La piscina un poco pequeña y sin vigilancia. Los chavales se ponían a jugar a la pelota y resultaba incómodo estar.

Es gab im Zimmer kein Shampoo/Duschbad, der Boden war etwas dreckig im Zimmer( was aber auch zum Teil Sand geschuldet ist) Abends und nachts war es oft laut, weil Leute im Hotel gefeiert und laut Musik gehört haben

The hotel is well located, close to both the city center and beaches like Cala Agulla or Son Moll. The rooms are spacious and, contrary to some reviews, the breakfast was really good and diversified. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We didn't find the room as clean as we would have liked, especially on the first day. The air conditioning has an on/off switch, can't really control the temperature properly. And, depending on the room orientation (pool side or road side), it can get noisy. Generally, the rooms are a little bit dated.

Great location. Clean and well staffed. Friendly and informative staff. Cleaning team were excellent. Overall, great value for money.

Swimming pool wasn’t always in the sun, but that’s ok on a ridiculously hot, sunny day.

Merci à Ralph, Maria et Sylvie toujours attentionnés de la réception au petit déjeuner 🙏 Merci à Irène pour son sourire et sa réactivité autour de la piscine Merci à Patricia pour son dévouement dans le nettoyage des chambres et tous ses collègues. Vous êtes tous au top! L hôtel est à équidistance de la plage Cala Agulla et du centre qui bouge le soir, on peut faire tout à pied! Et sur cette rue très commerçante l hôtel est dans une zone calme, et côté piscine pas un bruit. Les clients sont très respectueux et de toutes nationalités. Avec ces chaleurs nous avons apprécié la piscine qui n a pas le soleil toute la journée, on arrive à se rafraîchir ! Buffet petit déjeuner très complet 👍 Chambre très spacieuse!!!

Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Die Lage ist gut, alles ist gut und schnell zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist schlicht und einfach, aber sauber!

Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden, denn es war alles so, wie gebucht. Der Speisesaal ist halt nicht besonders gemütlich, sondern eher praktisch eingerichtet wie eine Mensa und es war meistens sehr laut und voll. Aber das wussten wir ja schon vorher und es hat uns auch nicht wirklich gestört.

El personal del hotel nos cuidó cada día en el comedor, el bar, servicio de limpieza y recepción. Todos súper atentos con nosotros no nos faltó detalle. La ubicación y quw nos prestaron una sombrilla.

El gimnasio...igual mejor no promocionarlo. Éramos 3 y una cama el.colchon era muy finito

Tiene un muy buen ambiente. Los trabajadores son muy simpáticos y atentos.

Que el desayuno no variaba, que no cambiaban de toallas.

La chambre est spacieuse avec un grand balcon mais elle n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée, il restait des miettes et du sable au sol. La chambre est climatisée mais on n'a aucun moyen de régler la température alors c'est dommage. Soit il fait trop froid si on laisse la climatisation toute la nuit, soit trop chaud si on l'éteint, il faut donc se relever al nuit pour rallumer puis éteindre...etc pas top pour passer une bonne nuit. Pas de douche à la piscine, l'eau est un peu trouble. Pas top en terme d'hygiène. Pas de salle de sport comme indiqué. Elle était fermée.

Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich ,dass machte den Aufenthalt natürlich vieles wieder gut .es war immer jemand da wenn man wünsche oder fragen hatte , der Service hat definitiv eine 1 verdient ! Dankeschön nochmal ☺️ Das Abendessen hat an manchen Tagen echt sehr lecker geschmeckt es war abwechslungsreich. Die Köchin war super freundlich und kann aufjedenfall kochen 😁

Ich denke das Hotel ist für etwas jüngere Gäste bestimmt ,Grade in der Saison waren sehr viele junge Menschen in dem Hotel und auch sehr laut am Pool und in der Nacht . Für diejenigen die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen denke ich wäre das Hotel nichts. Beim Frühstück und Abendessen wird es auch sehr laut das klirren von Geschirr und sehr Laute Musik aber wenn man es den Personal sagt dann wird die Musik etwas leiser gemacht. Leider fand ich das Frühstück überhaupt nicht gut ,leider !!! Nur Baguette und Toast es gab keine leckeren Brötchen morgens außer einmal. Schade das man kein frisches Obst am Buffet hatte, vielleicht könnte man auch leckere porridge morgens anbieten .

Przy temperaturze powyżej 40 stopni i dużej duszności w nocy brak klimatyzacj ( wentylatora ) przez pierwsze dni powodował duży dyskomfort.

Personnel accueillant : l'équipe de l'hôtel est très gentille et agréable. Bon emplacement : de très belles plages à proximité ainsi qu'une multitude de boutiques et de restaurants au pied de l'hôtel.

Infrastructures de l'hôtel : Piscine mal entretenue : présence manifeste de mousse sur les rebords. Salle de sport délaissée : appareils hors d'usage et manque cruel d'entretien. Restauration : le buffet manque cruellement de variété. Environnement : Zone touristique particulièrement chère par rapport à d'autres coins de l'île comme Cala Millor ou Alcúdia. Entretien et propreté à revoir : Le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours (aucun nettoyage ni changement de linge le dimanche). Il n'y avait jamais assez de serviettes de bain, nous devions sans cesse en réclamer à la réception. Problèmes dans la chambre : Insonorisation très mauvaise : on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins. Beaucoup de clients manquent de savoir-vivre (bruit, éclats de rire et discussions à forte voix en pleine nuit). Équipements abîmés : la porte de la douche est endommagée (l'eau inonde la salle de bain) et l'écran de la télévision est abîmé. Confort réduit : la climatisation ne peut pas être réglée et l'éclairage de la chambre se résume à des LED colorées, sans vraie lumière naturelle ou chaude.

Nice and convenient location and we liked the pool view from the room. Also, breakfast was fine.

The room was not properly cleaned from the previous guests, and one of the female receptionists was rude. In one incident with her, we had paid extra for beach towels from day one, and following the instructions of another receptionist — who had told us to return our beach towels every day and take clean ones instead — we did so. When we returned them to get clean ones for the next day, it was the first time we encountered her, and she started yelling at us, insisting we pay extra again for the beach towels. I explained that we had already paid for the beach towels for the duration of our stay, but she said we had to pay extra because we were returning them daily and they had to be cleaned each time. When she asked, we told her which receptionist had given us those instructions, and she accused us of lying. The matter was only resolved when she did us a "favor" of not charging us again, on the condition that we wouldn't exchange the towels daily going forward. Had we known this in advance, we wouldn't have done it. Very rude! The rest of the staff was friendly and very helpful.

La gentilezza, la disponibilità e la simpatia del personale, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. La pulizia della struttura e la dimensione della camera meritano una nota di apprezzamento particolare!!

I letti delle camere erano molto comodi, tuttavia il divano-letto in soggiorno non lo era altrettanto, nulla di trascendentale in ogni caso.

Брудно у номері , кондиціонер не чищений дуже давно , сніданки одноманітні і не смачні На рецепції був працівник афроамериканець , який прийшов до нас 00:30 і сказав що ми гучні , хоча ми вже спали

La disponibilità e la gentilezza di quasi tutto lo staff. La colazione era soddisfacente e le pulizie discrete.

Il ragazzo tatuato alla reception non salutava mai, anzi , sembra infastidito quando lo si salutava per uscire o entrare dalla struttura. Tantissimi inglesi/ tedeschi maleducati e casinisti. L aria condizionata della camera non era regolabile, o stavi a 18 gradi o col caldo insopportabile. La domenica non venivano fatte le camere. Su Booking mi era stata comunicata una cifra per la tassa di soggiorno, all arrivo ho pagato di più. Le camere sono più belle In foto che dal vivo.

Franchement je suis très contente avec mon séjour dans cette hôtel , personnel super agréable, piscine très sympathique, le restaurant était vraiment super beaucoup d choix, mes enfants ont adoré! La classe 10 sur 10

I am conflicted by our stay at Guya Wave. The staff could not have been nicer, lovely people, polite and eager to help in any way. Breakfast was comprehensive and very good, although for us, started a little late at 8am, I say this because we are early risers and there were no facilities in the room even for a morning cup of tea. The room was clean and basic. The shower worked well with plentiful hot water at a good pressure. There was a lift to access the floor we were on. The maid came in regularly and changed towels etc. The pool was kept extremely clean despite being overhung by very large trees dropping their pine needles. The strongest points of this hotel were the staff and food, both excellent. The position of the hotel is good for access to the town's facilities but, as you will expect if you look at a map, there are no views. Parking for any hire car is on the street. We are in our late and mid 60s and whilst we enjoyed our stay and made the most of it, we felt this hotel would better suit the younger guest.

Sadly, we were a little disappointed with the room. I would add that these are not complaints but facts. There was no fridge fitted (although we were informed one could be available at extra charge), use of the room safe also required payment of an extra charge. At the price we paid for this hotel, I would have expected these facilities to be included as a minimum. There were two small glasses in the bathroom, no other tableware at all. There was 1 sunbed on the balcony. There was no shampoo, conditioner or body lotion in the bathroom, just 2 liquid soap dispensers on the wall, one in the shower and one by the basin (which was empty until we found a house maid who did fill it around day 3). The first night, the air conditioning did not work, there was no control panel. The following morning we asked to move room because of this. It turned out that the control panel was above one of the ceiling tiles and I was present when the maintenance man came to reset it. The aircon turned off several times during our stay but I was able to move the ceiling tile and reset it as I had seen the maintenance man do. The wall switch to turn the air conditioning on and off did not work. Therefore if the electricity was on, the aircon was on. The patio door to the balcony could not be locked as it was broken (pointed out to maintenance but not addressed). The hotel caters for large single sex groups of young people, this in itself is not a bad thing but, they did cause disruption on several nights and were regularly found throwing a rugby ball up and down in the pool (having fun) which made the pool less accessible for other guests. Prior to arriving, I had requested a double bed and was told that the two large singles could be pushed together and a double "topper" added, this did not happen and I did not chase the matter further (my fault). I suspect some of the shortcomings we felt were down to the fact that this is a hotel that caters to groups of young people.

Sehr freundliches Personal und gute Lage.

Die Inneneinrichtung ist doch ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, dazu einige Flecken auf den Wänden, was so ein bisschen einen schmuddeligen Eindruck vermittelt hat.

Un hotel muy bien ubicado y cerca de todo, con supermercados cerca, restaurantes, zona de ocio y playas. Además tiene servicio de transfer entre aeropuerto y hotel. El personal es de 10. Volveré.

Le faltaba la tapa a la mirilla de la puerta. Estaría muy bien que hubiera nevera en la habitación para mantener fresca el agua. Pero por lo demás todo muy bien.

Bett und Matratze waren bequem, aber es gab nur eine Decke . Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und bemüht. Wir haben leckeren Kaffee bekommen.

Das Abendessen war oft nur lauwarm und fanden wir nicht so lecker.

Super alles! Lage top, Personal top, Frühstück in Ordnung (viel Auswahl), gute Zimmer (haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen); besonders toll ist dass man die Schlüssel immer an der Rezeption angeben konnte

Die Kissen waren leicht unbequem. Klima nicht so gut einstellbar. Kühlschrank und Safe nur gegen Aufpreis. Etwas hellhörig

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Am besten hat mir die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter gefallen. Alle waren immer bemüht den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Auch die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.

The staff was amazing and very friendly and helped you soo much, Breakfast was good they change how you had your eggs from day to day ( omelette to fried eggs or boiled) There was a good choice maybe needs a few other options added on a day rotation.

Maybe a tv with english films on those rainy days, Maybe permanently a kettle fridge and tea, coffee and water in rooms .

Frühstück gab es nur bis 10 Uhr, finde ich in einem Urlaubsort nicht lange genug und für externe Besucher zahlt man 50 Euro aus Versicherungsgründen. Ich finde den Personalausweis zu zeigen hätte gereicht, um zu wissen, wer sich im Hotel befindet. Schränkt die Freiheit sehr ein.

Not bad at all, breakfast- buffet style with eggs, beans, different breads and condiments. Spaghetti, Pizza and lots of other stuff to eat. Pools are good, saltwater I might add, that's kind of special ; )

Das Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher gestaltet werden, uns fehlten verschiedene Käsesorten, Aufstriche, Obst, Gemüse.

Preisgünstiges und zentral gelegenes Hotel. Zimmer sind gross und sauber aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommren. Grosser Pool.

Zimmer gegen die Hauptstrasse entsprechend recht laut. Kleiner Kühlschrank nur gegen Aufpreis.

The quit area, close to the shops and Saturday market, the staff was always helpful and friendly. The breakfast and evening dinner were always super, always a lot of variation to eat. You can relax at the bar outside and just watch the view and enjoy the sun. You won’t be disappointed when you stay here for vacation. Thanks for the perfect week( room 408,409)

Zimmer sind hellhörig, aber in der Nebensaison war es ruhig.

Tolles Service, wir wurden freundlich begrüßt, bekamen ein gratis Upgrade des Zimmers obwohl nur eine Nacht dort verbracht. Leider war es noch zu kalt für den Pool, sonst hätten wir dort sicher auch noch die Zeit genießen können. Großes Frühstücksangebot!!!

Speisesaal war etwas laut, da der Bereich sehr offen ist.

We had a really good time there. Super friendly staff and the breakfast was very good. Our beds were also really comfy. Everything was reachable by foot.

Hotel bardzo czysty i zadbany, pokoje komfortowe i dobrze wyposażone. Personel niezwykle miły i pomocny - zawsze uśmiechnięty i gotowy do pomocy. Lokalizacja również na duży plus, blisko plaży, restauracji i atrakcji, a jednocześnie spokojnie. Śniadania smaczne i urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Dużym atutem jest też basen - idealne miejsce na odpoczynek po całym dniu. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel zarówno na krótki wypad, jak i dłuższy urlop.
