lo único que no me gustó fue que el baño de mi habitación estuviera fuera, en el pasillo, aun siendo privado, me dijo que las demás habitaciones lo tenían dentro pero la mía tocó así

The washing machine was noted as available, but it wasn't in the room and a staff must operate it for you. Since they leave at 6pm, if you are too late, you won't be able to get your laundry done there. But there is a coin laundromat nearby at the end of the block. The common bathroom in the back yard also doesn't have a door that shuts properly so users beware.

It wasn’t as it should have been. There was dirt on the bottom of the curtains that was clearly visible. The hostess that let us in for the night told us an incorrect time for breakfast which wasn’t going to work since we had to make an earlier start on the Camino. We were very surprised the next morning to find people already having breakfast when we were ready to leave. We asked if we could have breakfast but were told we couldn’t eat because we would have had to have paid for it the night before. Well, if we had been given the correct time of breakfast we would have paid rather than having to start walking the final day of the Camino on an empty stomach.

No 02 room was so noisy and it’s right outside the laundry room and outdoor area/ table, not much privacy. People used the outside area after 10 so we got no sleep with the light going on and off all night outside as it was on a sensor.

The barking dog outside, it did eventually stop but how anyone could live next to that I don’t know. Shower head points horizontal and can’t be adjusted, don’t turn on with door open!

Nous sommes arrivés vers 21h15, pour un check-in annoncé sur Booking jusqu'à 22h30. Le lieu était fermé. Un numéro de téléphone était affiché, mais impossible de joindre quelqu'un malgré de multiples tentatives et messages (par téléphone et par WhatsApp, comme indiqué sur l'affichette). Finalement, une personne a fini par répondre au bout de 45mn (!), en nous donnant les instructions pour rentrer et récupérer la clé ainsi que pour la laisser le lendemain, sans s'excuser, et avec le souci premier de savoir si nous n'avions pas bloqué le paiement. Pour le reste, les draps et sous-draps comportaient des taches, et il vaut mieux avoir des voisin calmes vu la qualité de l'insonorisation dans le bâtiment. Au global, la qualité de la prestation n'était donc pas du tout à la hauteur du prix (élevé).

El precio del desayuno en el correo que me enviaron como confirmación de la reserva indicaba que eran 6 euros y al llegar al alojamiento nos informan que son 10 euros, una subida considerable, mucha diferencia siendo un problema suyo al informar mal del precio. El establecimiento no tiene ascensor.

Es waren viele schwarze Haare in meinem Bett, ich glaube nicht, dass es frisch bezogen war. Heute früh bin ich mit Bissen an meinen Beinen aufgewacht - Flöhe oder Bettwanzen!
