Das Personal war freundlich, die Pools groß. Je nachdem, ob man in Ruhe lesen oder etwas Unterhaltung haben wollte, konnte der große Pool oder der Pool im Adults Only Bereich gewählt werden. Das Frühstück war auch vielfältig und lecker. Das Gym war ebenfalls gut und ausreichend.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, wodurch ich nachts öfter durch den Fahrstuhl oder Unterhaltungen von Ü50 Party Gruppen wach geworden bin. Das Zimmer war insgesamt sauber, an manchen Stellen und Ecken hätte aber gerne gründlicher gereinigt werden dürfen.

L’emplacement, le petit déjeuner

Très déçu de notre séjour, surtout pour un hôtel annoncé 4 étoiles et au vu du prix payé. La chambre n’était pas très propre et l’insonorisation est vraiment catastrophique. On entend les personnes dans le couloir comme si elles étaient directement dans la chambre, ainsi que chaque voiture qui passe avec la musique. Le ramassage des ordures vers 00h30 a également été très gênant. Autre grosse déception : le parking. L’annonce indiquait qu’un parking était mis à disposition pour 10 € par jour, ce qui était un critère important dans notre choix de l’hôtel. Une fois sur place, aucun parking n’était finalement disponible et il n’était pas toujours facile de trouver une place aux alentours. Enfin, plusieurs équipements annoncés comme étant disponibles dans la chambre étaient absents, notamment la cafetière et le fer à repasser. Au final, l’expérience est très loin des prestations que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Entre le manque de propreté, l’insonorisation catastrophique, le parking annoncé mais inexistant et les équipements manquants, le prix payé est difficilement justifiable. À ce niveau de tarif et pour un établissement affichant 4 étoiles, nous nous attendions à un tout autre niveau de confort et de service. Une vraie déception, et clairement pas à la hauteur du prix demandé.

Die Lage ist gut und das Personal sehr freundlich

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und sind eher lieblos eingerichtet. Das Bad ist auch winzig. Für einen Aufenthalt ohne viel Gepäck und mit der Absicht nicht viel Zeit auf dem Zimmer zu vebringen ist es in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und man hört jede Zimmertüre auf dem Gang zuknallen.

Hotel składa się z trzech części przedzielonych wąskimi, dojazdowymi uliczkami. Aby wejść na ich teren każdorazowo trzeba przykładać do czytników kartę pokojową - trochę uciążliwe. Dość głośne animacje dla dzieci, a później dla dorosłych gości ( od ok. 19.30 do 22.00).Zależy co kto lubi, dla mnie to zło konieczne, wystarczy cisza i chillout. Z basenów praktycznie nie korzystałem - jeden duży głośny, drugi cisza spokój. Teraz najważniejsza informacja - 90% goście z Niemiec. Starsi z klasą i kulturą, młodsi niekoniecznie - głośni i hałasliwi. Majorka skolonizowana(anektowana mogłaby się źle kojarzyć) przez naszych zachodnich sąsiadów. Miałem super apartament w budynku nr 9 - sypialnia + salonik + aneks kuchenny, dwa balkony (od zachodniej strony) i co najważniejsze - całkowicie odizolowany i skrajny, co gwarantowało pełną prywatność. Łóżko wygodne, śniadania monotonne ( trzy sery, cztery wędliny, jajka itd.) żadnych perełek hiszpańskiej, majorkanskiej kuchni, a szkoda. Kolacji nie miałem w rezerwacji. Ogólnie pobyt uważam za udany. Osobnym tematem są plaże (pierwsza połowa września)zaludnione jak metro w Tokio. Agulla - made in germany - na stojąco, Es Trenc - wydawałoby się daleko - też pełna. Ja często jeździłem na Mesquido. Najwięcej miejsca w sąsiedztwie roznegliżowanych Niemców z pokolenia RAF i Flower Power.

Drobne uciążliwosci - głośne animacje, brak miejsc parkingowych, hotel głównie nastawiony na niemieckojezycznych gosci

Großzügiges Zimmer, das Frühstück war super, Erwachsenenpool separat, weit weg von Kindergeschrei, total entspannend!!! Außerordentlich freundliches Personal beim Frühstück und in der Rezeption, saubere gepflegte Anlage.

Personal an der Bar, überfordert und zum Teil unfreundlich.

Es ist ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel - ich hatte nur Frühstück gebucht und das war schon richtig klasse!! TOP

Was ich absolut zu kritisieren habe ist, ich hatte während meinem Aufenthalt Bettwanzen und war nach dem zweiten Tag so verzwickt - mit einem extremen Juckreiz. Das geht gar nicht - auch die Kissen waren eher sehr schwitzig - an der Stelle empfehle ich einen kompletten Austausch der Materialien in eine bessere Kategorie. Ansonsten alles TOP!

Ein schönes Hotel mit tollem Personal und gutem Frühstück. Wunderschöne Poolanlage sehr gepflegt Außenanlagen

Wahrscheinlich sehr häufig in diesem Hotel, aber leider hat es diesmal mit der Reinigung nicht geklappt. Die Zimmer waren schmuddelig und wurden nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Ich hoffe es ist beim nächsten Mal wieder besser.

Las instalaciones muy bonitas y cómodas La comida del bufet y la ubicación buenas. la habitación junior suite excelente muy espaciosa.

Lo que no nos gustó fue que recogieran muy rápido la cena del bufet y la limpieza de la habitación.

Für einen Kurztrip durchaus machbar, man hat alles was man braucht, die Zimmer sind klein, aber alles drin was notwendig ist und sie sind sauber!

In der Hochsaison war es mir zu überlaufen und einfach zu voll, bzw die Anlage zu groß.

Sinceramente y no lo pongo como critica mala creo q es un gran hotel de 3 estrellas. Deberían de tener habitaciones comunicadas para familias numerosas.

Hay demasiadas actividades, y algo mas tranquilidad estaría genial, pero entendemos que el cliente extranjero lo demande.

Está cerca de todo: playa, restaurantes, puerto, … Tiene gimnasio, buen buffet del desayuno, el personal es muy amable y las instalaciones están en perfecto estado.

Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos. Fomos muito bem recebidos na chegada. Pequeno-almoço e jantar muito bons e com muita variedade. Limpeza do quarto boa. Facil estacionar na rua do hotel. Supermercado muito perto do hotel.

O sofa-cama não era muito confortável. O quarto tinha um cheiro um pouco desagradável. Um robe e uma toalha tinham buracos. A animação noturna podia ser um pouco mais trabalhada.

Bof….. peut mieux faire pour un quatre étoiles…..

El personal es muy amable y muchos hablan la lengua local que para nosotros que somos mallorquines, es de agradecer. La habitación muy cómoda, práctica y espaciosa sobretodo si vas con niños pequeños.

Мы остались очень довольны отелем и особенно благодарны персоналу за внимательное отношение и понимание. Отель пошёл нам навстречу: поскольку мы приехали ночью, нас заселили раньше, чем было предусмотрено. А в 5 утра нам даже предложили перекусить, что было очень приятно и неожиданно. Прекрасная вечерняя программа и анимация для детей .

выбор на завтраке для человека, который не употребляет глютен, молочные продукты и сахар, был довольно ограниченным,но наличие кухонного уголка в номере все компенсировало

Der Außenbereich, Pool, Innenhof war sehr schön.

Die Junior Suite war sehr karg und spartanisch, man fühlt sich ein wenig wie in einem Krankenhaus Zimmer. Vor allem das Bad ist sehr wenig charmant.

Horário de troca de toalhas de praia apenas a partir das 10h e até às 20h, o que dificulta a troca das mesmas.

El hotel está fenomenal, con detalles de un cinco estrellas, como albornoces, plancha de vapor, toallas para la piscina que puedes cambiar todas las veces que quieras, y el desayuno es excepcional. La habitación para 4 es bastante cómoda, luminosa, limpia y con rincón de cocina que está muy bien. El personal muy amable y las instalaciones muy completas. Relación calidad precio de lo mejor que he visto.

La piscina está muy llena ya que el hotel estaba lleno de familias con niños y el sofá cama no era del todo cómodo. Pero son detalles sin importancia respecto a todo lo bueno.

Su ubicación, limpieza y comodidad. Tambien la tranquilidad.

This was my sixth visit to Mallorca, and this hotel was an excellent choice. The location is outstanding, just a short walk from a beautiful seaside promenade lined with a variety of restaurants and cafés. Despite visiting in August, the town was pleasantly uncrowded, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh products, and the coffee was particularly enjoyable. Parking was convenient, with free spaces readily available on the street next to the hotel. Overall, the hotel offers exceptional value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and a great location. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to return in the future. Highly recommended.

War alles in Ordnung.

Das Außengelände war sehr schön. Man hatte gute Möglichkeiten zum entspannen und viele Liegemöglichkeiten. Auch, dass der Kinderbereich vom erwachsenen Bereich getrennt war, war gut gemacht. Das Zimmer war von der Größe in Ordnung.

Das Badezimmer hat jedes Mal aufs Neue nach Abfluss gestunken-egal wie man gelüftet hat, man hat den Geruch nicht wegbekommen. Ebenfalls hat man alle Geräusche und Bewegungen die auf dem Flur und im Treppenhaus waren gehört. Die Kissen waren ebenfalls sehr unbequem, sodass man nicht gut liegen konnte. Die Tür zum Balkon konnte man ebenfalls nicht verriegeln, obwohl wir im Erdgeschoss waren und dies ein Muss ist. Für diese Verhältnisse war das Hotelzimmer einfach zu teuer und man hätte für den Preis mehr erwartet.

Reinigung ungenügend, es wurde zwischendurch mal gefegt und irgendwie Desinfektionsmittel ins Badezimmer gesprüht. Leider nicht sauber.

Excelente localização, a 10 minutos a pé de Cala Agulla, praia fantástica com água azul turquesa, areia branca e inserida numa área protegida. Hotel muito bom para famílias e grupo de amigos. Apesar de ser um hotel com muitos quartos, funciona muito bem, e como se entende por uma grande área não há muita confusão. O facto de ter várias piscinas, e uma só para adultos é possível usufruir e relaxar.

Têm que renovar as toalhas da piscina, estão muito gastas. O horário do pequeno almoço deveria ser mais alargado.

The hotel is overall excellent, great location (close to one of the most beautiful beaches Cala Agulla), the animation staff is super friendly, the lagoon pool is excellent (although rather deep with only small shallower areas where one can stand). Animation was non-intrusive and fun providing a lot of activities for any age group or preferences. There was even a spa area downstairs with indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi (although jacuzzi water was super cold). The food in the restaurant was superb. While breakfasts were the same every day, the dinner variety (with each night having a different theme) was fantastic. All in all, this is a great hotel that we would love to return to. There was only one problem that made the entire experience much worse than it should have been (see below).

The temperature at a restaurant was unbearable. It felt like 30+ degrees inside, and made it impossible to truly enjoy food. Everyone was sweating like crazy. The air conditioners seem to barely work or not work at all a few days. What made it worse is that when raising this problem multiple times to restaurant staff, restaurant manager, and reception, everyone just shrugged their shoulders. The waiter taking drink orders said "Yes, it is hot, it is hot for us also", as if making the customer having to feel sorry for waiters who also had to work in the unbearable heat. Others suddenly stopped understanding English. Others just said "yes, it is hot, sorry" with no solution provided. The staff at reception played stupid as if not aware that there is a massive problem, every time acting surprised, noting down your room number and saying that they will check. One of the days when I pointed this out for a 3rd time, I requested them to walk into a restaurant and check for themselves while I waited at reception. They did acknowledge that it was incredibly hot, and then suddenly changed the tune to saying that the technician is inspecting the aircos (while a few minutes before they were acting as if they have never heard about any heat issues in the restaurant). All in all, yes it was hot & humid on Mallorca, but a 4-star hotel restaurant with aircos must be able to provide comfortable temperature for the dining experience for the guests. I cannot judge if this was part of some bad business strategy (as you eat much less when you are so hot, and order many more separately paid drinks as you are sweating profusely). Either case, what was otherwise a 10/10 experience throughout all of the facilities of the hotel, the restaurant experience was clearly 0/10 due this crazy heat, lack of proper air conditioning, and perceived staff indifference to the problem even after raising it so many times.

WLAN schlecht, Zimmer klein, Klimaanlage schafft nicht unter 25 Grad, Fernseher geht nicht.

Далеко от пляжа и когда мы уезжали с отеля (2 часа ночи было), завтрак стоял на кухне (общей) , он был никудышний, а стоит прилично и мы за него заплатили, а в итоге кто завтрает в 2 часа ночи??! Хотелось чтобы упаковывали завтраки в коробки с собой, как это делают в приличных отелях

Nous avons réalisé un séjour de 6 nuits . Les alèses et draps , couettes pas très propre. Le ménage fait de façon succinct pendant notre séjour . Le jacuzzi et la piscine intérieure étaient froid 🥶

El bufete de la media pensión merece muchísimo la pena, las piscinas muy bien cuidadas, hay hamacas y camas por todos los lados de las piscinas, el césped muy bien cuidado, la habitación genial, la cama muy cómoda. El personal todo muy amable. Les pedimos una plancha de la ropa y no tardaron nada en proporcionarnosla.

No nos gustó que en el restaurante donde ponen el bufete de la media pensión no tuvieran aire encendido hacía mucha calor. Además, en la media pensión de la cena no entra ningún tipo de bebida, ni siquiera agua, esto no nos gustó nada.

Lovely common/pool area that didn’t feel overcrowded. We opted for a room with jacuzzi-highly recommend. Great food options for breakfast, the bar was also good.

Świetne, różnorodne jedzenie, fajny teren hotelu, cień przy basenie, dużo leżaków.

Basen bardzo głęboki, bardzo szybko niecka szła w dół. Kelner przy kolacji okazywał swoje niezadowolenie, które objawiało się niesprzątaniem stołu, w sytuacji, gdy nie zamawiało się dodatkowo płatnych napoi. Prysznic w pokoju uszkodzony.

Zimmer war ok hatten nur ein behindertengerechtes Bad bekommen was mit Kleinkind nicht so toll war da immer alles nass war aufm Boden… Beim Frühstück war es übertrieben voll da hatte man keine Lust zu essen …
