De kamer was veel te klein, ook het bed was voor twee volwassenen te klein ontbijt mag geen naam hebben ongezellige ruimte in de kelder zeer teleurgesteld. Veel te duur hotel!! Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Das Personal war durchweg super freundlich und das Essen im Restaurant richtig lecker.

Die Klimaanlage ging leider immer nach ca. 30 Minuten aus. Da es im Zimmer sehr warm war und man wegen des Lärms draußen auch nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte, war das etwas schade. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen könnten gerne noch etwas gemütlicher und bequemer gestaltet sein, sodass man dort auch mal länger entspannt zusammensitzen kann. Auch bei der Sauberkeit hätten wir uns an der einen oder anderen Stelle etwas mehr gewünscht. Besonders die Türen hätten zwischendurch einmal abgewischt werden können. Ansonsten haben wir uns aber wohlgefühlt.

Het ontbijt is goed. Heerlijke scrambled eggs en verse croissants. Dus niets op aan te merken. Personeel is vriendelijk.

De douchekop was stuk, dat was onhandig. Ook op de 2e verdieping was het even zoeken naar de trap.

De locatie was goed, we konden de auto kon bij het hotel parkeren. Het restaurant heeft een beperkte keuze, maar het eten was van goede kwaliteit. De kamer was ruim en de bedden waren goed.

De kamer zijn zeer gehorig. Doordat het oude hotel houten vloeren heeft, kun je de buren boven en naast je horen lopen. Alsof ze op je kamer lopen!

Good size bedroom, and bathroom with a walk in shower. Good air-conditioning that was easy to control, and quiet. Private gated car park. Express supermarket only a 10 minute walk away, and a metro station. Only 30 minute walk to city centre. Comfortable bed , snd pillows. Extra pillows available if you ask.

The tv in the room could be a bit bigger. The area isn't the best, but balance that with the cost of the room, and it's good value for money.

Heerlijk gegeten, heel leuk hotel!

Es tracta d'un lloc agradable, la gent amable, només cal tenir en compte que hi ha 19 places gratuïtes d'aparcamentt i és justet, a vegades és ple. És bonic, era una antiga cas d'un senyor propietari tèxtil.

Les places d'aparcament. Van aparcar davant nostre i no vam poder sortir degut a un altre client. Ens van compensar amb un cafè pobres. Hi va haver molt bona predisposició.

Uitstraling

Belle chambre bien équipée, salle de bain propre et très correcte. Amabilité du personnel. Quartier calme proche du centre ville.

Liquides de toilette en trop faible quantité restante, difficile à extraire de la bouteille fixée au mur.

J’ai trouvé l’hôtel très cher 300 euros 2 nuits …

I want to protest against the booking and payment method of this hotel. I got a message saying that my booking was not guaranteed all the Booking.com guarantees it through my credit card and then I was asked to do what Booking.com recommends against which is click on the link to go to an unknown payment platform and leave my full credit card details including the CVC code. Which I of course did not do. The hotel then said that my room would not be available after 18 hours on the day of arrival if I did not do this I absolutely protest against this way of work, which is insecure and I believe goes against the principles of doing all advance payments through Booking.com. On the one hand booking says that my room is guaranteed, and on the other hand the hotel claims that it is not. Why do I use Booking.com then? I think those practices by the hotel should be put in question.

Le parking est payant. 16 euro la journée. Cela n apparaît pas clairement lors de la réservation en ligne. Donc On pensait que ce service est inclut mais c est le contraire à l arrivée à l'hôtel.

The hotel has some original features remaining. The restaurant and entrance and staircase are very beautiful. The rest has been modernised and maximised for space. The food was good.

Rooms are small but ok for one night. The breakfast room is in the basement and is quite small - although the scrambled egg was excellent,

La rapport qualité prix est clairement décevant. Certes la chambre réservée était une chambre standard mais dans notre cas c’était une chambre minimaliste dans sa taille et dans la prestation: minuscule, au sol une moquette d’âge (sans chanssons pr respecter l’hygiène d’une moquette), un cadre avec le renvoi vers le guide d’accueil complètement cassé ( du plus mauvais effet quand on rentre dans la chambre), le support de papier toilette cassé, peintures de la salle de bains défraîchie. Je n’ai pas l’habitude de laisser des commentaires mais là franchement la chambre ne valait pas le prix que j’ai payée Je suis déçue car les photos ne reflétaient pas tout cela.

Le parking et le restaurant était fermé le jour où je suis venu donc j’ai galéré pour trouver une place dans la rue et j’ai dû ressortir pour m’acheter de quoi manger . De plus j’ai dû me doucher à l’eau froide car pas d’eau chaude , quand je l’ai signalé on ne m’a même pas proposé de geste commercial.

Mooie locatie in rustige buurt (weekend), grote kamer, prima bedden, lekker ontbijt. Laatste parkeerplek op de binnenplaats gekregen. In 25 minuten wandelen bij centrum. Aardige en behulpzame medewerkers.

Net als in veel modern ingerichte hotels, beperkte hang- en bergruimte voor kleding en weinig handdoekhaakjes.

Room and bathroom were spacious, but this was because for some reason we were put in a disabled room, hence the space, not sure what a normal one would be like. Bed was large, comfortable and the bedlinen was cotton. Air conditioning in room centrally controlled. Water was always hot and there was good shower pressure. There was a coffee machine and bottles of water provided (when they remembered). There was a safe, although this was too small to store iPads. The staff were friendly and helpful. Car parking was free and secure, and best feature of the hotel. 5 minute walk to Metro and just 3 stops to town centre. 15 minute walk in other direction to Porte du Paris and the Town Hall. A further 15 minute walk to the Grand Place. Breakfast was good for a 3 star hotel, but depending on staff member on duty, not replenished quickly enough, very small breakfast room meant you were always getting in somebody's way when trying to get food!

Hotel is in a very scruffy depressing location, so not nice walking around. The building is an old mansion which has been turned into a hotel. It is very weird, especially the reception area. Some renovation has been done well, other areas are a bit strange. Some nice features have been retained, especially the restaurant area. From reception, we had to walk through the restaurant with our cases etc. to get to our room which was strange! No problem with the staff just not enough of them to cope. Housekeeping very erratic, rooms not serviced until 3/4 in the afternoon because of lack of staff. Not always serviced properly, had to ask for clean glasses, toilet rolls etc. as they were not replenished. No kettle for making tea, did ask for one, but they only have two and they were both out! Very limited hanging space, just 7 hangers, no other storage, drawers etc, so it was living out of a suitcase. Overall it did a job for us but we were not impressed and would not return. The car park was a major bonus!

Hotel staat in een gewone straat. Via een poort is de mooie antieke entree te vinden met aan de achterzijde een flink terras. De afgesloten gratis parkeerplaats was ideaal. Het ontbijt was goed. De niet al te grote kamer was keurig ingericht en voorzien van alles wat belangrijk is om te slapen en te douchen.

Attractive hotel with secure parking in a handy walkable location for all the sights. Staff were friendly and the room whilst a bit small was very comfortable and well appointed

Im Bad roch es fürchterlich nach Abfluss. Ein Sessel hatte ein kaputtes Stuhlbein - darauf sitzen wäre gefährlich gewesen. Die Innenausstattung war schon in die Jahre gekommen. Für eine Übernachtung war es okay (wir waren auf der Durchreise), aber für ein paar Tage würde ich etwas anderes wählen.

Initial access and checkin was tricky as it's located on a narrow residential street with limited signage to direct to the main gates for the car park and pedestrian entrances. However, once we found the intercom to contact reception all was good
