Beverly Hills Hotel

Clean, quiet, good staff

Very clean and cosy, staff was very friendly

Good location, friendly staff, clean and spacious, modern rooms. Good value for money.

It's a tiny small room.

The refrigerator is never cold enough for anything.

Cortesia del personale e rapporto qualità prezzo

They charge me twice

Overall a magnificent stay, our room (406) blew us away, we did not expect a second floor to our room. we opened the door & what greeted us was a very well & stylish layout but then we saw a set of spiral steps, after going up them we found another double bed. Ideal for our daughter, she loved it, the room had a fridge, air-con an amazing bathroom facilities. What we loved the most was its location, just down the road say about 200 yards, you were met by lovely coffee shops, designer outlets & great cafes. Easy to call up an Auber taxi & with a 15min ride you were at the Grand Place, an amazing area. Also, we travelled via Eurostar again 15mins by taxi from the train station to the hotel. I would highly recommend the Beverly Hills Hotel, the staff were amazing & very helpful, enough options for breakfast, but if your like me & my family eating out & discovering the foods around you is a delight.

Nothing absolutely nothing, we loved everything.

Emplacement bien situé , facilité d'accès, propreté, .

Rien

Very comfortable , clean and friendly staff

This is not the best location you can get, the are is a bit hilly, you have to walk a bit for the transport, but also not bad.

Great value for money, the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating! Hotel was quiet, clean and we all slept well

Nothing! :)

Sehr freundliches Personal.

Fijne verwelkoming

Niets.

Nice staff, good location (not right in the downtown, many shops nearby)

Posizione ottima... personale stupendo

The staff was very welcoming and always ready to help with any issue. Everyone spoke both English and French, which made communication very easy. The building had an elevator, and the room was equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower, and a comfortable bed. The location was good—not in the city center, but close enough to a subway station, making it easy to get around. I had breakfast there one day, and there was a good variety of options. They also offered complimentary luggage storage, which was very secure and extremely convenient. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend this hotel.

The only issue for me was the lighting in that room. I wanted to work, but the environment wasn’t very pleasant because the illumination felt a bit dim and uneven. It made it harder to stay focused for long periods, even though everything else about the space was perfectly fine. Other than that, I don’t have anything else to mention regarding things I didn’t like. Thank you.

I liked the location The staff was really nice

They were charging me extra for every little thing, like slippers in the room or baby cot Also the hair dryer in the room wasn't working

The staff is amazing - i literally can't express it with words!

The only thing I did not like about the place is that there is no AC in the rooms or at least there was not in my room, maybe there is in the others.

Camera comoda, doccia grande.

Location and garden are super

Unfortunately, I found some leftover food in the fridge that had been left by the previous guests. Other than that, the room was clean and everything else was well taken care of.
