A localização perto do shopping facilita muito na hora de jantar, lá dentro do shopping tem o pier com preços ótimos. E o hotel é bom, café da manhã tem comida ocidental.

A praia tem muitas pedras e o banho de mar é horrível.

Соотношение цены и качества. Очень хорошее расположение. Очень понравились завтраки, большой выбор и все очень вкусно. Отель тихий и спокойный. Бассейн чистый (не большой). В номере есть большой холодильник и микроволновка, а так же тарелки, ложки и столовые приборы.

Номер немного грязноват. В основном это касается ванной.

I loved my stay here . I enjoyed it so much I extended it twice. I booked a sea view room with balcony and it was wonderful, good size with fridge kettle and microwave.it. Also had a sofa and balcony tables and chairs. . I booked for 7 more days and got upgraded to an amazing panoramic sea view room . The size of the room is incredible, it had all the other facilities plus a hob . The kitchen cooking equipment /pans are in excellent condition. The view of the bay is stunning . The size of the room is bigger than some apartments I've been in .. I also had breakfast and I was really surprised at the variety of things on offer . Well presented and cooked . It was interesting having Thai curry for breakfast but hey, that's why we travel to experience the culture and food . All the staff were wonderful and helpful but Aaron on reception was my earth angel😇 I was having problems with applying for my Indian visa from my mobile and he helped me . I'm most grateful Aaron 🙏 Altogether, my stay here was amazing, I really didn't want to leave. The hotel is close enough to walk to the beach or you can just chill by the pool on a recliner , towels provided on request . I benefitted greatly from the genius rewards of B.com and I recommend this hotel for sure. Thank you to all staff who helped my stay be amazing 💞

رغم ان المبنى قديم لكن غرفه واسعه ودي سادس مره اسكن في نفس الفندق لانه قريب من كل شي قريب من البحر قريب من المتاجر الاسطف ودودين الفطور كان جميل ويوجد لديهم مسبحين والنت كان سريع ويبدو في تغيرات للافضل في المسكن واتمنى ان لا يرفعو سعر السكن

Завтраки отличные, приличный выбор блюд, десертов и фруктов, номер просторный, но вид все же на внутренний дворик. Очень хороший и дружелюбный персонал. Я очень доволен!!!!!

I booked a double with kettle and large fridge, balcony and a sea view. I enjoyed it so much i extended my stay by a week . I will probably extend again. I was upgraded to a larger apartment which also included a hob . Daily cleaning if you want It , 2 bottles of water , tea and coffee. It's Great views , 5 min walk to a large mall with all the shops you need, including a supermarket . Far enough away from the main city . Front dest quick efficient and super helpful. Great value for the money..

Hyvä paikka majoittumiseen ja aamiainen todella hyvä kun kuului majoittumiseen! Ei tarvinnut lähteä hakemaan kauempaa.

Internet ei toiminut alkuun ja jatkossakin pätki mutta siitä oli kyllä ilmoitus että nyt häiriöitä! Sauna hieman kaipaisi remontointia! Pelkkä suihkutila olisi parempi ilman kylpyammetta! Nyt oli tarjoushinnat että kaikki oli pienistä puutteistaan ok!

Thanks to the hotel! I enjoyed my time at Bella Villa Metro and ended up extending my stay to a week! Great location: quiet road, quick access to the beach, no partying close by. The atmosphere was good, not shady and a good place to be if not into drug/ party/ sex tourism (not that you don't see that there). There is a communal area that has free instant coffee and a kettle. The pool is right there too (was under renovation currently, so we got to use the one next door) In the dorm, there is an area with tables, free water and the bathroom. Everyone has their own locker which is great as it is a big dorm. With the separate aisles and bed curtains and spacious dorm beds, it didn't feel too big though. Staff was attentive and caring. I felt comfortable and safe at all times.

My recommendations for the dorm would be: Storage space in the dorms for anything that doesn't fit in the locker, clothesline for swim wear and for any clothes that you don't want to put in the dryer, hand soap and paper towels in the bathroom, adding a rule about phone usage only with headphones during the night and then turning the aircon down a little as it was too cold. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel though!

Pool under construction and room way to dated and worn down. We only let family stay one night, is probably 1-2 star hotell. Pictures on booking.com are old.

Per 2 anni ( hotel diversi ) ho sempre trovato lavori di ristrutturazione ma è normale perché la città non sta mai ferma vive . Peccato ha una bella vista mare ma non c'è passaggi che ti portano al mare ( anche se non consiglio di farci il bagno ) Pattaya è famosa per altre cose di certo non il mare

I BOOKED BELLA VILLA METRO BUT I GOT FREE UPGRADE SEA VIEW AT BEST BELLA . IT IS VERY NICE ROOM AND BUFFET BREAKFAST. BELLA VILLA METRO HAS SMALL SWIMMING ROOM AND BEST BELLA HAS A BIGGER ONE WITH POOL SPA AND SAUNA . 2 MINUTES WALK TO BEACH. 5 MINUTES WALK TO BREACHFRONT AND TERMINAL21 SHOPPING MALL. FITNESS IS OUT OG ORDER.

Fitness is out of order . swimming pool is too small .

Surprisingly great stay. High value, very clean room, and the morning buffet is great as well. A great all around choice.

Hotel was loke a building site. Location was poor access down a narrow busy road. Staff not very informative.

Als ich dort war, wurde, gerade renoviert. Tut auch nötig. Die Zimmer sind schön, brauchen aber dringend eine Renovierung Klimaanlage vom Nachbarhotel laut. Da kann das Hotel nix dafür

施設が古く洗面所の水の流れが悪い。タオルも古く少し使うのに躊躇する。

Цена-качество соответствующее. Понравилось всё, мы изначально не питали иллюзий и не было ожиданий соответствия 4 звездочному отелю. Понимали, что это средненький отель. Предоставили номер с видом на море, как и бронировали, 4 этаж . В номере убирались, меняли бельё, полотенца ежедневно, предоставляли 2 бут. воды. В номере холодильник, микроволновка, посуда. Всё необходимое было.

Один минус, в том , что в номерах с видом на море слышен сильный шум от системы вентиляции, кондиционирования от соседнего 5* отеля, на ночь балкон не оставишь открытым . Но к шуму привыкаешь быстро)).

Calme. Proche du Terminal 21 où on peut se rendre à pieds. Pour d'autres coins, Bolt ou Grab est indispensable. Bon pdj surtout café (machine à café). Au départ réservé pour deux nuits puis prolongé deux de plus pour la tranquillité.

Lit trop dur. Salle d'eau vieillotte, équipement pas moderne. Débit d'eau faible. Dernière nuit, service TV coupé (YouTube, Netflix).Sauna en attente d'équipements..

Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen dadurch relativ ruhig. Allerdings braucht man Taxi oder muss ca. 30min zu Fuss laufen um zu einen Geschäft oder Restaurant zu kommen. Den kostenlosen Shuttle-Service gibt es nicht mehr, trotz Angebot! Angeblich gibt es keinen Fahrer mehr. Die großen Superieur Zimmer, 42 m2, sind sehr schön und habe eine super Aussicht auf dei Buht von Pattaya

Frühstück von 7-10 Uhr, bereits ab 9Uhr war das Bufett ziemlich abgeräumt und wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Die Tische wurde nur sehrr langsam abgeräumt Man braucht ein Taxi oder muss ca. 30min zu Fuss laufen um zu einen Geschäft oder Restaurant zu kommen. Das macht den Aufenthalt teurerer. Den kostenlosen Shuttle-Service gibt es nicht mehr, trotz Angebot! Angeblich gibt es keinen Fahrer mehr. Die Verständigung ist schwer, das Personal spricht kaum Englisch und erst recht kein Deutsch.

L'hôtel est en rénovation aucun personnel a l'accueil petit déjeuner pris dans l'hôtel a côté....un vrai dépotoir sur le parking vue de la chambre....on dirait un hôtel fantôme......

- The rooms are large and contain a kitchen corner. - Rooms also contain tables and sofas. This place is the best deal in Pattaya. - The buffet breakfast is excellent - a lot of choices. - You can use two swimming pools and a sauna. - One beach with rocky access to water is very close, 2 minutes walk, and better beaches are a bit further. - Big shopping center Terminal 21 is 5 minutes by walk. - This is an excellent quiet peaceful area.

This place is excellent.

Le personnel est très disponible. Le petit déjeuner est abondant. Enfin la piscine ombragée présente un avantage certain. Vous êtes à proximité de la plage, de Terminal 21 et de Na Kluea.

Понравился только вид из номера и завтраки.

Отель очень старый и сильно не соответствует ожиданиям. В номере не было одноразовых тапочек — вместо них лежали резиновые, которые явно используются повторно, и надевать их просто неприятно. У отеля два здания: одно более-менее, где хотя бы есть ресепшен, а второе — без ресепшена вообще. Двери там постоянно открыты, из-за чего создаётся ощущение отсутствия безопасности и контроля. Более того, внутри номера установлены металлические ставни и тяжёлый железный замок для закрытия изнутри — выглядит это очень странно и скорее настораживает, чем даёт чувство защищённости. Заявлена детская комната, но по факту пользоваться ей невозможно — помещение сырое, тёмное, с неприятным запахом и без нормальной вентиляции. По фотографиям создаётся впечатление, что отель находится на первой линии с прямым выходом к пляжу, но на деле это вторая линия. До пляжа нужно долго спускаться по ступенькам, что совершенно неудобно с маленькими детьми. Сам пляж каменистый, купаться там невозможно, поэтому всё равно приходится ездить в другие места. Отель расположен в тихом месте — это, пожалуй, единственный плюс. Но рядом нет ни кафе, ни ресторанов, поэтому каждый раз нужно вызывать такси и куда-то ехать. При этом через дорогу находится какое-то техническое или промышленное помещение — там постоянно работает оборудование (вентиляторы, насосы или двигатели), из-за чего нет нормальной тишины. Постоянный гул и жужжание мешают расслабиться и отдохнуть.
