The cleaning was good

The vibe of the hotel is dead, the staff were not much friendly and overall the lightening of the room and the hotel was dull.

New, location

Needs more focus on cleaning and services availability like room service and electrical adapter

The staff were fantastic! Very clean and spacious rooms

Parcare gratis in fata hotelului.

Micul dejun ok

Camerele foarte mici și "forjate"

The fact that it was clean and nice surtoundings plus parking

The fridge didn't work in the room, the receptionist was nice to offer the lobby fridge.

Sehr gute Frühstück

Ottima posizione, comfort e gentilezza. Consigliatissimo

Tout

Rien

rien

Breakfast was ok not many varieties could work on that.staff working There were friendly and helpful

Variety of hot foods, savoury, more juice varieties For children

The staff is very helpful and polite. They answered all our questions truly and tried to make us as comfortable as they could. The woman at the breakfast section is so genial that she always tried to help us since it’s difficult to make our child enjoy a meal. Beds are comfy. Bathroom is stylish and everything works properly. The water in the hotel is refined and purified; so when you wash your hands, it makes feel that soap doesn’t get rinsed, but it is because that the city water is purified, and it’s very good for skin.

Nothing

This is may meanly because of booking app We book and pay, after we reach to the hotel they till us is full And the booking application have a issue

This property is very modern and based in the city. Walking distance to all the shopping malls and restaurants and to the metro. The staff is super nice friendly and are willing to help with your travel arrangements. Burak is a very nice gentleman who is at the reception helped me with everything including travel and directions. The rooms are very spacious very modern and very clean. My room had the view from the window which was beautiful during the night. The breakfast was amazing and you have a lot of choices. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who’s travelling to bursa.

It was very clean hotel and beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful! We appreciate the service we received during our stay!

Cleanliness, friendly staff and gorgeous look!

Beautiful hotel, rooms are comfortable and spacious.

Didn’t love the location, it’s on a side narrow road

No he encontrado nada negativo

Sauberkeit, und freundlichen Personal

Sehr zentrale Lage

The hotel was very clean and modern, with comfortable rooms and a nice design. The staff were polite and helpful, and the location was convenient.

Nothing significant, everything met my expectations.

The rooms. The staff. The cleanliness

They never accept my cancellation Bcos we gad change if plans n never stayed at d hotel

The hotel was clean and very well located, close to the trams and centre of Bursa. We visited in December and the hotel was nice and warm. The breakfast was good and staff were very nice.

There was only 1 pillow on each bed and it was slightly too firm. The bathroom had a couple of loose fittings and no shelf in the shower on which to put toiletries. But these are minor quibbles!

Perfect location, very fancy decoration and very cheap, the breakfast is good as well

Nothing

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff. A lovely stay.

Breakfast is very good

Room size very small

Amabilité du personnel Proximité du centre ville Parkin

Rien

Olor a cigarrillo

Very nice hotel with modern facilities and good breakfast!

nothing

Friendly, welcoming staff. Nice, clean apartment. Recommend

Şehir merkezinde olması sayesinde her yere kolayca ulaşabildik.

Vieta automobiliui priešais įėjimą. Naujai įrengtas viešbutis. Buvo vandens kambaryje. Pusryčių pasirinkimas superinis.

Sienos labai plonos, tai labai girdisi kaimynai.

The location is excellent and the staff is so helpful and friendly.

The rooms don’t isolate noise too good. I can hear street noise and noise from the next door neighbor.

Location is good. Very close to central Bursa. Decent breakfast

Room is very small
