Nulla di particolare da segnalare se non che è stato l’unico hotel che presentava ancora la moquette in stanza, soluzione che può non essere gradita.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Gebäude und die Zimmer sind allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten eine Modernisierung vertragen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im gesamten Hotel wurden wir jederzeit herzlich empfangen und sehr zuvorkommend behandelt. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren aufmerksam und haben unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gestaltet. Allein wegen des hervorragenden Services würden wir das Hotel wieder buchen.

L'arredamento è da rivedere perché vecchiotto e non tutto in ottime condizioni. La luce del bagno era abbastanza cimiteriale e non buona per farsi la barba. Inoltre la posizione è ottima se si desidera visitare anche altri luoghi nei pressi di Bursa perché la struttura è abbastanza vicina a metro, tram e stazione autobus. Il centro storico è però ad un quarto d'ora a piedi in salita.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Wir hatten ein recht altes Zimmer aber wir konnten darin gut schlafen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir waren als Zwischenstopp zum Ski fahren in Bursa und somit nur zum Schlafen im Hotel.
Die Zimmer und Bäder könnten renoviert werden. Die Straße vor der Tür war recht laut hörbar.

Reviewed May 13, 2026The hotel is located in the center of the city,very near to old city and 2 min walk distance to Kent Meydani mall.It has parking space which is a big plus if you are traveliing by car.In the breakfast you can find more than everything you will need and of course there are plenty of shops around in case you want to try something else.The rooms are very clean and tidy,although from my point of view it need some renovation.i left the best for last and this is the stuff.People there are very friendly and helpful and as it is the fifth time im staying there we call ourselves friends now.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026Hussein, the concierge was wonderful, so friendly and accommodating as was the man on reception. The hotel is very close to the road through the city and was easy to find. There is an underground parking garage - via a car lift! It fits 2 motorcycles nicely. The garage isn’t huge (though it may be on 2 levels, so possibly bigger) and the lift does go to both underground levels. The bedroom was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and fresh omelettes offered. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the large bazaar area.

بالنسبة لـ الإفطار، فهو بحاجة إلى بعض التحسين من حيث التنوع والجودة، ولكن يُحسب للفندق أن سعر الإقامة مع الإفطار كان مناسبًا جدًا، مما يجعل التجربة مقبولة من هذه الناحية.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026Perfect location nearby Tophane, Ulu Camii and Koza Han. From Terminal (Otogar) it was also close - with tram maybe 20 mins. Very kindly staff - also fluently speaking English, so helpful. Room was spacious with comfortable bed and nice view over the Bursa. Lot of opportunities near the hotel - lot of restaurants, shops, Shopping mall. Breakfast with variations of delicious cold and warm meals. I was very satisfied and when I’ll be next time in Bursa, I know where to go 😊

Unsere Bettwäsche war nicht sauber. Auch die Bettwäsche, die wir bekommen haben, nachdem wir um neue gebeten haben war nicht sauber. Der Seifenspender war leer, auch dieser wurde nach Nachfrage nicht aufgefüllt. Leider waren wir enttäuscht, da man bei 4 Sternen mehr Hygiene erwartet.
