A beautiful hotel in the middle of everything and with the fantastic bonus of a great rooftop pool. All the reception staff were amazing and answered every query we had. Would definitely come back to this hotel, we had a great time here!

The location is pretty unbeatable and it was nice that there was a pool, if small.

My room only had a window to the indoor courtyard. My TV remote control didn't work - it probably just ran out of battery - but I think that could have been checked when cleaning?

Ligging, vriendelijk personeel.

Zwembad 3,5x4,5 meter. Mocht wat groter. Op zonneterras bij zwembad waren geen parasols. Bakken geblazen.

The room was great. Especially as we were on the fourth floor near the pool and sun terrace. The staff were all great and very helpful.

Centrally located, really helpful staff both before and during the stay, clean comfortable room, breakfast was good value for money and amazing pool/solarium. We’d recommend and will stay again.

De bedden waren enorm comfortabel, enkel lastig dat een Tweepersoonsbed 2 aparte bedden had waardoor het bed dikwijls verschoof. (misschien iets voorzien om dit wegrollen een beetje tegen te houden?) Het ontbijt was ook zeer lekker, basic maar voor €10/persoon valt er zeker niet over te klagen. Personeel van de receptie was ook zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging was perfect centraal gelegen. Enkel jammer dan van het lawaai buiten natuurlijk. Maar hier kan het hotel uiteraard niets aan doen. Misschien meer isolatie voorzien? Alleszins een leuk, gezellig kleinschalig hotel!

De badkamer was zeer klein maar je had alles wat je nodig had. De dame die instaat voor het ontbijt was niet echt vriendelijk. Bij het afruimen gebeurde alles met veel lawaai en ze kwam redelijk kort over. Het zwembad had ik groter verwacht, maar vooral ook de liggelegenheden aan het zwembad. Er was niets gezelligs aan, enkele ligbedden die er stonden en dat was het. Alles wat uiteraard snel ingenomen. Eigen drank moest men daar ook voorzien waardoor hotelgasten snel naar een nachtwinkel gingen om sterke drank.

Tout était parfait, l'hôtel, le personnel super agréable et à nos petits soins. Un déjeuner extra et pas cher. Zone très tranquille.

Super Lage, leckeres Frühstück, nette Mitarbeiter, schönes Zimmer auf der 4. Etage, ruhige Klimaanlage.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super zentral, aber auch leider sehr laut. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern war es laut. Ohropax mitnehmen hilft bestimmt.

De medewerker van het ontbijt was níét vriendelijk. Jaagde ons al weg door de lichten uit te doen om 10u29. Zeer bruut met de borden en bestel.

Mucho ruido fuera y las ventana sin proteger de sonidos acústicos ,mucha gente chillando por la noche ,no se podía dormir ,las ventanas no ayudan a dormir no aíslan del ruido El restaurante indio se mete el olor a curry por toda la habitación

Excellent hotel, really central, helpful staff, great breakfast, very clean and lovely comfortable bed. The pool was an addred bonus after a busy day sightseeing

Las camas eran cómodas y la piscina era pequeña pero estaba bastante bien

Pasé dos noches con mi pareja y las dos noches estuvimos sin luz y sin aire. La primera noche me desperté por el calor y pensaba que el aire de nuestra habitación había fallado. Por la mañana vimos que tampoco funcionaban los ascensores y es que se había ido la luz en todo el hotel. Lo solucionaron esa misma mañana, pero esa noche se volvió a ir. Llegamos por la noche al hotel después de todo el día fuera y había luz, nos montamos en el ascensor y nos quedamos encerrados dentro porque se volvió a ir. Pasamos otra vez la noche sin luz ni aire. Pagamos casi 400€ por dos noches y la solución que nos han dado ha sido devolvernos el 25% de lo que pagamos, cosa que no me parece proporcionada teniendo en cuenta que las dos noches las pasamos sin luz ni aire y nos quedamos metidos dentro del ascensor. Todavía no nos han hecho la devolucion del importe y ha pasado ya casi un mes. Entiendo que los cortes de luz eran en toda la manzana y no culpa del hotel, pero es su responsabilidad hacerse cargo y de momento no lo han hecho.

the room was great, top floor with great views over the city and just a few steps from the rooftop swimming pool and the sun terrace. the hotel also hires out bikes, which were great for getting around. there was an optional breakfast which we didn't try but it looked very good

no tea/coffee making facility in the room but there was a coffee machine in reception. there was a problem witht the electricity supply ( all over Malaga) when we were there which meant walking up a lot off stairs to get to our room on the 4th floor, not the hotels fault though and being right at the top meant we were right by the swimming pool.

Rigtig god beliggenhed, og venligt personale. Vi købte ikke morgenmad på hotellet, men blev enige om at vi godt kunne have gjort det, da det altid så både lækkert og hyggeligt ud, og prisen ville have været den samme som at gå ud i byen og spise. Tagterrassen ved poolen er rigtig dejlig, og har den flotteste udsigt over byens seværdigheder.

Værelse i stueetagen, lige ved elevatoren. Det føltes lidt som at bo på gangen, da alle skulle forbi vores værelse, og der desværre er lydt. Værelset var alt i alt godt, bare ærgerligt at man kunne høre støj fra gangen.

Położenie w samym centrum miasta, bliskość atrakcji. Bardzo miły, przyjazny i pomocny personel. Pokoje czyste, ładne i przytulne, na wyposażeniu kosmetyki (nawet odżywka do włosów). 😃 Na powitanie woda wraz z kartką ręcznie pisaną. Na czwartym piętrze - basen oraz dalej po schodach - miejsce do opalania wyposażone w leżaki. Wszystko dostępne w cenie noclegu. Bardzo nam się podobało.

Milý personál, malá ale pekná izba, dobrá lokalita, stále dostupná káva a voda

Na štvrtom poschodí vypadávala elektrina tak v izbe dve noci nefungovala klíma, svetlo, teplá voda ani výťah, bolo to hrozné ale potom nás presťahovali na prvé poschodie a bolo dobre.

Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen. Respan nuorimies oli ystävällinen. Mukavaa, kun allasalueella sai olla vielä uloskirjautumisen jälkeenkin.

Hotellissa oli laaja sähkökatko. En tiedä johtuiko siitä, mutta avainkorttimme lakkasi toimimasta samoin kuin hotellin wifi ja useiden huoneiden ilmastointi. Ilmeisesti tällaista on tapahtunut asiakasarvioiden mukaan ennenkin? Huoneemme kuumeni yöllä niin kuumaksi, ettei siellä voinut olla, vaan heräsimme kuumuuteen. Respan ystävällinen nuorimies löysi meille kolmen ja neljän välillä yöllä huoneen, jossa ilmastointi toimi. Vietimme siellä loppuyön. Wifi toimi vain saapuessamme mutta ei enää illemmalla eikä myöhemminkään vierailumme aikana. Ilmastointikaan ei tullut kuntoon alkuperäisessä huoneessamme, johon meidän piti palata aamulla. Tällaisen jälkeen toivoisi, että respassa pahoiteltaisiin asiaa uloskirjautumisen yhteydessä tai neuvottaisiin tekemään reklamaatio, mutta näin ei tapahtunut. Uima-allas on kiva mutta aika pieni, ja se meni harmittavan aikaisin kiinni. Aurinkotuolien yhteydessä olisi hyvä olla aurinkovarjot.

Clean central and very friendly

We had no electricity intermittently for 3 of our four day stay. This was a complete inconvenience, the hotel had no generator so there was no back up. Understand it’s not hotels fault but communication and generator would have fixed the problem immediately

We stayed at this hotel for one week, but unfortunately our experience was seriously affected by repeated electricity outages. For three consecutive days, we had no electricity for several hours at a time, including during very hot nights. There was also no Wi-Fi during these periods. We understand that the power problem affected several areas around the hotel and may not have been directly caused by the hotel. However, as guests, we still had to deal with very uncomfortable conditions, especially in the heat and at night. We paid the full price for our stay, but the experience was far from what we expected from a hotel stay. We believe the hotel should have provided better support or offered some form of compensation for the significant inconvenience. Overall, this situation had a major negative impact on our stay.

Stort väsen från gatan hela natten fram till kl 0600, varje natt. Sista natten så hade vi ingen ström på rummet och fick ingen kompensation. Ingen AC fungerade naturligtvis

Arrived to elevator not working, so had to drag heavy suitcase up 3 flights of stairs with arthriticankles (has failed twice since). Air conditioning not working either so slept in a sauna! Still not working in morning so went out. Came back and all fixed. Except not in my room. Was told it was my fault for touching the control panel. Paid a lot of money so complained - I was told to go to another hotel! VERY small room: can barely squeeze past end of bed to get to the other side where the mirror is. NO wardrobe or cupboards for clothes! A rail hanging over the fridge only. Pluses: a fridge, although completely full of stuff they want you to drink at hotel price (like everywhere these days to be fair - the Americans' influence ). No coffee machine though. Location is excellent. Breakfast is excellent. Staff varied: some friendly, some rude, one at front desk just ignored me completely when I asked for help. Heard many complaints about noise, which I guess is for rooms at front. Mine was at the back and I never heard a thing. Pool is a plunge pool on the roof, not a swimming pool but that's fine: what do you expect for middle of old town Malaga. Clean. New stuff in rooms. Overall, just way over priced for a very average hotel who use clever camera angles to make everything look bigger (doesn't everyone these days?) If it was a budget hotel I would have been happy, notwithstanding the elevator and air-conditioning issues, which must happen all the time but they keep quiet about it (and have not offered any kind of refund or apolgy).

We have traveled to many places around the world, but we have rarely experienced such genuine kindness. The reception staff, as well as everyone else working at the hotel, were incredibly helpful and warm-hearted. Among all the wonderful things about our stay, I think this is what touched us the most.

Personnel accueillant et serviable. Très bonne isolation phonique. Bonne literie. Second séjour dans cet hôtel à proximité de tout. Nous y retournerons pour notre prochain séjour sans aucun doute.

Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima per visitare il centro storico e il porto.

Purtroppo non si possono tenere le finestre tanto aperte perché c’è spesso odore dai ristoranti in strada. L’unico piccolo problema che però non dipende dalla struttura.

la posizione dell'hotel è perfetta per visitare il centro storico e i suoi musei. Nelle vicinanze ci sono numerosi ristoranti, adatti anche a spuntini veloci. La piscina è piccola ma confortevole. La colazione è buona e il servizio di picnic per le uscite mattutine è stato valido. Un grazie particolare allo staff, sempre molto disponibile

il difetto peggiore della stanza è stato il letto, purtroppo bastava una minima spinta per muoverlo a causa di due gambe su rotelle che non era possibile blocare

Wir haben kurzfristig ein Familienzimmer gebucht und waren rundum zufrieden. Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns, dass die beiden Kinderbetten keine üblichen IKEA-Klappbetten waren, sondern vollwertige Betten. Dadurch haben auch unsere Kinder sehr gut geschlafen. Der Rooftop-Pool war ein echtes Highlight. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber und die Einrichtungen waren modern und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter – alle waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Rendkívül jó az elhelyezkedése. Mindenhez közel van. A nagy városi séták után igazi felfrissülést jelentett a tetőtéri napozó és medence. A recepción dolgozó Marinának küldön köszönet a kedvességért és professzionális munkájáért!

Az éjszakai szórakozásból hazatérő fiatalok által okozott hajnali zajok.

Perfect dipping pool on Roof but umbrellas badly needed for loungers as it gets soo hot on Roof in the summer months.

La camera era accogliente e molto carina. Lo staff è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile. La piscina in terrazza un bel plus. Una doccia nel solarium l’avrebbe reso ancora più piacevole. Posizione ottima. Colazione ok, ma niente di eccezionale.

Purtroppo la camera non era insonorizzata e nella via c’è davvero molto rumore, dormire la notte era davvero difficile.

Just back from an amazing 4 night stay in this hotel. Location, room, breakfast all really good but what made the stay exceptional was the staff, every single member of staff was pleasant and so so helpful, taking time to help us with all the queries we put to them. We will be back very soon I hope.

Supervision of pool (some people were playing music, drinking and sitting in the side of a very small pool). It would have been nice to have some optional sun umbrellas.
