Die Lage der Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Zimmer/ Bad sind einfach zu klein und müssen renoviert werden! Das Frühstück bzw. Auswahl ist unterdurchschnittlich!

Aucune isolation dans les chambres à entendre le réveil de mes voisins a 6h45 du matin, ou encore quand ils branchaient leur portable pour le recharger. Les femmes de ménages n’ont aucun mal à toquer pour vous réveiller (avant 9heures du matin). Aucun confort dans les chambres (matelas en mousse, absence de rideaux) Personnel vraiment peu aimable et très bruyant

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Umfangreiche Frühstücks-Auswahl. Zwei Pools zur Auswahl, teils mit Wiese und Meerblick. Fußläufig in den Ort mit guten Lokal-Möglichkeiten. Anlage und Zimmer sehr schön und sauber.

Wir wurden kurzfristig "upgegraded". Unser Zimmer hatte eine merkwürdige Aufteilung - grundsätzlich sehr groß und auf 2 Etagen aufgeteilt, aber Waschbecken im Raum, generell nicht so modern wie auf den (eigentlich gebuchten) Bildern und mangelhafte Beleuchtung im unteren Stock. Statt Garden View hatten wir allerdings entfernten Blick aufs Meer von unserem Balkon aus, das hat den Lärm von den täglichen Abendveranstaltungen sowie die doch sehr unbequemen Betten wieder ein wenig wett gemacht.

Il cibo a partire dalla colazione era molto buono... Un ringraziamento particolare a katerina la manager ...e stata molto gentile e molto accorta nei nostri confronti... Ma anche tutto lo staff...dalle ragazze della reception hai camerieri ... un grande grazie per aver reso questa nostra vacanza rilassante e di averci coccolato... ci rivedremo sicuramente...

We were upgraded on arrival to a room with a spa on the balcony. This was very welcomed in the hot evenings with the sunset behind us. Amazing. Two pools and lots of restaurants near by. Sissi captured my heart ❤️

No kitchen area or fridge, but there was a small chiller. If you are self catering there is tea and coffee facilities but that’s all. No cutlery or crockery, or a tea spoon, there is a wooden stirrer disposable. We had breakfast included which was very good and plenty of choice

We spent a wonderful 6 night stay at Castello Village Resort in Sisi, booking two rooms for the same period (rooms 301 and 309). Everything was truly exceptional far exceeding our expectations! The accommodation was spotless in both rooms, thoroughly cleaned, sanitized daily, and maintained with great attention to detail. Excellent cleanliness standards throughout the entire resort. What really makes this place stand out is the amazing team: Ecaterina Booking Manager an extraordinary host, incredibly kind and professional, who took great care of us from day one. Eva (Restaurant) a wonderful and sweet girl, always attentive and smiling. Evis "The Boss" the absolute best when it comes to organizing the pool area and restaurant, keeping everything running perfectly. Top-tier services! I recommend Castello Village Resort with full confidence to everyone!

Manque de place, et tables non débarrassées pour le petit déjeuner si l on arrive vers 9h00. Parking payant alors qu il y en a un juste à côté gratuit

Struttura accogliente, personale molto disponibile e gentile soprattutto Elvis sempre in movimento al servizio ristorante e Katerina assistant manager che si è interessata e si è resa disponibile alle nostre richieste e l'ultima notte ci ha regalato un upgrade in una suite con jacuzzi.. cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Le due camere in cui abbiamo soggiornato avevano una bellissima vista mare e il cibo è sempre stato buono e fresco.

L'hotel è strutturato sia per giovani che per bambini, un po'meno per gli adulti.. questa è stata la nostra impressione. Nel nostro soggiorno alcuni schiamazzi e rumori notturni hanno disturbato il nostro sonno. E le donne delle pulizie alcune volte non hanno ripristinato la camera nel migliore dei modi. Alcuni bambini alle piscine giocando e urlando non permettevano il relax di cui avevamo bisogno.. ma questa non è una colpa da imputare al Resort ma alla poca educazione dei genitori e che non facevano nulla per migliorare la situazione.

Nous avons réservé une chambre avec vue sur mer. Il nous a été attribué une chambre avec vue sur les toilettes du bar et du passages devant la terrasse. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et on nous a d’abord proposé une chambre avec vue sur piscine (qui est d’ailleurs très bruyante du matin au soir) et lorsque nous avons refusé cette chambre il nous a été attribué la chambre que nous avions payée. Nous avons ensuite attendu 1h30 à l’accueil après avoir rendu notre chambre avant de pouvoir nous installer. Attention il n’y a pas de rideau occultants sur toute la longueur des baies vitrées (uniquement les chambres ou il y a du passage)

Het bed was mega comfortabel! Ruime kamer Medische / praktische assistentie. Receptie is 24/24 bereikbaar. Er zijn ook zitdagen waarop de dokter aanwezig is in het hotel.

Bubbelbad was vuil wanneer de jet functie aanstond. Weinig ligbedjes aan zwembad, het zwembadgedeelte had een nare geur + je mag maar tot 18u zwemmen. Onpersoonlijke stijl

Das Hotel war super sauber und das Personal ist der absolute Wahnsinn. Jeder war so freundlich und hat alles gegeben um uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bereiten.

Es gab nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

We had a wonderful stay and felt that this hotel offered excellent value for money. The breakfast, which was included in our package, had plenty of choice each morning and catered to a variety of tastes. A special mention goes to Matei, the on-site rep, who was incredibly engaging and enthusiastic throughout our stay. There were lots of activities available, which added to the overall experience. The location was also great, with a handy shop nearby and plenty of delicious local restaurants within easy walking distance.

The only minor downside was that the balcony was quite small and not particularly spacious. However, this wasn’t a major issue and certainly didn’t detract from our enjoyment of the holiday. Overall, the staff were lovely and worked hard to make guests feel welcome. We did find that the main manager could be a little hot and cold in their interactions with guests, but this was a small point in an otherwise very positive experience.

Chambre qui sentait le renfermée, le ménage de la salle de bain jamais fait en 4 jours ainsi que les sols. Changement de serviettes inexistant. Vraiment dommage pour l image de l hôtel.

Zimmer nicht sauber. Fernseher funktionierte nicht, obwohl wir reklamiert haben. Das erste Zimmer war sehr schlimm, haben dann ein Anderes bekommen.

Breakfast was plentiful, enough for all needs. Some Gluten free bread would be a good addition. Room was comfy and the Aircon worked very well. Did not do the beach we stayed by the hotel pool. The bar in the Castello Suites was excellent, the barman Antonio was a very good ambassador for the hotel. Reception staff at check in in the Village were very friendly and knowledgeable.

The hotel would benefit more if the bar was open earlier in the day, this is the bar located by the second swimming pool close to the garden and beach area in the Village hotel. We went to the shop to buy water and soft drinks and sometimes a beer as the bar was closed until midday and sometimes later.

niestety personel chciał ode mnie "environment fee" mimo że już ją opłaciłem podczas rezerwacji. finalnie dali nam pokój ale w dniu wymeldowania znów chcieli tą opłatę i znów musiałem tlumaczyc, udowadniać że już taką opłatę zrobiłem. finalnie przeproszono mnie ale nie było miło tłumaczyć się kilka razy.

Great breakfast, comfortable mattresses in the rooms, everything looks very nice.

There were a huge number of mosquitoes. At midnight, we had to run out and get some repellents. We couldn't get a good night's sleep on a comfortable mattress; we were woken up by the buzzing of mosquitoes all three nights and left covered in red bites. I think the hotel should make at least some effort to disinfect the rooms or install screens on the windows.

Wij waren op doorreis en dus maar 1 nacht, de meesten zijn hier wel hun hele vakantie. Je kunt er goed en uitgebreid ontbijten en dineren , buffetvorm en dat voor een kleine prijs. Drank is dan wel weer heel duur. De liggingen van de kamers is heel verschillend, van zeezicht tot weggestopt in een hoek. Zwembad is fijn, maar de ligbedden zijn snel vol.

Het is een oude maar goed onderhouden locatie.

I really enjoyed my stay with my little daughter. Exceptional service we didnt have any delays. Alexandra who is working at the reception made an introduction of the facilities of the hotels which made our stay more pleasant to get to know the hotel quicker and also participate in activities. Very friendly staff all over the hotel. Everything clean and comfortable, nice food , big menu for breakfast and at night it was live music and delicious cocktails! Lollipop was my favourite! 😁There is also kids club they do face painting and games , there is aquagym in the morning with Chris who is full with positive energy and also next to the hotel is Castelo spa which i also visited for a nice massage that it really helped me relax. Value for money , beautiful views , beautiful memories! Totally suggest it !!!

Some of the receptionists were a bit rude! The loud music every night was a bit uncomfortable. WiFi was also not good. But overall stay was okay

Mauvaise odeur dans notre chambre. Pas de serviettes de toilette a disposition pour la piscine. Rapport qualité prix trop cher pour la prestation qui n est pas digne d un 4 étoiles .

Le buffet repas était excellent et le directrice d'agence à essayer de nous trouver une compensation pour le préjudice causé bien qu'elle n'ait pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes.

On nous a fait payer une taxe de séjour de 40€ alors que sur les détails de paiement booking, il était stipulé que la taxe de séjour était incluse dans le paiement. La chambre prise en photo sur le site ne nous a pas été attribué car elle avait été donné à une personne. C'était des démarches trop stressante pour un anniversaire de mariage. Sur la description il est stipulé que les enfants sont acceptés mais pour le spa et un des restaurants de l'hôtel, il n'a pas été possible d'être avec notre fils de 16 mois donc nous n'avons pas pu profiter ni du spa, ni d'un des restaurants. Il y a une garde d'enfant payante mais notre fils aurait été angoissé si on l'avait laissé en garderie dans un endroit non familier. C'est dommage que ce genre de détails importants n'étaient pas stipulés dans l'annonce car nous avons choisi cet hôtel parce qu'il accetait les enfants

Très bel hôtel dans une petite ville côtière calme. Le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse, aux petits soins . Le petit déjeuner offre une large gamme de produits,il y en a pour tous les goûts. Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours e les serviettes changées tous les jours également.

Pas de point négatif pour nous

le personnel! Ils sont tous d'une extrême gentillesse, font tout leur possible pour aider en cas de soucis (transport pour ma part), ils sont tous souriants et bienveillants. Grand merci à eux, specialement à Harry pour les locations de voiture ainsi qu'à Maria pour son très bon niveau de français et son très joli sourire sans oublier le barmaid et le personnel du restaurant!

The staff - not helpful. The room was dirty and very minimalistic - I asked specifically for double bed there was only available with beds. WiFi not working, coffe barely drinkable, biliard not working, gym or swimming must be reserved in advance ! Do not recommend - the whole facility looks like is barely working … pitty because place have potential

We stayed here for a week in October 25. It's a large place with tiered accomodation winding down to the seafront path. Our room was right next to the pool with a single-glazed french window which - in summer and busy - would have been noisy into the small hours. As it was October, there wasn't anyone at the bar past 11! The people in the rooms either side smoked heavily which made our small balcony/terrace quite foggy. Yuk. A lot of other rooms had double-glazing so I expect it's a gradual process. There are some areas where it's a bit tatty and a few paving stones are dislodged. The pools are well-kept and the dining room clean & tidy. We only did B&B, but other guests had differing boards (why, though when there's loads of nice places within 5 mins walk?) It was ok for our stay.

Just got back from a 7 night stay in castello village resort and what a lovely place to stay in. The whole experience was a delight from start to finish, we arrived in the early hours and was greeted by Ava who booked us in and swiftly took us to our apartment and was surprised to see that some food was left for us in the fridge with us being a late arrival this I found to be a good idea. The apartment was very nice and clean and towels changed every day and the bed linen changed every second day was grateful for the air conditioning as the week we stayed was rather hot in October. The food in the restaurant was delicious and every day the main man Ervis was there to greet you with his charm an absolute asset The only down side to the stay was we noticed that the walkways were starting to break up in places and also the main pool area the tiles were starting to break away but I assume this will be rectified in the closed season We will be back again soon in this delightful little corner of crete

Yet another review for castello village. This has been our 4th visit to this hotel. Simply because we love it ! This hotel offers you everything you need for a fabulous holiday. All the staff are fantastic !!! So warm, welcoming .anything they can do to make your holiday special they will do . Plenty of verity in the restaurant catering for everyone , hot or cold ! I absolutely rave about the rosted vegetables plus tomatoes in the morning .would like them more often please 🙏 😊. They seem to be improving the hotel bit by bit with new sunbeds, table's and chairs in the dinning area. If I had one negative thing it would be the public toilets .they really do need a revamp. Apart from that I'm very happy with everything else. Thanks again for yet another wonderful holiday 😀 I'm pretty sure we will be back.

Absolutely perfect holiday , location, ambience was great . Rooms nice with fabulous showers, close to the harbour. If you’re looking for somewhere relaxing this is the place to go.

Eine richtige Bettdecke wäre bei den schon kühleren Temperaturen im Herbst wünschenswert. Ein Sichtschutz zwischen den Terrassen wäre toll.

3rd visit to sisi and castello. much later in the season than usual, so we opted for a hot tub in the village, as aposed to a private pool in the boutique. amazing week. not very disabled friendly. we had breakfast included, but as per my reviews, we don’t eat breakfast, therefore unable to report. in the boutique, private pool gives you pool towels. in the village, with a hot tub booking, you’re expected to use your bathing towel or bring your own. an outside towel and mat would have given my review an extra plus. beds incomfortable, but clean. drinks here well priced but vary from castellos. the evening entertainment was a great out of season addition. along with lydia and cornelia, they both oozed languages, pleasantries and enthusiasm. credit to the hotels.

Our 5th visit to Castello Village Resort and our second visit this year, The travel time from Heraklion airport is @ 40 minutes by coach transfer, once at the hotel we went to reception and spoke to Gianni at the front desk, booking in was easy enough before we were taken to our room, Gianni took our cases and showed us the way, the rooms are very spacious and all you need to help with your visit, a good sized bed, the temperature had dropped in October but the heating A/C in the room was a welcomed feature, the shower/toilet is of a good size with a wallmounted mirror behind the sink and a well lit bathroom, we spoke to Mariola (room cleaner) we told her if we could have an extra blanket due to the dropping temperature and prefer a blanket over the heating, we were given a blamket for our beds which were used during our 7 night stay, the resteraunt is based on the lower ground which you need to go down @ steps to get to the dining room, the tables and chairs have been updated and are a much needed improvement, the breakfast has a lot to offer from Bacon/sausage eggs, cereals, breads, fruit and hot drinks. The hotel is very clean with plenty of cleaners working all day, the outside of the hotel is swept and cleaned daily, The main pool area is a good size with enough room for beds to be situated around the pool area, this does fill up quickly, around the pool area is a pool bar that is manned by staff, Mythos is served in a ice cold glass which tastes much better than the plastic beakers I have hadinother hotels, Ervis is our regular waiter/barman who is great to talk to, Sevi is another waitress who offers great service assistance. a new girl in the resteraunt was Dora an Hungarian national who although pretty new to the hotel and a little quiet soon became out of her shell and was too very polite and chatty, the main lure to this hotel is the location and the ease of the layout of the hotel, plenty to do outside of the hotel. the great people I managed to meet and chat to during our stay gives it the family hotel feeling, like me and my wife I too saw regular holiday makers we have met during our previous visits, every night was a show on at the castello hotels from the Boutique and was invited to the other hotels to enjoy the shows, The drifters were a couple of male singers from South Africa who were fantastic, the management at the hotel are always on hand, Constantinas introduced herself on our last visit and will go above and beyond to help the stay memorable, this time round I met Elaini who works at the Castello Boutique Suites. I cannot praise the Castello hotels enough, we are already planning on returning in June 2026. **The number of returning customers speaks volume about this hotel**

Castello Village is the oldest of the three hotels. The hotel slopes down to the sea, so naturally lots of steps, so it won't suit everyone. There are two pools with bars and snacks available. You can choose any variant of board. Our room was a double see facing, a/c is complimentary and was comfortable. There are plenty of places to eat and drink within the village. I would suggest that if you book via a tour your company remember they have hired certain rooms for the season and don't forget the per night room tax based on the government rating of the hotel. Overall 9.5/10.

It was an absolutely amazing experience the staff and all the personnel within the hotel was extremely helpful and supportive in every way possible. Special mention for Constantine, Sevi and Elvis ( not sure of name). Superb location and friendly atmosphere.

Amazing staff, always go above and beyond. family oriented, Beautiful views, clean rooms and environments. Children have enjoyed themselves, Entertainment, very relaxing, foods are lovely. I will definitely be coming back again with the children.

Lovely location right opposite the beach (from the back which is also an entrance). The atmosphere was lovely staff very helpful and friendly almost like home from home. They acted like they were really happy that we were there. The holiday in total - accom, flights, transfers, were very good value for money. The food was really nice catering for all tastes and plenty of it. We were B&B so paid for evening meals which were all you can eat buffet style only€22 euros per head. Lovely restaurants/cafes in the surrounding areas too. The room was nice enough, clean, all necessary facilities but personal preference we would rather have had apartment style or at least a larger balcony (very small) and a sea view. This is our only gripe. All in all a lovely relaxing holiday.

My partner and I have had a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel staying for two weeks Our room was lovely and cleaned every day. All the staff could not do enough for you. We stayed b&b and ate two nights at the restaurant. Good choice of food and very tasty.
