L'Hôtel a une décoration exceptionnelle et très reposante, chambre magnifique. Accueil à la réception parfait avec du personnel agréable et souriant. Petit déjeûner très copieux et très varié. Tout était parfait. Hîotel à recommander, même si c'est un peu bruyant le soir, étant donné sa situation à proximité de tous les restaurants.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026C'est un extraordinaire petit havre de paix confortable et reposant au milieu de la fourmilière touristique. L'emplacement est idéal. Je me suis senti comme à la maison et cela a contribué à la réussite de mon séjour.
J'ai eu un malheureux contretemps (décès familiale) et j'ai dû raccourcir mon séjour d'une nuit. J'ai bien essayé d'obtenir un remboursement ou une compensation pour cet évènement indépendant de ma volonté, mais malgré la bonne volonté de l'équipe, il ne m'a rien été proposé. Je suis un peu déçu car je comptais revenir à La Rochelle l'année prochaine et dans votre établissement, mais je crois que du coup, je trouverai un autre lieu.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Wir haben dieses Hotel für unseren Aufenthalt in La Rochelle gebucht und waren sehr glücklich darüber. Was ein tolles, gepflegtes, schönes Hotel - mittendrin. Großartig! Durch die Doppelfenster hört man im Zimmer tatsächlich nichts vom lebhaften Treiben im Hafen und doch ist man mittendrin. Restaurants, Bars, Cafés - alles so nah, wir haben es sehr genossen. Der öffentliche Parkplatz ist knapp 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt und kostet keine 6€ pro Übernachtung. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Die Zimmer einfach außergewöhnlich schön und ausgestattet mit einer Nespresso-Maschine und einem Wasserkocher. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Le manque de prestations pour un hôtel 4*. Un carafe d’eau à vendre sans eau ni petite bouteille d’eau ! Une chaise sans bureau… Le final, zéro intimité dans cette chambre qui donne face au buffet du petit déjeuner.

La chambre un peu petite pour un hôtel 4*. Pas de coffre ni de frigo.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Amazing location, right on the harbour. The room we booked was a junior suite which was very spacious would have slept 4. It was very hot in La Rochelle during our time there but there A/C functioned well and was much appreciated and needed.
