The grounds were spectacular with clean rooms and very nice commons areas.

Posizione perfetta, tutto molto curato nei dettagli con un bellissimo giardino. Spazio esterno con una bella piscina. Ottimo il servizio di lavatrice e asciugatrice a disposizione gratuitamente per gli ospiti.

Hospitality here is not good. The lady at the front desk was very unhelpful and rude. No where to get a coffee until kitchen opened at 8. Too far off Camino path we weren’t informed to book dinner by 6 so we missed out and had to walk to the town which was about 3 km and after walking all day it was just too much

Me gustó todo. Casa antigua restaurada con mucho gusto. Las habitaciones modernas, cama muy buena y baño de tamaño perfecto. La atención de la persona a cargo, excepcional. Por distintos motivos no pude usar el resto de servicios pero tenían buena pinta.

Quizás un poco lejos si vas haciendo el Camino de Santiago, está como a 1 km de Padrón. Para mí no fue un problema, ni antes de conocer el alojamiento y mucho menos después

2 things know that it's a bit off of the Camino route but that wasn't. big deal to us. Also, we didn't check our dinner bill carefully and determined we paid 9 euro too much for our meal.

We loved the aviary and the patios, although ours looked at a power plant. The bed was also pretty comfortable and the room got very dark.

It was really far out of town. We’re walking to Camino and we’re kind of surprised at the distance. It was away from the town. Dinner was not explained to us very well so we ended up not having reservations and having to walk into town to eat, which ended up being fun. Well, the patios were nice. The view was just of a power plant and if you do not speak Spanish, you will have some trouble

Truly a hidden gem! We were walking Camino and they truly have everything you need! The pool was a highlight in 35 degrees after walking day it was very relaxing. Rooms were comfy and we really had a great stay. Thank you. 🙏🏼

Un lugar espectacular

What an amazing place! Beautiful house, cozy rooms, beautiful views, nice hosts and just outstanding swimming pool (big, clean, with chilling area nearby). It is totally close to Padron, easy 10-15 min walk. If you are looking on it - book with no doubts!

Empreendimento maravilhoso. Tudo muito bem cuidado e arranjado. A zona da piscina é fantástica e muito tranquila, o que permite mesmo descansar. Vale muito a pena o desvio de 15m do "Camino", pois regressar ao mesmo é fácil e direto. Servem jantar cedo (a partir das 19h), o que é perfeito para peregrinos e o pequeno-almoço também é servido em hora adequada (a partir das 8h). A cama é muito confortável e descansei muito bem! Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. A repetir!

Todo me ha gustado en esta casa de Piedra con alma antigua y encanto. Personal encantador y comida exquisita. El sitio ideal para un descanso tras un dia agotador si estás haciedocel Camino. Y como colofón final una piscina reparadora!!

The swimming pool was really good after the long Camino walk. Rooms were nice but a bit dated.

The food was poor and there was little choice of other options in the vicinity. We were asked to leave the restaurant at 9.15p.m. which was a bit rude.

La casa es preciosa, con todo lo necesario y mucho encanto. El jardín es muy bonito, las habitaciones muy especiales y preciosas. Cenamos allí y fue como cenar en casa de un familiar, el trato excelente. Repetiríamos sin dudar y se lo recomendaríamos a cualquiera.

Todo genial, está a 10 min del pueblo, pero ya lo sabíamos, y al tener parking privado no supone mayor problema.

Nos gustó mucho el alojamiento, sencillo y con encanto. La piscina que comparten con el hotel es una maravilla tras varias etapas del Camino De Santiago.

Per i pellegrini del cammino portoghese la struttura è distante 1,50 km da Padrón quindi bisogna tenerne conto , per la colazione brioche contate una per ospite visto la struttura potevano fare meglio

Este alojamiento superó con creces mis expectativas. Sus instalaciones son formidables cuidando hasta el último detalle. La anfitriona demostró desde el primer momento su profesionalidad , amabilidad y su buena predisposición para que nuestra estancia fuera lo más agradable posible. Sin duda lo recomiendo y estoy seguro que quien pase por allí podrá corroborar todo lo expuesto.

Trato maravilloso de todo el personal, los jardines, la cascada, y destscar también que tienen punto de carga para coche eléctrico. El desayuno cocinado cada mañana en la casa.

Tenía bastantes servicios e instalaciones exteriores, la piscina y los jardines. La habitación tenía lo necesario para estar cómodo. El desayuno no es buffet, pero en mi opinión sería mejor que te preguntaran un poco lo que quieres antes de sacarte todo más que nada para no desperdiciar comida. El personal muy amable.

El olor de la cocina/cenas que llegaba hasta las habitaciones. En concreto en mi habitación, el aire acondicionado hacía un ruido cada minuto que molestaba bastante, y salió una cucaracha, son cosas que pueden pasar pero a tener en cuenta. Es más bien un sitio de paso para peregrinos, en mi caso me pareció excesivo el precio pero bueno también es verdad que era sábado y festivo.

El hotel es un encanto. En una casa antigua arreglada con muchos rincones para descansar y estar tranquilo. Además piscina para darte un remojon. Querianos conocer la zona oeste de galicia y lo utilizanos de lanzadera durante cuatro dias. Muy bien situado cerca de la AG-11 nos permitia estar bien conectados. El servicio muy uy amable y siempre atento. Muy familiar.

No hay ascensor para las habitaciones aunque solo afecta al dia de llegada y es entendible dado lo característico del edificio.

Estuvimos en una habitación que al parecer daba a la cocina y a las 6h nos despertamos por el ruido. Las chicas son encantadoras y sé que trabajan haciendo el menor ruido posible,es lo único que menos me gustó,por lo demás todo excelente.

It was fabulous but let down by staff

I want to raise a concern about the way we were treated during our recent check-in. I had made an error with the booking and accidentally reserved for one person instead of two. While I fully accept this was my mistake, the way it was handled by staff was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. From the outset, we were spoken down to by the staff member assisting us, which made an already simple issue feel uncomfortable and unnecessarily difficult. Although she did amend the booking and charge us the correct amount — which we had no issue with — the entire interaction was handled in a dismissive and unfriendly manner. We were not given any information about the hotel facilities, and there was confusion created around the room, as we were told it was booked as a single. We then had to carry a heavy 20kg suitcase upstairs without any offer of assistance, only to find a double bed in the room. This added to the frustration, as it highlighted that the situation had been made into a much bigger issue than it needed to be. Tourism keeps the business going and I won’t be telling anyone about this location only than not to waste money. This was a straightforward mistake that could have been resolved quickly and professionally. Instead, we were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I would strongly encourage staff to approach similar situations with more understanding, courtesy, and basic customer service going forward.

The property was beautiful — a lovely traditional Spanish stone-style house with so much character. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. After walking for many days on the Camino, having a pool was such a treat and a perfect way to relax and cool down. They serve breakfast at 8 a.m., but if you want to leave earlier, they can prepare breakfast to go, which is a great option for pilgrims.

The only downside is the location. It’s almost 2 km off the Camino path, which can feel like quite a bit extra after a long day of walking. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Todo! Un lugar idílico, te cuento. La habitación auténtica, muy limpia y cómoda. Las instalaciones, piscina, jardines… y el hecho de tener la lavadora y secadora a disposición de los huéspedes es un detallazo, sobre todo si vas haciendo el Camino!

Si vas haciendo el camino tienes 1,5km más andando hasta llegar y se pega un poco, sobre todo si quieres bajar después al centro de Padrón a dar tomar algo, pero merece la pena !!

Das Haus ist ganz gut gelegen, wenngleich mit größerem Auto grenzwertig bei der Anfahrt. Die Betten sind bequem und es war insgesamt sauber. Die Zimmergröße gerade noch ausreichend. Kostenlose Parkgarage ist gut, sogar Anschluss für Stromer ist da.

Der Empfang war schwierig. Kein "herzlich willkommen", sondern ein barsches "auf welchen Namen haben Sie reserviert" lässt nichts Gutes erwarten. Wirklich schlimm ist das Vanille-Raumspray, das tonnenschwer alles an Geruch überdeckt im Zimmer. Man fragt sich unwillkürlich warum das notwendig ist. Der Geruch haftet sogar am Körper, was bedeutet, dass auch die Bettwäsche mit eingesprüht wird. Das erklärt die Kopfschmerzen am nächsten Tag.

Estancia excepcional: ubicación, habitación, desayuno.... Es un lugar muy bonito y todo está muy bien cuidado.

Trato muy bueno, hemos estado con un bebé y todo eran facilidades. Instalaciones muy completas y en muy buen estado, lugar muy confortable, cama muy cómoda. Buena limpieza. Volveremos sin duda.

Simplemente tener en cuenta que hay muchas escaleras, especialmente si vas con carrito. Merece la pena dejarlo en el coche y allí moverte con el niño en brazos.

Lovely old place just out of town so very quiet. Great facilities and the food was home cooked and very good.

espectacular la casa, el jardin, y muy bien la piscina. la habitación muy cómoda, preciosa, abuhardillada y con unas vistas muy bonitas al jardin. Muy amables al recibirnos. lo único que destacaria para mi gusto es que estaba demasiado lejos del pueblo. a más de 1 km del pueblo de Padrón.

Für diese Unterkunft nahmen wir einen kleinen Umweg vom Küstenweg des Jakobswegs in Kauf – und es hat sich gelohnt! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, das Team war freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Abendessen war hervorragend, das Frühstück ein Highlight – besonders die selbstgebackenen Brötchen. Nach der Etappe konnten wir im schönen Pool entspannen. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll geführt. Diese Unterkunft können wir Pilgern und allen anderen Gästen sehr empfehlen. Der Umweg lohnt sich!

Está lejos del centro de Padrón, el pueblo solo tiene un bar que cierra a mediodía y en el hotel no hay posibilidad de comer, así que hay que desplazarse unos 2,5 km si quieres comer algo o visitar Padrón.

Leider war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, sodass man sein Gepäck selbst die Treppen hinauftragen muss. Ich war nicht die einzige Gästin, die darüber unzufrieden war. Die Rezeptionistin sagte zwar, sie würde mir helfen, machte dabei jedoch unpassende Bemerkungen wie: „Die Räder Ihres Koffers funktionieren ja gar nicht.“ oder „Wer kommt denn auf die Idee, mit so viel Gepäck zu reisen?“ Solche Kommentare empfinde ich gegenüber Gästen als unangebracht und wenig respektvoll. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich, der Kaffee leider sehr schlecht. Für Pilger auf dem Jakobsweg ist das Hotel zudem eher ungünstig gelegen, da es etwas abseits der Route liegt. Außerdem beginnt das Frühstück erst um 8:00 Uhr, was für viele Pilger, die früh starten möchten, eindeutig zu spät ist.

La tranquilidad de la ubicación, la construcción de la casa en granito, el comedor y la estancia, pues parece que estás (y, realmente, lo estás) en una casa antigua de campo (aunque más es bien es un típico "pazo" gallego), la atención del personal, la piscina exterior. En general, todo muy bien.

No di la puntuación máxima a los servicios porque hay algo que no nos gustó: el horario de comidas. La cena tenía que ser, como muy tarde, a las 20:15 h, cuando en España es muy normal cenar sobre las 10 de la noche. El desayuno tenía que ser, como muy tarde, a las 9:30, cuando en cualquier hotel es hasta las 10:30 u 11:00 h. Sin embargo, no nos quejamos y quedamos muy contentos porque la casa es de gestión familiar y comprendemos perfectamente que no les resultaría fácil tener los horarios de las comidas que nosotros desearíamos. El horario de la comida del mediodía lo desconocemos, por lo que no opinamos. A pesar de lo dicho, la casa es muy recomendable.

People were welcoming and very kind. Property was brilliant, food excellent. I’d recommend and certainly go back.

Staff were friendly and helpful once we got to know each other a little. Nice pool which was not crowded. Dinner was delightful and a hearty breakfast the next morning set us off very happily.

It is on the edge of town so a little further to walk and not much in the way of options, but for our overnight stay it worked very well.

Wer ein schönes romantisches Hotel sucht, ist hier genau richtig!!! Eine wunderschöne Anlage mit Pool und Gärten. Mit so viel Liebe zum Detail. Der Frühstücks Raum (Abendessen auch) ist so gemütlich eingerichtet. Man will nicht mehr weg, von diesem schönen Fleckchen Erde. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Beautiful room with big bed and private bathroom in a beautiful house. Fantastic view from balcony. Optional dinner was delicious and the pork steaks were fantastic. Breakfast was included and great in the morning.

This is NOT what it appears to be on the photos. I always accept a place for what it is and don’t like writing bad reviews but there was nothing to like about this property. I booked this old place wanting to experience the feel of a welcoming casa. Instead the experience was terrible in many ways.

This is not off the camino. The instructions to get there are bad. When I called for guidance the woman who answer was very cold and told me she could not help. We took a taxi and as soon as we arrived were treated like cattle instead of like guests. We immediately noticed a strong smoke odor that permeated the rooms. It was mixed with an incense or room deodorizer of some kind. There was no warm welcome - just instructions. No information on the facilities. This older blonde haired woman first asked for payment and then handed us a piece of paper with fixed menu items. We had to check off what we wanted for dinner which she said was at 8:00 pm for us. No choice We decided to go to town and eat elsewhere. When we returned I asked the same women if later I could make some tea. She replied. “Did you bring your own bag of tea”? I said no. “Then you must ask ME for tea! and you must take it now because the kitchen is closing “. “Pay now”. I explained I had no change at that moment - “Then pay with credit card” When we went to our rooms we had to open all the windows even though it was cold. The terrible smell of smoke and room deodorizer was too much. It was hard to breathe. I went back downstairs and asked her about it and she replied raising her voice “There is no smoke smell here. I don’t know what you’re talking about! Unless of course you’ve burnt something in your room!” I really could not believe how defiant and rude this women was throughout the whole stay. She seems to be the owner or manager. The next morning we found out there is a wood burning factory close by. Also, the property uses strong vanilla deodorizer to cover the smoke smell.

Room 105 was amazing. Huge, with a Juliet balcony and a sitting room with a table & chairs balcony. Altogether a great property. Nice breakfast and good basic food available in the evening. The staff do a very good job of looking after you.

If you want to be in Padron, this is a bit far out if you are walking.

Estábamos haciendo el camino portugués, el alojamiento queda a kilometro y medio de Padron,desviandote del camino. El alojamiento es tranquilo pero su situación después de haber andando hasta Padron se hace un poco cuesta arriba .

Wahnsinnig ringhöriges Hotel. Am Abend dringt der Küchengeruch in die Zimmer. Die Böden waren schmutzig. Das Frühstück knausrig.

Rude and unhelpful staff, nobody speaks english which in the hotel is unacceptable. Door were made in a way that all smells from the kitchen were coming into the room. I had to air the room for an hour to get rid of the smoke after dinner time in the hotel and still all the clothes smell like smok after the visit. Super accoustic room - one can hear anything through walls and door. Very poor breakfast - eventhough it is restaurant. I asked for eggs and was treated like an introuder. Lady who served breakfast didn't even bring anything else like ham or cheese to the table just thrown eggs in front of me and went away. HORRIBLE coffee. Very poor location - in theory it is countyside, in practice 1,5km from Padron wirh the direct view at the huge factory.

It’s a little off the main part of the Camino, but I don’t think it adds anything to the distance if you map it correctly before entering Padron

Uns hat das rustikale Gebäude sehr imponiert. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und bot den erwarteten Komfort. Vom Balkon hatte man eine gute Aussicht. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, auch wenn es keine Eier gab.

Wir wurden nicht wirklich empfangen, sondern mit den Worten begrüßt, dass der CheckIn erst ab 14 möglich ist. Irgendwann durften wir dann doch um 13 Uhr einchecken. Mir fehlte die Freundlichkeit z.B. zu sagen, dass man überhaupt schon mal die Koffer abstellen durfte. Das Hotel bietet eine Sauna an, welche jedoch auf Nachfrage geschlossen wäre. Ein Gast am Nachbartisch kam mit seiner Frau etwas später an und konnte nicht bis 18:30 Uhr seine Bestellung für das Abendessen einreichen. Er bekam dann auch nur noch eine Suppe. Naja!
