Tolle Lage, das Zimmer sehr angenehm, Danny hatte gute Empfehlungen für den Aufenthalt und sein Frühstück (torta della nonna!) war hervorragend

Charming apartment in Mantua’s old city center. Good AC, comfortable furnishings, lovely host who was over and above helpful and accessible (thanks for the taxi arranging and the emergency iron)! Generous breakfast spread with some ham and cheese, Italian sweets (incl. Mantovan specialities), and fresh caffeine as ordered. Parking is a public, paid parking deck some minutes walk away, but it was very well run, easy to use, and a 15% discount was available from the B&B. We would stay again!

The shower could use a bit more light, and hot water took a little patience but was available. So, do wait and you’ll be fine!

Ad iniziare dall'accoglienza ricevuta al nostro arrivo ed alla partenza, alla pulizia impeccabile, stanza curata in ogni dettaglio, la colazione del mattino dolce e salato...preparato tutto con raffinatezza ed amore..semplicemente MERAVIGLIOSO....io darei non un 10..ma un 100...consigliatissimo!

Beautiful B&B, if you're planning on a trip to Mantova this is the place to stay. Everything was perfect - clean, comfortable, quiet and great breakfasts provided too. Dannj was a great host, thank you.

Der Vermieter war super freundlich. Das Zimmer sehr schön mit vielen liebevollen Details. Frühstück ebenso alles Lokal und frisch.

Dannj was an exceptional host. He is extremely knowledgeable about the city of Mantua. He is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The accomodation is lovely and nicely decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was generous and varied with some delicious local treats. The location is fantastic, very central. It is only a few minutes walk to all the main sights, restaurants and bars.

I was completely satisfied with my stay. The location is excellent, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast was high-quality and comprehensive. Most importantly, however, was the service; the person who welcomed me was extremely helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend it!

Sehr freundlicher Chef,der uns wertvolle Informationen betreffend Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Stadt vermittelte. Das Haus hat viel Charme und alle Info‘s und Organisation waren topp!

Supernetter Gastgeber. Für den Zugang und die Unterbringung der Fahrräder hat er sogar ein eigenes Video erstellt. Und als Andenken gab es bei der Abreise sogar noch einen selbstgefertigten Kühlschrankmagneten. Echt klasse! Das Zimmer liegt zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig mit Fenster zum Innenhof.

Wir hatten leider nur eine Nacht im B&B Casa del Teatro auf der Durchreise, wären aber gerne länger geblieben. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, zudem sorgte die Klimaanlage für angenehme Temperaturen. Die Lage direkt am Rand der historischen Altstadt ist ideal, um Mantua zu erkunden. Gastgeber Danny war bereits im Vorfeld über WhatsApp sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch der Parkplatz im kostenpflichtigen Parkhaus war unkompliziert, dank 15 % Rabatt vom Gastgeber. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer tollen Stadt, wir kommen gerne wieder! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt um Mantua zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage, leise und effektiv.

Struttura in pieno centro, molto pulita, curatissima in ogni dettaglio. Letti e cuscini comodissimi. Oste gentilissimo e molto disponibile: ci ha dato degli ottimi suggerimenti su cosa visitare in città e anche nei dintorni. Grazie mille Danny (Alessio per gli amici :-) )

Niente, tutto perfetto

La struttura è semplicemente deliziosa, in pieno centro e in una posizione perfetta per visitare la città. La colazione è abbondante, varia e di ottima qualità, e il servizio è stato davvero fantastico. Ho apprezzato moltissimo la disponibilità e l’attenzione del titolare: nonostante la colazione iniziasse alle 8, mi è stata data la possibilità di farla prima perché avevo un bus da prendere. Inoltre, l’ultimo giorno ho potuto lasciare i bagagli in struttura anche dopo il checkout, così da continuare a visitare la città con calma prima della partenza. La stanza era dotata di tutto il necessario, curata e confortevole. Ho trovato anche dell’acqua fresca, un dettaglio semplice ma molto apprezzato visto il caldo. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, con un’accoglienza impeccabile. Consigliatissimo!

Camera bellissima e posizione ottima per conoscere Mantova. Il vero valore aggiunto poi è la grande ospitalità di Dannj!

Una struttura molto graziosa e situata in ottima posizione, raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e vicina al centro storico. Il gestore è stato disponibile sin dal principio e si occupa personalmente della colazione molto assortita, con salato e dolce. La consiglio per chi vuole fermarsi a Mantova e visitare la città con tranquillità.

Diese nette kleine feine Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl, Dannj der Chef kümmert sich perfekt um seine Gäste. Kennt seine Stadt und hat den einen oder anderen Geheimtipp, der in keinem Reiseführer steht. Auch genial, seine Kooperation mit den Restaurants vor Ort. Jedes für sich ausgezeichnet Preis-Leistung top und das Beste: es gibt Skonti. Dannj übernimmt auch die Reservierungen. Service is his succes.

A beautiful, spacious, comfortable room and bathroom. Excellent continental breakfast spread. Wonderful host. Perfect location for the different sites in lovely Mantova (and for the train station). Can't recommend this place highly enough - would definitely go back.

Sehr schöne Lage und sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Chef. Nettes kleines Hotel, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Vorab gab es schon gute Informationen über Museen und Restaurants etc... wirklich empfehlenswert!

Beautiful, authentic and very clean and well equipped bedrooms. The Host was very kind and helpful. We were served a simple yet delicious and authentic italian/mantovian breakfast with fresh fruit, cake and bread.

Un séjour exceptionnel... Tout d'abord, l'emplacement, à moins de 15 minutes à pied de la gare et proche du centre ville. Ensuite, la chambre est magnifique avec beaucoup de charme. Elle très propre de même que la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bien lui aussi, avec du sucré, du salé et des petites spécialités locales. Et enfin, le meilleur pour la fin, c'est notre hôte Dannj, extrêmement gentil, serviable et arrangeant.

Sehr freundlicher Betreiber, schönes, gemütliches und vor allem großes Zimmer mit perfektem Bad (Montegna, 3.Stock). Sehr gutes Frühstück, optimale Lage.

Der einzige Minuspunkt: der Kühlschrank war ziemlich laut, was mich in der Nacht leider störte.

Personale accogliente ed estremamente gentile, era un regalo per i miei genitori e mi hanno aiutato a fare in modo che fosse tutto perfetto.

Una casa de total confianza. Habitación y baño muy espaciosos. Todo muy limpio. Resulta muy agradable pernoctar aquí. El saber hacer de Danni, siempre dispuesto a ayudar, resulta admirable, en todo momento pendiente de ti pero sin agobios. El desayuno más que suficiente, con productos típicos mantovanos, tanto salados como dulces. Y el capuccino buenísimo. Además, está muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos de la Piazza Erbe. También muy buenas las recomendaciones de visitas a realizar y de lugares donde comprar. En fin, un lugar recomendable cien por cien.

La posizione è ottima MA, purtroppo, in ZTL e questo, inevitabilmente, può creare qualche problemino, specialmente se si viaggia con molti bagagli. Ma, ovviamente, non dipende dalla proprietà.

Tot ha estat perfecte. Està situat en un lloc tranquil i molt a prop de la ciutat vella. La decoració molt cuidada i Dannj és un amfitrió immillorable, pendent en tot moment que tot estigués bé i donant consells per a les nostres visites.

Consigliatissimo! Camere luminose e silenziose. Pulizia impeccabile. Ottima colazione, abbondante con prodotti freschi di forno. Posizione ottima, a due passi dal centro ma in zona silenziosa. Il proprietario è di una gentilezza estrema, disponibilissimo, inoltre ci ha offerto sconti per parcheggio a lungo termine e ristoranti.

Premetto che sono una persona che viaggia molto e non ho mai incontrato una persona come Dannj, il gestore é stato di una cordialità, gentilezza e ospitalità unica. Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato da lui solo per un paio di notti ma ci siamo sentiti a casa, a parte la posizione che é super centrale e la stanza molto pulita, la sua accoglienza ha fatto veramente la differenza per noi, tanto che se dovessimo tornare non esiteremo a ricontattarlo. Super consigliato! Grazie Dannj!

Ravanini was very kind and helpful with recommendations, taxis, looking after bags and he went beyond my expectations by packing and posting to me a shirt that I'd left behind in my room. Many thanks for a wonderful stay in Mantua!

Perhaps the best feature for me was the location; easy to find, in walking distance from the station and close to the historic centre. Adequate breakfast, as was the room .

Luckily, as an open water swimmer , I didn't really mind cold water in the shower and basin. Others might object! I did run the water for some time but it failed to get even tepid. Plenty of sachets of tea and coffee ...... but no milk, powder or liquid. Could have done better on the toiletries. Only sachets of shampoo provided.

Casa del teatro è un B&B accogliente, situato in un bell’edificio antico nel pieno centro storico di Mantova, a pochi passi da tutte le principali attrazioni. La struttura è molto curata nei dettagli, accogliente e piacevole. Il proprietario, Dannj, è molto gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La camera è spaziosa, confortevole e ben tenuta. Ottima anche la colazione: abbondante, di qualità e con prodotti locali, davvero molto apprezzata. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole soggiornare in centro a Mantova in un ambiente tranquillo, curato e con un’accoglienza impeccabile.

Unser Zimmer Nr 3 war sehr schön und ruhig. Und sauber kann es nur empfehlen. Alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar.frühstuck alles was man benötigt vollkommen zufrieden

Non c'è alcuna cosa che cambierei. E' scomodo portare bagagli dal parcheggio, ma desiderando una posizione centrale, e la struttura è in posizione centrale, ed avendo Mantova ztl, è il piccolo sacrificio in cambio del soggiorno in posizione molto comoda.

Nos gustó todo, la situación muy cercana a esplendido centro antiguo , la amabilidad de Danni el propietario, las estupendas "colazione" , sus buenos consejos sobre donde se come mejor platos tipicos, que visotas realizar; lo recomendamos totalmente.

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt im Zentrum. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll ausgestattet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das täglich wechselnde Frühstücksangebot war wunderbar.

L'ambiente è molto curato e pulito, lo staff è gentilissimo e molto preparato e la colazione è completa e genuina, fatta da prodotti del territorio. Mi sento di consigliarla a chiunque ami la genuinità e le piccole realtà.

Struttura pulita, silenziosa e confortevole a poca distanza dalle piazze principali di Mantova. Oltre alla stanza molto carina e alla buona colazione con dolci e salato tipici mantovani, voglio segnalare la gentilezza e grande disponibilità di Dannj 😀 Consiglio senz’altro di soggiornare qui!

Das Zimmer ist etwas dunkel, da es sich im Dackstock befindet. Das war das einzig negative, sonst war alles super!

ALLT var bara så fantastiskt, oklanderligt fräscht rum och frukostrum, gulligt i omtanke med inredning, omtänksam värd och glatt överraskad av staden Mantova. Kommer gärna tillbaka och vill bo där igen!! Det lilla extra såsom medskickat bröd och hemgjord kylskåpsmagnet gjorde vår upplevelse extra fin ! Tack tusen tack!
