Slechte WiFi en slecht bed

De locatie was goed. Wij hadden fietsen mee. Het was 10 minuten fietsen naar het centrum De auto's hebben een goede parkeerplek. Het personeel is vriendelijk en helpen je goed.

Kamer is klein benauwd en sfeerloos. Overal vloerbedekking wat niet echt fris is.

After a day of traveling, we had an easy check-in. The room was comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast in the morning was lovely.

The hotel location was a bit away from the city centre, but it was quiet. The bathroom was very small and cramped to move about in.

Отличное место расположение. Все в общем было хорошо. Паркинг закрытый , что очень хорошо и это редкость. Завтрак замечательный, фреш, омлет, колбаски ,сыры, фрукты, отлично все приготовлено, спасибо!!!! Спасибо персоналу, отзывчивый. Комната маленькая, но душевая большая.

У нас был номер для инвалидов и в душевой небыло вверху крепления для душа, приходилось держать в руке,но впринципе это не страшно.

The location was very bad. The quality and decor of the hotel is bad and needs modernising. No air conditioning. Poor quality breakfast Staff was not that friendly. Didn’t like that the evening staff allowed a homeless person enter the building begging for money.

Fotos die op het site van booking staan zijn niet up to date omdat kamers bijna niet hetzelfde uitzien als op fotos. Het is helemaal niet schoon van ingang hotel tot aan de kamers. Instappen van hotel een onaangename geur en in de kamers ( 2 kamers geweest ) hangt er riool geur en werd duizelig ervan.

Il y a eu deux alarmes à 3h et 6h du matin, ce qui a perturbé notre nuit...

Prima lokatie centrum makkelijk te bereiken via de metro

Helaas is er in de nacht 2 keer het alarm afgegaan, 1e keer om 03.30 uur en 2e keer om 6 uur. Gelukkig loos alarm maar ww hebben daardoor heel slecht geslapen

Chambre cosy, très propre et confortable. Environnement assez calme. Personnel très avenant et serviable. Petit déjeuner assez bien (mention spéciale pour la mimolette 15 ans d'âge et les brioches perdues !). Parking gratuit : ça fait vraiment très plaisir ! Petit parc à proximité avec une ferme pédagogique sympa.

L'horaire du petit-déjeuner est assez serré (de 7h à 9h). Même si le personnel est très conciliant et flexible, ça réduit pas mal les possibilités de grasse matinée, pourtant précieuses en période de vacances

Le service et l'hôtel étaient très bien à l'exception du petit point mentionné ci-dessous.

Les chambres sont un peu petite pour deux personnes avec des bagages et la salle de bain ne permet pas de sécher deux grands essuies mais ce n'est pas non plus rédhibitoire.

Good basic hotel room, free parking is great, nice staff and walkable distance from the centre. Metro and supermarket is nearby. Check-out at 12 is also nice

Hôtel bien situé et petit déjeuner avec du choix.

Insonorisation de la chambre les fenêtres donnaient côté rue et nous entendions beaucoup la circulation.

De locatie is perfect. Er is voor de auto een eigen parkeerterrein. Binnen 15 minuten lopen ben je al bij de grote shopping mall en een kleine afstand verder ben je in het gezellige oude centrum. Op zelfs 7 minuten lopen, kan je heerlijk italiaans eten bij: Squadra Club. Mocht je een keer naar een concert willen gaan in de Zenith, dan kan je ook hier prima slapen. Je kan vanaf dit hotel lopend naar de Zenith. Het personeel is aardig en heel behulpzaam, allemaal. Het ontbijt is verder ook goed en voldoende.

Ik heb niks negatiefs ervaren.

De ligging van het hotel en het gratis parkeren van je auto.

De kamer was ronduit smerig. Overal zaten gaten in de muren met vieze vlekken (in de vloer & op de muur) en hadden wij last van heel veel muggen op de kamer (zeker 8/9 stuks op 1 dag). Ook zaten er dode muggen die nog aan de muur vast geplakt zaten.

Proximité , calme, confort de la literie, personnel sympathique

Pas suffisamment de sachets de thé dans la chambre pour la durée de mon séjour. Pas de souci pour moi si le ménage n'est pas fait mais prévoir plusieurs sachets en fonction de la durée du séjour aurait été idéal. La prochaine fois je demanderai 😉 Le point lumineux de la TV qui éclaire toute la chambre et que je n'ai pas réussi à éteindre ou camoufler.

Très mal situé dans Lille (quartier qui craint !), pas de clim

Parking is included and easily accessible. Hotel is walking distance from the center and we felt safe walking around, even at night, even though the neighbourhood isn't attractive, to say the least.

The room was small, to the point that the bathroom door had to be a folding door, if not it wouldn't have fit the room. The hotel needs a good revamp, it's old and tired. Service was bad: our room wasn't thoroughly clean on arrival. We weren't informed that our room would only be cleaned on request, so on our second day, we can back to an unmade bed, no clean towels etc. Clients are also expected to clear the tables after breakfast so at that point why get a hotel if we're receiving a McDonald's service? Might as well choose an Air'bnb!

Personnel agréable, chambre propre, pas trop petite, salle de bain idéale. Et en plus, un ventilateur, ce qui est fort appréciable ces derniers temps.

Freundliches Personal, die Bar war sehr lang geöffnet, die Lobby war sehr angenehm, ruhiges Haus. Gutes Frühstück. Kostenloses parken.

Das Zimmer war etwas zu klein. Das Fenster ging nicht auf kipp.

Le personnel de l'hôtel a été agréable. La chambre avait une taille largement suffisante pour nous 4. Les lits et la salle de bain étaient confortables et propres.

Nous sommes tombés sur 2 jours très chauds (36 degrés). La chambre n'étant pas climatisée nous avons eu très chaud et ce, malgré le ventilateur fourni. L'hôtel ne peut hélas pas grand chose à ces températures extrêmes.

Surprisingly decent breakfast. Generously sized shower (albeit at the expense of the rest of the bathroom). Three separate beds (the reason we booked it). Facility for left luggage. Fairly close to the station (though hard to find the way).

The room was very hot and smelled lived in when we arrived. It was challenging to find the way there from the station - ended up walking through what felt like a rough neighborhood (we eventually found a more direct route). Elbow room in the bathroom v limited by the generous shower cubicle.

Bed was comfortabel, ontbijt (en het ontbijtruimte zelf) waren onwijs goed, het extra geld waard! TV had meerdere kanalen in verschillende talen, met sommige kanalen kon men zelfs de taal veranderen, super handig! Locatie was heel goed, dichtbij een metrostation en redelijk dichtbij Westfield Euralille en Lille Flandres / Lille Europe treinstations. Ik vond ook de spreuken aan de muren echt leuk en inspirerend.

Mijn kamer was een beetje klein en het tapijt was een beetje oud, heeft wat verversing nodig.

Tout sauf le personnel. Nous étions déjà dans cet hôtel au moment des Jeux Olympiques. Le personnel était alors souriant et avenant. Ça n'a pas été le cas cette fois-ci !

Hôtel assez sale et sans climatisation. Ventilateurs en mauvais état. Eau du robinet tiède, il fait descendre au l'accueil pour avoir de l'eau fraîche aux fontaines.

The staff is excellent: very friendly and very helpful in advising what to see and where to eat! The breakfast is good and the location is perfect if you do not mind to walk 15 minutes to the Centre.

De locatie van dit hotel is top!! Twee minuten vanaf de snelweg. Daarna parkeren op het eigen en afgesloten terrein. We hadden fietsen bij ons die in de afgesloten garage konden worden gestald! Per fiets ben je binnen tien minuten in het oude centrum van Lille. Ook lopend naar dit centrum is vanuit het hotel goed te doen. Ontvangst door een zeer vriendelijke dame die ons incheckte en voorzag van de nodige informatie. Er is een lift. De kamer was zoals te verwachten van een Kyriad. Netjes, niet groot maar wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Wifi werkte goed. Het bed was aan de harde kant maar OK. Prima douche, jammer dat het water in de wastafel slecht wegliep. Tijdens ons verblijf was het buiten max 33C. En omdat de kamer geen airco heeft liep de temperatuur ondanks de aanwezigheid van een goed werkende ventilator aardig op. Het hotel serveert een uitstekend ontbijt met een ruime keuze aan brood, beleg, yoghurt, fruit, etc. Samengevat: voor een kort verblijf in de mooie stad Lille of als overnachtingsadres op weg naar elders is dit hotel met z'n goede prijs/kwaliteit zeker aan te raden!!

Ideal location, good secure parking, staff were very helpful ,polite and friendly.

Room was a bit of a let down, very small, no air conditioning, window didn’t open correctly so had to keep it shut and it’s was 28 degrees, although a fan was provided it didn’t help much.

Smerig tapijt, bruine vlekken op de muren en plafonds. Zwarte schimmel in de vitrage, gaten in de muren. Hele kleine badkamer met een vouw deurtje. Hotel ligt niet in een sociaal vriendelijke wijk. Hangjongeren en daklozen en verwarde mensen maken dat je niet in de avond op pad gaat. Direct onderaan een drukke weg met open afrit. Vuilnis ligt aan de overkant op de stoep en werd niet opgeruimd.

This is a lovely hotel with secure parking included. Location is great within a 15 minute walk of train stations and city centre. Rooms are compact, well equipped and very clean. Also very quiet.

It was all good, although roads to access the hotel are quite narrow

The staff were very attentive polite and helpful. It is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for, the room was comfortable and clean with tea and coffee which could be refreshed daily. 10 min walk from Eurostar but on the other side to everything. 24hr check in and on site car park. Large carfour supermarket at Europe lille with loads of eateries handy for breakfast etc. Lille is a fabulous place to visit.

No air conditioning but were given a fan on request we were here during the heatwave. We couldn’t leave the window open due to street noise the hotel is in a residential area and we were put on the ground floor. The walk from Eurostar to the hotel is safe enough during the day but isn’t pleasant. All of the above aside we actually had a good stay and if in Lille again for a budget stay would book here again.

Nous avions une chambre familiale très grande et la salle de bain est très petite sans possibilité de verrouiller la porte. Personnel courtois mais sans plus. Ne donne aucune information si vous ne posez pas la question. Mais ces éléments ne sont pas essentiels. Nous sommes contents de notre séjour.

Le personnel très sympathique, parking voiture appréciable, petit déjeuner correct, literie confortable.

Vétusté de l'établissement, accès par le parking vers la réception sale, moquette tachée dans le couloir, chambre trop petite non climatisée, salle de bain minuscule avec tâches de moisissures au plafond, porte séparation abîmée et sale, il a fallu demander à la réception de nettoyer la chambre pour le lendemain ( cela ne m'était jamais arrivé). Cet établissement ne mérite absolument pas un trois étoiles, ce fût une totale déception.

The hotel is situated in a rough area, it’s quite a walk into the centre of Lille and most of all the room was unbearably hot, with a pathetic, ineffectual fan. Air conditioning is essential and without it all the negatives added up to a very unsatisfactory stay.

Chambres propre avec douche ,petite bouilloire pour thé et café. Le petit déjeuner complet, pancake, baguette, gateau, petit pain,pain perdue complété avec du fromage,de la charcuterie oeufs fruits, café .... Pour nous l'hôtel était bien situé pas loin du métro ou à pied du centre ville. au retour du concert on a pu regarder le match de l'équipe de France avec d'autres clients a l'accueil. Le personnel très sympathique , souriant

Positief verblijf, voor een eerste bezoek aan Lille. Perfecte ligging, nabij het metrostation Madeleine Caulier op de gele lijn, waardoor je op max. 15 minuten op het station Lille Flandres staat. Schoon hotel, gezellig ingerichte lounge aan de receptie. Schone kamers, geen airco maar wel een grote ventilator voorzien (die echt van pas kwam!). Heerlijk ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, kortom: een mooie herinnering aan Rijsel!
