Frühstücksbuffet und Abendbuffet waren enorm umfangreich und liessen keinerlei Wünsche offen, und das bei sehr guter Qualität. Die Lage in der zweiten Reihe von der Strandpromenade und etwa einen Kilometer vom Partyhotspot entfernt war ideal. Ganz nah zum Strand, mitten drin und dennoch ruhig. Die Zimmer waren sauber und aufgeräumt und ruhig. Leider hatte ich gar keinen Ausblick vom kleinen Balkon, ausser auf einen anderen Balkon und eine Mauer, aber darum ging es mir speziell ja auch gar nicht. Die Qualität der Matratzen war ok, aber die beiden Matratzen der zum Doppelbett zusammengestellten Einzelbetten rutschten sehr schnell auseinander. Besonders aufgefallen ist mir die aussergewöhnliche Freude und Freundlichkeit, mit der im Speiseraum einige Mitarbeiter ihre Arbeit verrichteten. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Ich hatte Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht, habe aber an einzelnen Tagen abends am Buffet für 15 Euro (plus Getränke) teilgenommen. Das ist wirklich fantastisch, was da für diesen Preis geboten wird. Der Pool ist sehr schön, die Anzahl der Liegen ausreichend. Ich habe mehrmals gesehen, wie die Wasserqualität überprüft wird, das passt zum Bild eines gut gepflegten Pools. Das Wasser war auch nicht übermässig gechlort, es roch nicht nach Chlor wie so oft anderswo, es war sehr angenehm dort zu schwimmen und unterzutauchen.

Nicht gefallen wäre übertrieben, ich sage mal "mir ist aufgefallen" dass die Abendanimation eher einfach ist. Wer also ein hochwertiges Unterhaltungsprogramm erwartet , kommt hier kaum auf seine Kosten

La limpieza de habitaciones y el horario de la cena y piscina. Cerrar el comedor a las 9h es muy pronto, además si bajas a las 8.30h no reponen ciertos alimentos.

La posizione, la struttura in sé non male.

Lo staff. Forse abbiamo avuto sfortuna ma appena arrivate ci hanno parlato in tedesco.... Appena ho detto italiano ci ha guardate male e ha continuato in inglese senza sorridere neanche una volta. Sembrava davvero scocciata. La camera era già stata pagata ma mancavano i costi giornalieri che erano tipo di 20 euro totali. Io non avevo capito che erano da pagare subito e pure lì ci ha trattate un po' così così... Ci siamo sentiti poco accolti. Il check out è alle 12 ma ci hanno disattivato l'entrata in camera prima e avevamo ancora dentro le valigie. Forse perché la struttura è grande c'è un rapporto con i clienti meno intimo.

Nous avons été absolument enchantés par cet hôtel Oleander par son emplacement idéal. Mon mari s’était malheureusement blessé la veille de notre arrivée et se déplaçait avec des béquilles. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait que l’hôtel soit parfaitement adapté et facilement accessible pour lui, ce qui a rendu notre séjour beaucoup plus agréable et confortable. L’emplacement est vraiment exceptionnel : la plage, les restaurants et les commerces sont tous accessibles à pied, à quelques minutes seulement de l’hôtel. L’établissement est très propre, agréable et bien entretenu. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le petit-déjeuner, qui était varié et de très bonne qualité. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et nous y retournerons sans aucun doute avec grand plaisir !

L'unica nota negativa sono i furbetti di turno che occupano con gli asciugamani i lettini della piscina. Lasciano gli asciugamani sui lettini all'apertura della piscina e poi vanno via, per poi ritornare comodamente quando più gli fa comodo, togliendo la possibilità di trovare posto a chi vuole godersi il relax della piscina nelle prime ore del mattino. Non lo trovo corretto. Dovrebbero trovare una soluzione.

La posizione a playa de Palma il mare a 5 minuti a piedi. Personale cordiale e gentile. Noi avevamo colazione e cena ampia scelta tutti i giorni al buffet. Bar presente in albergo con prezzi onesti e musica dal vivo la sera. In generale ci è piaciuto tutto.

Le manger

Sehr nettes Personal, alles sauber und heile. Essen gut, reichlich und schmeckend. Guter Pool. Ausreichend Liegen. Komme gerne wieder. Super Strand und Verkehsanbindung. Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Schöne Anlage.

Der Speisesaal ist sehr hellhörig und der Name ist Programm. Ein paar Abtrennwände und eine Akustikdecke, damit mehr Restaurantcharakter entsteht, wäre mein Wunsch. Das wird dem aber kein Abbruch tun, dass ich sehr gerne wiederkomme. Essen und Getränke schmecken gut.

La struttura è situata in un’ottima posizione, vicino Playa de Palma (solo 4 min a piedi). Nonostante non abbia parcheggio lo si può trovare in giro, sia alle spalle dell’hotel che sulla via principale. La colazione era ottima, molto varia tra dolce/salato e abbondante. Le stanze hanno tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, noi eravamo al 7 ed ultimo piano e avevamo una vista mozzafiato.

La pulizia era medio bassa. La stanza, soprattutto il bagno, non venivano puliti, ma veniva solo rifatto il letto. Inoltre abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con delle formiche che abbiamo trovato in stanza, ma dopo aver avvisato la reception subito ci han mandato un addetto per disinfestare l’invasione.

Cet établissement est parfait. Personnel sympathique accueillant. Bon anglais. Très bien desservi à proximité de la plage. Le top, je recommande.

Vor dem Zimmer war ein Gebläse sehr laut. Die Balkontür war wirklich sehr schwer aufzuschieben, von außen kaum wieder rein zu kommen, wenn sie zu war. Aber für uns war das nicht dramatisch.

Lovely room, lovely staff, lovely and huge variety of food, beautiful pool with plenty of room so no fighting for a lounger. Baskets of parasols from previous guests so you dont have to buy one if you get them early. Location was absolutely amazing. A short stroll to the bus stop, beach and a park and mercado in the other direction. Not rowdy at all. Perfect for families. You need to try their ice cream sundaes!

Entertainment could've stayed on for longer. 8.30pm to 10pm only.

Der Pool schließt bereits um 18:00h. Dies ist bei einem Sommerurlaub viel zu früh und indiskutabel.

La ubicación es muy buena cerca de la playa. El personal muy agradable te ayudaban con lo que necesitaras. Y también me gustó mucho que te dejan sombrillas, cosa que en muchos hoteles no tienen esa posibilidad. Y a la hora de aparcar está muy bien también porque aunque por el día hay algo más de coches por estar cerca de la playa pero hacia la tarde/noche se aparca casi en la puerta.

No me gustó que te duchabas y salía todo el rato fría o ardiendo, me imagino que por toda la gente duchándose, pero es que no te podías duchar cómodo. Tampoco me parece bien que la piscina cierre a las 6, entiendo que es un hotel que el 99% son extranjeros con horarios diferentes pero al final cuando van españoles se tienen que adaptar y me parece que se cierra demasiado pronto. Al igual que el bar pone que cierra a la 1 y a las 12 nos cerraron.

La struttura è molto bella, vicina alla spiaggia, con tutti i confort richiesti. La colazione è stata super, lo staff ci ha permesso di farla anche in anticipo per fare i tour. Accogliente e ben strutturata, c'è la possibilità di cenare ed è attivo sempre il servizio bar. La sera c'è sempre l'animazione e la vicinanza alle fermate dei bus gli dà un quid in più!

Mi è piaciuto tutto, forse sarebbe meglio una ristrutturazione delle stanze per arrivare a 4 stelle.

La chambre était très agréable, lumineuse, confortable et propre. L'hôtel est également très agréable avec sa grande piscine. Le déjeuner proposait un grand buffet avec un large choix de produits. L'emplacement est idéal, situé à 200 mètres de la mer.

L'isolation des chambres n'était pas au top, on entendait les gens qui passaient dans le couloir, les portes qui claques ainsi que les gens qui étaient dans les chambres à côté de la notre s'ils parlaient trop fort.

Purtroppo nella nostra stanza il condizionatore faceva un rumore che sembrava un trattore. Per fortuna c'era anche il ventilatore a soffitto, quindi ad una certa ora spegnavamo l'aria condizionata e bastava il ventilatore.

Sehr lauter Kühlschrank! Und wir haben mit meerblick gebucht und mehr bezahlt und wir mussten uns aus dem Balkon lehnen, um das Wasser zu sehen.

Wat een top verblijf hebben wij gehad! Onze kamer was niet ruim maar had alles dat je nodig had. Haardroger, 5 handdoeken, terras met mooi uitzicht, tv, airco, ... Het hotel had in de ochtend en avond een buffet optie. Deze overtreffen onze verwachtingen! Ook het personeel werkte er met een brede glimlach en was super vriendelijk! Van 10-18u kon je zwemmen in het publieke zwembad van het hotel. Hier waren we iedere dag te vinden! Er stond steeds een redder paraat moest er iets gebeuren. Daarnaast was de logistieke dienst in het hotel super vriendelijk! Al passeerde je 5x, je kreeg 5x een "olaa!!" met een brede glimlach! Ten slotte bevindt het hotel zich 5min van de zee, en er zijn heel wat super goeie restaurants en leuke winkeltjes te vinden aan de dijk. De busverbinding is super, 5min wandelen en met bankkaart of cash (€2) met de bus ergens naar toe. Wij gingen bijvoorbeeld naar palma en naar het shoppingscentrum.

De ventilator in onze kamer maakte veel geluid en zat ook niet zo vast. Ik was niet zo gerust om deze lang aan te laten dus hebben we ook niet vaak gebruikt.

Lokalita je vynikající. Personál hotelu je velmi příjemný, služby výborné.

Nové uspořádání na pláži. Placená lehátka posunuta k Balneariu a k promenádnímu chodníku, zvýšená cena, první řada lehátek za 75 euro (2 lehátka + slunečník) na den. V sezóně 2025 18 EUR na den. Ovšem prostor před placenými lehátky může využívat neplatící veřejnost, která si zde dává svoje slunečníky, což je pro platící klienty dost obtěžující.

Sehr freundliches Personal und das Essen ist immer ausreichend und lecker gewesen. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig mit zentraler Busanbindung.wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt.

the late night deskman Fresno was super kind. The pool was big and parking was somewhat ok, and jus tone night had to be far. The 7th floor was as well. I asked because I read of the noise. The bus stop was close.

I got stuck in the elevator, called the front desk, rang the alarm which did not prompt anyone to talk to me in there, no one was answering, I had to call the front desk three times with no internet bc the lights went out and was in there a while and neither the guy on duty nor the person trying to fix it were communicating and when it opened they did not ask if i was oik, or apologize or care at all. I still cannot believe it and I asked them to watch the video and they did not and I didn't even know if they had a video in the elevator by law. I filled out a civil complaint and again no one, not even the manager in the next three days contacted me, or tried to speak of the incident. The customer service of the workers who did not attend to me when i was stuck on the elevator or care to see how I was, I still cannot believe that, the fact my flight was cancelled and I would have still have to pay and so I took another flight...which I should have cancelled the hotel but was too late, the manager was not kind nor understanding of my situation, was not willing to compensate for all the issues. I flew in and had a double bed or two single beds which they called an upgrade. I had the drying rack broken and ant problem night but sprayed it. Having everything in German was not ok either, and not being able to watch the World cup in spanish was ridiculous. The fact I would have to to pay for a safe when on booking.com it says included but not with pay.was again ridiculous..and that I paid a lot with no breakfast, no safe and not even a coffee maker for a 3 star hotel. Never again...

Das Personal spricht Deutsch und die Lage ist einerseits ruhig, andererseits trotzdem nah am Partyhotspot von Arenal.

Die hoteleigenen Parkplätze reichen bei weitem nicht für alle Gäste. Ansonsten muss man Glück haben, an einem nahen Straßenrand etwas zu finden.

Прекрасное расположение отеля, останавливались 2й раз, по желанию дали такой же номер, как и в прошлом году, только на 2 этажа ниже. Очень чисто, постельное белье меняли каждый день. В ресторане на ужин каждый день были разные блюда, паэлья каждый день. В ресторане вечером дресскод, живая музыка каждый вечер.

Großer Pool, sehr gutes und vielseitiges Frühstück, sehr gute Lage (Bushaltestelle neben dem Hotel, 50 Meter zum Strand) und trotzdem ruhig, sehr freundliches Personal, ausreichend große Zimmer mit sehr angenehme Matratzen

Die Pool-Öffnungszeiten 10 bis 18 Uhr sind etwas knapp bemessen, von 8 bis 20 Uhr wäre wünschenswert

Het hotel is groot, schoon en vrij modern voor spaanse begrippen. Het zwembad is groot genoeg en eind mei voldoende bedjes (er werden GEEN handdoeken gelegd. Het buffet is prima, personeel mega vriendelijk en ik heb mij als solo traveler geen moment onveilig gevoeld. Het zijn vooral duitse gasten. De ligging is heel fijn. 1 straat doorlopen en staat op de boulevard met veel winkeltjes, bushaltes en restaurants. 15 minuten naar het vliegveld, 30 minuten naar Palma.

De airconditioning is niet koud genoeg. Het is geen aparte unit maar een soort klimaatcontrol. Met 30 graden bleef het benauwd in de kamer

Готель має дуже добре розташування, 5 хвилин до моря, але біля нього набагато тихіше , ніж на першій лінії біля моря. Ми жили на 4 поверсі і з нашого балкону був чудовий краєвид - гори, море, і злітаючі з аеропорту літаки. Дуже привітний персонал, як в готелі так і ресторані.Також смачні сніданки і вечері, гарна подача, все надзвичайно свіже.На вечерях за 8 днів весь час була дуже різноманітна їжа, весь час обновлявся асортимент. Персонал з рецепшену дуже привітно спілкувався і при будь якому проханні завжди допомагав порадою.

Rooms were clean and a fair amount of space. Breakfast was pretty good and a good range of choices. Pool and pool area also very good. The basement area to store bicycles was excellent.

Nagyon tetszett, hogy a szoba színvilága a fehér és a tengerkék árnyalataira épült, és valóban szép, tiszta fehér színeket használtak, nem pedig megkopott, sárgás-szürkés árnyalatokat. Az ágyak kényelmesek és kellően szélesek voltak, így nagyon jól lehetett pihenni. A plafonon található ventilátor pedig a nagyobb melegben is kellemes levegőkeringetést biztosított. Külön szeretném kiemelni a személyzet hozzáállását. A takarító hölgyek mindig kedvesen mosolyogtak és üdvözölték a vendégeket. A bárban dolgozó pincérek rendkívül kedvesek, viccesek és folyamatosan mosolyognak, ráadásul minden alkalommal kihozzák az italokat az asztalhoz – az ember szinte elkényeztetve érzi magát. A reggeli fantasztikus volt. Rendkívül változatos és bőséges kínálat várta a vendégeket. A különböző kenyerek és zsemlék mellett például minden nap körülbelül 9 féle édes péksüteményt kínáltak, és figyeltek arra is, hogy minden nap legyen valamilyen változatosság a választékban. A tenger mindössze 3 perc sétára volt a szállodától, ami szintén hatalmas előny volt. Különösen pozitív élmény volt számomra, hogy mivel hajnal 5 órakor kellett kijelentkeznem, és így nem tudtam igénybe venni a reggelit, a személyzet gondoskodott arról, hogy egy reggeli kávé vagy tea, illetve egy könnyű szendvics vagy péksütemény nélkül ne induljak útnak. Ez rendkívül figyelmes, kedves és vendégszerető gesztus volt. Csak ajánlani tudom ezt a szállodát!

The staff was amazing. Food option brilliant. Location really good - close to the beach and airport.

The only thing to consider is the walls carry sound thru. You can hear neighbouring rooms tv, talking and even snoring. But to credit the staff - they were happy to give us different room with quiet neighbours.

Great location, set back a bit from the main road but a 3 minute walk to the centre of the beautiful long beach, good supermarkets and bars and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. The "all you can eat" buffet breakfast was great with a fabulous selection of fresh hot and cold food, fruit, yoghurts and cereals, coffee and fruit juices. I'll be back one day and would stay here again. Lovely clean pool with plenty of sun loungers all around. Easy to get bus to and from the airport and good transport links to Palma.

The safe didn't work in our room but it felt safe leaving my belongings in the room. The pool was cold but that's to be expected in the middle of May.

Das Frühstück hat mir sehr gut gefallen und die Ausstattung der Zimmer war völlig ausreichend! Das Personal war sehr freundlich… die Lage ist hervorragend!

Es war schon sehr hellhörig in den Zimmern, gerade wenn Kinder im Zimmer nebenan waren war es schon etwas laut, ansonsten war es okay! Der Kaffee war nach meinen Geschmack viel zu kalt.
