Clean. Modern. Good food. Great alcoholic drinks. Majority of staff very friendly. Spa was nice. Room was very nice.

Lack of hot water when showering in evening (water was lukewarm at best). No soft drinks machine. No ice cream. Room a little on the small side.

Just when i arrived i had to wait for the room and until i didn’t got the room i couldn’t book any restaurant and when i got the room there wasn’t any reservation i could make,but i went to the manager and he booked me the whole restaurants in the hotel.

אין מספיק מיטות שיזוף וצריך לקום מוקדם לתפוס. בנוסף כשבאנו לא היה מקום למסעדות ורק אחרי מס פניות הצליחו לסדר לנו מקומות למסעדות של המלון.

La chambre est exceptionnelle, la literie confortable. Le complexe est agréable, avec un buffet de qualité en plus de 3 restaurants service à table compris dans le all inclusive qu’il faut réserver. Des petites attentions sont apportées le long du séjour, on nous a emmené une assiette de pâtisserie une heure après notre arrivée. Le Check-in était prévu à 15h, nous sommes arrivés à 12h à cause de notre transfert et à notre grande surprise nous avons eu notre chambre immédiatement et nous avons pu profiter de tout. Pareil pour le départ, Check out à 11h et transfert à 12h40 on nous a donné un coupon pour pouvoir profiter du buffet malgré nos bracelets all inclusive retirés. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et bienveillance rare. Merci pour tout, nous reviendrons !

The staff were especially helpful, I would like to specifically mention Muhammad who was the buffet manager and another staff member, Mary who helped us both have an amazing stay.

There weren’t enough sunbeds by the main pool or even the secondary ones. I was getting to the pool as early as 7am to secure a pair of sunbeds as I had previously come later around 8:30 and all had been taken. It did help that I stayed in the swim up room so I was able to lounge by a pool regardless.

Absolument tout ! L’hotel est super pour des vacances reposantes. Les 3 piscine sont superbes. Les installations son bien, salle de sport, spa. Les restaurants de l’hôtel à reverser sont très bien. La crêperie au bord de la piscine et les bars ouvert toute la journée jusque 00h pour celui devant la plage sont un énormes plus. La gentillesse du personnel. Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire dans l’ENORME santanna..nous reviendrons probablement :)

האוכל לא מאוד טעים, המסעדות מוזמנות מראש ולא היה מקום באף אחת מהן כשהגענו. אין מקום בבריכות לא במיטות ולא בכיסאות, רוב השהייה ישבנו על הריצפה. הצוות לא היה נראה שהוא מנסה לעזור בנושא. סך הכל די מאכזב, אם רוצים מקום בבריכה צריך לקום ב6 בבוקר לשים חפצים על הכיסא. או לפחות זה מה שכל האורחים עושים. בעלי ביקש שיארגנו את החדר ליום ההולדת שלי ולא עשו זאת.

Het personeel is mega vriendelijk. Niets is te veel en alles met de grootste glimlach. Het hotel is zeer luxueus. De a la carte restaurants zijn zeker de moeite om eens wat anders te hebben. Ook daar was het personeel telkens super vriendelijk. Sisi zelf is heel gezellig maar vrij klein. Shout out naar Ralph, ober aan het zwembad aan de Bella Trattoria, voor zijn super vriendelijke en gedienstige houding. Deze man verdient een opslag! Lekker eten en lekkere cocktails!

Er wordt duidelijk vermeld dat bedjes reserveren niet mag, echter om half8 zijn de 80% van de bedden reeds gereserveerd aan de 2 infinity pools. Gelukkig aan het bovenste zwembad wel steeds plaats, maar daar ook op de laatste drukkere dagen gereserveerde bedden, die uren leeg waren.

Une expérience incroyable , un accueil avec sourire et beknvaillance. Tout est fait pour que notre séjour soit agréable . La nourriture est variée et très bonne , ils s’adaptent avec beaucoup d’attention aux intolérances alimentaires ce qui est très appréciable . Merci à Mary pour cela . Seul petit bémol : la piscine principale un peu trop petite et manquant de transats . Pour le reste nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Ολα υπέροχα!! Το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό! Καλό φαγητό και πολλές επιλογές. Από ελληνική κουζίνα , κρητική , μεσογειακή , ιταλική και ασιατική. Δεν βαριέσαι λεπτό σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο.

Cordialità e non invadenza del personale

Mancanza accesso diretto al mare; se avessi capito che solo alcune camere avevano la piscina privata avrei scelto quelle anziché una stanza normale.

Το φαγητό ήταν καλό οι διάφορες pop up εγκαταστάσεις επίσης ωραίες όπως το Aperol Spritz bar και η nutelleria όπως επίσης και μετά το check out πήραμε ένα κουπόνι και το μεσημέρι να φάμε το φαγητό μας κανονικά. Τα παιδιά που εργάζονται εκεί στα εστιατόρια και στα μπαρ είναι πάρα πολύ ευγενικά. Το γιαπωνέζικο εστιατόριο πολύ καλό αλλά και γενικά το φαγητό ήταν πλούσιο και καλό . επίσης πολύ καλό ότι υπάρχει φαγητό μέχρι τις 4 η ώρα το πρωί!!!!!!

Οι ιδιωτικές πισίνες δεν είναι ιδιωτικές και δεν έχουν χωρίσματα ειδικά ( δωμάτια με θέα τη θάλασσα). Στις πισίνες είναι αυτές τις τις ιδιωτικές το νερό είναι πολύ παγωμένο και δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω το λόγο γι’ αυτό δυστυχώς το προσωπικό στη ρεσεψιόν δεν είναι και το πιο φιλικό προσωπικό που υπάρχει ενώ τα παιδιά που δουλεύουν στα εστιατόρια και στα μπαρ είναι πολύ φιλόξενα και ευγενικά.

The staff was really amazing and welcoming. The food was great. It was the best vacation one could ask for and definitely worth the price.

Mein Sohn und Schwiegertochter hatten das Hotel gebucht mit zwei kleinen Kindern gebucht, das Zimmer war zu klein für zwei Kinderbetten u. es gab nicht genug, auch nicht ausreichend Kindersitze im Restaurant, kein Kinderpool oder Spielplatz. Es sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, dass es sich für Kinder nicht eignet. Auch der Strand eignet sich nicht für Kinder und ist generell nicht schön.

La qualité du buffet L’hôtel est coupé par des routes et la nuit il y a du bruit Il n’y a aucune animation, rien à faire du tout la journée à part être sur un transat à la piscine si vous mettez le réveil pour le reserver On nous explique que c’est interdit de mettre nos affaires sur un transat mais si vous ne le faites pas aucune chance de vous poser à la piscine et du coup la seule activité à faire de la journée tombe à l’eau Il n’y a meme pas un baby ou une table de ping pong, pas un filet de volley. Le soir il n’y a rien à faire non plus juste un bar dans lequel il y a de la musique

Un séjour de 10 jours inoubliable ! Tout était vraiment positif : un personnel professionnel, souriant et très accueillant, une propreté irréprochable, un excellent buffet avec beaucoup de choix, et même de la viande halal. La piscine était également magnifique, un vrai plaisir pour se détendre et profiter du séjour. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Mohammed, qui a été d’une grande gentillesse et très serviable. Il prenait le temps de nous montrer ce qui était halal ou non au buffet, ce qui nous a beaucoup rassurés et permis de profiter pleinement de nos repas. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce magnifique séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y retournerais avec grand plaisir !

La situation géographique face mer

Très loin du niveau attendu d’un véritable 5 étoiles L’hôtel est morcelé en plusieurs bâtiments séparés par des routes ouvertes aux voitures, aux piétons et aux personnes extérieures à l’établissement. Cette organisation, peu claire dans le descriptif, enlève totalement le sentiment de séjourner dans un cocon. Les restaurants, piscines et services sont dispersés, ce qui rend les déplacements fatigants et l’hôtel difficile à comprendre lors de l’arrivée. Après avoir fait part de notre déception et demandé un remboursement, qui nous a été refusé, nous avons expliqué que l’état de santé de ma femme rendait ces nombreux déplacements compliqués. La réponse du manager nous a semblé maladroite et peu empathique. Nous avons dû proposer nous-mêmes un changement de chambre afin d’améliorer notre séjour. Une chambre avec une meilleure vue sur mer nous a finalement été attribuée, ce que nous avons apprécié. Les piscines sont beaucoup moins agréables que sur les photos et rapidement surpeuplées. Les matelas des transats étaient vétustes, sales, tachés, inconfortables et très serrés les uns contre les autres. La piscine du toit est esthétique, mais l’eau arrive à peine aux chevilles et il n’y a qu’un nombre très limité de beds. La nourriture est correcte, sans être digne d’un 5 étoiles. Les boissons sont essentiellement issues de distributeurs ou de sirops, les fruits étaient de mauvaise qualité et les jus avaient clairement un goût industriel. Le ménage des chambres était catastrophique : en dehors du lit refait et des serviettes remplacées, le nettoyage semblait très limité. Un drap taché est resté en place durant tout le séjour et le miroir de la salle de bains n’a pas été nettoyé. Les restaurants autres que le buffet doivent être réservés via l’application, mais il est très difficile de trouver un créneau en période de forte affluence. Le spa nous a également déçus : massage très basique, sans véritable ambiance ni petite attention à la fin.

L’hotel est tres beau, rien à redire là-dessus.

Notre piscine était froide, nous avons appris sur place que les piscines n’étaient pas chauffées, pas top surtout qu’on a pris les chambres avec piscine devant. Nous avons eu des fourmis tout le long du séjour malgré plusieurs interventions du staff. Le soir, que de l’eau chaude au robinet, pour se brosser les dents c’est moyen. Le personnel nous a très mal expliqué l’hotel et son fonctionnement surtout pour les restaurants, on a du découvrir par nous même. La nourriture du buffet, type cantine scolaire…

Everything about the hotel was great. The location was lovely, the staff were friendly, and the overall experience was very pleasant. The only downside was the food, which unfortunately was not very tasty and could definitely be improved. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time.

La chambre swim-up avec vue sur la mer était tout simplement incroyable ! 😍 Le personnel était adorable et la nourriture était également excellente. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour et recommandons vivement cet hôtel ! Le petit village de Sissi est calme, authentique et plein de charme, idéal pour profiter de la Crète loin de l’agitation.

Tellement déçue de cet hôtel. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine. La chambre était infestée de fourmis on a même trouvé un cafard le dernier jour. Niveau propreté et ménage idem c’était vraiment pas à la hauteur d’un 5etoiles. La seule chose positive c’est le personnel hyper gentil qui a tout fait pour m’aider à retrouver ma valise perdue à l’aéroport. Autrement, il n’y a aucune activité, aucune ambiance dans l’hôtel vraiment rien à faire !! L’hôtel est très mal placé car il n’y a absolument rien autour. Tout est loin de la chambre. On nous dit qu’on peut réserver dans les trois restaurants de l’hôtel qui est censé être all inclusive, on a en fait droit à une réservation dans chaque restaurant pour tout notre séjour, le restaurant italien est 0. Nous avons voulu nous faire plaisir avec un massage au spa, 140€ le massage et clairement c’est une arnaque, j’avais plus mal au dos après qu avant le massage. Pour 60€ dans la petite rue commerçante, un massage exceptionnel par un vrai pro. Bref, les photos booking ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité. 3500€ la semaine et franchement ça n’en vaut clairement pas la peine.

Mooi hotel met fijne kamers en goede bedden. mooie locatie met uitzicht op zonsondergang iedere avond tijdens het eten. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Echt harde werkers. Schoon hotel, schone zwembaden. Het sushi restaurant a la carte is ook echt top, net als de cocktailbar.

Het hotel was groter en drukker dan wij verwacht hadden. De beperkte keuze tijdens het avond buffet. Eten was soms te ver door gegaard (droog vlees, te garen groenten) ook de diversiteit liet voor een hotel met deze klassering en prijs wel wat te wensen over. Ontbijt wel goed. Daarnaast loopt er nog een klein mannetje rond dat de manager van de horeca probeert te spelen en deze lijkt, zonder goede aanleiding, het bedienend personeel te 'bekritiseren' waar gasten bij zijn. Wij vonden dat niet netjes.

C'est mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel, et je suis toujours très ravie, surtout que nous avons été surclassée cette fois-ci 😊 L'accueil est toujours parfait, l'hôtel est assez récent. Donc plutôt agréable, n'hésitez pas à prendre des chambres un peu plus supérieurs, elles sont beaucoup plus spacieuses. Une chambre de 20 m² pour Londres, c'est toujours appréciable. Déco moderne. L'espace réception restaurant est très sympa, une déco moderne et épurée, parfait pour une petite pause ou pour bosser

This place is amazing. Ideal for total relaxation. Surrounded by the sea & mountains. Food, drinks and service top notch. Spritz bar is so lush. Multiple restaurants to choose from, one for every taste be it Cretan, Italian or Japanese you’re just spoilt for choice. Highly recommend the beach front swim up rooms. We had an amazing stay and we will definitely visit another time. Bonus for being 45 minutes away from Voulisma Beach.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie kamen fragen ob wir noch was brauchen. Das Buffet hatte eine tolle Auswahl und jeden Tag gab es neue Leckereien so das ws eine gute Abwechslung gab. Die Hotelanlage war sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sehr gross. Es hat mehrere Pool und so verteilen sich auch die Leute. Ambesten fanden wir den Crêpes-Stand und die Aperol Spritz Bar.

The staff were very nice, food especially the dinner was very good. The hotel outside is also modern and good. very nice pools. A good activities.

I booked a room with a direct sea view, but I was given a room with only a partial sea view. The situation around the pools needs to be better organized. When you check in, the receptionists tell you that you cannot leave your towel on a sunbed and go for breakfast, lunch, or anywhere else, and that the towels will be removed. However, in reality, it is different. People still come early, leave their towels, and reserve the sunbeds. If nobody says anything to the reception, they can keep their places. I stayed for one week and followed the rules, so I could not get a place by the pool until the last day, and even then only in the afternoon. I think the hotel should have staff at the pool area who are always present and monitor the sunbeds. As soon as someone leaves a towel to reserve a place and goes away, the staff should ask them to return or remove the towel. This would make the situation much fairer for guests who actually follow the rules. I think changing beach towels should be also daily without questioning, not every second day and sometimes need to ask.

בבקשה תקראו את הכל לפני שאתם סוגרים את המלון, אנסה לעשות סיכום של כל החוויה מהמלון: אתחיל בזה שבחיים אל תסגרו מלונות מהמלצות של אינסטגרם וטיקטוק! הכל שקר אחד גדול. המלון ממש לא כמו שהוא נראה ברשתות החברתיות וממש לא 5 כוכבים(לכל הישראלים זה לא בראשית ואפילו לא מתקרב)! בראש ובראשונה המלון לא מתאים למשפחות עם ילדים! זוגות שמחפשים שקט זה המלון בשבילכם וגם זה בערבון מוגבל ! המלון מעוצב בסגנון מוזר, צריך ללכת בין אזור לאזור והכל במפלסים ( לא נוח עם ילדים), יש חדרים שדורשים נסיעה בטיק טוק. אין במלון שום דבר שקשור לפעילות לילדים, לא קיד קלאב ולא בריכה לילדים (המים בבריכות קפואים, בעיקר בבריכות של החדרים), בנוסף המלון על הים אז קחו בחשבון שיש לפעמים רוחות חזקות. המלון רחוק מהמרכז (הרקליון), מרחק נסיעה של מונית 45 דקות מהרקליון, בסיסי אין יותר מידי מה לעשות (טיילת נחמדה עם מסעדות וחניות) קחו בחשבון שמונית להרקליון מהמלון עולה כ 60 אירו לכיוון. האוכל במלון מאוד בסיסי על גבול ה 3-4 כוכבים! אין מבחר גדול בחדר אוכל, לא כל כך טעים ודי מעט ירקות (לשומרי כשרות קשה למצוא מה לאכול). בנוסף בלתי אפשרי להזמין מקום למסעדות של המלון! הכל מלא ואין אופציה להזמנת מקום, אנחנו דיברנו עם הקבלה ומצאו לנו מקום למסעדה האסייתית והאיטלקית, בסך הכל טעים. לגבי הקוקטיילים והעמדת אפרול,הבר בבריכה מאוד בסיסי ולא איכותי. ברמנים חובבנים והכל מתוק מאוד, קוקטיילים בסיסיים מאוד. לגבי העמדת אפול הקוקטיילים טעים אבל טעמים מאוד עזים, מתוק או חמוץ. לגבי הבריכות, קחו בחשבון שהמים קרים שלא נדבר על החדרים עם הבריכות שהמים קפואים (לא נכנסנו פעם אחת) מבאס מאוד. המלון על הים אז יש רוח חזקה ודי קריר גם שיש שמש, קחו בחשבון שבערב קריר גם באוגוסט. האינטרנט במלון מתנתק לפרקים ובחדרים החבילות גלישה לא עובדות בגלל חוסר קליטה. אנחנו היינו בחדר עם בריכה ונוף לים, החדר גדול ונוח מאוד. הייתה לנו בעיה במקלחת שלא היו מים חמים וזרם בכלל. הפתרון שהציעו לנו זה חדר זמני במרחק נסיעה עם טוק טוק רק בשביל להתקלח (הצעה בדיחה שאתה עם תינוק) לא נתנו לנו אופציה אחרת ובגלל זה לא התקלחנו וגם לא פיצו אותנו בשום דבר, רק ביום למחרת תיקנו לנו את המקלחון. בכל זאת הזרם של המים החמים מאוד חלש, וביום האחרון שלנו שוב לא היו מים חמים (פשוט בדיחה).

Einer der Besten Hotels, Resort wo ich jemals war, es ist ein neues Hotel ca 2 Jahre alt und das merkt man, sehr schöne Architektur, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, sehr viel Platz, 2 Pools, 2 Gym‘s eins im Gebäude und zweites Draußen mit leichtem Ausblick auf das Meer. 4 Bars und alles All Inkl. 2 Restaurants Á la Carte inklusive im all inkl. Paket Personal 1A, es sind nicht mal 10 Sekunden vergangen (Restaurant) du kriegst Getränke, neues Messer, neue Servietten, sehr sehr freundlich und vor allem menschlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker, sowohl das Buffet, aber auch normale Snacks und andere Dinge, die zwischen durch man zum Essen kriegt, Beispiel: Crepes, Paincakes etc.

Ich habe die teurere Variante genommen mit 25qm also großes Zimmer und es war einfach großartig, sehr viel Platz, Meer View, Pool View, riesen Terrasse, einfach fantastisch, aber Nachts konnte ich 1-2x nicht einschlafen, weil über dem Zimmer eine Abgasanlage oder Ähnliches war, was ständig laut gebrummt und laut war. Ein Problem, wenn man nicht einpennen kann wie ein Baby. Meiner Meinung nach, sollte so eine Anlage neben einem Basic Zimmer sein wo du kein Aufpreis zahlst oder garnicht in der Architektur verbaut sein, fand ich ein bisschen schade. Trotzdem war das ein großartiger Aufenthalt und cooles Zimmer an sich. Es gab kein Smart TV bzw. es war sehr schwer es einzustellen da alte TV‘s, nach 10 min. haben wir aufgegeben und haben andere Dinge unternommen.

מלון ואוו! צוות מדהים וזמין 24/7, הכל נקי, אוכל טרי וטעים (יש הרבה מבחר לשומרי כשרות, הרבה מאכלים צמחוניים ללא חזיר או ערבוב של בשר וחלב) , אוכל זמין עד 04:00 בבוקר . הבריכות מושלמות, מלצרים שמגישים את השתייה עד אלייך בבריכה, במסעדה למטה על הים יש כל ערב קונספט אחר (פעם דיגי, פעם זמר) נחמד ממש. ובכללי יש במלון עוד 3 מסעדות (אסיתיית, איטלקית, ויוונית שהיו אחלה) תמורה מדהימה למחיר!

Остались очень довольны отдыхом в этом отеле! 🥰 Прекрасное место с красивейшими видами, где действительно хочется наслаждаться каждым моментом. Очень вкусная еда, отличное и внимательное обслуживание, а в отеле везде безупречно чисто.

Ein eher neues Hotel, daher noch alles sehr gepflegt und in gutem Zustand. Sehr freundliches Personal, toller Service. Abwechslungsreiches Buffet, sehr leckeres kretisches Essen. Verschiedene Restaurants à la carte zum Probieren. Wie früher mit sehr gutem Service trotz all- inclusive. Der Kaffee beim Buffet war nicht gut, dafür war unten eine Coffeebar mit gutem Espresso. Fitnessstudio hat auch gepasst, eher klein natürlich. Die besten Gyros hatten wir bei der Snackbar oben!

Das asiatische à la carte Restaurant war geschlossen aufgrund von Bauarbeiten. Ein Mitarbeiter hat uns zugesichert, dass es alternativ im Buffetrestaurant ein asiatisches Themenabend wöchentlich gibt. Wir waren eine Woche dort und es ist nie passiert, was schade ist. Ausserdem muss man, sobald angekommen, die à la carte Restaurants reservieren, da sie schnell ausgebucht sind. Und hat man keinen Strandzugang und in unmittelbarer Nähe generell eher schwierig ein Sandstrand zu finden.

Hôtel récent superbe et très bien placé face à la mer pour ceux qui demandent une chambre vue mer.

Hôtel très peu familial et de toutes façons pas adapté aux familles (hôtel pas fermé, bordé de routes, pas d’animation excepté la musique au bar le soir). Difficile d’avoir accès aux transats et aux restaurants à thème.

Resort is perfect, maybe one of the best on Crete! We enjoy a lot during our holidays, expecially we need to said that menager Nikos is one of the greatest person there. Very polite and attentive, he make out holidays more comfortable, and gave us a better room. I recommend the resort!

We had a wonderful stay overall. The hotel is peaceful, relaxing, and offers breathtaking views. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, and the food was excellent with a great variety of options. A special thank you to Muhammed at the main restaurant, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always happy to assist. He truly made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

The rooms were quite small, and the bathroom layout was inconvenient, with the shower, toilet, and sink all separated into different areas. We also feel that the hotel is better suited for couples than for families with children, as there were very few activities for kids and limited child-friendly food options.

Allt var perfekt. Personalen var underbara, hjälpsamma trevliga! Underbar mat och dryck. Kan varmt rekommendera. Bland de bästa hotellen jag varit på.

Odpoczęliśmy i naładowaliśmy baterie. Basen do opalania był fantastyczny, pokój z basenem i widokiem na morze - niesamowity. Azjatycka restauracja była przepyszna. Wielkie podziękowania dla Merry, która opiekowała się synek z alergią na laktozę- zawsze miała dla niego dodatkowe desery i dbała, by był zaopiekowany ze strony kulinarnej.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und bemüht. Gut gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage direkt am Meer, die sich sehr gut zum Entspannen eignet. Der Ort Sisi ist fußläufig erreichbar und lädt zu kleinen Spaziergängen ein. Insgesamt ist das Hotel schön angelegt und bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre.

Leider entspricht das Hotel aus unserer Sicht in vielen Bereichen nicht dem Anspruch eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Der Service ist zwar freundlich, aber teilweise sehr langsam und der Umgang mit Problemen war enttäuschend. Eine quietschende Zimmertür wurde zwar repariert, begann aber kurze Zeit später wieder zu quietschen. Besonders negativ war ein sehr lautes Geräusch in der Nacht, das bereits ab der ersten Nacht auftrat und uns über mehrere Nächte gestört hat. Unser Baby wurde dadurch ebenfalls wach. Mehrere Mitarbeiter haben versucht, die Ursache zu finden, aber das Problem wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gelöst. Auch das Essen war eher durchschnittlich und aus unserer Sicht nicht auf 5-Sterne-Niveau. Viele Produkte wirkten eher einfach und nicht besonders hochwertig. Beispiele hierfür sind unter anderem Eier aus Pulver, keine originale Nutella, einfache Ketchup-Produkte, keine originale Cola und allgemein Getränke und Lebensmittel, bei denen man eher den Eindruck von günstigeren Alternativen bekommt. Gerade bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwartet man hochwertigere Produkte und eine bessere Qualität. Das vegetarische und vegane Angebot war kleiner als beworben, und ein veganer Burger von der Karte war mehrere Tage nicht verfügbar. Enttäuschend war außerdem die Situation mit den Sonnenliegen: Obwohl das Reservieren verboten ist, wird diese Regel kaum kontrolliert. Liegen bleiben teilweise stundenlang blockiert, ohne dass eingegriffen wird. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und gut zum Abschalten, aber wer Unterhaltung, Ausflüge oder ein lebendiges Umfeld sucht, sollte wissen, dass das Hotel sehr abgelegen liegt. Auch das Abendprogramm war während unseres Aufenthalts sehr begrenzt. Zudem ist es direkt am Meer häufig sehr windig, was man bei der Reiseplanung berücksichtigen sollte. Ein weiterer Punkt, der uns gestört hat, ist die Lautstärke rund um das Hotel.

אין מספיק מיטות בבריכות אין אפשרות להזמין מקום במסעדות של המלון. האוכל בחדר אוכל מאוד בסיסי ולא מגוון כל בריכה מרוחקת אחת מהשנייה וקשה ללכת אם לא מצאתם מקום

Struttura pulitissima e molto grande e accogliente, nei servizi aperol spritz e nei ristoranti personale gentilissimo e accogliente. Abbiamo preso la stanza con la piscina privata e devo dire bellissima

È stato chiesto alla struttura per cortesia visto che ci eravamo dimenticati di prenotare al ristorante italiano, se potevamo andare ugualmente, visto che 10 min prima ero andato direttamente al ristorante ed era praticamente vuoto, c’erano molti posti liberi e persino il personale del ristorante mi ha detto che mi sarebbe bastato chiedere in reception e sicuramente mi avrebbero detto di sì, invece mi reco in reception e una signora con un tono non dei più “accoglienti” mi dice che non c’era modo, io gli specifico che per noi era l’ultima sera ed essendo stanchi ci avrebbe fatto comodo rimanere a mangiare lì (evitando però il buffet che per noi italiani non è un granché, visto che siamo abituati molto bene col cibo) Provo poi con la 2’ richiesta, avendo il volo alle 18 e dovendo fare il ceck out alle 11, ho chiesto se (anche pagando) potevano lasciarci qualche ora in più la stanza, o anche darcene un’altra giusto per qualche ora 0 totale, sempre con un tono fastidioso mi risponde negativo

The room was great, clean, the location was great and amenities were good.

We had asked for a surprise on arrival as it was our honeymoon and celebrating my husband’s 30th and this wasn’t done even after asking again. It didn’t feel like was an all inclusive stay, section for food was poor and quality was not great even drinks. The hotel barely had entertain and it felt random like the dj it was not announced. We tried to get room service and there was no answer and even called reception who said they will send someone but they didn’t.

ברצוני לשתף את החוויה האישית שלנו מהשהות במלון, שמציג את עצמו כמלון 5 כוכבים. לפני הכל חשוב לציין שהמלון עצמו יפה מאוד בעיניי, החדרים מעוצבים מספיק טוב, עיצוב הבריכות נפלא אך לצערי, כאן נגמרים הדברים הטובים. כבר ביום הראשון ביקשנו להזמין מקומות למסעדות של המלון. הצלחנו להזמין רק לשתי ארוחות, ובשאר הימים נאמר לנו שאין כלל מקומות פנויים. לכן נאלצנו לאכול ברוב הזמן בבופה הראשי. אנחנו לא אוכלים בשר שאינו כשר, ולכן הסתמכנו בעיקר על האפשרויות הצמחוניות. לצערנו המבחר היה דל מאוד, בעיקר היה לחם, גבינות, פירות, סלטים, לעיתים מעט פסטה או פיצות קטנות. עבור מלון “הכל כלול” ברמת 5 כוכבים, ציפינו למבחר רחב ומכבד יותר. במהלך השהות נתקלנו גם בכמה בעיות נוספות: * ראינו ג’וק מחוץ לחדר. * מדי פעם עלה לחדר ריח ביוב. * ביקשנו לשדרג חדר, אך נאמר לנו שהמלון בתפוסה מלאה. האירוע החמור ביותר קרה בארוחת הצהריים. לקחתי סלט מהבופה, וכשהתחלתי לאכול הבחנתי בתולעת על עלה החסה בצלחת שלי. ישר דיווחתי למלצר שטען שדיווח לשף. מבחינתי, הבעיה אינה עצם העובדה שמצאנו תולעת אחת, אלא מה שהיא מעידה על רמת הפיקוח, הניקיון ובטיחות המזון. במלון שמגדיר את עצמו כמלון 5 כוכבים, מדובר בדבר שלא אמור לקרות. חשוב לציין קראתי את הביקורות בפוקינג אחרי שמצאתי את התולעת ונדהמתי לגלות שיש עוד תייר מהארץ ששה יום לפנינו ורשם שגם הוא מצא תולעת בסלט! כנראה שזה עניין כרוני התולעת הזאת מצויה בכל צלחת סלט, עאללאק 5 כוכבים! אגב הלכנו ודיווחנו מיד לקבלה על התולעת בצלחת, במקום התייחסות רצינית ופיצוי הולם, קיבלנו הצעה להזמין אותנו לאחת ממסעדות המלון , אותן מסעדות שלא היה בהן מקומות פנויים בתחילת החופשה. מבחינתנו, זה לא פתר את הבעיה ולא החזיר את תחושת הביטחון לאכול במטבח של המלון. למרבה הצער, את רוב החופשה העברנו על צ’יפס, חטיפי אנרגיה, בננות ומוצרים שקנינו בסופר הסמוך, משום שכבר הרגשנו גועל לאכול במלון. במקלחת יש מים פושרים. 4 ימים התקלחנו במים פושרים! חשבו על הילדים שלכם ועליכם שתצטכו להתקלח במים כאלה. נקודת הניקוז במקלחת נסתרת, נראה לי לא מתוחזקת טוב, כל פעם שנכנסו להתקלח המים פשוט עשו בריכה בתוך המקלחת ויצאו לכיוון השירותים. צריך להתחנן להחלפת מגבות! במלון הבריכות קרות. ממש קפוא לרדת לבריכה!

This is our second time there and we came and got the room late. They didn't inform us that the room was ready and there was no room in the restaurants. Only after my partner got angry at the reception did we get places in the restaurants.
