Reviewed Apr 2, 2025It was a surprise. I was thinking just to stay a night with low price. The hotel upgrade me and the staff Mr.Musamak is super nice and friendly. The location of the hotel so perfect. The space is very sizable with living room, kitchen, bathroom and Bedroom. It is kind of luxury with very very reasonable price. I truly enjoy my stay.

The service was vey bad. They didn’t check the amenities of the room before my check in. Hot water wasn’t available throughout, especially during winter. When raised the complaint, there was a considerable delay in fixing the issue, by the time we had taken a shower in cold water.

Reviewed Nov 11, 2011This hotel provided 2 attached rooms for my wife and me and our 2 teenage daughters. This was an ideal situation. The rooms were nice and clean. We had a leak in a bathroom pipe and they fixed it promptly. The location is in an industrial area that is not very attractive, but once inside, you forget about it. The breakfast and dinner buffets were good quality. We used the hotel as a base camp for venturing to the nearby wadis and beaches, and to see the sea turtles. It is an ideal central location, about 2 to 3 hours from Muscat airport. We stayed for 3 days and will use this hotel again if we go back to the area.
