro vuelo sufrió un retraso muy largo y, debido a las malas condiciones meteorológicas, primero aterrizamos en Ibiza y después pudimos llegar a Mallorca. Durante todo ese tiempo estuve muy preocupada por si finalmente podríamos llegar al hotel y hacer el check-in. Estuve constantemente en contacto con Evgeniy, quien estuvo siempre disponible, nos tranquilizó y respondió a todos nuestros mensajes. Cuando finalmente llegamos al hotel, Evgeniy nos recibió de una manera muy cálida y agradable. Nos explicó todo, nos ayudó con nuestras preguntas y fue extremadamente atento y amable. Durante toda nuestra estancia estuvo siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos, respondió a todas nuestras preguntas y nos ayudó con cualquier situación que surgiera. ¡Le estamos enormemente agradecidos por su atención y por su excelente trato hacia los huéspedes! También quiero agradecer de todo corazón al personal de cocina por los maravillosos desayunos. Los desayunos fueron increíblemente deliciosos, frescos y muy variados. Cada mañana nos sorprendía la gran variedad de platos y productos para todos los gustos. Todo era de muy buena calidad, fresco y muy apetecible. Un agradecimiento especial al equipo de cocina por hacer que cada mañana en el hotel comenzara de una manera tan agradable y deliciosa. La habitación también nos gustó mucho. La cama era muy cómoda y dormimos realmente bien. Fue muy agradable y confortable. La ubicación del hotel es excelente: el mar está a solo unos tres minutos a pie. Cerca hay bares, restaurantes, tiendas, pequeños supermercados y paradas de autobús. El mar es precioso: cálido, transparente y limpio. También nos gustó mucho que por las mañanas se limpia la zona de la playa y las calles, por lo que todo está muy limpio desde primera hora.

El único pequeño inconveniente fue que durante los cuatro días de nuestra estancia no se realizó una limpieza completa de la habitación. Sin embargo, las toallas se cambiaban regularmente y la basura se retiraba, por lo que no supuso un problema importante para nosotros.

L’unico problema che abbiamo avuto era un nido di api fuori al balcone della nostra camera che ci impediva di aprire la finestra e stare sempre con l’aria condizionata accesa, e tende chiuse perché queste api entravano all’interno anche se la finestra era chiusa abbiamo fatto presente al personale hanno provveduto subito, ma ovviamente le api non andavano via, nonostante che la fessura era chiusa, perché all’interno c’erano altre api, ovviamente morte e noi per paura che potevamo avere qualche morso d’ape eravamo costretti a dormire con aria condizionata e lenzuola per non farci dare dei morsi. Vi allego le foto in allegato che sono delle api a terra alla finestra del nostro balcone questo è l’unico imprevisto che ci ha arreso un po’ le notti insonne, per paura di essere morsi

Hotel foarte bine amplasat, lângă plajă, magazine, terase.Curățenie și prosoape schimbate zilnic, mâncare foarte bună, "ca acasă" la Gala. Personal foarte amabil, atent la solicitările noastre. Ne-au ajutat cu transportul la aeroport, cu bagajele și duș după Check-in și alte informații de care am avut nevoie. Le mulțumim!

Trafiliśmy w szczycie sezonu więc cena z kosmosu, z ale za to przyjemna okolica, bliziutko do plaży z prysznicami, pyszne śniadania z dużym wyborem na słodko i słono. Do lotniska też bliziutko, o 19 jeszcze pływaliśmy w morzu, hotel udostępnił nam jeszcze prysznic i ręczniki, po 20 poszliśmy spacerem na lotnisko na lot o godz 22.35

Pozytywnie zaskoczyłam się możliwością otrzymania śniadania w formie pikniku w przypadku wczesnego samolotu. Dla ciekawskich były to kanapki, baban, jabłko, woda i sok. Napoje wypite przed odprawą, jedzonko zabrane na później.

Bardzo miły personel. Pokój duży. Sprzątanie codzień i wymiana ręczników. Bardzo blisko plaży i sklepów. Wygodne łóżko. Bardzo dobre śniadanie.

Duży, wygodny pokój i bardzo duże, komfortowe łóżka. Dużym atutem jest również lokalizacja: blisko przystanku, lotniska, plaży i restauracji, więc hotel jest bardzo dobrą bazą do zwiedzania i spędzania czasu poza obiektem. Nie słychać samolotów. Śniadania serwowane były w hotelu po drugiej stronie ulicy i były naprawdę bardzo smaczne oraz bogate. Wybór był na tyle duży i różnorodny, że jedzenie się nie nudziło. Wszystko było świeże i dobrze przygotowane. Hotel, pokój i łazienka mają już zdecydowanie starszy wygląd: widać, że kiedyś był to obiekt o bardzo dobrym standardzie, ale obecnie przydałoby mu się odświeżenie. Pokój był czysty, regularnie sprzątany, a pościel i ręczniki były świeże, natomiast łazienka również nosi ślady upływu czasu: szczególnie fugi wymagałyby odnowienia. Na suficie widoczne były ślady po owadach i drobne zabrudzenia. Meble i szafy są już dość stare, choć sam pokój był przestronny i wygodny. Z basenu nie korzystaliśmy, ale widzieliśmy go z okna - jest niewielki, a infrastruktura wokół niego dość podstawowa.

Klimatyzacja niestety nie była najmocniejszą stroną: znajdowała się bezpośrednio nad łóżkiem, była dość głośna i wymagałaby dokładniejszego czyszczenia. Warto byłoby również pomyśleć o jej modernizacji. Myślę, że po odświeżeniu pokoi i łazienek oraz modernizacji klimatyzacji mógłby być naprawdę bardzo przyjemnym miejscem. Na krótki pobyt i dla osób, które nie oczekują nowoczesnego standardu, jest całkiem dobrym wyborem.

La cercanía con la parada de bus que llevaba al centro. También había pequeñas tiendas para hacer las compras y el hecho de estar cerca a la playa. Del mismo modo había una piscina que estaba abierta casi todo el día.

La pequeña refrigeradora estaba sucia al llegar. No cambiaron las sábanas durante toda la estadía.

Ausser 1 Rezeptionist, alle unfreubdlicg,nichtmal ein Lächeln an Gesicht. Die Putzfrau beschwerd sich ständig, obwohl ich mich entschuldigt habe und Geld und Miitel als Gegenleustung angeboten habe. (Bad hat meine Haare ein bisschen gefärbt",kann mann abwaschen mit bestimmte Mittel.... Bett ist furchtbar. Alles alt, sieht nicht schön aus. Alte Möbel, Bett matraze schmutig, Bettlake. Braune Streifen(!!!!!) Koffer aufpassen/in einem Raum sind mehrere und nicht abgeschlosse, jederzeit darf alle rein. Beim Check in und ex war der Mann sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Mehr gutes kann ich nicht sagen.

Milý a ochotný personál, při příjezdu nám byl nabídnut upgrade pokoje zdarma. Skvělé umístění hotelu, na pláž je to jen pár metrů, stejně jako do obchodů a restaurací. Pohodlné postele a chutné snídaně. Zastávka autobusu, který vás doveze do hlavního města, se nachází přímo před hotelem. Letiště a akvárium je v docházkové vzdálenosti.

Hotel je starší, což je vidět především na vybavení - s tím jsme však počítali. V sezóně poměrně vysoká cena za noc. V koupelně byl slyšet od sousedního pokoje poměrně velký hluk.

Мені сподобався все в цьому готелі. Я відпочиваю вже вдруге в цій мережі готелів. Дуже люб'язні адміністратори на рецепції. Гарна кімната, дуже гарний вигляд з вікна. Я була приємно здивована, що в моєму номері 2 балкони, а також є шезлонги на балконі.

La atención en la recepción podria ser mas atenta, tuvimos una consulta por alquiler de auto/moto y no han podido resolverlo. Pero no pasó nada lo resolvimos x nuestra cuenta.

Excellent location. Clean and very friendly staff. Fridge in room. Breakfast buffet amazing choice, although you do have to go over the road to the Amic Gala, all 3 hotels use the Gala for breakfast , the Miraflores, Gala and Amic c'an pastilla.

Would be great if there was a kettle in the room. No luggage room as such, bags are left in the old restaurant which isn't locked, but at least it was somewhere to leave them. Tired pool area. Sunloungers in need of repair. You are only 50yds from the beach though.

The hotel was outdated, paper thin walls and not comfortable- the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in a long time. Luckily we just stayed one night ahead of an early flight the following morning. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy their holiday. It was awful

Near to the nice long beach. Really nice staff. Clean rooms. Good for a long weekend. The breakfast was great.

The pool area closed at 6pm. The pool and the area is really small. The internet not working properly. We had room for two nights, the internet doesn't connect after 24 hours.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the location and sea view were excellent. Everything met our expectations, and we would definitely book this hotel again.

The only thing missing was hand wash and bathroom toiletries such as body lotion. It would be great if the hotel provided these amenities.

Wir sind immer gerne hin. Aber dieses Mal war bei uns alles anders. Wir hatten einen Todesfall in der Familie und mussten nach 4 Tagen abreisen. Wir haben für 10 Tage gebucht. Wir haben alles an der Rezeption erklärt warum wir abreisen. Wir baten drum unsere restliche 6 Tage zu stornieren. Auch mit Stornogebühren waren wir einverstanden. Leider bekamen wir keine Antwort auf unsere Anfrage. Das ist schon unmenschlich. Sorry

Die Sauberkeit, unterm Bett wird gar nicht erst geputzt Die Wände waren voll mit Flecken von toten Tieren Kakerlake im Bad. Erst mal das falsche Zimmer bekommen. Hätten Nix gesagt wenn wir uns nicht gemeldet haben

Wir hatten das Hotel Amic Miraflores gebucht, wurden jedoch erst um 2:30 Uhr in der Früh als wir ankamen darüber informiert, dass das Hotel überbucht ist. Als Ersatz wurden wir ins Schwesternhotel Amic Gala gebracht. Dort erhielten wir ein sehr altes, schmutziges Zimmer ohne Balkon mit einem unangenehmen, starken Geruch. Auch der Frühstücksraum machte einen ungepflegten und unhygienischen Eindruck. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend, ich weiß, dass man von einem Drei-Sterne-Hotel keinen Luxus erwarten kann – aber Sauberkeit und Hygiene sollten unabhängig von der Hotelkategorie selbstverständlich sein.

Que la pileta cierra a las 18hs. No la pudimos usar porq a esa hora estábamos en la playa. No hay shampu y crema en el baño.

El personal muy amable y volcado en ser de utilidad. La ubicación es muy buena, la playa a menos de cien metros. Magnífica. Los transportes públicos al pie. El autobús A2 del aeropuerto te deja en la misma puerta igual que el 35 que te trae de Palma El desayuno muy completo y variado. A falta de la temperatura, me hubiera gustado que los alimentos y bebidas hubieran estado más frías. Amabilísimo el personal del Gala ( dónde está el buffet )

Las fotos de la publicidad no son reales. La piscina es muy pequeña, las instalaciones se ven bastante abandonadas, las habitaciones están bien de tamaño pero los baños son muy viejos y el mantenimiento es pobre.

Es ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es waren auch irgendwelche kleine Insekte im Zimmer. Das Bad ist recht alt aber sonst war es sauber und agenehm. Für ein kurztrip perfekt
