The staff were fantastic and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel is not in the centre of town but is close to public transport. The shower was big

The toilet was extremely close to the sink and there wasn’t a lot of space to put any toiletries on the bench.

Style and design

The lift was out of order when we checked in late at night. I was so tired carrying the suitcase up. Next day it was operating. So all good.

Difficile d’avoir l’ascenceur car beaucoup de monde l’utilise et lui et les escaliers sont très étroits.

El aire acondicionado sonaba un poco, pero enfriaba y una vez enfriada la habitación ya se podía apagar, nada grave la verdad.

The view from the room is really nice. The shower is really good because the hot water is very stable. The decoration in the room is also has some unique design. And there is coffee machine in the room so we can have some coffee in the morning.

The hotel has poor location actually. It has no supermarket nearby. And in the around area is lack of restaurant. We have to walk 20 minutes to get to the nearest Carrfour supermarket to get some groceries. And the nearest tram station and subway station also need take me at least 10 minutes to walk. And all the roads around the hotel is uphill and downhill so it was so exhausting especially we have fully loaded bags on our shoulders. And the room is not equipped with electric kettle, almost all the hotels has electric kettle in other European countries actually. And the hair dryer is broke and heavy to use. I said this because other hotels indeed offer less heavy and much better hair dryer.

Good staffs , good service and specious room ..

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Die Lage ist super - nur ein paar Minuten und man ist „mitten drin“. Das Hotel selbst ist aber etwas ruhiger gelegen. Ruhiger - aber dennoch zentral.

Nicht alle Angestellten waren super freundlich. Ich hatte beispielsweise mal die Frage, ob man sich beim Frühstück seinen Tisch einfach aussuchen kann. Ich sah niemanden und dachte mir daher, ich frage kurz bei der Rezeption, die auch direkt beim Frühstücksbereich ist. Als Hotel sollte man solche simplen Fragen meiner Meinung nach auch wissen. Als Antwort kam nur „hier ist die Rezeption und nicht das Frühstück - Sie müssen dort nachfragen“. Inhaltlich total okay - aber in einem freundlicheren Ton wäre die Info auch bei mir angekommen.

one-night stay at The Scott Hotel in Brussels was fine overall and served its purpose well. The hotel's location is definitely a highlight—convenient and easy to get around from. While the property feels a bit outdated, everything was kept clean, and the room was sufficient for a quick overnight stop. A nice bonus was the breakfast, which was pleasant and well-prepared. Nothing major to complain about—if you need a clean, well-located place for a quick stay with a solid breakfast, it gets the job done.

The only slight oddity was the room's balcony. It looks like a proper balcony from the picture, but it's actually extremely tiny. Sitting on what essentially felt like a narrow ledge of cement right behind a pane of glass was a bit of a weird setup!

I recently stayed at The Scott Hotel in Brussels and had a wonderful experience. The location is ideal—it’s an easy, pleasant 25-minute walk to the city center and just 15 minutes on foot to Bruxelles-Midi train station, making getting around extremely convenient. The hotel’s design is a real highlight. It features a sleek, contemporary industrial aesthetic that carries seamlessly into the guest rooms. I especially loved the massive floor-to-ceiling windows, which flood the space with gorgeous natural light. The only minor downside was my room placement on the first floor. Because of the lower height, passersby on the outdoor benches could look directly inside, so I ended up keeping the curtains drawn for privacy more than I would have liked. Overall, it’s a beautifully designed, well-located hotel. I would definitely stay here again—though I’ll probably request a room on a higher floor next time!

It was all great. Just the lack of privacy when you're on the lower floors was the only downside.

Hyggeligt og stemningsfuldt hotel med god beliggenhed

Det var bøvlet, at der kun var en elevator som både gæster og personale skulle benytte. Der var ofte lang ventetid på elevatoren

2 Séjours, complètement différents. Le 1er : excellent dans une grande chambre, climatisée, au calme. Le petit cadeau sur le lit de bienvenue ! Gare ferroviaire à proximité et métro également.

2ème séjour : dans une petite chambre, avec terrasse certes, mais dans laquelle on fait à peine le tour du lit et toute petite salle de bain. La climatisation soufflait de l'air ambiant en période de canicule... L'ascenseur n'a pas fonctionné pendant 2 jours. Un matin sans café car la seule machine à café a fait un nettoyage pendant plus d'une heure. Pourtant, lors du 1er séjour, tout était impeccable.

Bonne situation géographique et dans un quartier très calme.

Le personnel à l'écoute et réactif.

La climatisation était en panne nous avons changé de chambre mais le personnel a été très réactif et efficace pour nous retrouver une chambre

Modernes Hotel mit Art Deco Theme. Saubere, sinnvoll organisierte Zimmer, großes Bad, bequemes Bett, stilvolle Einrichtung. Lage am Rand von Zentrum und Saint Gilles, aber trotzdem ruhig. Preis-Leistung top.

- Air condition was not working properly. It was heating the room overnight while we had 22 degrees outside. - Installed hairdryer sounded like a mixer and was very noisy. - Breakfast was not really for vegetarians.

Una experiencia fantástica que cumple con todo lo que buscás para una estadía súper confortable. Lo mejor del hotel es lo bien equipadas que están las instalaciones: la habitación es muy cómoda y las camas son un verdadero sueño, súper cómodas para descansar a pleno. Además, cuenta con buenos armarios para acomodar todo sin vueltas y un baño grande, amplio y cómodo. ​En cuanto a los servicios y detalles, se destaca que se puede rellenar agua sin problemas y la atención del personal es excelente, siempre atentos y con la mejor predisposición.La ubicación tiene mucha vida, ya que la zona tiene un ambiente bárbaro, con bares y negocios muy cerca para salir a caminar y resolver cualquier cosa al paso.

​El único punto en contra a tener en cuenta es que queda un poco alejado de los medios de transporte, por lo que hay que caminar un poquito más para combinar subtes o colectivos

L'établissement se situe à 20 minutes du centre de Bruxelles. L'ambiance de l'hôtel était très agréable et le personnel à l'écoute et aimable. Notre chambre était confortable et très bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner varié et de qualité.

Notre séjour a été perturbé par des déclenchements d'alarme intempestifs en pleine nuit, un système de sécurité incendie un peu trop sensible apparemment.

1st and foremost is the cleanliness,it is! Well maintained! Well done for that. Our room is made up daily thank you. The accessibility of the public transport, and really near to the city centre, coners shops at arns length ( bottle water and paracetamol, ] though theres paharmacy's but its close alread,y, few Restaurants also within vicinity and in a residential quiet safe location. And before I forgot, the breakfast is really good!! Our familys stay, is very comfortable, AC s is working well, bed mattress is very comfy. Over all we had a fab stay!! Shoutout to the Indonesian /Begian guy at the front desk, for being very warmly accomodating and giving us infos about tje area [ sorry, forgot to ask your name]

Todo limpio! Las camas muy cómodas. Buena ubicación. Si te gusta caminar, tienes todos los lugares de interés a unos 25 minutos andando, más o menos.

Cuando miré los comentarios, decían que el ascensor iba lento y que solo había uno para 6 plantas. Tenían razón, pero a nosotros no nos afectó tanto. No sé si fue porque no había mucha gente o porque llegábamos a una hora en la que no se utilizaba mucho.

Hotel bastante nuevo,habitaciones amplias y personal muy amable .A 20 minutos andando de la Grand-place y cercano a avenidas con muchas tiendas,comercios y cafeterías

El primer día no nos hicieron la habitación,volvimos a las 15 y no estaba lista.Nos fuimos a las 16:30 se lo dijimos al recepcionista y nos dijo que nos la harían.Cuando volvimos a las 23 seguía sin hacer🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Due notti su quattro della nostra permanenza è suonato l’allarme antincendio. Probabilmente falso allarme causato da qualcuno che fumava in camera. Andrebbe gestito diversamente (es mettendo avvisi nelle camere sulla sensibilità del sistema di allarme o altro)

Placed in a nice area of the city, within walking distance from the Brusells Zuid train station.

We arrived at The Scott on the 18th of August, around 17:00, on what we wanted to be a 3 night stay in Brussels. After checking in, we were offered the 101 room. The hallway in front of the room was dirty and occupied by a trash bag, cleaning products and a large vacuum cleaner. The room had view to a dirty fire-escape ladder court, populated by pidgeons. The bathroom door had problems with the lock and tightness around the frame. The bathroom itself lacked a toilet brush and, after asking for one from reception, the male employee brought a used one in front on our door, without it having a holder (unimaginable, as one might think). The AC unit is old, with water stains around it. Sunce the moment we entered the room, we could hear a continous, loud hitting/bumping noise. We asked about the possibility of changing the room, but the response of the same receptionist was "I will have to check tomorrow", while doing nothing about it. At around 21:30÷22:00, as the noise just didn't stop, again we had to talk to the receptionist, insisting on doing something to stop the noise. After inviting him up to our room, the receptionist came and said it might be coming from the elevator system and admitted that the conditions were not suitable for resting. Our room was exchanged with the one next to it (109) and, while the noise was there for the entire duration of our stay, at least the intensity was enoughly reduced for us tobe able to sleep at night. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone and personally will definitely not be coming back to this hotel during my trips to the city. I am attaching pictures of the previously mentioned faults.

Ubicación, habitación y detalle de agua y dulces. Fácil aparcamiento en la calle de pago de 9 a 18 (caro).

Los pasillos con moqueta sucia y el personal poco expresivo.

La stanza quadrupla era confortevole, spaziosa e molto pulita.

Da limpeza diária e do conforto do quarto

Do elevador estar avariado nos primeiros dias da estadia e ter que levar as malas para o terceiro andar. Os funcionários deveriam ter-se oferecido para ajudar a levar as malas uma vez que a culpa não era nossa!
