The table could be a bit bigger, there is no place to put our stuff, we used the armchair for that. But it is very small thing. In our room also window was very small, we would be happy to have bigger size. But the important things were exactly like we expected and we are very satisfied. Btw. Sometimes water was cold in the shower.

Zimmer (309) mit Balkon ist eigentlich nicht korrekt. Ich hatte keinen schönen Blick. Den Balkon kann man gar nicht nutzen. Zimmergrösse für 2 sehr eng. Es ist sehr laut ( Strassenlärm) auch wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind!

Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber auf den Bettbezügen waren teilweise flecken zusehen. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Zimmer waren sehr eklig und mit Blut befleckt, also wirklich widerlich. Das Bad war in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch war wenigstens dieses Sauber. Die Wände waren auch schmutzig.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026What a great hotel just on the edge of the historic town. Amazing room with balcony level 5. Wonderful staff so welcoming and always a smile on arriving and leaving on your day. Breakfast good and varied, we booked room only but had breakfast on 2 days on our 4 day stay, really good options of hot and cold options to suit all tastes. Cater for dietry needs,gluten free etc. Really a great location with views of city and mountains. Would definately re visit .

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026We were given a warm welcome by the male member of staff on reception, who whenever he worked was always happy and spoke to us as we left and arrived. The room was clean and the balcony was lovely to sit out. Good air con. Great location.
The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom, needs recsealed, it soaked the clothing we had folded on the floor ready to wear. We requested single beds and were given a double. We stated I was gluten free before we arrived and the only breakfast offering was a gf bun which was frozen and heated ... very poor in comparison to the gf cereals, muffins and pastries provided at every other European hotel I have stayed at. In addition, the plates of eggs and cheeses were often empty. Lift was broken on one day of our stay and had to walk up the 100+ stairs to our room in the heat

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026La habitación en el ático con terracita con vistas nos gustó mucho. El baño tiene un jacuzzi, y es amplio y funcional. Los empleados en la recepción son amables y atentos a cualquier necesidad. La localización es perfecta, muy céntrica, y ofrecen un parking cercano y a precio razonable para guardar el coche y olvidarte de él.
Aunque es un hotel que ya tiene sus años, lo han ido adaptando a los tiempos, pero quizá el ascensor podría ser más silencioso para las habitaciones que están cerca. También se podría mejorar algo la limpieza del suelo, pero tampoco se puede decir que estuviera sucio. Y hay que evitar abrir las ventanas porque te comen los mosquitos, ya que el río está al lado.

Il bagno andrebbe rinnovato, sembra più vecchio rispetto al resto della camera. Da sistemare gli scarichi dei rubinetti perché l'acqua scorreva molto lentamente.

Les équipements de climatisations ont fuite d’eau qui ont coulé sur nos affaires, ils y avaient des fourmis dans notre chambre au 4ème étage. Au niveau de la douche il y a une fenêtre avec un film pour cacher mais on voit tout de l’autre côté. L'établissement nous a indiqué un remboursement partiel mais aucune confirmation par mail et à ce jour aucune nouvelle.

No hubo electricidad en la habitación desde las 18:00pm hasta las 5am del día siguiente aproximadamente. Por lo que trabajar, cargar dispositivos o ver la televisión era imposible. Por otro lado el aire acondicionado no funcionó y en pleno verano con más de 30 es bastante incómodo y se hace difícil descansar. También no me gustó ver como se rellenaban las botellas de agua del desayuno con agua del grifo en la barra y más cuando las botellas son de una marca en concreto.

No hay armario, solo un colgador con perchas, por lo demás correcto.

Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con la colazione nel fine settimana. Orario di apertura alle 8:00, troppo tardi per noi. Ci hanno dato dei cestini e ci hanno permesso di mangiare sui tavoli vicino all'entrata, ma non è stata la stessa cosa che servirsi liberamente come gli altri giorni. Per avere qualcosa senza glutine ho dovuto chiedere ( mi sarebbero bastate delle gallette di riso) e aspettare un po' che il pane si scongelasse in forno. Secondo noi, forse, ci sarebbe voluta una persona in più del personale.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Originally it was a little challenging finding the place. Once there, I enjoyed a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious. Getting to places was fine -- an average of 10 minutes to nearby sites, but the Alcazaba and the Magaleta was an average of 20-30 minutes depending how quickly you walk.
There is nothing that the hotel staff could do. The community was fine but not stellar. While the hotel is on the outskirts of all attractions, it is still a good place to stay. As stated before, an average of 10-25 minutes depending on what attraction the visitor wants to see.

Posizione ottima, vicino al centro ma non proprio nelle vie dei negozi, quindi perfetta per raggiungere la piazza principale in 2 min ma senza troppi rumori. Il centro città si raggiunge in pochissimo, la spiaggia Malagueta è a 30 minuti a piedi. Cosa ottima: dopo il check out (alle ore 12:00) ci hanno permesso di lasciare le valigie in reception fino al pomeriggio inoltrato.
Il punto peggiore è che la temperatura non può essere modificata, la temperatura è in tutto l'edificio di 26°, anche dentro la stanza d'estate (giorno e notte), abbiamo chiesto alla reception ma non è possibile modificare ulteriormente (come unica soluzione mi avevano proposto un ventilatore, ma in una giornata di 37° non era assolutamente sufficiente). Nel frattempo che si ci preparare per uscire c'è molto caldo con il phone acceso, di contro la notte c'era quasi freddo invece (essendo che l'erogatore dell'aria si trova quasi sopra il letto); Il posto ha bisogno di una rinfrescata: muri da pitturare, parti in legno da sostituire. Altro grande punto a sfavore la colazione: davvero nulla di che, la parte dolce l'ho provata; quella salata non l'avrei mai scelta. La prenotazione era per 2 persone ma all'arrivo c'era solo un asciugamano grande e una per il viso, per averne un'altra coppia ho dovuto chiedere alla reception, nessun asciugamano piccolo. L'insonorizzazione delle stanze non è delle migliori: si sentivano i rumori delle altre stanze accanto. Posto con grande potenziale, sfruttato male.

Experiencia horrible. El olor a humedad de las habitaciones es insoportable (y seguramente tóxico). Habitaciones claustrofóficas y sucias (no por el servicio de limpieza), es una suciedad estructural, de la que se acumula durante años. Paredes desconchadas y olor insoportable. Estabamos deseandonos irnos de allí. Calidad-precio malísimo.

Il bagno: troppo piccolo, da non potercisi girare dentro, e senza un appoggio per gli oggetti personali. La prima colazione aveva dei prodotti non freschi (il latte di soia era andato a male, le uova strapazzate e il bacon erano cucinati male, la frutta - nella fattispecie l'uva - era senza sapore e parecchio passatuccia).
