Large rooms with confortable large beds Excellent location!! Walking distance to pattaya center, terminal 21 and the beach. Very good price

Beyond old facilities there is a serious maintenance problem. The pool accessible room had a stair not fixed at all that could have injured us very seriously. When mentioned they changed our room but did not fix it. The pool joints between tiles are heavily charged with green algea. The water may appear clear but it is because it is heavily chlorinated. When we mentioned it they acknowledged again but didn t fix over our 8 nights stay. The tuktuk on site was never available.

I have stayed in the hotel before , so this is a good indication on how i rare the hotel. The rooms are big and the buffet breakfast is good. I would prefer a slightly softer bed but managed a week ok. The bathrooms have a bath and I have always had a sea view room... The hotel is quiet and no bars near by to disturb sleep.

The little transfer bus was not available, there is usually a transfer to Terminal 21. Got a call to check out early to the room telephone, I suspect it was from the cleaner to get the rooms vacated early. I did not get any request to leave before the appointed time 12am from reception

Property was good as described but there was a lot of ristriction for no reason. No friendly environment

I have stayed here a few times before so that says a lot. Good value for money hotel. Room big and clean good movie channels. Small kitchen in each room fridge and microwave. Bath and shower most rooms sea view and balcony. It is a good little gem . Location is good .. and quiet for nights sleep.

Hotel Cut back slightly on buffet breakfast? free bus to terminal 21 is hit and miss. Pool needs a little shade .

Sehr hellhörig TV könnte ruhig auch ein paar Deutsche Sender gespeichert haben. Keine Seifenspender an Dusche und Badewanne Liegen am Pool zu wenig Polster schon eingerissen oder gar nicht mehr vorhanden.

Too silent maybe

Our check in experience was totally bad. That's why we decided to find another hotel immediately. Staff wasn't helpful.

Fantastic sea view from my room! Very nice and spacious room. There are no mosquitos in the room. Very clean. Very nice staff. Excellent breakfast.

Персонал изумительный, начиная от рецепции до работников по уборке. Вопросов не было ни каких.

В принципе, за такой ценник, все хорошо. Но можно улучшить уборку в самом бассейне, бывали времена, когда попадался мусор

Location is nice. 7-8 mins walk away from terminal 21. Good swimming pool, only 2 people allowed in dormitory. Gym has only dumbbells working. Free water.

Dorms are near to swimming pool hence some distractions. Rest of stuff was nice.

Au Calme. Réactivité du personnel lorsque j''ai signé qu' il y a des tâches de sang sur. la couverture, on nous a changé de chambre. Proche Terminal21 accessible à pieds. Pour d'autres coins, Bolt ou Grab est Indispensable. Bonne climatisation. Au départ réservé pour deux nuits puis prolongé deux de.​plus.​Bon​Pdj.​ Proche de la plage. Idéal pour couple avec enfants (loin de la vie nocturne).

Présence de tâches sur la couverte. Lit trop dur. Salle d'eau vieillotte. Débit d'eau faible.

Belle chambre et vue agréable vraiment sympa

Un personnel très froid surtout le soir a la réception....

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Bedienung war sehr gut.

Fittnessstudio kann man vergessen. Viele Geräte kaputt. Sauna zu klein, keine Auskunft wann offen. Dampfbad kaputt.

- The rooms are amazing; large and contain a kitchen corner. - Rooms also contain tables and sofas. This place is the best deal in Pattaya. - The buffet breakfast is excellent - a lot of choices. - You can use two swimming pools and one sauna (the other one is out of order). - One beach with rocky access to water is very close, 2 minutes walk, and better beaches are a bit further. - Big shopping center Terminal 21 is 5 minutes by walk. - This is an excellent quiet peaceful area.

Both steam rooms are out of order and one sauna is our of order.

The rooms are condo style which is perfect the unit has own fridge and microwave you can even borrow iron on the front desk. Its a bit far from the pattaya beach or party area but can book bolt easily

Staffs are really friendly. The facilities are excellent and well-equipped and nice sea view. They also provide water, coffee, and a microwave, which made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

Хорошая локация, рядом Терминал 21, ночной рынок и пляж Вангомат (лучший в Паттайе) 5 минут пешком, приятное белье, высокие потолки, номер большой, очень хорошая уборка, есть микроволновая печь, посуда, большой и глубокий бассейн.

Бортики бассейна грязные, сама вода в бассейне на вид чистая, я купалась все хорошо, но бортики нужно помыть!

Pomer ceny a kvality, raňajky, boli tiež fajn., upratovačky boli tiež veľmi milé a pedantne Veľmi profesionálne pôsobil aj personál v kuchyni.

Že v stupnej hale nie je klíma, recepčný, ktorý nás prijímal bol chladný, neusmial sa, akokeby sme boli na príťaž. Tiež pri bazéne nie sú koše na odpadky, nevidel som, že by bazén a pri bazéne niekto upratoval. My sme zbierali smetie, ktoré tam nechali hostia, nemohli sme sa na to pozerať.

Freundlich,aufmerksam und bemüht, das frühstück ist frisch und vielseitig. Ich bin jetzt das 2. × Im Hotel gewesen. Ich werde bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in 2 Wohnen und nächstes Jahr wider dort buchen.

Pekne veľké izby , vždy pekne upratané , perfektne ranajky , čistučký bazén , personál milí .

Niektoré národnosti si mysleli že sú na párty a podľa toho sa chovali , no je to otázka náhody koho vedľa vás ubytujú . Samozrejme za toto hotel nemôže .

Wir waren zum 2. Mal im Best Bella, weil die Lage einfach super ist. Das Preisleistungs-Verhältnis ist top.

Der Pool ist leider sehr klein und es gibt keine Sonnenschirme.

Lage, Lage, Lage!

Wir waren im letzten Jahr im Best Bella und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, weswegen wir in diesem Jahr 51 Tage in diesem Hotel gebucht haben. Da unser Flug jedoch einen Tag früher ankam haben wir noch eine Nacht dazu gebucht und das Hotel angeschrieben, das mit unserer anderen Buchung zu verbinden. Hier fingen schon die Schwierigkeiten an. Als wir in der Nacht eingecheckt haben, wurde uns ein furchtbar hässliches Zimmer zugewiesen, wir haben das reklamiert und uns wurde mitgeteilt, das Haus ist ausgebucht, deshalb das Upgrade auf ein Familienzimmer. Nachdem wir 5 Koffer (wir waren vorher schon einige Wochen auf Bali) ausgepackt hatten teile uns der Portier am nächsten Tag mit, dass wir umziehen müssen, und zwar sofort. Koffer einpacken und wieder auspacken 3 Stunden verlorene Zeit.
