Una ragazzo alla reception mi ha davvero trattata male ed una ragazza al bar del lido molto antipatica. Ho alloggiato in hotel 4 stelle di gran lunga migliori .

En el desayuno podrían haber incluido las omelettes como en todos los 5 estrellas, no solo huevos revueltos La atención en el restaurante del Mar tiene deficiencias muy grandes, habiendo comensales, como nosotros a las 22 h 30 ya empezaban a retirar con ruidos y petacas todas las mesas . Es muy incómodo. Sacando todo ! Te insinuaban irte pronto. Un desastre. Desagradable. Hasta la música la apagaban. Pero la comida del restaurante es maravillosa, hay que ir temprano 😅

Good location, the structure is well kept, the suite was fine. Spa and beach were good. The staff was friendly. Good quality of the towels, bathrobes and amenities. The room cleaning was always on time.

We were given a suite with lateral sea views, despite the high price paid for the room. The shower was leaking. There was no mirror in the room other than the one in the bathroom. The toilet part was super small and not comfortable. The a/c didn’t always work well. WiFi connection is poor and not suitable for remote work. The breakfast could be improved a bit quality-wise.

It was a very rewarding experience for a seaside vacation. As soon as you enter the hotel, you can already feel the quality and service. The rooms are not too large, but comfortable with comfortable beds and a balcony. The beach always has its own umbrella and comfortable lounge chairs. There was nothing to put a pillow on. I hope to return to this wonderful hotel with its excellent staff in the future.

Hände weg von diesem Hotel! Ich hatte einen Bandscheibenvorfall und konnte meine Buchung nicht wahrnehmen und das Hotel hat den vollen Storno verlangt. Hotel hat gesagt Booking und Booking hat gesagt Hotel. Kulanz von Hotel wäre notwendig gewesen, da keine Kosten angefallen sind und Zimmer weitervermietet wurde. Eine Frechheit. Das sagt alles über dieses Hotel und sein Management aus.

Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, der Ausblick ( Meerblick ) sehr schön, der Strand sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Das Strandpersonal sehr freundlich und bemüht, wie schon bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt.

Das Preisleistuings-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht mehr, ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und Strandzugang überteuert im Gegensatz zu unserer Erfahrung vor 3 Jahren. Auch das Strandrestaurant ist etwas zu hochpreisig, in Pesaro gibt es deutlich bessere und günstigere Restaurants. Ärgerlich ist, dass das inzwischen überwiegend junge Personal oft sehr unaufmerksam und unengagiert ist. Eine Wartezeit am Strandrestaurant von 40 min , weil Bestellung vergessen bzw. vertauscht wird, geht bei diesem Preisniveau gar nicht. Wir waren das letzte Mal im Excelsieor.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the beach location was outstanding. Breakfast had a really good selection and the lido restaurant in the beach was excellent.

For the cost, the bedroom was a bit small for a twin with 2 friends sharing and housekeeping wasn't always consistent.. however a quick call to reception and all sorted.

Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en werd het buffet op tijd aangevuld. De badkamer was goed ingericht met een heerlijke inloopdouche. Tijdens het verblijf waren de ligbedden op het zandstrand voor ons gereserveerd en kregen we standaard elke dag een icebag met 2 flessen water. De service op het voor het hotel gereserveerde strand was geweldig.

We hadden een kamer gereserveerd met een extra groot bed, maar kregen helaas een kamer met een Queensizebed.

La struttura millanta che nel prezzo della stanza è inclusa la spiaggia. Peccato che check in è alle 15 quindi avevo pensato che la spiaggia fosse inclusa anche per il giorno di check out. La ragazza al ricevimento era una iena maleducata che unico argomento che aveva era citare qualche nota pubblicata sui portali. Dal loro punto di vista è stato inutile il fatto che abbia sempre e dico sempre pranzato e cenato abbondantemente in albergo. Mi hanno addebitato €100 per due lettini ed un ombrellone. A Pesaro. Sì a Pesaro. L'ospitalità è un'altra cosa. Per non parlare di lusso. Resto dello staff molto cordiale.

Our stay at the Excelsior Hotel in Pesaro was one of the highlights of our trip. We had a beautiful oceanfront room with stunning views that made every morning special. The hotel is in a perfect location, with everything in Pesaro easily walkable, making it simple to explore the town, restaurants, and shops. We especially loved spending time at the Lido Beach Club—it was relaxing, well-maintained, and a wonderful place to enjoy the Adriatic coast. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with an elegant, modern atmosphere. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a great variety of fresh options, and the cappuccinos were some of the best we had during our trip. We would absolutely stay at the Excelsior again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Pesaro.

Bellissima camera con splendida vista sul mare. Letto comodissimo. Pulizia impeccabile. La linea cortesia comprende di tutto e di più, persino il colluttorio, e addirittura la borsa da spiaggia. Ottima colazione, con ampia scelta di prodotti dolci e salati e caffetteria espressa. Ambienti comuni eleganti e accoglienti. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. La spiaggia riservata ai clienti dell'hotel è una vera coccola: ogni giorno, all'arrivo, vi vengono consegnati 2 asciugamani a testa e ice bag con acqua fresca, e attraverso un pulsante è possibile chiamare un cameriere per ordinare cibo e bevande direttamente sotto l'ombrellone. Servizio eccellente in tutto e per tutto. Ne vale veramente la pena.

Балкон с видом на пляж и море с маленьким столиком и двумя креслами. Халаты с тапками. Кофемашина с чайником. Просторная душевая. Удобная раковина. Отличное зеркало для бритья. Стаканы в ванной с ребрами, чтобы брать было удобно. Прикроватные светильники - двусторонние с большой и малой лампами. Вода в номере - 2 пакета ежедневно и ещё на пляже 2 пакета. Пляж включен в стоимость номера. На пляже тебе выделяются зонт, 2 персональных лежака, сундук для вещей, куда можно положить сумку для пляжа из номера, полотенца для лежаков, которые при тебе застилает сотрудник отеля, и кресло. Лежаки очень удобные с возможностью закрыть лицо от солнца. Вообще, в этом отеле удобство можно сделать слоганом. Завтрак превосходный. Качественные продукты. Приносят по заказу свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок и кофе.

Есть только мелкие придирки. При въезде дают заполнять абсолютно никому ненужную подробную анкету о себе.

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Excelsior war außergewöhnlich. Das gesamte Haus ist blitzsauber und wird hervorragend geführt. Egal, wo man Kontakt zum Personal hatte – ob an der Rezeption, im Wellness-Bereich, am Strand oder beim Frühstück – der Service war absolut erstklassig. Alle sind extrem bemüht und sehr freundlich. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an die Damen beim Frühstück, die sich jeden Morgen meine Bestellung gemerkt haben. Auch die Ausstattung mit Elektroladestationen und den hoteleigenen Fahrrädern ist sehr praktisch und ein toller Pluspunkt. Mein persönlichster Dank gilt der Hotelmanagerin Francesca. Als ich einen medizinischen Zwischenfall hatte, hat sie sich hervorragend um mich gekümmert. Gerade weil ich alleine reise, war diese Unterstützung eine unglaubliche Erleichterung. Ich habe Francesca und das gesamte Team ins Herz geschlossen. Ich bin sehr dankbar, hier Gast gewesen zu sein, und werde zu 100 % wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Choose this hotel as we had a wedding in Fossenbrome. It was hard to find somewhere closer than 50 mins away from the venue. However, having settled on this hotel which we found on line - all of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel itself was a minutes walk to the beach - it was a lovely serviced beach offering free bottles of water and a restaurant where you could have your lunch or by your sun bed. The rooms were more than adequate and if I found myself in this area, I would definitely stay again.

During our road trip through Lombardy and Marche, we spent four nights at Hotel Excelsior in Pesaro, a five-star hotel that truly stands out for anyone looking to take their stay to the next level. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed by the hotel manager, who even parked our car in a reserved spot – a super-luxurious valet service. Throughout our stay, he frequently checked in to see if everything was perfect and if there was anything more the hotel could do for us. The entire team radiates professionalism and genuine hospitality. The restaurant is outstanding, and the rooms are highly recommended as well. We even received a complimentary upgrade, and all I can say is: “pico bello”! The hotel also features a beautifully maintained private beach with a stylish beach bar, perfect for lunch or an aperitif. Breakfast deserves a special mention: a generous buffet with fresh vegetables, fruit, hot and cold dishes, and even à la carte options. Everything is meticulously taken care of. Our departure was just as memorable: the manager personally came to say goodbye and we were gifted a luxurious box of high-end skincare products to take home. We loved everything about this hotel. A lot of thought has gone into the decor of the rooms, public rooms and lighting. The staff couldn't be nicer- warm, friendly and helpful. The beach club is a real plus as you can eat there and there is a lovely bar too. We also liked the spa and the treatments. Unusually for a hotel, the restaurant is as good as any in Pesaro and only a little more expensive than the average local one but well worth it. We ate there a number of times and were never disappointed. The menu is good, as it remains true to the local area and does not go down the Michelin road of fancy food, something we never want in Italy- it is really local Italian but on a slightly higher level. All inclusive breakfast buffet is great too. All in all a great experience.

Great place to stay for a long weekend. Breakfast was great, calm and spacious between the tables. The hotel beach was very nice and clean and all staff were attentative and friendly. We borrowed hotel bycycles and went of small, nice excersions in the vicinity every morning.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and we have travelled a lot these past 50 years. You relax as soon as you step into the reception and the welcome is so friendly. We were shown to our fantastic suite on the 7th floor by Diana the manager, with great views of the beach and sea. We had Spa access and went every day over our 3 night stay, you need to book before you go but the availability was good. The Spa looks out to the beach and sea and the Sauna and hydrotherapy pools are lovely. We also had reserved beds on the beach every day, fortunately the weather was great and we enjoyed the Lido bar and had lunch brought to our sun-beds one day, excellent club sandwich. The staff who work on the beach really look after you, 2 towels each and fresh water and they are all so professional and friendly. A special mention for the staff who clean the rooms we had a day clean and turn down service. Coffee pods always replenished, fresh water bottles (4 a day) and a chocolate on the bed like the old days. Breakfast was superb and they make a great cup of tea!

Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Chef und äusserst aufmerksames Personal beim Frühstück. Beim ersten Mal bekamen wir ein Top-Zimmer. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist traumhaft. Weil wir verlängert haben, mussten wir das Zimmer wechseln.

Siehe oben, der Zimmerwechsel. An der Reception ist das Personal weniger hilfreich als sonst im Hotel.

My husband and I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. Not only was it beautiful and impeccably clean, but the service truly exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond in thoughtful ways, laying out our pjs on the bed, placing a small box of water on the nightstand each evening, and even bringing us fresh fruit while we relaxed on the beach.

Dieses Hotel vereint Luxus, Komfort und exzellenten Service auf höchstem Niveau. Personal & Service: Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns förmlich von den Augen abgelesen – und das mit echter Herzlichkeit. Besonders beeindruckend: Am Strand gibt es einen Knopf am Tisch, mit dem man das Personal rufen kann. Innerhalb weniger Minuten wird frisches, gekühltes Wasser kostenlos serviert – jedes Mal! Lage & Strand: Die Lage direkt am privaten Sandstrand ist ideal. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet und durchdacht organisiert. Die Liegen sind dem jeweiligen Zimmer zugeordnet – wir waren in Zimmer 202 in der ersten Reihe mit atemberaubendem Meerblick. Einfach traumhaft! Auch die Nähe zur Promenade ist perfekt – zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer & Ausstattung: Unser Zimmer war luxuriös ausgestattet, mit eigenem Jacuzzi und edlem Design. Hier wurde wirklich an jedes Detail gedacht, um maximalen Komfort zu bieten. Kulinarik: Das Restaurant im Hotel ist ein echtes Highlight. Die Gerichte sind nicht nur optisch ein Genuss, sondern schmecken auch hervorragend – kreativ, frisch und absolut köstlich. Der Service ist dabei stets aufmerksam und professionell. Für Feinschmecker ein echtes Muss! Wellness & Spa: Der Spa-Bereich ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung. Stilvoll, modern und mit einer tollen Auswahl an Anwendungen – hier kann man wunderbar abschalten. Fazit: Ich selbst bin sehr anspruchsvoll und eher kritisch, aber hier konnte ich beim besten Willen nichts Negatives finden. Das Hotel überzeugt in allen Bereichen und ist jeden Cent wert. Ich kann es wirklich nur wärmstens empfehlen – ein Ort zum Wiederkommen!

Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with this hotel. After our stay, hotel management agreed to refund us as compensation for several issues during our visit. They asked us to provide our bank details and to remove a review we had posted – which we did, in good faith. It has now been over six weeks, and we still have not received any payment, despite following up multiple times. The hotel has stopped responding entirely and has clearly broken the agreement they themselves initiated. This is not just poor service – it’s outright dishonesty. We cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, and we are moving forward with formal complaints.

Insgesamt sehr gelungenes Gesamtkonzept: Empfang, Rezeption, Haus, Zimmer, Strandanlage mit Bistro und vor allen Dingen super netten und immer freundlichen sowie aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern - Man hat sich von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Weiter so bitte!
