Spettacolare posizione centrale di fianco la chiesa di S Andrea a due passi da tutto. Grandissima disponibilità e presenza dell 'host. Appartamento molto grande per due, comodissimo anche per 3 persone con possibilità di cucinotto per mangiare velocemente...anche se in realtà non lo abbiamo sfruttato per la grande offerta di ristoranti e trattorie o simili per tutte le tasche. Comoda la possibilità di girare e parcheggiare in zona a traffico limitato.

L’alloggio ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative. Essendo situato nel centro, in una zona a traffico limitato, la padrona di casa Christina ci ha già fornito in anticipo un permesso per accedere alla zona e abbiamo trovato un parcheggio gratuito sulle strisce bianche. La signora Christina ci ha accolti con grande cordialità e attenzione, fornendoci preziosi consigli sui ristoranti e sulle principali attrazioni da visitare. Fin dal primo momento si ha la piacevole sensazione di essere ospiti davvero benvenuti. L’appartamento dispone di un’aria condizionata piacevole e silenziosa, è molto pulito e offre letti di ottima qualità, che garantiscono un riposo eccellente. La colazione viene servita presso lo storico e rinomato Caffè Caravatti, sotto i portici, dove si può vivere un’autentica atmosfera locale, in mezzo agli abitanti del posto. Non avremmo potuto desiderare una sistemazione migliore. Siamo stati davvero benissimo e torneremo sicuramente!

La colazione purtroppo non era servita in loco ma a un bar nelle vicinanze in cui la cortesia non era propriamente lo standard… abbiamo inoltre dovuto pagare a prezzo intero a parte due succhi di frutta perchè li avevo chiesti in sostituzione del caffè per i miei due figli piccoli, cosa che non sembrava poi così sconvolgente trattandosi di bambini a cui la caffeina non si addice. Ovviamente non è colpa dell’host - peraltro gentilissima - ma ci tenevo a puntualizzare la cosa anche come info per i futuri ospiti

L'host Cristina è una persona estremamente accogliente, molto preparata e davvero tanto ospitale. La struttura è elegante e pulita. Facile da raggiungere a piedi se come noi si arriva in treno. Tutto a portata di mano. Raccomando tantissimo questa struttura anche per un piacevole weekend a Mantova.

L'allotjament et dona uns tickets per fer un esmorzar consistent en cafe o te + croasant + suc d'ampolla. Està molt correcte. un tracte molt correcte i proper per part de la Cristina. Vam poder deixar l'equipatge fins a la tarda del darrer dia i fins i tot ens va deixaer les claus per anar a buscar-lo per si ella no hi era. Molt d'agrair.

Our lodgings were a lovely big ground-floor suite with a comfortable queen-sized bed, entry area, bathroom, laundry, and kitchenette. In the June 2026 heatwave, having A/C was a lifesaver! We were given the option of a room with a washing machine, which was a huge help after a week of travel, and the outside laundry rack did a fine job of drying our wash, Italian-style. Our location was perfect, as well, half a block from the main piazza of the center of the old town, and across the street from a nice fish restaurant. Our hostess met us in person and was helpful, marking up a map of Mantova with all the best places to eat and things to see. Her suggestions all worked out -- the food at Osteria del Oca and Osteria dei Ranieri was wonderful and the places to visit all very interesting. The center is full of wonderful porticoes, and the big Parco Virgilio is lovely, with a nice playground. We loved the Palazzo Te, the amazing frescoes of the Duomo, and the thought-provoking, cool, Museo di Virgilio -- I am already a huge Vergil fan and my husband and our friend from France are now convinced he deserves a read. Mantova has many fine bookstores for good shopping, as well as everything else you might like to buy. We were fortunate enough to catch the lady who keeps the gorgeous little Synagogue before she locked up, and we thoroughly enjoyed seeing the Theatro Bandini. Give the Palazzo Ducale the go-by, however, or just see the Camera dei Sposi and then high-tail it out of there. It has SO MANY ROOMS......

Our lodgings had no city views at all, being entirely "landlocked" with windows and doors onto interior airwells and courtyards, but this was actually a plus when the big summer rock concert was going in the nearby piazza (which ended at 23:00 in any case), and we had no street noise at all. Word to the wise who arrive by train and walk to these lodgings (and blame this on Google Maps, not our hostess): we should have taken a less-direct but shadier and smoother walk from the train station to the lodgings along Via Bonomi and Corso Vittorio Emmanuele II, thus avoiding the rough pebble pavements and lack of shade of Via Solferino and what followed.

Casa in pienissimo centro, a due passi davvero da tutto, bar, ristoranti, farmacia, fermata autobus. La casa è molto accogliente e pulita, dotata di tutto il necessario, letto comodo, aria condizionata . La signora Cristina che ci ha accolti super disponibile. Stra consigliata! Ci torneremo sicuramente.

It was the best service we had in Italy from all the accomodations. We had two rooms and a bathroom. They were very comfortable and beautiful, the pictures don't do them justice. Cleaning everyday, Italian breakfast at the best coffee shop, placed directly in the city center and with the most friendly and accommodating host. ❤️ Thank you, we will definitely come back!

Tavolino e sedia sul ballatoio esterno. Letto comodo, possibilità di usare guanciali addizionali di diversa altezza. Accappatoio e ciabattine. Host gentilissima presente sul posto. Davvero un ottima esperienza.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Mantova und Umgebung verbracht. Die Unterkunft lag mitten im Zentrum und hatte das gewisse italienische Flair. Besonders gefallen hat uns die kleine Terrasse. Unsere Gastgeberin Cristina war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, so etwas findet man wirklich selten. Es gab im Zimmer einen kleinen Kühlschrank, der jeden Tag mit frischen Wasser aufgefüllt wurde, sowie eine Möglichkeit, um Kaffee und Tee zuzubereiten. Für das leckere italienische Frühstück gab es Gutscheine für eine Bar. Viele weitere Aufmerksamkeiten machten den Urlaub unvergesslich. In Mantova gibt es sehr viel zu sehen und auch das Wetter war herrlich. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und wir empfehlen die Agora Residenza auf jeden Fall weiter.

Tout était parfait : accueil sympathique, bel appartement, emplacement idéal, très bons petits déjeuners en terrasse Piazza Broletto et stationnement facile à proximité malgré la zone ZTL.

Alles. Liebevoll ausgestattetes Zimmer, bis hin zu einer kleinen Küche. Die würden war außerordentlich kompetent und lieb.

Ontvangst heel gastvrij. Appartement ruim, schoon en fris. Het gebouw is prachtig antiek. Ligging geweldig vlak bij centrale pleinen met veel restaurants en café’s. Het ontbijt dichtbij was lekker.

Symphatische Vermieterin, die den Zugang zum Appartement gut beschrieb, sodass dies für mich einfach war. Eine Waschmaschine ist für Radreisende - wie mir mit wenig Gepäck - sehr hilfreich. Es ist ein großzügiges Appartement mit schöner Ausstattung.

Lage - 15 m und man ist im Stadtzentrum wehr freundliches Personal Sauberkeit Service für das Parken in der Stadt bekamen wir einen Ausweis, denn die ganze Stadt ist Video überwacht

Gute Kommunikation und sehr freundlicher Empfang vor Ort. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns auch die umfangreichen Tipps zu Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten die wir bei Ankunft erhalten haben. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der historischen Altstadt. Die Anreise mit dem Auto war trotzdem unkompliziert und wir konnten dank der guten Beschreibung des Hotels nur 1-2 Gehminuten entfernt zu einem günstigen Tagestarif parken.

올드타운에 위치해 수시로 드나들기 편했고 호스트 크리스티나의 친절한 응대와 맛집 안내도 좋았다!!ZTL이 걱정되었으나 상세한 약도와 설명과 함께 방문허가증을 내주어 걱정할 필요가 없었다!!

숙소가 2층이라 계단이 있다!!체크인 때는 다행이 크리스티나가 거뜬히 도와주었지만....

・台所と居間が、寝室の他にあり、一人では勿体無いくらい広く、かつ清潔に保たれていた。 ・冷蔵庫と調理台と流しと電子レンジに加えて、食器類も一通りあり、近くのスーパーで購入して簡単に調理して食べることができた。 ・街の中心の広場から細い道を入ってすぐの場所で、観光に最高のロケーションだけでなく、静かだった。 ・オーナーがとても親切だった。 ・地方の小都市だからかもしれないが、他の都市の宿泊施設よりずっと安かった。

朝食は名店のCafe Caravattiでの提供だったが、個人的には量が全く足りなかった（イタリアでは標準かもしれないが）。

Cristina hat uns in deutscher Sprache herzlich empfangen und uns viele Empfehlungen für Mantua gegeben. Wir durften unser Gepäck bis zum Nachmittag kostenlos deponieren. Danach hat uns Cristina noch ein Taxi zum Bahnhof bestellt. Herzlichen Dank für alles.

An “apartment hotel” in a calm side-street in the centre of the old town. My apartment was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and quiet. The manager is very helpful. A simple breakfast is served at a neighbouring café. I would stay here again.

Perfektní ubytování v centru Matova. Cristina je úžasná hostitelka, vše nám vysvětlila a dala doporučení na památky a restaurace. V apartmánu najdete vše potřebné. Mantova je krásné město. Bezproblémové a čité podzemní garaáže v Parcheggio Gonzaga, 5 minut od ubytování,10 Euro na den.

Cristina was a first class host. Very helpful both when we arrived (gave us really good tips on where to eat) and when we left (sorted out a taxi). The apartment was very spacious and quiet, and the bed extremely comfortable. And it is right in the heart of the old town.

Die Unterkunft ist im historischen Zentrum gelegen und man kann in wenigen Schritten sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten besichtigen. Einkäufe, Restaurants, Cafés, etc. sind direkt vor der Haustür. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Für das Frühstück geht man ein paar Schritte zu einem schönen Café und gibt den Coupon vom Hotel ab.

Die Lage im Zentrum der historischen Altstadt in einer Fußgängerzone, alles bequem fußläufig zu erreichen, Parkplätze in der Nähe, des Zimmer recht groß, auf unseren Wunsch hin wurde uns ein Zimmer mit Waschmaschine angeboten, die wir kostenlos nutzen konnten, die gesamte Einrichtung war typisch italienisch, das Frühstück gab es im nahegelegenen Café, sehr landestypisch, ab 7:15 Uhr mit "open End", wäre also auch noch spät oder sehr spät möglich gewesen

Die gesamte Einrichtung ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und an manchen Stellen für unseren Anspruch etwas zu landestypisch... Die Flut der Informationen beim Check-Inn waren überwältigend. Manchmal ist weniger auch mehr!

Mi è piaciuto molto il posizionamento e la struttura con la camera di per sé. Ottimo il fatto che si potesse entrare e pagare per il parcheggio direttamente in struttura veramente comodo. L'host veramente disponibile e contenta di ospitarci.

Niente, tutto bellissimo. Se dovessi dire solo un dettaglio negativo, il bagno bisognerebbe un attimo riguardarlo ma andava molto bene.

The host greeted us upon arrival and shared many useful tips for our visit. The room was spacious, warm (it was great considering lower temperatures outside in January), we could use an oven and had a great stay. The location was perfect as we could reach all sights easily on foot.
